一种按钮切换出水功能的手持花洒，包括花洒本体(1)，花洒本体(1)包括出水头部(11)和手持部(12)，出水头部(11)和手持部(12)的交界处设有按钮(2)；手持部(12)内设有出水切换组件(3)。采用以上结构，将出水切换组件(3)设在花洒的手持部(12)内，充分利用手持部(12)的长度空间，因此花洒的流量更大。另外，在该花洒上，通过按压按钮(2)，推动压杆(302)将轴向推力转换成切换件(304)的旋转动力，从而带动旋转片(307)旋转，旋转片(307)切换不同的进水孔单独进水或同步进水，实现不同功能出水的转换。

Description

一种按钮切换出水功能的手持花洒 技术领域
本实用新型涉及花洒领域，尤其涉及一种按钮切换出水功能的手持花洒。
背景技术
常见手持花洒按钮一般设置于手握与花洒头连接部位，切换机构一般设置于按钮下部或者通过连接机构设置于花洒出水头部空间内，这种方式通常受制于按压方向的空间不足导致花洒的流量受到限制，无法满足不同的流量需求。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题，本实用新型的目的在于提供一种充分利用花洒手握部分并不影响花洒流量的按钮切换出水功能的手持花洒。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型采用以下技术方案：
一种按钮切换出水功能的手持花洒，包括花洒本体，花洒本体包括出水头部和手持部，出水头部和手持部的交界处设有按钮；所述手持部内设有出水切换组件，该出水切换组件包括分水体、压杆、传动件、切换件、止挡件、固定座和旋转片，所述分水体的一端设有两个以上的出水孔，各出水孔分别与出水头部内的不同出水通道连通，分水体内部对应各出水孔分别设有分水腔，所述固定座固定在分水体的另一端上，且固定座上对应各分水腔分别设有进水孔；所述压杆、传动件、切换件和止挡件依序套设在分水体的轴向内腔内，所述分水体的一端延伸出分水体，且延伸出分水体的一端上设有第一斜面，所述按钮部上设有与第一斜面相配合的第二斜面，所述压杆的另一端通过第一弹簧与传动件连接，传动件和切换件相向的一端上分别设有相互配合传动的斜齿，且传动件和切换件之间设有第二弹簧；所述切换件朝向止挡件的端面和止挡件之间设有轴向间隙，且切换件朝向止挡件端面的中心处设有转轴，该转轴依序穿过止挡件和固定座后与旋转片固定连接，所述切换件和止挡件之间设有第三弹簧。
所述进水口的进水端上设有密封垫。
所述转轴与传动件一体成型。
所述转轴与固定座之间设有第一密封圈。
所述固定座与手持部的内壁之间设有第二密封圈。
相比现有技术，本实用新型具有以下优点：本实用新型将出水切换组件设在花洒的手持部内，充分利用手持部的长度空间，因此花洒的流量更大。
另外，本实用新型通过按压按钮，推动压杆以将轴向推力转换成切换件的旋转动力，从而带动旋转片旋转，旋转片切换不同的进水孔单独进水或同步进水，实现不同功能出水的转换。本实用新型切换结构简单，轻巧，实现一个按钮即可控制多个出水功能，切换操作方便。

具体实施方式
如图1-4之一所示，本实用新型包括花洒本体1，花洒本体1包括出水头部11和手持部12，出水头部11和手持部12的交界处设有按钮2；手持部12内设有出水切换组件3，该出水切换组件3包括分水体301、压杆302、传动件303、切换件304、止挡件305、固定座306和旋转片307，分水体301的一端设有两个以上的出水孔3011，各出水孔3011分别与出水头部11内的不同出水通道连通，分水体301内部对应各出水孔3011分别设有分水腔，固定座306固定在分水体301的另一端上，且固定座306上对应各分水腔分别设有进水孔；压杆302、传动件303、切换件304和止挡件305依序套设在分水体301的轴向内腔内，分水体301的一端延伸出分水体301，且延伸出分水体301的一端上设有第一斜面，按钮2部上设有与第一斜面相配合的第二斜面，压杆302的另一端通过第一弹簧308与传动件303连接，传 动件303和切换件304相向的一端上分别设有相互配合传动的斜齿，且传动件303和切换件304之间设有第二弹簧309；切换件304朝向止挡件305的端面和止挡件305之间设有轴向间隙，且切换件304朝向止挡件305端面的中心处设有转轴3041，转轴3041与切换件304一体成型，该转轴3041依序穿过止挡件305和固定座306后与旋转片307固定连接，切换件304和止挡件305之间设有第三弹簧310。
其中，进水口的进水端上设有密封垫311，转轴3041与固定座306之间设有第一密封圈312，固定座306与手持部12的内壁之间设有第二密封圈313。
上述结构，将出水切换组件3设在花洒的手持部12内，充分利用手持部12的长度空间，因此花洒的流量更大。
本实施例中，出水孔3011为两个，每按压一次按钮2，旋转片307旋转90°，具体过程如下：使用者往下按动按钮2时，压杆302受到轴向力后往分水体301内运动，压杆302带动传动件303运动，传动件303通过斜齿带动切换件304运动，转轴3041带动旋转片307脱离密封垫311，当切换件304碰到止挡件305时无法再向前运动，此时继续推动压杆302，在斜齿的作用下，传动件303带动切换件304转动，从而带动旋转片307转动90度。使用者撤掉按压力后，切换件304和旋转片307在第三弹簧310的作用下往回运动，旋转片307压紧密封垫311。同时在第一弹簧308和第二弹簧309的作用下，切换件304、传动件303和压杆302全部复位。如图4所示，继续按压按钮2重复上述步骤，每按压四次，旋转片307转动一圈，其中两次两个进水口同时进水，其余两次两个进水口分别单独进水一次。

  1. 一种按钮切换出水功能的手持花洒，包括花洒本体，花洒本体包括出水头部和手持部，出水头部和手持部的交界处设有按钮；其特征在于：所述手持部内设有出水切换组件，该出水切换组件包括分水体、压杆、传动件、切换件、止挡件、固定座和旋转片，所述分水体的一端设有两个以上的出水孔，各出水孔分别与出水头部内的不同出水通道连通，分水体内部对应各出水孔分别设有分水腔，所述固定座固定在分水体的另一端上，且固定座上对应各分水腔分别设有进水孔；所述压杆、传动件、切换件和止挡件依序套设在分水体的轴向内腔内，所述分水体的一端延伸出分水体，且延伸出分水体的一端上设有第一斜面，所述按钮部上设有与第一斜面相配合的第二斜面，所述压杆的另一端通过第一弹簧与传动件连接，传动件和切换件相向的一端上分别设有相互配合传动的斜齿，且传动件和切换件之间设有第二弹簧；所述切换件朝向止挡件的端面和止挡件之间设有轴向间隙，且切换件朝向止挡件端面的中心处设有转轴，该转轴依序穿过止挡件和固定座后与旋转片固定连接，所述切换件和止挡件之间设有第三弹簧。

  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种按钮切换出水功能的手持花洒，其特征在于：所述固定座与手持部的内壁之间设有第二密封圈。
