该切换机构包括固定部分11和滑块22,本实施例之中,该固定部分11包括上述的手柄段14。该手柄段14内设芯轴24,该芯轴24具有一后段和一由后段周缘向前延伸的周壁,该后段设一贯穿后段的第一分水路26、一贯穿后段的第二分水路28,该周壁内形成为进水路30,该进水路30能接通接头16以接通供水源。该第一分水路26、第二分水路28间隔并排且分别接通两个出水腔,该第一分水路26的入口、第二分水路28的入口位于后段端面且间隔并排并能接通进水路30。最好,该芯轴24上凹设一滑槽32,该芯轴24还设两接通滑槽32的连接槽34,该滑槽32介于第一分水路26和第二分水路28间。
该固定部分的芯轴24内滑动设有一第一切换轴36和一第二切换轴38,该第一切换轴36和第一分水路26配合、该第二切换轴38和第二分水路28配合,以使得通过第一、第二切换轴36、38滑动控制第一、第二分水路26、28是否接通进水路30。本实施例之中,该第一、第二切换轴36、38外径小于第一分水路26、28入口内径,该第一切换轴36外设第一密封环40,该第二切换轴38外设第二密封环42,该第一、第二密封环40、42外径大于第一、第二分水路26、28入口内径,该第一、第二切换轴36、38末端分别密封滑动穿过两连接槽34且伸入滑动槽32。通过第一密封环40密封在后段端面能实现密封第一分水路26和进水路30,通过第二密封环42密封在后段端面能实现密封第二分水路28和进水路30。
本实施例之中,该固定部分还包括一导向座48,该导向座48装设在芯轴24的周壁内,该导向座48包括一圆盘和一由圆盘周缘轴向延伸的环壁,该圆盘设有与第一、第二切换轴36、38配合的导向孔54,设有贯穿圆盘的贯穿孔56,该贯穿孔56将接头的水流引至进水路30,该第一第二切换轴36、38分别插入两导向孔以实现导向。
该滑块22滑接在滑动槽32,且能相对固定部分在第一位置和第二位置间滑动。该滑块22和该第一、第二切换轴36、38配合,使该滑块22滑动时能带动第一、第二切换轴36、38滑动以控制第一、第二分水路26、28是否接通进水路30实现切换。本实施例之中,该滑块22设有第一配合部分58和第二配合部分60,该第一、第二配合部分58、60都设有第一、第二密封位44、64和第一、第二接通位46、66;该第一、第二切换轴36、38和固定部分间都设弹性体62以使第一、第二切换轴36、38和固定部分配合以保证密封性能,以保证第一、第二切换轴36、38能配合第一、第二配合部分58、60,保证第一、第二切换轴36、38在弹性体作用下能复位,通过滑块22滑动带动第一、第二切换轴36、38滑动以顶抵在第一、第二配合部分58、60,具体来说,该滑块22位于第一位置时第一切换轴36对应第一配合部分58的第一接通位46,该第二切换轴38对应第二配合部分60的第二密封位64,该滑块22位于第二位置时第一切换轴36对应第一配合部分58的第一密封位64,该第二切换轴对应第二配合部分的第二接通位66。本实施例之中,该弹性体62顶抵在第一、第二密封环40、42和圆盘之间。为了保证密封性能,最好在后段端面设密封垫68。
本实施例之中,该密封位44为设在滑块的凹槽,该凹槽底面和接通位间设导向面50,该导向面可以是弧形也可是倾斜面,根据需要,该切换轴末端最好也设球形,以便操作。
本实施例之中,该手柄段14处设一缺口,该缺口处枢接有一船形开关钮52,该船形开关钮52中部枢接固定部分的手柄段,该船形开关钮52后部连接滑块,以通过船形开关钮相对转动带动滑块滑动。本实施例之中,该船形开关钮52后段设一旋轴53,该滑块上端设连接卡口23,该旋轴53连接卡口23,以能相对滑块上端转动和滑动,以实现通过按压船形开关钮前部带动滑块向上滑动,通过按压船形开关钮后部带动滑块向下滑动,操作方便。
本实施例采用船形开关钮52为例,由用户通过操作船形开关钮实现切换,但并不以此为限,根据需要,该滑块可直接伸出固定部分之外以供用户按压操作。
本实施例之中,该至少两切换轴水平间隔并排布置在固定部分,该配合部分水平间隔设在滑块。但并不以此为限,根据需要,可上下布置,可前后布置。
本实施例之中,以两分水路以例,但并不以此为限,根据需要,也可设置三分水路,通过设置配合部分使得每个配合部分具有两个密封位和一个接通位,即可实现三水路切换。
以上所述,仅为本发明较佳实施例而已,故不能依此限定本发明实施的范围,即依本发明专利范围及说明书内容所作的等效变化与修饰,皆应仍属本发明涵盖的范围内。
工业实用性
本发明一种水路切换机构及花洒,通过其滑块相对固定部分滑动带动至少两切换轴滑动,通过切换轴滑动控制对应的分水路导通或密封,以此实现至少两分水路切换;只要一个滑块滑动即可实现切换,能实现单手操作,操作方便,可广泛应用于工业生产。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种水路切换机构,其特征在于:包括固定部分和滑块,该固定部分设一进水路和至少两能接通进水路的分水路;该固定部分内滑动设有与分水路等数的切换轴,该切换轴和分水路一一配合以使得通过切换轴滑动控制分水路是否接通进水路;该滑块滑接在固定部分,该滑块和该至少两切换轴配合,使该滑块滑动时能带动切换轴滑动以控制分水路是否接通进水路实现切换。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种水路切换机构,其特征在于:还包括船形开关钮,该船形开关钮中部枢接固定部分,该船形开关钮后部连接滑块。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种水路切换机构,其特征在于:该固定部分凹设一滑动槽和至少两接通滑动槽的连接槽,该滑块滑接在滑动槽;该至少两个分水路都具有入口且该至少两分水路的入口间隔布置,该切换轴外径小于分水路入口内径,该切换轴外设密封环,该密封环外径大于分水路入口内径,该切换轴末端密封滑动穿过连接槽且伸入滑动槽。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种水路切换机构,其特征在于:该滑块设有与切换轴等数的配合部分,该配合部分至少设有一密封位和一接通位;该切换轴和固定部分间设弹性体,通过滑块滑动带动切换轴滑动以顶抵在密封位或接通位,位于密封位时切换轴密封该切换轴对应的分水路和进水路,位于接通位时该切换轴对应的分水路和进水路接通。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种水路切换机构,其特征在于:该密封位为设在滑块的凹槽,该凹槽底面和接通位间设导向面。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的一种水路切换机构,其特征在于:该至少两切换轴水平间隔并排布置在固定部分,该配合部分水平间隔设在滑块。
  7. 根据权利要求4所述的一种水路切换机构,其特征在于:该切换轴个数为两个且分别为第一切换轴和第二切换轴,该配合部分个数为两个且分别为第一配合部分和第二配合部分,该滑块相对固定部分在第一位置和第二位置间滑动,该滑块位于第一位置时第一切换轴对应第一配合部分的接通位,该第二切换轴对应第二配合部分的密封位,该滑块位于第二位置时第一切换轴对应第一配合部分的密封位,该第二切换轴对应第二配合部分的接通位。
  8. 根据权利要求2所述的一种水路切换机构,其特征在于:该船形开关钮后段设一旋轴,滑块上端设有相匹配的连接卡口,船形开关钮的旋轴与滑块卡口连接,可相对滑块上端转动和滑动;按压船形开关钮前部带动滑块向上滑动,按压船形开关钮后部带动滑块向下滑动,实现水路切换。
  9. 一种应用权利要求1或3或4或5或6或7所述一种水路切换机构的花洒,其特征在于:该花洒包括手柄段和主体段,该固定部分应用于上述手柄段,该主体段设对应不同功能水花的至少两出水腔,该至少两出水腔和至少两分水路一一对应接通,该水路切换机构装设在手柄段内。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的花洒,其特征在于:还包括一船形开关钮,该船形开关钮中部枢接固定部分的手柄段,该船形开关钮后部连接滑块。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的花洒,其特征在于:该船形开关钮后段设一旋轴,滑块上端设有相匹配的连接卡口,船形开关钮的旋轴与滑块卡口连接,可相对滑块上端转动和滑动;按压船形开关钮前部带动滑块向上滑动,按压船形开关钮后部带动滑块向下滑动,实现水路切换。
