本发明涉及卫浴技术领域,尤其涉及一种出水装置及花洒。
背景技术
现有出水装置,包括一出水部件、一进水路、两分水路和一控制机构;该出水部件设有第一出水嘴和第二出水嘴,该第一出水嘴和第二出水嘴分别出不同水花,该两分水路分别接通第一出水嘴和第二出水嘴;该控制机构包括阀芯和驱动机构,该驱动机构传动连接阀芯以能驱动阀芯活动,该阀芯设于进水路和两分水路间以能切换两分水路接通进水路。现有的每出水嘴只能出单一水花。
发明内容
本发明提供了出水装置及花洒,其克服了背景技术中出水装置所存在的不足。
本发明解决其技术问题的所采用的技术方案之一是:出水装置,包括出水部件和控制机构;该出水部件设有球形腔体,该球形腔体底部设有出水孔,顶部设有第一进水口,侧壁设有第二进水口,通过第一进水口和第二进水口的流量变化控制出水孔出水水花;该控制机构配合第一进水口和第二进水口以能无级调节该第一进水口和第二进水口的流量变化。
一实施例之中:还包括进水路和两分水路,该两分水路分别接通第一进水口和第二进水口,该控制机构设于进水路和两分水路之间。
一实施例之中:该第一进水口进入球形腔体时截面面积突变大。
一实施例之中:该第一进水口设于球形腔体顶部正中心,该出水孔设于球形腔体底部正中心。

本发明解决其技术问题的所采用的技术方案之二是:花洒,它包括所述的出水装置,该花洒具有手持部分和头部,该出水部件连接在头部,该控制机构设于手持部分。
本技术方案与背景技术相比,它具有如下优点:
出水部件设有球形腔体,球形腔体底部设有出水孔,顶部设有第一进水口,侧壁设有第二进水口,其一,自第一进水口进入球形腔体内的第一水流,在伯努利作用下,提高动能、流速,因水流具有附壁作用,故会在冲入球形腔体时小部分水流附在腔壁,且因湍流的不稳定性,每个进水瞬间各个方向附壁水流大小不一,附壁流量大的会冲击第一水流的主水路使主水路偏斜,从而产生周向振荡脉动水花,实现动态抖动水效果,水花更加饱满,出水更均匀且按摩感显著;其二,实现全面盖出水;其三,通过第一进水口和第二进水口的流量变化控制出水孔出水水花,以能实现同个出水孔水花无级变化。
第一进水口进入球形腔体时截面面积突变大,伯努利作用效果佳。
驱动机构包括齿条、推钮、第一传动齿轮和减速机构,通过推钮,带动齿条移动,带动齿轮转动,通过减速机构带动阀芯转动,驱动阀芯同步来回转动,使两进水口流量变化,实现同个出水孔水花无级变化。
第二进水口设于球形腔体侧壁上半部分且横向设置,以能在进入球形腔体时生成涡流旋转水。
控制腔内腔壁具有弧面,两分水口位于弧面且周向间隔布置,阀片呈弧面,阀片转动连接在控制腔内且适配内腔壁之弧面,调节方便,结构紧凑。
分水体设有球形腔体的上腔,面盖设有球形腔体的下腔,分水体和面盖固接在一起且上腔和下腔配合形成为上述的球形腔体,分水体和面盖间形成有接通第二进水口的第二分水腔,固定座部件和分水体间形成有接通第一进水口的第一分水腔,结构紧凑,装配方便。

请查阅图1至图8,出水装置,包括出水部件11、控制机构12、进水路13和两分水路14。该出水部件11设有球形腔体111;该球形腔体111底部正中心设有出水孔112,顶部正中心设有第一进水口113,第一进水口113和出水孔112正对设置,第一进水口113进入球形腔体111时截面面积突变大且第一进水口113截面由上至下渐大布置,自第一进水口113进入球形腔体111内的第一水流,在伯努利作用下,提高动能、流速,因水流具有附壁作用,故会在冲入球形腔体111时小部分水流A2附在腔壁,且因湍流的不稳定性,每个进水瞬间各个方向附壁水流A2大小不一,附壁流量大的会冲击第一水流的主水路A1使主水路偏斜,从而产生周向振荡脉动水花,实现动态抖动水效果,水花更加饱满,出水更均匀且按摩感显著;该球形腔体111侧壁上半部分横向设置有第二进水口114且第二进水口114内端口切向布置以能涡流出水。而且,通过第一进水口113和第二进水口114的流量变化控制出水孔112出水水花。该两分水路14分别接通第一进水口113和第二进水口114,该控制机构12设于进水路13和两分水路14之间以能无级调节两分水路14的流量变化,以能无级调节第一进水口113和第二进水口114的流量变化。
关于无级调节水花,如图4、图5和图6分别出抖动喷雾水、抖动颗粒水和抖动柱状水,具体为:如图4,大部分水路走第二进水口114,少部分走第一进水口113,此时出抖动喷雾水;如图5,同时走第一进水口113及第二进水口114,此时出抖动细颗粒水(出水状态带小灯笼);如图6,大部分水路走第一进水口113,少部分走第二进水口114,此时出抖动花洒水。出水装置出动态型水花,水花颗粒较少能实现较大的覆盖范围(抖动实现一嘴多点),在满足沐浴需求的情况下可适当减少出水嘴,使得花洒无级切换至雾化水状态下,低压下即能呈现较大的水花张角。
该出水装置设有控制腔15,该控制腔15设于该进水路13和该两分水路14间,该控制腔15内腔壁具有弧面,该两分水路14都具有位于弧面的分水口141;该控制机构12包括阀芯121和驱动机构122,该阀芯121还包括阀片1211、转盘机构1212和驱动轴1213,该阀片1211呈弧面,该阀片1211固接在转盘机构1212侧边,该驱动轴1213固接转盘机构1212轴线位置,该转盘机构1212能转动连接在控制腔15内,该阀片1211适配贴靠在内腔壁之弧面,且通过阀片1211活动无级控制两分水口141被遮挡面积以无级调节两分水路14流量变化。该驱动机构122包括能滑接在安装主体以能滑动的齿条1221、滑接在安装主体以能滑动的推钮1222、转接在安装主体以能转动的第一传动齿轮1223、第二传动齿轮1224和第三传动齿轮1225,该推钮和齿条固接在一起,该第一传动齿轮啮合齿条,该第一传动齿轮和第二传动齿轮同轴固接,该第二传动齿轮和第三传动齿轮啮合,该驱动轴1213和第三传动齿轮同轴固接,通过第二传动齿轮1224和第三传动齿轮1225配合实现减速,该第三传动齿轮构成带动驱动轴转动的转轮。其中:由于无级调节两个分水路流量变化,两个分水路间无需设置密封垫,因此切换力轻,目前切换力小于2N。
该出水装置还包括固定座部件16;该出水部件1包括面盖17和分水体18,该分水体18设有球形腔体的上腔181,该面盖17设有球形腔体的下腔171,该分水体18和面盖17固接在一起且上腔和下腔配合形成为上述的球形腔体,该分水体和面盖间形成有接通第二进水口的第二分水腔142;该固定座部件16固设在分水体18上,该固定座部件和分水体间形成有接通第一进水口的第一分水腔143;该固定座部件16包括顶面凹设形成有并联的水槽161的固座162和密封盖接固座162之上以盖接水槽161槽口的密封盖163,该两水槽161通过贯穿孔分别接通第一分水腔143和第二分水腔142,该分水路分别包括上述的水槽161和分水腔。该进水路、部分的分水路和控制机构都设置于固定座部件上。具体结构中:该分水体18下凸设有凸座182,该凸座182凹设形成有上述的上腔181,该凸座182外周圈凸设有环凸183;该面盖17凹设形成上述的下腔171且还凹设有包围每一下腔171的环槽172,该环凸和环槽适配插接。
包括上述的出水装置的花洒中,包括手持部分B1和头部B2,该出水部件连接在头部B2,该控制机构设于手持部分B1。另设芯轴B21、壳体B12和装饰盖B11,该芯轴B21接通进水路13,该出水装置装设在壳体B12内,装饰盖B11装接在面盖之上,该安装主体包括上述的固定座部件16和芯轴B21。

8.根据权利要求7所述的出水装置,其特征在于:该阀芯还具有能相对阀片固定的驱动轴,该驱动机构包括能转动的转轮,该转轮和驱动轴同轴装接在一起以能同步转动;该控制腔内腔壁具有弧面,该两分水口位于弧面且周向间隔布置;该阀片呈弧面,该阀片转动连接在控制腔内且适配内腔壁之弧面。
9.根据权利要求7所述的出水装置,其特征在于:该阀芯还包括转盘机构和驱动轴,该转盘机构能转动连接在控制腔内,该阀片固接在转盘机构,该驱动轴固接转盘机构,且该两分水口所处位置和阀片对应;该驱动机构传动连接驱动轴。
10.根据权利要求7所述的出水装置,其特征在于:该阀芯还具有驱动轴,该驱动机构包括能滑动的齿条、能滑动的推钮、能转动的第一传动齿轮和减速机构,该推钮和齿条固接在一起,该第一传动齿轮啮合齿条,该减速机构传动连接第一传动齿轮和驱动轴。
11.根据权利要求10所述的出水装置,其特征在于:该驱动机构还包括第二传动齿轮和第三传动齿轮,该第一传动齿轮和第二传动齿轮同轴固接,该第二传动齿轮和第三传动齿轮啮合,该驱动轴和第三传动齿轮同轴固接。
12.根据权利要求2所述的出水装置,其特征在于:还包括固定座部件;该出水部件包括面盖和分水体,该分水体设有球形腔体的上腔,该面盖设有球形腔体的下腔,该分水体和面盖固接在一起且上腔和下腔配合形成为上述的球形腔体,该分水体和面盖间形成有接通第二进水口的第二分水腔;该固定座部件固设在分水体上,该固定座部件和分水体间形成有接通第一进水口的第一分水腔;该两分水路分别包括上述的第一分水腔和第二分水腔。
13.根据权利要求12所述的出水装置,其特征在于:该分水体下凸设有凸座,该凸座凹设形成有上述的上腔,该凸座外周圈凸设有环凸;该面盖凹设形成上述的下腔且还凹设有包围每一下腔的环槽,该环凸和环槽适配插接。
14.花洒,其特征在于:它包括根据权利要求1至13中任一项所述的出水装置,该花洒具有手持部分和头部,该出水部件连接在头部,该控制机构设于手持部分。
