如图1-6所示,本发明具体实施例提供了一种可形成多种出水水花的出水装置,包括具有进水端11和出水面板2的本体1,出水面板2具有不同规格,不同规格的出水面板2都设有呈同心分布的多个出水孔组21,出水孔组21的周向方向上间隔设有对应规格的出水孔22,本体1内设有出水腔3;出水腔3内设有分水片4,用于驱动分水片4转动的驱动机构5和通水板6,通水板6设有至少两个出水通口61,每个出水通口61对应连通有出水通道。转动分水片4能够控制水流周期性交替流入不同的出水通口61中或控制水流以周期性流量变化地流入任两个相邻出水通口中;不同的出水通道的水流以不同的出水路径从出水孔22流出时能够产生不同的出水水花,视觉效果好,能够给使用者提供一种愉悦的体验感。而且通过动态改变每个出水通道的出水水流的出水比例和水压大小,能够调整每个出水管道的出水水花的冲击力;或同时动态改变任两个相邻出水通道的出水水流的出水比例和水压大小,能够同时调整任两个相邻的出水通道的出水水花的冲击力,可共同提高整体按摩效果和增强整体的出水 水花的冲击力,从而提高人们的使用体验感,进而满足使用者的使用需求。
具体地,出水腔3内设有出水管座31,出水管座31位于通水板6上方,出水管座31内设有驱动机构5和分水片4,出水管座31设有与出水通口61对应连通的通口32。驱动机构5包括斜水体51,与斜水体51连接的转子52,转子52与分水片4嵌套连接,斜水体51上沿同一周向方向间隔设有多个斜水孔511;当水流通过进水端11流入出水腔3时,水流经斜水孔511流入并带动斜水体51转动,从而带动转子52及分水片4转动。通过转动分水片能够动态改变每个出水通道的出水水流的出水比例和水压大小,可调整每个出水管道的出水水花的冲击力;或能够同时动态改变任两个相邻出水通道的出水水流的出水比例和水压大小,可同时调整任两个相邻的出水通道的出水水花的冲击力,可共同提高整体按摩效果和增强整体的出水水花的冲击力,从而提高人们的使用体验感,进而满足使用者的使用需求。
其中,分水片4位于通水板6上方,分水片4设有一通水口41。通水板6设有第一出水通口611和第二出水通口612,第一出水通口611与第二出水通口612是以通水板6的中心线相互对称设置的。第一出水通口611和第二出水通口612和通水口41均呈扇形状,通水口41的圆心角为180度,分水片其余位置为挡水部。转动分水片4能够使通水口41先与第一出水通口611或第二出水通口612连通,然后当通水口41同时与第一出水通口611和第二出水通口612连通时,通水口41与第一出水通口611连通面积逐渐减小且与第二出水通口612的连通面积逐渐增大,或通水口41与第一出水通口611连通面积逐渐增大且与第二出水通口612的连通面积逐渐减小,最后通水口41与第二出水通口612或第一出水通口611连通。通过周期性循环上述出水方式,能够动态改变流入第一出水通口611或第二出水通口612的水流流量比例和水压大小或能够同时动态改变流入第一出水通口611和第二出水通口612的水流流量比例和水压大小,从而可调整对应的出水通道流出出水孔22的出水水花的冲击力,提高整体按摩效果和整体出水水花的冲击力,进而提高人们的使用体验感。
为了加强分水片4的强度和刚性。如图4所示,扇形状的通水口41中设有加强筋42,能够加强分水片4的强度和刚性,不易损坏,保证分水片4能够稳定工作。
为了能够提高出水水花的按摩效果。如图3-4所示,出水管座31还内设有减速机构7,减速机构7为少齿差行星齿轮减速机构7,少齿差行星齿轮减速机构7包括外齿轮部71和内齿轮部72,转子52设有偏心孔521,斜水体51通过传动杆53与偏心孔521连接;外齿轮部71设于分水片4外侧,内齿轮部72设于出水管座31的内侧壁上。
当斜水体51转动时,将带动转子52及分水片4转动,由于偏心孔521的特性,外齿轮部71的部分齿牙与内齿轮部72配合连接,内齿轮与外齿轮的相互作用下能够使分水片4减 速转动。避免当进水水压过大和水流速率过快而使分水片4的转动速度过快,使分水片4的通水口41快速地在第一出水通口611与第二出水通口612来回切换,导致流入第一出水通口611和第二出水通口612的水流流量比例和水压大小接近或相同,不能动态改变对应的出水通道的出水水花的冲击力,进而导致整体按摩效果差。因此通过设置的少齿差行星齿轮减速机构7能够更好地动态改变流入第一出水通口611和第二出水通口612的水流流量比例和水压大小,相应地调整对应的出水通道流出出水孔22的出水水花的冲击力,使出水有比较强的顿挫感,这样出水水花的按摩感就比较强烈,按摩效果比较好,从而提高整体按摩效果和增强整体出水水花的冲击力,进而提高人们的使用体验感。
优选地,如图2和图6所示,出水腔3还设有分水板8,分水板8位于通水板6与出水面板2之间,分水板8与通水板6之间设有与第一出水通口611连通的第一分水腔81,分水板8与出水面板2之间设有与第二出水通口612连通的第二分水腔82;分水板8设有连通孔83和分水管84,连通孔83分别与第一分水腔81和出水孔22连通,第一分水腔81与连通孔83共同形成第一出水通道;第二出水通口612通过分水管84直接与第二分水腔82连通,第二分水腔82与出水孔22连通,分水管84与第二分水腔82共同形成第二出水通道。
其中,参见图7,图7显示了出水面板的第一实施例的结构示意图。出水孔22一侧设有导流槽23,导流槽23分别与第二分水腔82和出水孔22连通。其中,出水孔22的出水方向垂直于出水面板2。第一出水通道的水流直接经出水孔22流出,形成柱状水的出水水花;第二出水通道的水流以切线方向流入导流槽23,导流槽23的水流流入出水孔22时能够产生涡流,从而使旋转水流从出水孔22排出时,能够形成颗粒水的出水水花。其中,水流旋转速度越快,形成的颗粒水的形状越大,通过分水片4能够改变流入第二出水通道的水流冲击力,即能改变水流旋转速率,可形成不同大小的颗粒水,可提高使用者的体验感和按摩效果。
如图10所示,通过两种出水水花不断交替出水或同时出水可形成直射的舞动颗粒水的视觉效果,其视觉效果佳,能够给使用者提供一种愉悦的体验感;而且两种出水水花的按摩效果好,冲击力强,从而提高人们的使用体验感,进而满足使用者的使用需要。
参见图8-9,图8-9显示了本发明的出水面板2的第二实施例,与本发明所示的第一实施例不同的是,本实施例中的出水面板2的出水孔22一侧没设有导流槽23,出水面板2的出水孔22的设置方式和结构不同。
具体地,位于周向方向上的出水孔22包括有沿同一周向方向间隔设置的第一出水孔221和第二出水孔222,即每个出水孔组21均沿其周向方向依次间隔设有第一出水孔221和第二出水孔222。第一出水孔221的出水方向倾斜向外,第一出水孔221与第二出水孔222的出 水方向相反,两者之间的出水夹角大于0度且小于45度。第一出水通道的水流从第一出水孔221排出时,形成的柱状水倾斜向外排出;第二出水通道的水流从第二出水孔222排出时,形成的柱状水倾斜向内排出。如图11所示,通过两种不同出水方向的出水水花不断交替出水或同时出水可使柱状水的出水水花的喷射面积大,能够增大出水水花与使用者的接触面积,其视觉效果佳,能够给使用者提供一种愉悦的体验感;而且两种出水水花的按摩效果好和按摩面积大,从而提高人们的使用体验感。
优选地,在其他实施例中,第一出水孔221或第二出水孔222的一侧设有第一实施例中的导流槽23,或第一出水孔221的一侧和第二出水孔222的一侧均设有导流槽23,从而能够形成出水方向相反的颗粒水和柱状水的出水水花模式或出水方向相反的颗粒水的出水水花模式,形成的视觉效果好,能够给使用者提供一种愉悦的体验感;而且两种出水水花的按摩效果好和按摩面积大,从而提高人们的使用体验感。
以上所揭露的仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已,当然不能以此来限定本发明之权利范围,因此依本发明权利要求所作的等同变化,仍属本发明所涵盖的范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种可形成多种出水水花的出水装置,其特征在于,包括具有进水端和出水面板的本体,所述出水面板设有出水孔,所述本体内设有出水腔;
    所述出水腔内设有分水片、驱动机构和通水板,所述驱动机构用于驱动所述分水片转动,所述通水板设有至少两个出水通口,每个所述出水通口对应连通有出水通道;
    转动所述分水片能够控制水流周期性交替流入不同的所述出水通口中,或控制水流以周期性流量变化地流入任两个相邻所述出水通口中;
    不同的所述出水通道的水流以不同的出水路径从所述出水孔流出时能够产生不同的出水水花。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的出水装置,其特征在于,所述分水片位于所述通水板上方,所述分水片设有一通水口,所述通水板设有第一出水通口和第二出水通口;
    转动所述分水片能够控制所述通水口周期性与所述第一出水通口和所述第二出水通口交替连通,或控制所述通水口周期性变化其与所述第一出水通口和所述第二出水通口的连通面积。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的出水装置,其特征在于,所述出水腔还设有分水板,所述分水板位于所述通水板与所述出水面板之间,所述分水板与所述通水板之间设有与所述第一出水通口连通的第一分水腔,所述分水板与所述出水面板之间设有与所述第二出水通口连通的第二分水腔;
    所述分水板设有连通孔和分水管,所述连通孔分别与所述第一分水腔和所述出水孔连通,所述第一分水腔与所述连通孔共同形成第一出水通道;
    所述第二出水通口通过所述分水管与所述第二分水腔连通,所述第二分水腔与所述出水孔连通,所述分水管与所述第二分水腔共同形成第二出水通道。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的出水装置,其特征在于,所述出水面板设有呈同心分布的多个出水孔组,所述出水孔组的周向方向上间隔设有所述出水孔。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的出水装置,其特征在于,所述出水孔一侧设有导流槽,所述导流槽分别与所述第二分水腔和所述出水孔连通。
  6. 根据权利要求4或5所述的出水装置,其特征在于,位于周向方向上的所述出水孔包括间隔设置的第一出水孔和第二出水孔,所述第一出水孔与所述第二出水孔的出水方向相反,两者之间的出水夹角大于0度且小于45度;
    所述第一出水孔与所述第一出水通道连通,所述第二出水孔与所述第二出水通道连通。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的出水装置,其特征在于,所述出水腔内设有出水管座,所述出水管座位于所述通水板上方,所述出水管座内设有所述驱动机构和所述分水片,所述出水管座设有与所述出水通口对应连通的通口;
    所述驱动机构包括斜水体和与所述斜水体连接的转子,所述转子与所述分水片连接,当水流通过所述进水端流入所述出水腔时,水流能够带动斜水体转动,从而带动所述转子及所述分水片转动。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的出水装置,其特征在于,所述出水管座还内设有减速机构,所述减速机构与所述转子或所述分水片连接,能够使所述分水片减速转动。
  9. 根据权利要求2所述的出水装置,其特征在于,所述第一出水通口与第二出水通口是以所述通水板的中心线相互对称设置的,所述通水口呈扇形状,所述通水口的圆心角为180度。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的出水装置,其特征在于,所述减速机构为少齿差行星齿轮减速机构,所述少齿差行星齿轮减速机构包括外齿轮部和内齿轮部,所述转子设有偏心孔,所述斜水体通过传动杆与所述偏心孔连接;
    所述外齿轮部设于所述分水片外侧,所述内齿轮部设于所述出水管座的内侧壁上,所述内齿轮部与所述外齿轮部配合连接。
