所述固定单元包括一本体、一分水体及一出水终端,所述出水终端固接在本体之下并设有多个出水功能,所述分水体连接在本体和出水终端之间,所述分水体和本体配合组成一连通供水源的圆柱进水腔;
所述分水体的对应圆柱进水腔的部分设有一一对应连通出水功能的分水孔,所述分水盘设有一出水孔;
所述分水盘转动装设在圆柱进水腔之内,所述分水盘和分水体密封靠接在一起并能相对转动,通过分水盘转动使出水孔接通进水腔和多组分水孔中的某一组分水孔。
一较佳实施例之中:所述分水盘向上凸设有一同步轴,所述同步轴能转动密封穿过本体;所述棘轮连接在同步轴,使得棘轮和分水盘之间构成同步转动连接关系。
一较佳实施例之中:所述固定单元还包括一上盖,所述上盖盖接在本体。
本发明解决其技术问题的所采用的技术方案之二是:
按钮切换花洒切换方法,它包括:
步骤1,按压滑动连接在花洒的按钮,按钮相对滑动;
步骤2,按钮作用于棘爪的连动座使得棘爪转动;
步骤3,棘爪转动并通过棘爪的控制端使棘轮转动,同时棘爪的弹性爪变形储能;
步骤4,棘轮转动并带动分水盘转动,分水盘转动到位,分水盘完成出水功能切换,同时棘爪的止位爪顶抵棘轮的棘齿,以阻止棘轮反转;
步骤5,松释按压,按钮复位,弹性爪的弹性能释能并带动棘爪复位。
本技术方案与背景技术相比,通过按钮按压带动棘爪转动,利用棘爪转动控制棘轮转动,利用棘轮转动带动分水盘转动,利用分水盘和固定单元之间的转动实现出水功能切换,它克服了背景技术所存在的不足,并具有如下优点:1、应用棘轮,实现单向转动,便于实现自动定位;2、配合止位爪,能够维持切换状态;3、区别于传统的面盖转环切换方式,使用者只需轻轻按动按钮就能够实现出水功能切换,切换方便;4、结构稳定、切换力小、切换手感好。5、通过弹性爪和限位柱配合,实现棘爪复位。6、通过转向块和连接杆配合,以将按钮滑动传动为棘爪转动,传动结构简单,占用空间小,用户所需按压力小。7、分水盘转动设置在分水体的圆形装配槽之内,便于保证分水盘转动的轴线准确性。8、圆形装配槽和本体配合组成进水腔,便于保证密封。9、上盖盖接在本体,将所述的棘爪、棘轮盖设在内,保证密封性能,美观。

具体实施方式
请查阅1至图4,按钮切换花洒,它包括一固定单元100及一切换机构200,所述固定单元100至少有二个出水功能。
请查阅1至图4,所述固定单元100包括一本体110、一出水终端120、一分水体130、一按钮座140及一上盖150。
所述本体110具有一手柄111、一固接在手柄111之前的密封板112、一由密封板112周缘向上延伸的上周壁113及一由密封板112周缘向下延伸的下周壁114;所述手柄111中空并形成一能够接通供水源的中空孔1111;所述密封板112之上凸设有一凸台115及二间隔的限位柱116;所述密封板112之下凸设有一圆柱周壁117及一连通道118,所述连通道118一端接通手柄111中空孔1111,另一端设在圆柱周壁117内回转面,以将供水源的水流向圆柱周壁117之内。所述本体110的手柄111之下开设有一安装孔1112。所述手柄111通过接头119连接在供水源。
所述出水终端120包括一面盖121、一分水焊接盖122和一叶轮123,所述面盖121之上固设有三道环绕的密封壁,所述分水焊接盖122焊接在面盖121之上,并使得所述三道环绕密封壁与面盖121周壁之间形成为三个独立的腔体,所述叶轮123设置在第一与第二道密封壁构成的腔体内,当水冲撞叶轮123时,它可以让腔体内的出水孔间隔出水以达按摩效果;所述面盖121对应三个独立的腔体的部分分别设置有不同的出水口,从而将独立腔体和出水口配合形成不同的出水功能。本实施例之中,所述出水终端120具有三个出水功能,但并不以此为限,其它如二个出水功能或四个出水功能也都适用本实施例。
所述出水终端120固设在本体110之下并密封固接本体110的下周壁114。
所述分水体130,它密封固接在本体110和出水终端120之间。所述分水体130之上凸设有圆柱台131,所述分水体130之上开设有与出水功能等组数的分水孔132,本实施例之中,分水孔132组数为三组,每组个数为二个。所述分水孔132的进口环形陈列位于圆柱台131顶面,所述分水孔132的出口分别接通出水终端120的腔体。所述分水体130的圆柱台131适配并密封连接本体110的圆柱周壁117的内回转面,以使得所述密封板112、分水体130、圆柱周壁117配合组成一通过连通道118接通手柄111的中空孔1111以接通供水源的圆柱进水腔。
所述按钮座140密封固接在本体110的手柄111的安装孔1112,所述按钮座140包括一底板141、一开设在底板141的滑动孔142及一由底板141周缘向上延伸而成的围壁143。所述按钮座140之内固设有二支座144,所述二支座144平行相对并通过枢轴固连。
所述上盖150密封盖接在本体110的上周壁113之上,以将切换机构200的连接杆222、棘爪230、棘轮240设其内。
请查阅3至图11,所述切换机构200包括一按钮210、一传动机构220、一棘爪230、一棘轮240及一分水盘250。
所述分水盘250适配并转动装设在本体110的圆柱周壁117之内,而且,所述分水盘250和分水体130的圆柱台131顶面底面密封靠接在一起并能相对转动,也即是适配并转动装设在本体110和分水体130之间,也即是适配并转动装设在圆柱进水腔之内。所述分水盘250之上开设有一组出水孔251,通过分水盘250和分水体130之间的相互转动使出水孔251接通进水腔和三组分水孔132中的某一组分水孔132。所述分水盘250之上固设有一同步轴252,所述同步轴252包括一位于下部分的圆柱段及一位于上部分的非圆段,所述同步轴252穿过本体110的密封板112,其中,圆柱段配合密封板112使得同步轴252能够相对密封板112转动,所述非圆段伸出于本体110的密封板112之上。
所述棘轮240位于密封板112之上,并适配连接分水盘250的同步轴252的非圆段,使得所述棘轮240和分水盘250之间构成同步转动连接关系。根据需要,所述棘轮240和分水盘250之间也可组成固定连接关系,或,直接一体成型。
所述棘爪230具有一枢孔231、一固设在枢孔231的弹性爪232、一固设在枢孔231的止位爪233、一固设在枢孔231的悬空段、一固设在悬空段末端的控制爪234及一固设在悬空段背面的连动座235。所述枢孔231枢接在本体110的密封板112的凸台115,使得棘爪230能够相对凸台115转动。所述弹性爪232适配并穿过本体110的密封板112的二限位爪116之间。其中:所述控制爪234的末端抵靠在棘轮240的棘齿,推动所述的控制爪234的末端能够带动棘轮240正转;所述止位爪233的末端抵靠棘轮240的棘齿,通过所述止位爪233的末端能够阻止棘轮反转;所述弹性爪232卡设在二限位柱116之间使得所述棘爪230正转时所述弹性爪232储能。
所述传动机构220包括一转向块221及一连接杆222。所述转向块221具有一枢接部及位于枢接部二侧的一推槽2211和一顶杆2212,所述枢接部通过枢轴1441传动连接在按钮座140的二支座144之间,使得所述转向块221受外力后能够相对枢轴1441转动。所述连接杆222顶抵在转向块221的推槽2211和棘爪230的连动座235之间,使得所述转向块221转动能够推动连接杆222带动连动座235活动,从而推动棘爪230向前移动;反之所述连动座235活动能够通过连接杆222带动推槽2211活动,带动转向块221转动。
所述按钮210滑动连接固定单元100的按钮座140的滑动孔142,并具有一伸出按钮座140的底板141之外以供用户按压的外端及一位于按钮座140之内的内端。所述按钮210内端和顶杆2212之间相互顶抵,使得按钮210滑动能够通过顶杆2212带动转向块221转动,反之,转向块221转动能够通过顶杆2212带动按钮210滑动。
按钮切换花洒切换方法,它包括:
步骤0,花洒出第一出水功能出水,分水盘250的出水孔251对齐接通第一分水孔132,请查阅图6、图7、图8,此时水路为供水源、手柄111的中空孔1111、连通道118、进水腔、出水孔251、第一分水孔132、第一腔体、出水;
步骤1,按压滑动连接在花洒的按钮210,按钮210相对滑动;
步骤2,按钮210的内端顶抵转向块221的顶杆2212,并推动顶杆2212活动,推动转向块221转动,带动推槽2211活动,通过连接杆222带动棘爪230的连动座235活动,带动棘爪230转动;
步骤3,棘爪230转动并通过棘爪230的控制爪234的末端使棘轮240转动,同时棘爪240的弹性爪232由于受二限位爪定位无法活动只能变形以储能;
步骤4,棘轮240转动并带动分水盘250转动,出水孔251移离第一分水孔132,分水盘250转动到位,分水盘250的出水孔251对齐接通第二分水孔132,花洒出第二出水功能出水,分水盘250完成出水功能切换,同时棘爪230的止位爪233顶抵棘轮240的棘齿,以阻止棘轮240反转,请查阅图9、图10、图11,此时水路为供水源、手柄111的中空孔1111、连通道118、进水腔、出水孔251、第二分水孔132、第二腔体、出水;
步骤5,松释按钮210按压,按钮210复位,弹性爪232的弹性能释能并带动棘爪230复位,此时棘爪230的止位爪233保持顶抵棘轮240的棘齿。
以上所述,仅为本发明较佳实施例而已,故不能依此限定本发明实施的范围,即依本发明专利范围及说明书内容所作的等效变化与修饰,皆应仍属本发明涵盖的范围内。
工业实用性
本发明公开了一种按钮切换花洒及其切换方法,通过按压按钮带动棘爪转动,利用棘爪转动控制棘轮转动,棘轮带动分水盘转动,利用分水盘和固定单元之间的转动实现出水功能切换,本发明实现自动定位,切换方便、结构稳定、切换力小、切换手感好,因此具有良好的工业实用性。

Claims (8)

  1. 按钮切换花洒,它包括一固定单元及一切换机构,所述固定单元设有至少二个出水功能,其特征在于:所述切换机构,它包括:
    一滑动连接在固定单元的按钮;
    一转动连接在固定单元的棘爪,它具有一连动座和一控制端,所述连动座和按钮之间构成传动连接关系,使按钮能够作用于连动座以带动棘爪转动;
    一转动连接在固定单元的棘轮,它连接棘爪的控制端,使棘爪的控制端能够作用于棘轮以带动棘轮转动;
    一转动设置在固定单元之内的分水盘,它和棘轮构成同步转动连接关系,使棘轮能够带动分水盘转动,利用分水盘和固定单元之间的相对转动实现出水功能切换。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的按钮切换花洒,其特征在于:所述棘爪还具有一止位爪,所述止位爪末端顶抵在棘轮棘齿。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的按钮切换花洒,其特征在于:所述棘爪还具有一弹性爪,所述固定单元之内设有二限位柱,所述弹性爪夹设在二限位柱之间,以使得棘爪能够复位。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的按钮切换花洒,其特征在于:所述按钮具有一露于外以供用户按压的外端及一位于固定单元之内的内端;所述按钮和棘爪的连动座之间设置有一传动机构,所述传动机构包括:
    一枢设在固定单元的转向块,它具有一枢接部及位于枢接部二侧的一推槽和一顶杆,所述顶杆配合于按钮内端,使按钮内端能够作用于顶杆以带动转向块转动;
    一连接杆,它二端分别顶抵转向块的推槽和棘爪的连动座,通过连接杆能够将推槽的活动传动为连动座的活动。
  5. 根据权利要求1或2或3或4所述的按钮切换花洒,其特征在于:
    所述固定单元包括一本体、一分水体及一出水终端,所述出水终端固接在本体之下并设有多个出水功能,所述分水体连接在本体和出水终端之间,所述分水体和本体配合组成一连通供水源的圆柱进水腔;
    所述分水体的对应圆柱进水腔的部分设有一一对应连通出水功能的分水孔,所述分水盘设有一出水孔;
    所述分水盘转动装设在圆柱进水腔之内,所述分水盘和分水体密封靠接在一起并能相对转动,通过分水盘转动使出水孔接通进水腔和多组分水孔中的某一组分水孔。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的按钮切换花洒,其特征在于:所述分水盘向上凸设有一同步轴,所述同步轴能转动密封穿过本体;所述棘轮连接在同步轴,使得棘轮和分水盘之间构成同步转动连接关系。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的按钮切换花洒,其特征在于:所述固定单元还包括一上盖,所述上盖盖接在本体。
  8. 按钮切换花洒切换方法,其特征在于:它包括:
    步骤1,按压滑动连接在花洒的按钮,按钮相对滑动;
    步骤2,按钮作用于棘爪的连动座使得棘爪转动;
    步骤3,棘爪转动并通过棘爪的控制端使棘轮转动,同时棘爪的弹性爪变形储能;
    步骤4,棘轮转动并带动分水盘转动,分水盘转动到位,分水盘完成出水功能切换,同时棘爪的止位爪顶抵棘轮的棘齿,以阻止棘轮反转;
    步骤5,松释按压,按钮复位,弹性爪的弹性能释能并带动棘爪复位。
