所述分水单元200包括一分水体210,一与之固定装接同步转动的传动盘220和一滑动设在固定单元100之上的推钮230,所述分水体210能够相对固定单元100转动,它装设于凹槽的圆形凹槽122之内并与其圆形凹槽122底面密封靠接在一起以相对转动,分水体210的端面上对称设有二通孔,该二通孔随着分水体210的转动而选择性地对准或错开所述二组对称设置的进水孔124,分水体210上凸设有一同步轴211,所述同步轴211具有一位于下部的圆形段及一位于上部的非圆形段,所述同步轴之顶端面轴心具有一轴孔;所述传动盘220的中心具有一安装孔,所述安装孔适配装接同步轴211之非圆形段,以使得传动盘220和分水体210组成同步转动连接关系,也即是传动盘220转动同时分水体210也转动。传动盘220的侧径向凸伸有一突出段221,该突出段221之下固接有一连杆222,所述连杆222位于芯轴120和本体110之间,传动盘120上还开设有与该二出水功能对应的定位槽223;所述本体110的外壳上还设有一限位槽111,推钮230滑动连接于该限位槽111内,所述推钮230的内端面上具有二推齿231,它们穿过限位槽111伸入本体内,并且,该二推齿231夹住所述传动盘220的连杆222,因此,滑动推钮230时,二推齿231带动连杆222活动,连杆的活动将带动传动盘220转动,从而带动分水体210与固定单元100相对转动;
本推拨功能切换花洒,还设有一密封盖300,它密封盖接在芯轴120的凹槽之上,需要的时候,其密封盖接可以依靠螺钉固接与芯轴相应位置的端面上,一接通进水通道121的进水腔310形成于凹槽与密封盖之间,所述密封盖上还开设有一凹槽,槽的大小与所述传动盘220相适配,而所述分水体210的同步轴211,该同步轴211之圆形段适配穿过密封盖并连接传动盘220使传动盘与分水体能够同步转动连接;
本推拨功能切换花洒,还设有一顶紧机构,它包括一顶紧块510,一顶紧销520和一弹簧相配合并位于顶紧块510之下,它们分别穿过传动盘220的通孔、密封盖300上的凹槽直至顶抵于分水体的轴孔上,从而实现分水体210、传动盘220与密封盖之间的固定;
本推拨功能切换花洒,还设有一定位机构,它装接在顶紧块510之底面凹设的安装孔之内,它包括对称设置的两个定位销410、420和分别与之配合的弹簧421、411,该二定位销410、420随着分水单元200的转动选择顶抵在所述的传动盘220上的二定位槽之一,以对分水体进行固定作用。同时,由于定位机构的两个对定位销410、420与顶紧销紧销520相向设置,同时对分水体及传动盘施力。
结合图5至图10,本发明的推拨功能切换花洒的工作原理如下:
如图5、图6所示,打开进水源后,水流进入进水通道121并流入进水腔310,若此时推钮230位于限位槽111的下段,分水体210上的二通孔分别一一对准对称设置的代表第一出水功能的进水孔124,则水流将沿着相对准的通孔和进水孔流入导通的第一水路610,水路顺着第一水路610流出花洒的出水面盖600,此时花洒出气泡水;
结合图7、图8所示,将推钮230向上拨动至限位槽111的中段,此时传动盘220的连杆222被推齿231推动以带动分水体210相对圆形凹槽122的槽面转动,分水体210上的通孔错开进水孔124,水路被堵住,花洒为关水状态;
结合图9、图10所示,将推钮230继续向上拨动至限位槽111的上段,此时传动盘220的连杆222被推齿231推动,分水体210随着同步转动以相对圆形凹槽122的槽面转动,分水体上的通孔对准代表第二出水功能的进水孔124,此时与第二出水功能相应的水路被导通,水流沿第二水路620从出水面盖600流出,花洒出花洒水;
继续上下推拨推钮230,该花洒的出水功能将继续在所述二出水功能和关水状态间切换,依据上述的结构和工作原理,花洒的出水功能可以根据实际使用需求而相应地增加或减少。
以上所述,仅为本发明较佳实施例而已,故不能依此限定本发明实施的范围,即依本发明专利范围及说明书内容所作的等效变化与修饰,皆应仍属本发明涵盖的范围内。
工业实用性
本发明一种推拨功能切换花洒,通过其推钮滑动带动传动盘转动,进而实现出水功能切换,结构简单、紧凑,使用更加便捷省力.

Claims (10)

  1. 推拨功能切换花洒,它包括一固定单元和一分水单元,所述固定单元设有至少二个出水功能,其特征在于:所述分水单元包括一能相对固定单元转动的分水体、一能相对固定单元转动且同步转动连接分水体的传动盘及一滑动设在固定单元之外的推钮,该推钮的滑动和传动盘的转动构成联动连接关系,通过推钮滑动带动传动盘转动,传动盘转动带动分水体转动,通过分水体和固定单元之间的相对转动来实现出水功能切换。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的推拨功能切换花洒,其特征在于:所述推钮滑动连接在固定单元之外,并具有二伸入固定单元之内的推齿;所述传动盘还带有一固接在侧边的连杆,所述连杆夹介在二推齿之间;所述推钮滑动通过二推齿带动连杆运动,连杆运动带动传动盘转动。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的推拨功能切换花洒,其特征在于:所述固定单元包括一本体及一固定装接在本体之内的芯轴,该芯轴设有一能够外接供水源的进水通道及一凹槽,所述分水体装设在凹槽之内,所述分水体和凹槽底面密封靠接在一起并能相对转动,所述凹槽上开设有与出水功能一一对应接通的进水孔,所述分水体上设有贯穿的通孔,通过分水体转动使通孔接通进水通道和多个进水孔中的某一个进水孔。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的推拨功能切换花洒,其特征在于:另配设一密封盖盖接在芯轴的凹槽之上,使得凹槽之内形成一能够接通进水通道的进水腔;所述分水体之上凸设有一同步轴,所述同步轴转动密封穿过密封盖并连接传动盘,使得传动盘和分水体之间构成同步转动连接关系。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的推拨功能切换花洒,其特征在于:所述凹槽包括一圆形凹槽及一连通凹槽,所述进水通道由芯轴第一端面凹设形成,所述连通凹槽接通进水通道和凹槽;所述分水体装设在圆形凹槽之内。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的推拨功能切换花洒,其特征在于:所述传动盘之侧径向凸伸有一突出段,所述连杆固接在突出段之下,所述连杆位于芯轴和本体之间。
  7. 根据权利要求3所述的推拨功能切换花洒,其特征在于:所述本体的外壳上还开设有一限位槽,所述推钮滑动连接本体,所述二推齿固设在推钮内端面,并穿过限位槽伸进本体之内。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的推拨功能切换花洒,其特征在于:还包括一定位机构,它设在本体和传动盘之间:所述定位机构包括至少一定位销,所述传动盘之上开设有与各出水功能对应的定位槽,所述定位销选择顶抵在某一定位槽。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的推拨功能切换花洒,其特征在于:还设有一弹性顶紧机构,它包括一顶紧销、顶紧块,顶紧销通过顶紧块顶抵在本体和分水体之间。
  10. 根据权利要求8或9所述的推拨功能切换花洒,其特征在于:定位机构包括两个对称设置的定位销及弹簧,装接在顶紧块之底面凹设的安装孔之内;弹性顶紧机构的顶紧销及弹簧装接在分水体中心位置;定位销与顶紧销相向设置,同时对分水体及传动盘施力。
