本发明涉及一种应用于卫浴产品的止水装置,尤其是一种按钮止水装置。
背景技术
现有技术中应用于卫浴产品的止水装置多为杠杆切换装置,如中国专利申请号CN200610052051.4,名称为《淋浴喷头的出水控制机构》的发明,揭示了一种与淋浴喷头相结合的出水控制机构,其壳体设有一进水腔和多个出水腔,每个出水腔均设有一复位弹簧、密封阀,以及淋浴喷头手柄外侧面设有多个按钮与出水腔对应,通过按压所述按钮,在复位弹簧的弹力作用下以及各个部件的配合,使水流产生不同的出水形式。然而此出水控制机构中,阀杆与按钮固结,利用按钮和阀杆的滑动位置选择开关,无法实现按钮的复位。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种按钮止水装置及其控制方法,其克服了背景技术的不足。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案之一是:
一种按钮止水装置,它包括:
一本体,它内设有一前后贯穿的出水通道和一密封设在出水通道之内的隔板,该隔板开设有一前后贯穿的第一出水孔;
一能上下滑动连接在本体的按钮机构,它包括一按钮及一固设在按钮之下的弹性推杆,该弹性推杆伸进出水通道之内;及
一能摆动设置在本体之内的摇板,它开设有一前后贯穿的第二出水孔和控制槽,该控制槽包括左右设置的二配合槽;
其中,所述弹性推杆伸进控制槽之内并能够选择顶抵二配合槽之一以使摇板左、右摆动,使摇板的第二出水孔对齐第一出水孔以通水或第二出水孔错开第一出水孔以止水。
一较佳实施例中,所述配合槽成V形并具有一位于内侧的起导向作用的导向壁及一位于外侧的起抵靠触动作用的抵靠壁。

本技术方案与背景技术相比:本发明之发明人巧妙地将弹性推杆具有的弹性能够弯曲特性和控制槽具有二配合槽相配合,通过弹性推杆选择性地插入二配合槽并进而顶抵二配合槽,实现摇板左摆动或右摆动,进而实现按钮止水或通水之目的,因此具有如下优点:1、通过摇板摆动,带动二出水孔交错或对齐以实现止水或通水,密封性能佳,控制方便;2、按钮复位,外观美观。由于配合槽成V形并具有一导向壁和一抵靠壁,导向壁具有导向作用,抵靠壁具有抵靠触动作用,因此能够根据按压的奇偶数控制通水或止水,控制准确。由于二配合槽对称配合使控制槽成W形,二配合槽之交合处顶端呈凸点状或线状,因此控制准确,保证弹性推杆准确进入配合槽,避免交合处阻碍弹性推杆顶端滑动。由于摇板的摆动转轴位于按钮机构之正下,因此能够根据按压的奇偶数控制通水或止水。由于还设置有定位机构,因此按钮复位后,还能将摇板保持在通水状态或止水状态。

请参阅图1至图6,为本发明的较佳实施例所提供的按钮止水装置。
结合图1、图2、图3所示,所述按钮止水装置包括:一本体100、一按钮机构200、一摇板300、一定位机构400、一外壳500、一复位弹簧600和一接头700。
该外壳500,它开设有一内外贯穿的贯穿孔510。
该本体100,如图7所示,本体100内设有一密封板件140,将本体100分割为上封闭空间150和下出水通道110;密封板件140上设有一内外贯穿的按钮安装孔130,在出水通道110之内密封设有隔板120,该隔板120开设有一前后贯穿的第一出水孔121。

该按钮210能滑动连接在该外壳500的贯穿孔510内,并利用该卡扣211将按钮210卡接在贯穿孔510,避免该按钮210脱离贯穿孔510。该弹性推杆220能滑动穿进本体之按钮安装孔130并伸进出水通道110、控制槽320,也即是该按钮机构200能够上下滑动连接在本体100的按钮安装孔130中。
复位弹簧600设置在按钮210和本体100之间,位于本体100上部的密封空间140。
该摇板300,为近似半圆形板状,摆动设置在本体100之内,所述摇板300的摆动转轴350位于按钮机构200之正下,插接在隔板的定位孔122内;所述摇板300能滑动地密封靠接在隔板120之前;所述摇板300开设有一前后贯穿的匹配第一出水孔121的第二出水孔310和一开设在摇板300顶面的控制槽320;所述的摇板300正面开设有左右对称设置的第一、第二定位槽330、340。
该控制槽320,它包括左右设置的第一、二配合槽321、322;所述配合槽321内部成V形并具有一位于内侧的起导向作用的导向壁3211及一位于外侧的起抵靠作用的抵靠壁3212;所述配合槽322亦成V形并具有一位于内侧的起导向作用的导向壁3221及一位于外侧的起抵靠作用的抵靠壁3222;该第一、二配合槽321、322为左右对称设置,它们配合使得控制槽成W形。
该定位机构400,它包括一弹性件410,本实施例中,该弹性件为一弹簧,及一受弹性件410顶抵的定位销420。该弹性件410之第一端连接在接头700,之第二端连接定位销420。该定位销420选择顶抵所述第一、二定位槽330、340之一,以使装置保持在通水状态或止水状态。也即是该定位机构400设置在接头700和摇板300之间。
根据需要,所述弹性推杆220与本体100的按钮安装孔130的相接处设有密封圈A,以及所述本体100与外壳500相装配处设有密封圈B、C。
本较佳实施例中,该按钮止水装置的工作原理为:
请参考图3,为本发明的较佳实施例中所述按钮止水装置初始状态时的示意图,此时所述摇板300位于本体100中心,并没有抵靠本体100侧壁,所述弹性推杆220位于所述控制槽320的第一、二配合槽321、322的相接处,此时该装置不通水。
请参考图4,向下按压按钮210,复位弹簧600受压缩,促使按钮210的弹性推杆220向下滑动,假设此时定位销420顶抵的是第二配合槽322,该弹性推杆220碰到摇板的控制槽320的配合槽322的导向壁3221后,在导向壁3221作用下弹性推杆220弯曲,顺着导向壁3221向下滑动,直到弹性推杆220顶端抵靠在控制槽320的配合槽322的抵靠壁3222;
继续向下按压按钮210,弹性推杆220顶抵摇板300的抵靠壁3222,使摇板300左摆动,直到该定位销420对齐并顶抵所述摇板300的第二定位槽340,此时该摇板300的第二出水孔310对齐隔板120的第一出水孔121以通水;
请参考图5,松开按钮210后,该按钮在复位弹簧600的作用下回复至初始状态的位置,而此时摇板300在定位销410的作用下不动,其第二出水孔310仍与隔板的第一出水孔121相对齐,该按钮止水装置仍处于通水状态。
请参考图6,再次向下按压按钮210时,复位弹簧600再次受到压缩,促使弹性推杆220推至控制槽320的第一配合槽321内,碰到该配合槽的导向壁3211后,在该导向壁3211的作用下弹性推杆弯曲,顺着导向壁3211向下滑动,直到该弹性推杆顶端抵靠其抵靠壁3212,
继续向下按压按钮210,弹性推杆220顶抵摇板300的抵靠壁3222,使摇板300克服弹性件410弹力使定位销420滑动,使定位销420松开第二配合槽322,使摇板300右摆动,直到该定位销420对齐并顶抵第一定位槽330,此时摇板300的第二出水孔310错开第一出水孔121以止水;
继续松开按钮210后,按钮210又在复位弹簧600的作用下回到原位,而由于弹性件410对定位销420的固定作用,此时所述第二出水孔310仍与第一出水孔121错开,所述按钮止水装置处于止水的状态。
同理,继续地按压该按钮210,如此反复,使该按钮止水装置选择性地通水或止水。
以上所述,仅为本发明较佳实施例而已,故不能依此限定本发明实施的范围,即依本发明专利范围及说明书内容所作的等效变化与修饰,皆应仍属本发明涵盖的范围内。
工业实用性
本发明一种按钮止水装置及其控制方法,巧妙地将弹性推杆具有的弹性能够弯曲特性和控制槽具有二配合槽相配合,通过弹性推杆选择性地插入二配合槽并进而顶抵二配合槽,实现摇板左摆动或右摆动,进而实现按钮止水或通水之目的,使用方便、结构简单,具有良好的工业实用性。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种按钮止水装置,其特征在于:它包括:
    一本体,它内设有一前后贯穿的出水通道和一密封设在出水通道之内的隔板,该隔板开设有一前后贯穿的第一出水孔;
    一能上下滑动连接在本体的按钮机构,它包括一按钮及一固设在按钮之下的弹性推杆,该弹性推杆伸进出水通道之内;及
    一能摆动设置在本体之内的摇板,它开设有一前后贯穿的第二出水孔和控制槽,该控制槽包括左右设置的二配合槽;
    其中,所述弹性推杆伸进控制槽之内并能够选择顶抵二配合槽之一以使摇板左、右摆动,使摇板的第二出水孔对齐第一出水孔以通水或第二出水孔错开第一出水孔以止水。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的按钮止水装置,其特征在于:所述配合槽成V形并具有一位于内侧的起导向作用的导向壁及一位于外侧的起抵靠触动作用的抵靠壁。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的按钮止水装置,其特征在于:所述二配合槽左右对称设置。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的按钮止水装置,其特征在于:所述二配合槽配合使得控制槽成W形。
  5. 根据权利要求1或2或3或4所述的按钮止水装置,其特征在于:所述摇板的摆动转轴位于按钮机构之正下;所述本体开设一内外贯穿的按钮安装孔,该弹性推杆自外而内穿过按钮安装孔,并伸进出水通道之内,伸进控制槽之内。
  6. 根据权利要求1或2或3或4所述的按钮止水装置,其特征在于:还包括:一定位机构,它包括一弹性件及一受弹性件顶抵的定位销,所述摇板左右对称设置有二定位槽,该定位销选择顶抵二定位槽之一,以使装置保持在通水状态或止水状态。
  7. 根据权利要求1或2或3或4所述的按钮止水装置,其特征在于:还包括:一固定套接在本体之外的外壳,它开设有一内外贯穿的贯穿孔,按钮滑动连接在贯穿孔,按钮和本体之间设置有复位弹簧。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的按钮止水装置,其特征在于:还包括:一固接在本体之前的接头,该定位机构设置在接头和摇板之间。
  9. 根据权利要求1或2或3或4所述的按钮止水装置,其特征在于:所述摇板的摆动转轴插接在膈板的定位孔内,摇板能滑动地靠接在隔板之前。
  10. 根据权利要求7所述的按钮止水装置,其特征在于:所述的本体通过密封板件分割为上封闭空间和下出水通道;按钮机构及复位弹簧可在封闭空间内上下运动;摇板可摆动地设置在出水通道内。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的按钮止水装置,其特征在于:所述摇板为近似半圆板状。
  12. 一种按钮止水装置控制方法,其特征在于:它包括:
    步骤1,向下按压按钮,按钮的弹性推杆向下滑动,当弹性推杆碰到摇板的控制槽的一配合槽的导向壁后,在导向壁作用下弹性推杆弯曲,顺着导向壁向下滑动,直到弹性推杆顶端抵靠在控制槽的该配合槽的抵靠壁;
    步骤2,继续向下按压按钮,弹性推杆顶抵摇板的抵靠壁,使摇板左、右摆动,使摇板的第二出水孔对齐第一出水孔以通水或第二出水孔错开第一出水孔以止水。
