Abstract

一种出水切换装置,包括固定部分(100)、切换机构(200)、驱动机构和弹性体(300)。其中,所述固定部分(100)设有一进水路和至少两分水路;所述切换机构(200)装接在所述固定部分(100)内且包括分水盘(210)、第一传动机构和阀轴(220),所述分水盘(210)能相对所述固定部分(100)活动,所述阀轴(220)能相对所述固定部分(100)滑动,所述第一传动机构连接所述分水盘(210)和所述阀轴(220)以使所述阀轴(220)滑动一个来回能使所述分水盘(210)转动一个恒定角度,通过所述分水盘(210)转动实现所述分水路切换接通进水路;所述驱动机构包括操作钮(440)和第二传动机构,所述操作钮(440)活动连接所述固定部分(100)以能供用户控制操作,所述第二传动机构传动连接所述阀轴(220)且通过所述操作钮(440)活动能带动所述阀轴(220)滑动;所述弹性体(300)使所述驱动机构复位。所述出水切换装置利用两翘板传动,结构紧凑,用力省,切换方便快速。

Description

出水切换装置 技术领域
本发明涉及一种出水切换装置。
背景技术
中国专利数据库在2011.01.12公告了公告为CN201702050U ,名称为《一种花洒功能水切换装置》的实用新型。它设置于花洒手柄上,其主要包括有阀套、芯轴、卡钩、拨钮以及一对合的下盖与上盖;所述阀套轴向具上下贯穿的套孔,中部设一缺槽,并该缺槽的一侧固设一弹性件;所述芯轴密封可转动的置于该阀套的套孔内,该芯轴具通孔,并对应阀套的缺槽处绕圆周环布有棘齿;所述卡钩结合拨钮活动设于阀套的上方,并卡钩对应位于芯轴的棘齿处,该卡钩的一端固定于拨钮,另一端则卡挚于芯轴的棘齿,该拨钮动作连动该卡钩并带动芯轴转动以切换功能水;上述各构件组合后,设于由该下盖与上盖对合形成的容置空间内一体组设于花洒手柄上,并该上盖在对应拨钮的位置设一开口。它存在有结构复杂,用力大,切换不便的不足。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种花洒功能水切换装置,其克服了背景技术中花洒功能水切换装置所存在的不足。
本发明解决其技术问题的所采用的技术方案是:
出水切换装置,包括:
固定部分,设有一进水路和至少两能接通进水路的分水路;
切换机构,装接在固定部分内且包括分水盘、第一传动机构和阀轴,该分水盘能相对固定部分活动,该阀轴能相对固定部分滑动,该第一传动机构连接分水盘和阀轴以使阀轴滑动一个来回能使分水盘转动一个恒定角度,通过分水盘转动实现分水路切换接通进水路;
驱动机构,包括操作钮和第二传动机构,该操作钮活动连接固定部分以能供用户控制操作,该第二传动机构传动连接阀轴且通过操作钮活动能带动阀轴滑动;及
弹性体,连接驱动机构和固定部分以使驱动机构能复位。
一实施例之中:所述第二传动机构包括滑块、第一翘板和第二翘板,该滑块固接操作钮,该第一翘板摆动连接固定部分且通过滑块活动能带动第一翘板摆动,该第二翘板摆动连接固定部分且通过第一翘板摆动能带动第二翘板摆动,该第二翘板传动连接阀轴,通过第二翘板摆动带动阀轴滑动。
一实施例之中:该滑块滑动连接固定部分;该第一翘板呈L形,该第一翘板之L形的中部转动连接固定部分,该滑块前端和第一翘板第一端顶抵连接;该第二翘板中部转动连接固定部分,该第二翘板第一端和第一翘板第二端顶抵连接,该第二翘板第二端和阀轴连接以能拨动阀轴滑动。
一实施例之中:该阀轴设有固销,该固销具有伸出阀轴的两端;该第二翘板第二端设成拨叉,该拨叉叉接阀轴且固销之两端撑靠在拨叉之上。
一实施例之中:该第二翘板之对应第一端凹设有第一通槽,该第一通槽的槽口处固设有横杆;该固定部分设两间隔布置的凸耳,该两凸耳位于第一通槽之内;该第一翘板转动连接在两凸耳之间,该第一翘板之第二端顶抵在横杆之上。
一实施例之中:该弹性体连接在滑块和固定部分。
一实施例之中:该进水路设有分水腔,该每一分水路都具有一位于分水腔底面的分水孔;
该分水腔底面凹设一凹槽,该凹槽环形陈列设置多个第一棘齿;该阀轴下端环形陈列设置多个第二棘齿;该分水盘设一贯穿孔,该分水盘底面之对应贯穿孔周圈部分环形陈列设置多个第三棘齿;该贯穿孔套在阀轴之外,另设弹簧顶抵在分水盘和分水腔之顶壁之间,该第二棘齿和第一棘齿啮合,该第二棘齿和第三棘齿配合,该第三棘齿位于凹槽之内。
一实施例之中:该固定部分设有止水通道,该止水通道滑动连接有止水机构;该滑块能相对固定部分在切换位置和中间位置之间、中间位置和止水位置之间滑动,该中间位置位于切换位置和止水位置之间;通过滑块由中间位置滑动至止水位置能带动止水机构滑动实现止水,该滑块由止水位置滑回中间位置,在水压作用下止水机构复位。
一实施例之中:该固定部分设有一通至止水通道内的进水孔及一由止水通道内通至止水通道外的出水孔,该进水孔、止水通道和出水孔构成进水路的部分;该止水通道具有小截面面积段及大截面面积段,该进水孔设在大截面面积段,该出水孔设在小截面面积段;该止水机构包括第一止水座和第二止水座,该第一止水座和第二止水座固接在一起,该第一止水座适配大截面面积段,该第二止水座适配小截面面积段,通过第一止水座密封进水孔实现止水;另设传动件和滑块配合以使滑块滑动能通过传动件带动止水机构滑动。
一实施例之中:该滑块设有导向斜面,该传动件为滚球,该滚球顶抵第一止水座。
一实施例之中:该固定部分为花洒,包括花洒头部分和手持部分,该花洒头部分内设有一分水腔,该分水腔之底壁设有一一对应接通分水路的分水孔,该分水腔构成进水路的部分。
本技术方案与背景技术相比,不但克服了背景技术所存在的缺点,而且它至少还具有如下优点:
切换机构包括分水盘、第一传动机构和阀轴,分水盘能相对固定部分活动,该阀轴能相对固定部分滑动,第一传动机构连接分水盘和阀轴以使阀轴滑动一个来回能使分水盘转动一个恒定角度,通过分水盘转动实现分水路切换接通进水路;驱动机构包括操作钮和第二传动机构,操作钮活动连接固定部分以能供用户控制操作,第二传动机构传动连接阀轴且通过操作钮活动能带动阀轴滑动,结构紧凑,用力省,切换方便快速,可实现单手操作,占用空间小。
滑块活动带动第一翘板摆动,第一翘板摆动带动第二翘板摆动,第二翘板摆动带动阀轴滑动,阀轴滑动带动分水盘转动,以此实现切换,在阀轴和滑块间设两翘板,利用两翘板传动,结构紧凑,用力省,切换方便快速,可实现单手操作,占用空间小。
固定部分具有花洒头部分和手持部分,切换机构设在花洒头部分内,滑块设在手持部分,再配合上述的两翘板传动,手持部分的占用空间小,尺寸紧凑。
固定部分设有止水通道,止水通道滑动连接有止水机构;滑块能相对固定部分在切换位置和中间位置之间、中间位置和止水位置之间滑动,中间位置位于切换位置和止水位置之间;滑块由中间位置滑动至切换位置能实现切换,由中间位置滑动至止水位置能止水,滑块由止水位置滑回中间位置,在水压作用下止水机构复位,切换方式新颖且可实现单手操作。
滑块设有导向斜面,传动件为滚球,滚球顶抵第一止水座,滚动连接,用力省。

具体实施方式
请查阅图1至图6,出水切换装置,包括固定部分100、切换机构200、驱动机构和弹性体300。
该固定部分100,设有一进水路和至少两能接通进水路的分水路。本实施例之中,该固定部分100具有花洒头部分110和手持部分120,该花洒头部分110内设有一分水腔180,该分水腔180之底壁设有一一对应接通分水路的分水孔181,该分水腔180构成进水路的部分。
该切换机构200,装接在固定部分100内且包括分水盘210、第一传动机构和阀轴220,该分水盘210能相对固定部分100活动,该阀轴220能相对固定部分100滑动,该第一传动机构连接分水盘210和阀轴220以使阀轴220上下滑动一个来回能使分水盘210正转一个恒定角度,通过分水盘210转动实现分水孔181切换接通进水路的分水腔180。具体来说,该分水腔180底面凹设一凹槽182,该凹槽182环形陈列设置多个第一棘齿183;该阀轴220下端环形陈列设置多个第二棘齿221;该分水盘210设一贯穿孔211,该分水盘210底面之对应贯穿孔211周圈部分环形陈列设置多个第三棘齿212;该贯穿孔211套在阀轴220之外,另设弹簧230套接阀轴220顶抵在分水盘210和分水腔180顶壁之间,该第二棘齿和第一棘齿啮合,该第二棘齿和第三棘齿配合,该第三棘齿位于凹槽之内,该些结构构成上述的第一传动机构,以使阀轴220上下滑动一个来回能使分水盘210正转一个恒定角度。
该驱动机构,包括操作钮440和第二传动机构,该第二传动机构包括滑块410、第一翘板420和第二翘板430。该滑块410滑动连接在固定部分100的手持部分120,该操作钮440固接滑块410以便于用户操作控制,以使用户操作操作钮带动滑块一起滑动。该第一翘板420呈L形,该第一翘板420之L形的中部(转折处)转动连接固定部分100以使第一翘板420能相对固定部分100摆动,该滑块410前端和第一翘板430第一端顶抵连接;该第二翘板430中部转动连接固定部分100以使第二翘板430能相对固定部分100摆动,该第二翘板430第一端和第一翘板420第二端顶抵连接,该第二翘板420第二端和阀轴220连接,通过滑块410滑动顶抵第一翘板420第一端能使第一翘板420摆动,通过第一翘板420第二端顶抵第二翘板430第一端使得第一翘板摆动时能带动第二翘板摆动,通过第二翘板420摆动能拨动阀轴220滑动。
该弹性体300,连接驱动机构和固定部分100以使驱动机构能复位,使滑块410复位,该切换机构的弹簧230使阀轴220复位,使阀轴220滑动一个来回,使分水盘210转动一恒定角度。
该固定部分100的具体结构例如为:包括本体130、面盖组件140、上盖150、固定座160和分水体170。
该本体130分为手持座131和头部座132,该头部座132设出水盖133,该出水盖133设贯穿通孔;该面盖组件140装接在出水盖133处且面盖组件140的出水嘴一一对应穿过贯穿通孔。该分水体170密封固接面盖组件140且形成有上述至少两分水路,不同分水路对应不同出水水花。该分水体170之顶面凸设有环壁171,该固定座160密封固定盖接在环壁171之上,使环壁171内形成有上述的分水腔180,该分水体170之对应环壁171的部分为分水腔底壁,该固定座160之对应环壁171的部分为分水腔顶壁。该固定座160具有一密封固接在环壁171之上的固接部分161及一固接在固接部分161的延伸部分162。该延伸部分162设有进水部分,该进水部分一端接通分水腔,另一端接通供水部分,该进水部分和供水部分也为进水路的部分。该上盖固接本体的头部座132且该面盖组件140、固定座160和分水体170都介于上盖和头部座之间,
为了使切换机构及驱动机构布局更佳合理、紧凑,优选方案中可采用如下结构:
该阀轴220之上端自由密封穿过分水腔顶壁之上,本实施例之中,既,该阀轴220之上端自由密封穿过固定座160之上;该固销222固接在阀轴220之伸出部分且具有伸出阀轴220的两端;该第二翘板430第二端设成拨叉,该拨叉叉接阀轴220且固销之两端撑靠在拨叉之上。
该固定座160之延伸部分162设有上下贯穿的安装通槽165,该延伸部分162之上凸设有两间隔的第一凸耳163,该两第一凸耳163对应安装通槽165之两侧,该第一翘板420位于安装通槽165之内且枢接在两第一凸耳163之间,该第一翘板420能在安装通槽165内摆动。
该第二翘板430之第一端凹设有有上下贯穿的第一通槽431,该第一通槽431的槽口处固设有横杆432,该第一翘板420位于第一通槽431内,该第一翘板之第二端顶抵在横杆之上。进一步地,最好:该横杆432之顶面低于第一通槽431之顶端且形成台阶,第一翘板420第二端高度和台阶高度适配;或和;该两第一凸耳163伸入第一通槽内。
该固接部分161之上凸设两第二凸耳164,该第二凸耳164凹设一半圆槽,该上盖150底面凸设两第三凸耳,该第三凸耳凹设一半圆槽,该上盖和固定座固接,该半圆槽适配成圆形槽,该第二翘板枢接该圆形槽。
该手持座131具有一末端管134及一固接在末端管和头部座132之间的U形槽135,该上盖还盖接该U形槽之开口。该滑块410滑动连接在U形槽135之内且位于固定座160之下;该第一翘板420的第一端自安装通槽165伸出,该滑块410前端朝上凸设有顶抵块412,该顶抵块412至少部分伸进安装通槽165内,该顶抵块412顶抵第一翘板420的第一端。该U形槽之槽底设滑孔,该操作钮位于U形槽之外且穿过滑孔固接滑块,以能带动滑块滑动。
该固定座160之进水部分包括一能接通供水部分的进水段166、两分布设在安装通槽两侧的分流段167及一接通两第二进水段166的汇流段,该汇流段接通分水腔。为了方便正常、装配或其它零部件的安装,根据需要,该固定座凹设有水槽,另设盖板169密封固接该水槽的槽口以使水槽形成上述的两分流段167及部分进水段166。
该弹性体300连接在滑块410和固定部分100。具体结构中,该滑块410前端凸设有第一连接耳411,该第一连接耳411设成拨叉结构;该固定座160之安装通槽的下槽口固设一悬板,该悬板末端凸设第二连接耳168,该第二连接耳168设成拨叉结构;另设一连接杆450,该连接杆450头端和尾端都凸设凸环,该连接杆450连接第一连接耳411、第二连接耳168的拨叉内,且头端凸环位于第一连接耳之前,尾端凸环位于第二连接耳之后,该弹性体300为弹簧套接连接杆且顶抵在第二连接耳和尾端凸环之间。
该固定部分100的本体的末端管134内固设有一芯轴190,该芯轴190设供水通道及贯穿芯轴190上下的止水通道191,该止水通道191滑动连接有止水机构;该滑块410能相对固定部分100在切换位置和中间位置之间、中间位置和止水位置之间滑动,该中间位置位于切换位置和止水位置之间;通过滑块410由中间位置滑动至止水位置能带动止水机构滑动实现止水,该滑块410由止水位置滑回中间位置,在水压作用下止水机构复位。具体结构如下描述:
该芯轴190设有一通至止水通道191内的进水孔192及一由止水通道191内通至止水通道外的出水孔193,该进水孔、止水通道和出水孔构成供水通道的部分,出水孔接通分水腔,或者说,通过进水通道接通分水腔,具体来说,出水孔接通进水通道的进水段166。
该止水通道191具有小截面面积段194及大截面面积段195,该进水孔设在大截面面积段,该出水孔设在小截面面积段;小截面面积段194及大截面面积段195上下布置。
该止水机构包括第一止水座196和第二止水座197,该第一止水座和第二止水座固接在一起,该第一止水座适配大截面面积段,该第二止水座适配小截面面积段,该第二止水座位于出水孔之上,通过第一止水座密封进水孔实现止水。第一止水座196和第二止水座197之间的连接处和止水通道之间形成过水间隙,使水流从进水孔进入后,能经过水间隙流至出水孔,再由出水孔流出。
该第一止水座底面凹设连接槽,该连接槽内放置有滚球198,该滚球至少部分伸出连接槽槽口,既,槽深度小于滚球直径;该滑块410设有导向斜面413及分别连接导向斜面413两侧的第一平面和第二平面,第一平面、导向斜面413和第二平面前后布置,该滚球滚动连接在导向斜面413、第一平面、第二平面。
为了进一步说明本实施例,下面简单介绍切换止水原理:
初始时:分水盘密封第一分水孔,此时第二分水孔接通分水腔,第二分水路出水;
滑块向前滑动以从中间位置滑动到切换位置,滑块顶抵第一翘板第一端带动第一翘板摆动,第一翘板第二端顶抵第二翘板第一端带动第二翘板摆动,第二翘板第二端拨动阀轴向上滑动,通过第一传动机构使分水盘转动1/2恒定角度,用户释放滑块,滑块在弹性体弹力作用下由切换位置复位至中间位置,阀轴在弹簧作用下复位,分水盘再转动1/2恒定角度,此时切换完成,分水盘介于两分水孔之间,两分水孔都接通分水腔,出混合水;滑块向前滑动并复位,以使分水盘再转动一恒定角度,以密封第二分水孔,此时第一分水孔接通分水腔,第一分水路出水。本实施例之中以两分水路为例,但并不以此进行限制,根据需要,三个或四个分水路都使用本实施例。
滑块向后滑动以从中间位置滑动到止水位置,滚球配合位置由第二平面经导向斜面后变至第一平面,在导向斜面配合过程中,滚球向上活动,顶抵止水机构也向上滑动,使第一止水座密封进水孔,实现止水。当滑块由止水位置滑回中间位置时,由于第一止水座所受水压面积S1大于第二止水座所受水压面积S2,因此止水机构在水力作用下滑动复位实现通水。
以上所述,仅为本发明较佳实施例而已,故不能依此限定本发明实施的范围,即依本发明专利范围及说明书内容所作的等效变化与修饰,皆应仍属本发明涵盖的范围内。
工业实用性
本发明出水切换装置,设计有弹性体使驱动机构复位;利用两翘板传动,结构紧凑,用力省,切换方便快速,可用于多种出水机构,具有良好的工业实用性。

Claims (11)

  1. 出水切换装置,包括:
    固定部分,设有一进水路和至少两能接通进水路的分水路;
    其特征在于:还包括:
    切换机构,装接在固定部分内且包括分水盘、第一传动机构和阀轴,该分水盘能相对固定部分活动,该阀轴能相对固定部分滑动,该第一传动机构连接分水盘和阀轴以使阀轴滑动一个来回能使分水盘转动一个恒定角度,通过分水盘转动实现分水路切换接通进水路;
    驱动机构,包括操作钮和第二传动机构,该操作钮活动连接固定部分以能供用户控制操作,该第二传动机构传动连接阀轴且通过操作钮活动能带动阀轴滑动;及
    弹性体,连接驱动机构和固定部分以使驱动机构能复位。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的出水切换装置,其特征在于:所述第二传动机构包括滑块、第一翘板和第二翘板,该滑块固接操作钮,该第一翘板摆动连接固定部分且通过滑块活动能带动第一翘板摆动,该第二翘板摆动连接固定部分且通过第一翘板摆动能带动第二翘板摆动,该第二翘板传动连接阀轴,通过第二翘板摆动带动阀轴滑动。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的出水切换装置,其特征在于:该滑块滑动连接固定部分;该第一翘板呈L形,该第一翘板之L形的中部转动连接固定部分,该滑块前端和第一翘板第一端顶抵连接;该第二翘板中部转动连接固定部分,该第二翘板第一端和第一翘板第二端顶抵连接,该第二翘板第二端和阀轴连接以能拨动阀轴滑动。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的出水切换装置,其特征在于:该阀轴设有固销,该固销具有伸出阀轴的两端;该第二翘板第二端设成拨叉,该拨叉叉接阀轴且固销之两端撑靠在拨叉之上。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的出水切换装置,其特征在于:该第二翘板之对应第一端凹设有第一通槽,该第一通槽的槽口处固设有横杆;该固定部分设两间隔布置的凸耳,该两凸耳位于第一通槽之内;该第一翘板转动连接在两凸耳之间,该第一翘板之第二端顶抵在横杆之上。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的出水切换装置,其特征在于:该弹性体连接在滑块和固定部分。
  7. 根据权利要求1或2或3或4或5或6所述的出水切换装置,其特征在于:
    该进水路设有分水腔,该每一分水路都具有一位于分水腔底面的分水孔;
    该分水腔底面凹设一凹槽,该凹槽环形陈列设置多个第一棘齿;该阀轴下端环形陈列设置多个第二棘齿;该分水盘设一贯穿孔,该分水盘底面之对应贯穿孔周圈部分环形陈列设置多个第三棘齿;该贯穿孔套在阀轴之外,另设弹簧顶抵在分水盘和分水腔之顶壁之间,该第二棘齿和第一棘齿啮合,该第二棘齿和第三棘齿配合,该第三棘齿位于凹槽之内。
  8. 根据权利要求2或3或4或5或6所述的出水切换装置,其特征在于:该固定部分设有止水通道,该止水通道滑动连接有止水机构;该滑块能相对固定部分在切换位置和中间位置之间、中间位置和止水位置之间滑动,该中间位置位于切换位置和止水位置之间;通过滑块由中间位置滑动至止水位置能带动止水机构滑动实现止水,该滑块由止水位置滑回中间位置,在水压作用下止水机构复位。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的出水切换装置,其特征在于:该固定部分设有一通至止水通道内的进水孔及一由止水通道内通至止水通道外的出水孔,该进水孔、止水通道和出水孔构成进水路的部分;该止水通道具有小截面面积段及大截面面积段,该进水孔设在大截面面积段,该出水孔设在小截面面积段;该止水机构包括第一止水座和第二止水座,该第一止水座和第二止水座固接在一起,该第一止水座适配大截面面积段,该第二止水座适配小截面面积段,通过第一止水座密封进水孔实现止水;另设传动件和滑块配合以使滑块滑动能通过传动件带动止水机构滑动。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的出水切换装置,其特征在于:该滑块设有导向斜面,该传动件为滚球,该滚球顶抵第一止水座。
  11. 根据权利要求9所述的出水切换装置,其特征在于:该固定部分为花洒,包括花洒头部分和手持部分,该花洒头部分内设有一分水腔,该分水腔之底壁设有一一对应接通分水路的分水孔,该分水腔构成进水路的部分。
