Claims (14)
- 吐水部材と制御機構を含む吐水装置であって、
前記吐水部材には球状空洞が設けられており、前記球状空洞は、底部に吐水孔が設けられており、上部に第1入水口が設けられており、側壁に第2入水口が設けられており、第1入水口と第2入水口の流量の変化によって吐水孔から吐出される水沫が制御され、前記制御機構は、第1入水口及び第2入水口と連携することで、前記第1入水口及び第2入水口の流量の変化を無段階調節可能であることを特徴とする吐水装置。 - 更に、入水路と2つの分水路を含み、前記2つの分水路は第1入水口及び第2入水口とそれぞれ連通し、前記制御機構は前記入水路と前記2つの分水路との間に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の吐水装置。
- 前記第1入水口は前記球状空洞に進入する際に断面積が突然大きくなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の吐水装置。
- 前記第1入水口は前記球状空洞の上部の真中に設けられており、前記吐水孔は前記球状空洞の底部の真中に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の吐水装置。
- 前記第2入水口は、前記球状空洞の側壁の上半部に設けられており、且つ横向きに設置されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の吐水装置。
- 前記第2入水口の内端口は、渦流を吐出可能なように接線方向に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の吐水装置。
- 更に、制御室を含み、前記制御室は前記入水路と前記2つの分水路との間に設けられており、前記2つの分水路はいずれも制御室の内腔壁に位置する分水口を有しており、前記制御機構はバルブコアと駆動機構を含み、前記駆動機構は、前記バルブコアに伝動可能に接続されるとともに、前記バルブコアを無段階調節するよう動作させ、前記バルブコアはバルブプレートを有し、前記バルブプレートは動作可能に制御室の内腔壁に密着しており、且つ、バルブプレートが動作して2つの分水口の被遮断面積を無段階制御することで、2つの分水路の流量の変化が無段階調節されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の吐水装置。
- 前記バルブコアは、更に、バルブプレートに対して相対的に固定可能な駆動軸を有しており、前記駆動機構は回動可能なホイールを含み、前記ホイール及び前記駆動軸は、同期して回動可能となるよう同軸に装接されており、前記制御室の内腔壁は曲面を有しており、前記2つの分水口は、曲面に位置するとともに周方向に間隔を置いて配置されており、前記バルブプレートは曲面をなしており、前記バルブプレートは、制御室内に回動可能に接続されるとともに、内腔壁の曲面に組み合わされていることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の吐水装置。
- 前記バルブコアは、更に、回転盤機構と駆動軸を含み、前記回転盤機構は回動可能に制御室内に接続されており、前記バルブプレートは前記回転盤機構に固定接続されており、前記駆動軸は回転盤機構に固定接続されており、且つ、前記2つの分水口が存在する位置はバルブプレートに対応しており、前記駆動機構は駆動軸に伝動可能に接続されていることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の吐水装置。
- 前記バルブコアは駆動軸を更に含み、前記駆動機構は、摺動可能なラック、摺動可能なボタン、回動可能な第1伝動ギヤ及び減速機構を含み、前記ボタンとラックは固定接続されており、前記第1伝動ギヤはラックと噛合しており、前記減速機構は第1伝動ギヤと駆動軸を回動可能に接続することを特徴とする請求項7に記載の吐水装置。
- 前記駆動機構は、更に、第2伝動ギヤと第3伝動ギヤを含み、前記第1伝動ギヤと第2伝動ギヤが同軸に固定接続され、前記第2伝動ギヤと第3伝動ギヤが噛合し、前記駆動軸と第3伝動ギヤが同軸に固定接続されることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の吐水装置。
- 更に、固定ベース部材を含み、前記吐水部材は面カバーと分水体を含み、前記分水体には球状空洞の上室が設けられており、前記面カバーには球状空洞の下室が設けられており、前記分水体と面カバーは固定接続されており、且つ、上室と下室が組み合わされて上記の球状空洞を形成しており、前記分水体と面カバーの間には、第2入水口と連通する第2分水室が形成されており、前記固定ベース部材は分水体に固設されており、前記固定ベース部材と分水体の間には第1入水口と連通する第1分水室が形成されており、前記2つの分水路は、上記の第1分水室と第2分水室をそれぞれ含むことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の吐水装置。
- 前記分水体の下方には突出ベースが突設されており、前記突出ベースには上記の上室が凹設形成されており、前記突出ベースの外周には環状突起が突設されており、前記面カバーには、上記の下室が凹設形成されており、更には、各下室を取り囲む環状溝が凹設されており、前記環状突起と環状溝が然るべく挿接されることを特徴とする請求項12に記載の吐水装置。
- シャワーヘッドであって、
請求項1~13のいずれか1項に記載の吐水装置を含み、前記シャワーヘッドは把持部分とヘッド部を有し、前記吐水部材はヘッド部に接続されており、前記制御機構は把持部分に設けられていることを特徴とするシャワーヘッド。
