本发明涉及卫浴设备制造技术领域,尤其是一种通过按键切换出水状态的手持花洒。
背景技术
传统手持花洒要切换出水状态时,通常需要双手配合相对施力,一手握住花洒的壳体,另一手旋转面盖,面盖带动出水组件切换水流出水通道以喷出不同的水花。这种传统的切换结构操作起来比较费劲,无法实现单手操作,切换速度也较慢。
为了方便花洒出水状态的切换并能单手操作,目前市面上已出现采用拨动滚轮的结构来切换花洒出水状态,但使用中发现此类切换机构在切换花洒出水状态时操作施力的力度与挡位较难控制,切换手感有待改进。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种通过按键切换出水状态的手持花洒,其便于单手操作切换出水状态,切换速度快,且可靠性较高。
为达到上述目的,本发明的技术方案是:一种通过按键切换出水状态的手持花洒,包括具有手持部的壳体,壳体的一端装有出水组件,出水组件设有多路出水通道,壳体中间装有进水管,进水管通过切换阀连通出水组件上的出水通道,所述出水组件设有分别连通其多路出水通道的多个进水口;
所述切换阀包括阀体、按键、传动摆杆、滑动杆、复位弹簧、驱动盘、驱动轴、棘轮、棘爪和分水盘,阀体装在壳体内,分水盘处于阀体和出水组件之间,分水盘上设有至少一个分水孔,阀体上设有过水通道,过水通道的一端连通进水管、另一端连通分水盘上的分水孔;
按键铰接在阀体上或铰接在壳体上,按键暴露出壳体外,传动摆杆铰接在阀体或铰接在壳体上,驱动轴枢接在阀体上,驱动轴在周向固连棘轮和分水盘,驱动盘枢接在驱动轴上,棘爪铰接在驱动盘上,滑动杆一端铰接驱动盘,复位弹簧装在阀体和滑动杆之间;

本发明在切换出水状态时,可单手握住壳体的手持部,用拇指按压或放松按键,压下按键时可驱动传动摆杆转动,然后传动摆杆推动滑动杆移动,滑动杆带动驱动盘转动,铰接在驱动盘上棘爪驱动棘轮转动,棘轮再带动驱动轴和分水盘转动,使得分水盘上的分水孔对应出水组件上的不同进水口;拇指放松按键时,复位弹簧可驱动滑动杆复位,滑动杆再带动驱动盘反转复位,驱动盘带动棘爪复位。这样反复按压或放松按键就可使分水盘沿一个方向不断转动,通过分水盘上的分水孔对应出水组件上的不同进水口,就能让水流在不同出水通道进行切换,使得花洒能够输出不同水花。其实现了单手操作,切换速度快,且可靠性较高。

按压按键42驱动传动摆杆43转动,传动摆杆43推动滑动杆44移动,滑动杆44带动驱动盘46转动,使得铰接在驱动盘46上棘爪49带动棘轮48转动,棘轮48再带动驱动轴47和分水盘5转动,使得分水盘5上的分水孔51可对应出水座21上的不同进水口211。
所述驱动轴47的一端设有凹孔471,分水盘5靠近阀体41一侧的中间设有凹槽52,所述驱动轴47的一端插入所述凹槽52使得驱动轴47与分水盘5在周向固连,凹孔471中装有第一压簧472,第一压簧472的一端顶在分水盘5上、另一端顶在驱动轴47上,第一压簧472驱动分水盘5靠向所述出水组件2的出水座21一侧。可以有效提高密封性能,提升分水的可靠性。所述凹槽52中间的分水盘5上还设有一凸柱53,第一压簧472部分套在凸柱53上,以确保第一压簧472工作状态正常。
所述驱动轴47另一端外周面上设有一卡槽473,卡槽473上装有U形环474,U形环474限制棘轮48和驱动盘46脱离驱动轴47。
所述阀体41上设有滑轨413,所述滑动杆44的中部配合在滑轨413上。以确保滑动杆44往复运动的可靠性。所述阀体41上装有止转棘爪6,止转棘爪6的一端配合在棘轮48的齿槽上,止转棘爪6防止棘轮48的反转。
所述驱动盘46沿轴向设有第一凸起461,第一凸起461与棘爪49之间装有第二压簧462,第二压簧462驱动棘爪49的驱动端靠在棘轮48的齿槽上;所述阀体41上还设有两个角度限位凸起414,所述驱动盘46沿径向设有第二凸起463,第二凸起463与两个角度限位凸起414相配合限制驱动盘46正反转的角度。这样有利于控制棘轮48的转动角度,提升出水状态切换的可靠性。
所述滑动杆44上设有第一导向柱441,所述阀体41上延伸一个第二导向柱415,所述复位弹簧45同时套在第一导向柱441和第二导向柱415上,第一导向柱441和第二导向柱415位置相互错开。以确保复位弹簧45的伸缩正常。
所述出水座21远离阀体41一侧的中间固连一出水柱7,出水柱7也可跟出水座21连成一体,出水柱7的中间设有一喷水孔71,喷水孔71靠近外侧一部分为外大内小锥形状,喷水孔71靠近内侧一部分为圆柱形状,喷水孔71内侧的圆柱形周面连通三个进水槽72,三个进水槽72连通出水座21上的一路出水通道,三个进水槽72使得进入喷水孔71的水流形成螺旋状。这样可以有效扩大花洒中间部位的出水面积。
所述进水槽72为内小外大形的凹槽52,形状类似于落地风扇的叶片形状,所述出水柱7上设有一径向吸气孔73,径向吸气孔73连通所述喷水孔71。出水柱7外周面上还设有一定位凸起74,便于准确定位在出水座21上。出水座21上还设有两组出水孔213,两组出水孔213分别连通出水座21上的两路出水通道。
本实施例使用时,利用进水管3的外螺纹31连接外部水管,外部水管进水时,单手握住壳体1的手持部1a,然后用拇指按压按键42驱动传动摆杆43转动,传动摆杆43推动滑动杆44移动,滑动杆44带动驱动盘46转动,铰接在驱动盘46上棘爪49驱动棘轮48转动,棘轮48再带动驱动轴47和分水盘5转动,使得分水盘5上的分水孔51对应出水座21上的不同进水口211;拇指放松按键42时,复位弹簧45驱动滑动杆44复位,滑动杆44再带动驱动盘46反转复位,驱动盘46带动棘爪49复位,这样通过按压按键42或放松按键42可实现分水盘5的转动,水流就可在不同出水通道进行切换,然后花洒喷出不同的水花。其实现单手操作,切换速度快,且切换可靠性较高。
以上仅是本发明一个较佳的实施例,本领域的技术人员按权利要求作等同的改变都落入本案的保护范围。

Claims (8)

1.一种通过按键切换出水状态的手持花洒,包括具有手持部的壳体,壳体的一端装有出水组件,出水组件设有多路出水通道,其特征在于:壳体中间装有进水管,进水管通过切换阀连通出水组件上的出水通道,所述出水组件设有分别连通其多路出水通道的多个进水口;
所述切换阀包括阀体、按键、传动摆杆、滑动杆、复位弹簧、驱动盘、驱动轴、棘轮、棘爪和分水盘,阀体装在壳体内,分水盘处于阀体和出水组件之间,分水盘上设有至少一个分水孔,阀体上设有过水通道,过水通道的一端连通进水管、另一端连通分水盘上的分水孔;
按键铰接在阀体上或铰接在壳体上,按键暴露出壳体外,传动摆杆铰接在阀体或铰接在壳体上,驱动轴枢接在阀体上,驱动轴在周向固连棘轮和分水盘,驱动盘枢接在驱动轴上,棘爪铰接在驱动盘上,滑动杆一端铰接驱动盘,复位弹簧装在阀体和滑动杆之间;
驱动盘与棘轮和分水盘的转动中心轴线相重叠,棘爪驱动端配合在棘轮的齿槽上、棘爪另一端铰接在驱动盘上;
按压按键驱动传动摆杆转动,传动摆杆推动滑动杆移动,滑动杆带动驱动盘转动,使得铰接在驱动盘上棘爪带动棘轮转动,棘轮再带动驱动轴和分水盘转动,使得分水盘上的分水孔可对应出水组件上的不同进水口;
所述出水组件包括出水座,多路所述出水通道设置在出水座上;所述出水座靠近阀体一侧设有第一环形凸起,所述阀体靠近出水座一侧设有第二环形凸起,第二环形凸起套接所述第一环形凸起,所述分水盘处于所述第一环形凸起的中间,多个所述进水口设置在所述第一环形凸起内的出水座上;
所述出水座远离阀体一侧的中间固连一出水柱,出水柱的中间设有一喷水孔,喷水孔靠近外侧一部分为外大内小锥形状,喷水孔靠近内侧一部分为圆柱形状,喷水孔内侧的圆柱形周面连通多个进水槽,多个进水槽连通出水座上的一路出水通道,多个进水槽使得进入喷水孔的水流形成螺旋状。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种通过按键切换出水状态的手持花洒,其特征在于:所述驱动轴的一端设有凹孔,分水盘靠近阀体一侧的中间设有凹槽,所述驱动轴的一端插入所述凹槽使得驱动轴与分水盘在周向固连,凹孔中装有第一压簧,第一压簧的一端顶在分水盘上、另一端顶在驱动轴上,第一压簧驱动分水盘靠向所述出水组件。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种通过按键切换出水状态的手持花洒,其特征在于:所述驱动轴另一端外周面上设有一卡槽,卡槽上装有U形环,U形环限制棘轮和驱动盘脱离驱动轴。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种通过按键切换出水状态的手持花洒,其特征在于:所述阀体上设有滑轨,所述滑动杆的中部配合在滑轨上;所述阀体上装有止转棘爪,止转棘爪的一端配合在棘轮的齿槽上,止转棘爪防止棘轮的反转。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种通过按键切换出水状态的手持花洒,其特征在于:所述驱动盘沿轴向设有第一凸起,第一凸起与棘爪之间装有第二压簧,第二压簧驱动棘爪的驱动端靠在棘轮的齿槽上;所述阀体上设有两个角度限位凸起,所述驱动盘沿径向设有第二凸起,第二凸起与两个角度限位凸起相配合限制驱动盘正反转的角度。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种通过按键切换出水状态的手持花洒,其特征在于:所述滑动杆上设有第一导向柱,所述阀体上延伸一个第二导向柱,所述复位弹簧同时套在第一导向柱和第二导向柱上,第一导向柱和第二导向柱位置相互错开。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种通过按键切换出水状态的手持花洒,其特征在于:所述进水槽为内小外大形凹槽,所述出水柱上设有一径向吸气孔,径向吸气孔连通所述喷水孔。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种通过按键切换出水状态的手持花洒,其特征在于:所述进水口有六个且均匀分布在同一圆周上,所述出水座上的出水通道有三路;每路出水通道连通两个所述进水口,所述分水盘上设有两个分水孔,每个分水孔为弧形状,每个分水孔可连通一个所述进水口或同时连通两个所述进水口。
