参考说明书附图4、5,该具有复位功能的出水结构状态一时,按钮未进行切换(复位状态)描述:中心轴封堵件在第三弹簧的作用下,第一出水通道连通,同时活动栓在水压的作用下向图中右边移动直至限位处(在图中为活动栓另一端与中心轴相接触),第一弹簧和第二弹簧在活动栓作用下被压缩,而移动件此时在第一弹簧和第二弹簧的作用下移动,使第二斜面位于第三斜面的上方,准备 配合联接。
参考说明书附图6、7,该具有复位功能的出水结构状态二时,在状态一的情况下,按下按钮,按钮的第二斜面刚好与在移动件第三斜面契合,移动件在按钮的作用下迫使中心轴向图中的右边运动直至中心轴上的封堵件堵住第一出水通道,使水流不经过第一出水通道出水,在水压的作用下,当作用于封堵件的水压大于第三弹簧的弹簧力,中心轴上的封堵件一直对第一出水通道进行封堵,此时关闭第一出水通道,连通第二出水通道。
参考说明书附图8、9,该具有复位功能的出水结构状态三时,在状态二的情况下,松开按钮,按钮在复位弹簧作用下自动复位,活动栓处的水压由于第一出水通道的关闭而泄压,此时在第一弹簧和第二弹簧的作用下活动栓向图中的左边移动直至限位处,移动件也在第一弹簧和第二弹簧的作用下向移动到图中的左边,使第一斜面位于第四斜面的上方,准备配合联接。
参考说明书附图10、11,该具有复位功能的出水结构状态四时,在状态三的情况下,再一次按下按钮,按钮的第一斜面刚好与移动件的第四斜面契合,中心轴在移动件的迫使下向图中左边移动直至中心轴的封堵件实现第二出水通道的封堵,而在水压及第三弹簧的作用下,中心轴上的封堵件一直对第二出水通道进行封堵,关闭第二出水通道,连通第一出水通道。
参考说明书附图12、13,该具有复位功能的出水结构状态五时,在状态四的情况下,此时松开按钮,按钮在复位弹簧的作用下自动复位,而活动栓在水压的作用下又向图中右侧移动直至限位处,同时压缩第一弹簧和第二弹簧,而移动件也在第一弹簧和第二弹簧的作用下向图中右侧移动,此时产品又处于状态一的状态,如此循环切换。若此时关闭进水口,产品在弹簧力的作用下自动回复到不工作的状态。

参考说明书附图图14,具有复位功能的出水结构,主要包括了按钮10、移动件20和中心轴30及本体50。下面对该切换结构具体应用到的产品进行说明,以一种拉出式龙头的抽取花洒为例进行附图的绘制对出水结构进行说明,但是,本申请提出的出水结构并不局限在附图中绘制的抽取花洒,还可以为其他产品,比如:三向分流器、自来水与净水切换、顶喷、花洒、喷枪等。
具体的说:按钮10,在一实施例中:所述按钮下方设置左右分布的第一斜 面11和第二斜面12,所述第一斜面和第二斜面下端相联接,所述按钮上设置有复位第三复位弹簧;移动件20,所述移动件与按钮相配合,所述移动件上方设置有左右分布的第三斜面21和第四斜面22,所述第三斜面21和第四斜面22上端相联接;所述第三斜面21与第二斜面12相配合,所述第四斜面22与第一斜面11相配合;在另一实施例中,所述按钮下方设置有第一圆弧面,所述移动件上方设置有与第一圆弧面相配合的第二圆弧面;所述第一圆弧面的一侧与第二圆弧面的另一侧相配合,所述第一圆弧面的另一侧与第二圆弧面的一侧相配合,也就是说,这第一圆弧面的最低点与第二圆弧面的最高点相错开,不在同一竖直面上,第一圆弧面与第二圆弧面的配合方式与上述四种斜面的配合方式相似,在此不对其进行详细说明;中心轴30,所述移动件20与中心轴30相配合实现移动件沿中心轴移动,位于移动件左右两旁的中心轴上套设有第一弹簧41和第二弹簧42。在一实施例中,所述中心轴上设置有环形凹槽31,所述移动件20套设在环形凹槽31内,在该实施例中,移动件在环形凹槽两端间移动,也就是说:环形凹槽的两端为移动件的移动端点。
更具体的说:该出水结构还包括一具有过水道51的本体50,所述过水道的出水端设置有第一出水通道52和第二出水通道53,在该实施例中,过水道的出水端设置有一分流器,第一出水通道位于第一分流器内,第二出水通道位于分流器与本体间的空隙;所述中心轴一端设置有用于控制第一出水通道或第二出水通道启闭的封堵件54,在一实施例中,该封堵件为一密封圈,该密封圈套在中心轴上,所述中心轴一端与本体间设置有第三弹簧55。第三弹簧的作用是在产品断水后让封堵件堵住第二个出水通道,当通水时第一出水通道出水,第二出水通道不出水。
进一步的,所述中心轴的另一端套设有第一磁铁130,所述本体上还设置有与第一磁铁相吸配合的磁性件131,所述本体上设置一用于能让磁性件移动的空间132,也就是说:磁性件可以在空间内做在图中左右方向上的移动。本发明具体实施例中可以为:所述第一弹簧一端与移动件一端相联接,所述第一弹簧另一端与磁性件相联接;所述第二弹簧一端与移动件另一端相联接,所述第二弹簧另一端与本体相联接。
本发明在一使用中,所述中心轴位于第一出水通道上设置有密封件80,位于密封件与封堵件间的中心轴上套设有固定环133。
下面对该本发明的出水结构进行详细说明:
参考说明书附图图15,该出水结构状态一时,按钮未进行切换(复位状态),中心轴上的密封圈在第三弹簧的作用下封堵第二出水通道,同时第一磁铁在磁性件的吸引力作用下移动直至限位处,第一弹簧在第一磁铁的作用下被压缩,而移动件此时在第一弹簧和第二弹簧的作用下,移动件高点处于按钮低点的右侧,第二斜面位于第三斜面的上方,准备配合,此时第一出水通道开启。
参考说明书附图图16,该出水结构状态二时,在状态一的情况下,按下按钮,按钮的第二斜面刚好与移动件的第三斜面契合,移动件在按钮的作用下迫使中心轴向图中右侧移动,直至中心轴的封堵件将第一出水通道关闭,开启第二出水通道,而在水压的作用下,当水压大于第三弹簧的弹簧力,中心轴的封堵件保证第一出水通道关闭和第二出水通道的畅通。
参考说明书附图图17,该出水结构状态三时,在状态二的情况下,松开按钮,按钮在复位弹簧作用下自动复位,第一磁铁与磁性件拉开一段距离后,相互吸力减弱,同时作用在其上的第一弹簧弹力加大,第一磁铁向图中左边移动至限位处,移动件也在第一弹簧和第二弹簧的作用下移动,直到移动件高点处于按钮低点的左边,第一斜面位于第四斜面的上方,准备配合。
参考说明书附图图18,该出水结构状态四时,在状态三的情况下,再一次按下按钮,按钮的第一斜面刚好与移动件的第四斜面契合,中心轴在移动件的迫使下向图中左侧移动,直至中心轴的封堵件将第二出水通道关闭,而在水压的作用下,中心轴的封堵件保证第二出水通道关闭和第二出水通道的开启。
参考说明书附图图19,该出水结构状态五时,其也为状态一,在状态四的情况下,此时松开按钮,按钮在复位弹簧的作用下自动复位,而第一磁铁在磁性件吸附下移动至限位处,移动件此时在第一弹簧和第二弹簧的作用下,移动件高点处于按钮低点的右侧,第二斜面位于第三斜面的上方。如此循环切换。
参考说明书附图图20-图27,本发明实施例三中:
参考说明书附图图20,一种具有复位功能的出水结构,主要包括了按钮10、移动件20和中心轴30及本体50。
下面对该切换结构具体应用到的产品进行说明,以一种拉出式龙头的抽取花洒为例进行附图的绘制对出水结构进行说明,但是,本申请提出的出水结构并不局限在附图中绘制的抽取花洒,还可以为其他产品,比如:三向分流器、 自来水与净水切换、顶喷、花洒、喷枪等。
一按钮10,所述按钮上设置有与其配合的复位弹簧13;
一移动件20,所述移动件与按钮配合联接以实现按钮的移动;
一中心轴30,所述移动件固定在中心轴的一端,所述中心轴上套设有第四弹簧43。
本发明按钮一实施例中,所述按钮下方设置左右分布的第一斜面11和第二斜面12,所述第一斜面和第二斜面下端相联接;所述移动件上方设置有左右分布的第三斜面21和第四斜面22,所述第三斜面和第四斜面上端相联接;所述第三斜面与第二斜面相配合,所述第四斜面与第一斜面相配合。所述中心轴中部设置有环形片120,所述第四弹簧43设置在环形片与本体之间。本发明按钮另一实施例中,所述按钮下方设置有第一圆弧面,所述移动件上方设置有与第一圆弧面相配合的第二圆弧面;所述第一圆弧面的一侧与第二圆弧面的另一侧相配合,所述第一圆弧面的另一侧与第二圆弧面的一侧相配合,也就是说,这第一圆弧面的最低点与第二圆弧面的最高点相错开,不在同一竖直面上,第一圆弧面与第二圆弧面的配合方式与上述四种斜面的配合方式相似,不在此对其进行详细说明。
更具体的说:还有一本体,本体上设置有过水通道51,所述本体的出水端设置有第一出水通道52和第二出水通道53,所述中心轴另一端联接有与一中心栓90,所述中心栓上设置有用于控制第一出水通道或第二出水通道启闭的密封圈91,位于环形片与中心栓间的中心轴上还套设有固定片92,固定片紧固在本体上,所述固定片与中心栓间设置有第五弹簧44,本发明更具体的说:所述固定片与中心轴间设置有用于将水流引到环形片的过水口93,更具体的说:水流可以通过固定片流到另一侧,这样形成的水压将中心轴往图中的左边移动。本发明一较佳实施例中,所述封堵件为一活动的中心栓,中心栓包括一主体94,所述主体外周设置套设有密封圈91,所述主体内设置有一空腔95,所述中心轴另一端设置有位于空腔内的卡接块121,所述卡接块的长度小于空腔的长度,具体的说就是:中心轴在往图中最右边往左边或者最左边往右边移动时,中心轴会先单独移动一个行程再带动中心栓移动,这是需要给中心轴一个复位的行程,方便下次切换。
本发明在使用中,所述环形片上设置有密封件80。
下面对该本发明的出水结构进行详细说明:
参考说明书附图图22,该出水结构不工作状态;中心栓上的密封圈在第五弹簧的作用下封堵第二出水通道,开通第一出水通道,移动件固定在中心轴上,中心轴在第四弹簧的作用下,按钮的低点位于移动件高点的左边,第二斜面位于第三斜面上方。
参考说明书附图图23,该出水结构状态一,按钮未按压(复位状态);中心栓上的密封圈在第五弹簧的作用下封堵第二出水通道,开通第一出水通道,同时中心轴在水压的作用下向图中的左侧移动直至限位处901,第四弹簧在中心轴的作用被压缩,而移动件及中心轴此时在水压的作用下向左移动,按钮的低点位于移动件高点的右边,第一斜面位于第四斜面上方准备配合。
参考说明书附图图24,该出水结构状态二,在状态一的情况下,按下按钮,按钮的第一斜面刚好与移动件第四斜面契合,移动件及中心轴在按钮的作用下迫使中心轴往图中左侧移动,从而拉动中心栓也往图中左侧移动,直至中心栓上的密封圈封堵第一出水通道,开通第二出水通道,而在水压的作用下,当水压大于第五弹簧的弹簧力时,中心栓上的密封圈一直封堵第二出水通道,开通第一出水通道。
参考说明书附图图25,该出水结构状态三,在状态二的情况下,松开按钮,按钮在复位弹簧作用下自动复位,中心轴处的水压由于第一出水通道的关闭而泄压,此时在第四弹簧的作用下,中心轴向右侧移动直至限位处902,按钮的低点位于移动件高点的左边,第二斜面位于第三斜面上方准备配合。
参考说明书附图图26,该出水结构状态四,在状态三的情况下,再一次按下按钮,按钮的二斜面刚好与移动件的第三斜面契合,中心轴在移动件的作用下,迫使下中心栓往图中右侧移动,使中心栓上的密封圈封堵第二出水通道,开通第一出水通道。
参考说明书附图图27,该出水结构状态五,其也为状态一,在状态四的情况下,此时松开按钮,按钮在复位弹簧的作用下自动复位,而中心轴在水压的作用下往图中左侧直至限位处901,同时压缩第四弹簧,第四弹簧在中心轴的作用被压缩,而移动件及中心轴此时在水压的作用下向左移动,按钮的低点位于移动件高点的右边,第一斜面位于第四斜面上方准备配合,此时产品又处于状态一,如此循环切换。若此时关闭进水口,产品在弹簧力的作用下自动回复到 不工作的状态,实现了记忆功能。
本发明还公开另一技术特征:
一种拉出头,包括上述的一种具有复位功能的出水结构。还包括一设于本体外周的外壳100,所述外壳上设置有与第一出水通道相连通的柔水出水组件101,所述外壳上设置有与第二出水通道相连通的花洒水出水孔102。
以上所揭露的仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已,当然不能以此来限定本发明之权利范围,因此依本发明权利要求所作的等同变化,仍属本发明所涵盖的范围。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种具有复位功能的出水结构,其特征在于,包括:
    一本体,所述本体内设置有过水通道,所述本体的出水端设置有第一出水通道和第二出水通道;
    一按钮,所述按钮设置在本体上,所述按钮与本体间设置有复位弹簧;
    一移动件,所述移动件与按钮配合联接以实现移动件的移动,
    一中心轴,所述移动件与中心轴相配合联接,所述中心轴一端设置有用于控制第一出水通道或第二出水通道启闭的封堵件,所述中心轴一端与本体间设置有第三弹簧;所述本体内设置有用于驱动移动件复位的复位装置。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种具有复位功能的出水结构,其特征在于,所述复位装置包括位于移动件左右两旁的中心轴上设有的第一弹簧和第二弹簧,所述中心轴的另一端套设有一活动栓,所述本体上还设置有一连通第一出水通道与活动栓的水道;所述第一弹簧一端与移动件一端相联接,所述第一弹簧另一端与活动栓相联接;所述第二弹簧一端与移动件另一端相联接,所述第二弹簧另一端与本体相联接。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种具有复位功能的出水结构,其特征在于,所述复位装置包括位于所述中心轴另一端的第一磁铁,所述本体上还设置有与第一磁铁相吸配合的磁性件,所述本体上设置一用于能让磁性件移动的空间,所述第一弹簧一端与移动件一端相联接,所述第一弹簧另一端与磁性件相联接;所述第二弹簧一端与移动件另一端相联接,所述第二弹簧另一端与本体相联接。
  4. 根据权利要求2或3任一所述的一种具有复位功能的出水结构,其特征在于,所述中心轴上设置有环形凹槽,所述移动件套设在环形凹槽内。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种具有复位功能的出水结构,其特征在于,所述复位装置包括位于中心轴上套设的第四弹簧,所述中心轴中部设置有环形片,所述第四弹簧设置在环形片与本体之间,位于环形片与中心栓间的中心轴上还套设有固定片,固定片紧固在本体上,所述固定片与中心栓间设置有第五弹簧,所述固定片与中心轴间设置有用于将水流引到环形片的过水口。
  6. 根据权利要求2、3或5任一所述的一种具有复位功能的出水结构,其特征在于,所述按钮下方设置左右分布的第一斜面和第二斜面,所述第一斜面 和第二斜面下端相联接;所述移动件上方设置有左右分布的第三斜面和第四斜面,所述第三斜面和第四斜面上端相联接;所述第三斜面与第二斜面相配合,所述第四斜面与第一斜面相配合。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种具有复位功能的出水结构,其特征在于,所述按钮下方设置有第一圆弧面,所述移动件上方设置有与第一圆弧面相配合的第二圆弧面;所述第一圆弧面的一侧与第二圆弧面的另一侧相配合,所述第一圆弧面的另一侧与第二圆弧面的一侧相配合。
  8. 根据权利要求2所述的一种具有复位功能的出水结构,其特征在于,所述本体内设置有用于安装中心轴的空腔,所述活动栓与空腔间设置有密封件,位于空腔另一端的中心轴上套设置有另一端密封件。
  9. 根据权利要求3所述的具有复位功能的出水结构,其特征在于,所述中心轴位于第一出水通道上设置有密封件,位于密封件与封堵件间的中心轴上套设有固定环。
  10. 一种拉出头,其特征在于,包括如权利要求1-9任一所述的一种具有复位功能的出水结构。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的一种拉出头,其特征在于,还包括一设于本体外周的外壳,所述外壳上设置有与第一出水通道相连通的柔水出水组件,所述外壳上设置有与第二出水通道相连通的花洒水出水孔。
