上分水体41顶面周缘还对称设置两个径向分布的弹性定位机构416,用以在分水孔413旋转至对应第一出水孔422或第二出水孔423的位置时通过弹性定位机构416的弹力限定分水孔413的位置;上分水体41顶面周缘还设有一圈摩擦凸点418,以减小上分水体41相对下分水体42旋转时的摩擦力。
下分水体42上端在位于第一出水孔422和第二出水孔423的对称中心位置向上形成一转轴425,上分水体41下端在对应该转轴425的位置向内凹陷形成一与该转轴425配合的轴座417。
如图4中所示,下分水体42上部周缘设置对称分布的限位凸块421,下本体12的内壁则形成与该限位凸块421相应的定位槽125,通过该限位凸块421和该定位槽125的配合,将下分水体42固定在该下本体12的内部。
如图5和图6中所示,下分水体42的底面在对应两个第二出水孔423的位置分别形成一个圆柱形腔体424;下分水体42的下端则焊接固定一出水体6,该出水体6的顶面在对应每一圆柱形腔体424的位置设置一圆形凹槽61,两个圆柱形腔体424和两个凹槽61分别焊接固定后共同构成独立的第二腔体62,每一圆形凹槽61中均设置第二腔体62的出水口,除第二腔体62以外的该出水体6和该下分水体42之间的区域则构成一独立的第一腔体63,该出水体6的相应区域上设置第一腔体63的出水口。
起泡器2间隔一密封圈固定设置在下本体12前端的中心,该起泡器2和该出水体6之间形成起泡器2的供水腔21,第二腔体62的出水口即为供水腔21的进水口;花洒面盖3为环形,其同样间隔一密封圈固定设置在下本体12前端的位置,并位于起泡器2的四周,该花洒面盖3和该出水体6之间形成所述花洒面盖的供水腔31,第一腔体63的出水口即为供水腔31的进水口。
使用时,操作者通过旋转上本体11,将转矩通过上分水体41的两凸耳411传递至上分水体41上,而由于下分水体42是固定在下本体12内部,如此,上分水体41和下分水体42之间就会产生相对转动,使上分水体41上设置的分水孔413或对应于下分水体42上连通至第一腔体63的出水孔位置,或对应于下分水体42上连通至第二腔体62的出水孔位置,使从塞子5进入的水流流入到分别与花洒面盖3或起泡器2连通的供水腔中,从而实现花洒水和气泡水的切换。
上述实施例为本发明较佳的实施方式,但本发明的实施方式并不受上述实施例的限制,其他的任何未背离本发明的精神实质与原理下所作的改变、修饰、替代、组合、简化,均应为等效的置换方式,都包含在本发明的保护范围之内。
工业实用性
本发明一种旋转切换的厨房花洒,其本体包括中空上本体和中空下本体,花洒面盖安装在中空下本体上。该厨房花洒在切换时直接旋转上本体,因此不会将油污或污垢沾染到花洒的出水口处,并具有结构简单、易于控制的特点。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种旋转切换的厨房花洒,其包括一本体、一位于该本体内部的分水单元、和固定于本体下端的起泡器和花洒面盖,其特征在于:
    所述本体由回转体形状的中空上本体和中空下本体组成,所述下本体包括一圆形上部和一用于容纳分水单元的下部,该下本体上部的下端向外延伸一平台与该下本体下部的上端连接,所述上本体可旋转地套接在该下本体上部的外侧;
    所述的分水单元包括上分水体和与该上分水体端面密封的下分水体,所述下分水体固定设置在所述下本体的内侧;
    所述的上分水体的顶面周缘向上形成至少两个的对称分布的凸耳,所述凸耳穿过下本体上端的通孔与所述上本体下端设置的卡槽固定连接;所述上分水体顶面的中部则形成一向上的圆形腔体,该圆形腔体形成花洒的进水口,其内壁可转动密封连接一具有进水通道的塞子,该圆形腔体的底面设置有至少一个的分水孔;
    所述下分水体的下端则固定设置一出水体,该出水体和下分水体之间形成与所述花洒面盖的供水腔连通的第一腔体和与所述起泡器的供水腔连通的第二腔体,所述下分水体上设置配合所述分水孔的、并分别连通至第一腔体和第二腔体的第一出水孔和第二出水孔,所述上分水体相对于下分水体旋转,使其分水孔分别导通第一出水孔或第二出水孔。
  2. 根据权利要求1中所述的旋转切换的厨房花洒,其特征在于:所述塞子固定设置在所述下本体上部的内侧,其下端则穿出于所述下本体上部与所述圆形腔体的内壁可转动密封连接。
  3. 根据权利要求2中所述的旋转切换的厨房花洒,其特征在于:所述上分水体上在对应圆形腔体内侧的位置设置有两个呈径向分布的分水孔,所述上分水体的底面则在围绕每一分水孔的位置均设置一限位槽,每一限位槽内间隔一弹簧设置一皮碗;所述下分水体上设置沿所述分水孔所在圆周分布的两个第一出水孔和两个第二出水孔,该两个第一出水孔和该两个第二出水孔分别设置在所述圆周的径向两端,且第一出水孔顺时针旋转或逆时针旋转至相邻第二出水口的角度小于或等于凸耳在平台的通孔中所能旋转的角度。
  4. 根据权利要求3中所述的旋转切换的厨房花洒,其特征在于:所述下分水体上端在位于所述第一出水孔和第二出水孔的对称中心位置向上形成一转轴,所述上分水体下端在对应该转轴的位置向内凹陷形成一与该转轴配合的轴座。
  5. 根据权利要求1或2或3或4中所述的旋转切换的厨房花洒,其特征在于:所述上分水体顶面周缘还对称设置至少两个的弹性定位机构。
  6. 根据权利要求5中所述的旋转切换的厨房花洒,其特征在于:所述下分水体上部周缘设置对称分布的限位凸块,所述下本体的内壁则形成与该限位凸块相应的定位槽。
  7. 根据权利要求6中所述的旋转切换的厨房花洒,其特征在于:所述上本体间隔一摩擦环套设在所述下本体上部的外侧。
  8. 根据权利要求7中所述的旋转切换的厨房花洒,其特征在于:所述起泡器间隔一密封圈固定设置在所述下本体前端的中心,该起泡器和该所述出水体之间形成所述的起泡器供水腔;所述花洒面盖为环形,其同样间隔一密封圈固定设置在所述下本体前端的位置,并位于所述起泡器的四周,该花洒面盖和该所述出水体之间形成所述的花洒面盖供水腔。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的旋转切换的厨房花洒,其特征在于:所述上分水体顶面周缘还设置一圈摩擦凸点。
