一较佳实施例之中:所述分水机构(300)还包括一分水座(310),所述分水座(310)顶抵所述进水座(200);所述分水通道(311a、311b、311c)设于所述分水座(310)上,每一分水通道(311a、311b、311c)均开设有分水孔(312),所述分水孔(312)切换对应所述进水孔(210)。
一较佳实施例之中:所述分水机构(300)还包括一设有若干过水孔(321)的连接座(320),所述连接座(320)、分水座(310)和面盖(330)三者固定连接在一起;所述连接座(320)顶面设有多个装接槽(322),所述装接槽(322)与所述分水座(310)的分水通道(311a、311b、311c)相适配接通,所述过水孔(321)均匀间隔的布置在所述装接槽(322)内;所述连接座(320)底面设有多组环形间隔布置的装配腔(323),每一组装配腔(323)与每一组出水嘴(331)相适配接通。
一较佳实施例之中:所述进水孔(210)设为二个;所述分水孔(312)设为六个,且所述分水孔(312)设为环形间隔交错阵列的三组,所述二进水孔(210)能分别切换接通三组分水孔(312);所述分水通道(311a、311b、311c)设为相互独立的三个,分别为一花洒水分水通道(311a)、一喷雾水分水通道(311b)及一一注水分水通道(311c),三组分水孔(312)分别对应连通三个分水通道(311a、311b、311c);所述连接座(320)顶面设有与三个分水通道(311a、311b、311c)相适配接通的三个装接槽(322),所述过水孔(321)环形间隔布置在三个装接槽(322)内。
一较佳实施例之中:所述面盖(330)设有三组环形间隔布置的出水嘴(331),分别为花洒式出水嘴(331a)、喷雾式出水嘴(331b)及一注水式出水嘴(331c);所述连接座(320)底面设有与三组出水嘴(331)相适配接通的三组装配腔(323)。
一较佳实施例之中:所述分水机构(300)还设有一密封圈(360),所述密封圈(360)密封套设在所述分水座(310)与所述进水座(200)之间;所述进水孔(210)内设有弹簧(370)及带通孔的密封件(380),所述密封件(380)滑动设置在进水孔(210)内,所述弹簧(370)顶抵在所述密封件(380)及进水孔(210);所述装饰盖(500)的外周沿还设有一拨块(510)。
一较佳实施例之中:还包括一固接所述花洒本体(100)用于密封进水通路(110)的隔水件(700);还设有一密封环(800),所述密封环(800)套设在所述进水座(200)和所述隔水件(700)之间。
一较佳实施例之中:所述隔水件(700)与所述进水座(200)、所述进水座(200)与所述分水座(310)、所述面盖(330)与所述装饰盖(500)之间均为点接触连接。
一较佳实施例之中:所述环形装饰盖(500)其外环内壁设有若干肋筋(550),所述环形装饰盖(500)内环转动密封套接在面盖的凸起(332)外,所述面盖(330)与所述装饰盖(500)之间为点接触连接。
本技术方案与背景技术相比,它具有如下优点:
1.装饰盖外周和进水座外周通过装接部相对固定,装饰盖接面盖全部或部分,装饰盖设大贯穿孔,使得旋转装饰盖,即可带动进水座相对分水机构转动来切换不同的水花,即可使得装饰盖的大贯穿孔对应在该水花的出水嘴组,使得水花穿过大贯穿孔出水,因此装饰盖结构简单无需设置密密麻麻的出水嘴,而且花洒外形美观,看不见面盖上密密麻麻的出水嘴。
2.所述分水机构介于进水座和装饰盖之间,所述分水机构与花洒本体通过螺钉螺接在一起,通过锁死螺钉行程在轴向上设置微小间隙,以令进水座能够周向旋转,使得进水座上的进水孔能分别对准分水座上的分水孔,以进行水路切换。
3.所述面盖中心部分凸起,所述装饰盖呈环形,所述环形装饰盖转动密封套接在凸起外,不仅外形更美观,且装饰盖能绕着凸起转动,旋转装饰盖时摩擦力更小,更省力。
4.所述分水机构还包括分水座和连接座,所述连接座、分水座和面盖三者固定连接在一起,分水通道上的分水孔切换对应所述进水孔,通过连接座连通面盖上的出水嘴,来实现整个切换水路的功能,结构简单、紧凑。
5.所述密封圈密封套设在所述分水座与所述进水座之间,所述密封件滑动设置在进水孔内,所述弹簧顶抵在所述密封件及进水孔,能有效减少摩擦,保证切换时的手感。
6.所述隔水件与所述进水座、所述进水座与所述分水座、所述面盖与所述装饰盖之间均为点接触连接,能有效减少摩擦,保证切换时的手感。

具体实施方式
请查阅图1至图6,一种面盖隐藏式花洒的一较佳实施例,所述的一种面盖隐藏式花洒,它包括一花洒本体100,一进水座200,一分水机构300及一装饰盖500。
所述花洒本体100设一进水通路110、一把手130及一螺钉座120。本实施例之中,所述花洒本体包括一主体和一把手,把手和主体固接,所述主体内设装配腔,所述进水通路110穿过把手进入主体的装配腔内;所述螺钉座120设在主体的装配腔内。
所述进水座200,它能转动装设在花洒本体100内并设进水孔210,所述进水孔210接通进水通路110。
所述分水机构300,它固设在花洒本体100内,且介于进水座200和装饰盖500之间。它包括一基本体和一面盖330,所述基本体和面盖330固接在一起,所述基本体包括一分水座310、一连接座320。所述分水座310、连接座320及面盖330固定连接在一起,本实施例中,采用焊接的方式连接,但不局限于此。所述基本体设多个分水通道。本实施例之中,所述分水座310顶抵所述进水座200,所述分水座310上设有多个分水通道311a、311b、311c,每一分水通道311a、311b、311c均开设有分水孔312,所述分水孔312切换对应所述进水孔210。所述连接座320顶面设有多个装接槽322,所述装接槽322与所述分水座310的分水通道311a、311b、311c相适配接通,所述过水孔321均匀间隔的布置在所述装接槽322内;所述连接座320底面设有多组环形间隔布置的装配腔323,所述面盖330设多组环形间隔布置的出水嘴331,所述面盖330中心部分凸起332,每一组装配腔323与每一组出水嘴331相适配接通。通过分水通道311a、311b、311c上的分水孔312切换对应所述进水孔210,通过连接座320连通面盖330上的出水嘴331,来实现整个切换水路的功能,结构简单、紧凑。
所述分水机构300周边凸设多个螺孔350,本实施例之中,所述螺孔350凸设设在基本体,所述花洒本体100上设有若干与所述螺孔350对应的螺钉座120,另设若干螺钉600穿过所述分水机构300上的螺孔350。本实施例中,所述螺孔350间隔凸设在所述连接座320的外周沿,通过螺钉600锁接连接座320和花洒本体100,将整个分水机构300固定在花洒本体100上。同时,通过锁死螺钉行程在轴向上设置微小间隙,以令进水座能够周向旋转,使得进水座上的进水孔能分别对准分水座上的分水孔,以进行水路切换。
所述装饰盖500,它盖接面盖330全部或部分且能转动装接在花洒本体100,所述装饰盖500外周和进水座200外周通过装接部相对固定,所述装饰盖500设大贯穿孔,而且,通过装饰盖500和面盖330的相对转动实现多组出水嘴切换对应大贯穿孔。所述装饰盖500呈环形,其外环内壁设有若干肋筋550,所述环形装饰盖500内环转动密封套接在面盖的凸起332外。不仅整个花洒外形更美观,且装饰盖能绕着凸起转动,旋转装饰盖时摩擦力更小,更省力。同时,所述装饰盖500的外周沿还设有一拨块510,符合用户的使用习惯,用较小的力就能转动。本实施例中,所述装接部包括间隔设在装饰盖500外周的扣盖520及侧柱530和间隔设在进水座200外周且与所述扣盖520相适配的卡槽220,通过扣盖520与卡槽220配合将所述装饰盖500和进水座200固定装接在一起。同时,所述装接部位于相邻二螺钉600之间。
整个花洒只需拨动拨块510旋转装饰盖500,带动进水座200的转动来切换多组分水通道311a、311b、311c从而接通不同的出水嘴331来产生不同的水花,装饰盖500上只需设置几个大贯穿孔就可满足不同水花的出水要求,不仅结构简单,而且外形美观,看不见面盖330上密密麻麻的出水孔。
本实施例中,所述进水孔210设为二个;所述分水孔312设为六个,且所述分水孔312设为左右间隔并排且位于同一圆周并旋转对称的三组,所述二进水孔210能分别切换接通三组分水孔312;所述分水通道311a、311b、311c设为相互独立的三个,分别为一花洒水分水通道311a、一喷雾水分水通道311b及一一注水分水通道311c,三组分水孔312分别对应连通三个分水通道311;所述连接座320顶面设有与三个分水通道311a、311b、311c相适配接通的三个装接槽322,并设有十二个过水孔321,每个装接槽322内环形间隔布置四个过水孔321。所述面盖330设有三组环形间隔布置的出水嘴331,分别为花洒式出水嘴331a、喷雾式出水嘴331b及一注水式出水嘴331c,所述喷雾式出水嘴331b内还设有换向器333,每一组出水嘴331均带有均匀间隔布置且能产生同一出水效果的四组出水孔;所述连接座320底面设有与三组出水嘴331相适配接通的三组装配腔323。所述装饰盖500上的大贯穿孔设四个均匀间隔布置的弧形孔540,所述弧形孔540能切换对应每一组出水嘴331。所述面盖330的凸起332连通所述花洒式出水嘴331a,所述凸起332上也设有花洒式出水嘴331a,使得切换到花洒水模式时,除了四周能均匀间隔出花洒水外,面盖330的凸起332部分也能出花洒水。
旋转所述装饰盖500,带动进水座200的转动,使二进水孔210切换对应二分水孔312,从而接通一个分水通道311a、311b、311c,再通过连接座320上的每个装接槽322内的四个过水孔321接通面盖330上的一组出水嘴331,每组出水嘴331具有四组出水孔,再通过旋转座500的四个弧形孔540,产生所需的水花。本实施例中,设计有花洒水水花、喷雾水水花及一注水水花三种,但不局限于此,通过设计不同的分水通道311a、311b、311c可以实现不同的水花效果。
所述分水机构300还设有一密封圈360,所述密封圈360密封套设在所述分水座310与所述进水座200之间;所述进水孔210内设有弹簧370及带通孔的密封件380,所述密封件380滑动设置在进水孔210内,所述弹簧370顶抵在所述密封件380及进水孔210。本实施例中,花洒内还设有一固接所述花洒本体100用于密封进水通路110的隔水件700;还设有一密封环800,所述密封环800套设在所述进水座200和所述隔水件700之间。所述隔水件700与所述进水座200、所述进水座200与所述分水座310、所述面盖330与所述装饰盖500之间均为点接触连接。使得切换花洒时,能有效减少摩擦,保证切换时的手感。
以上所述,仅为本发明较佳实施例而已,故不能依此限定本发明实施的范围,即依本发明专利范围及说明书内容所作的等效变化与修饰,皆应仍属本发明涵盖的范围内。
工业实用性
本发明公开了一种面盖隐藏式花洒,构思巧妙、设计合理,只需旋转其装饰盖,装饰盖上只需设置几个大贯穿孔就可满足不同水花的出水要求,不仅结构简单而且外形美观。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种面盖隐藏式花洒,其特征在于:它包括:
    一花洒本体(100),它设一进水通路(110);
    一进水座(200),它能转动装设在花洒本体(100)内并设进水孔(210),所述进水孔(210)接通进水通路(110);
    一分水机构(300),它固设在花洒本体(100)内且具有多个分水通道(311a、311b、311c)和一面盖(330),通过分水机构(300)和进水座(200)的相对转动实现多个分水通道(311a、311b、311c)切换接通进水孔(210),所述面盖(330)设多组环形间隔布置且分别接通多个分水通道(311a、311b、311c)的出水嘴(331);及
    一装饰盖(500),它盖接面盖(330)全部或部分且能转动装接在花洒本体(100),所述装饰盖(500)外周和进水座(200)外周通过装接部相对固定,所述装饰盖(500)设大贯穿孔,而且,通过装饰盖(500)和面盖(330)的相对转动实现多组出水嘴切换对应大贯穿孔。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种面盖隐藏式花洒,其特征在于:所述分水机构(300)周边凸设多个螺孔(350),所述花洒本体(100)上设有若干与所述螺孔(350)对应的螺钉座(120),另设若干螺钉(600)穿过所述分水机构(300)上的螺孔(350)螺接在螺钉座(120);所述装接部位于相邻二螺钉(600)之间;所述分水机构介于进水座(200)和装饰盖(500)之间。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种面盖隐藏式花洒,其特征在于:所述面盖(330)中心部分凸起(332),所述装饰盖(500)呈环形,所述环形装饰盖(500)转动密封套接在凸起(332)外。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种面盖隐藏式花洒,其特征在于:所述分水机构(300)还包括一分水座(310),所述分水座(310)顶抵所述进水座(200);所述分水通道(311a、311b、311c)设于所述分水座(310)上,每一分水通道(311a、311b、311c)均开设有分水孔(312),所述分水孔(312)切换对应所述进水孔(210)。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种面盖隐藏式花洒,其特征在于:所述分水机构(300)还包括一设有若干过水孔(321)的连接座(320),所述连接座(320)、分水座(310)和面盖(330)三者固定连接在一起;所述连接座(320)顶面设有多个装接槽(322),所述装接槽(322)与所述分水座(310)的分水通道(311a、311b、311c)相适配接通,所述过水孔(321)均匀间隔的布置在所述装接槽(322)内;所述连接座(320)底面设有多组环形间隔布置的装配腔(323),每一组装配腔(323)与每一组出水嘴(331)相适配接通。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种面盖隐藏式花洒,其特征在于:所述进水孔(210)设为二个;所述分水孔(312)设为六个,且所述分水孔(312)设为环形间隔交错阵列的三组,所述二进水孔(210)能分别切换接通三组分水孔(312);所述分水通道(311a、311b、311c)设为相互独立的三个,分别为一花洒水分水通道(311a)、一喷雾水分水通道(311b)及一注水分水通道(311c),三组分水孔(312)分别对应连通三个分水通道(311a、311b、311c);所述连接座(320)顶面设有与三个分水通道(311a、311b、311c)相适配接通的三个装接槽(322),所述过水孔(321)环形间隔布置在三个装接槽(322)内。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种面盖隐藏式花洒,其特征在于:所述面盖(330)设有三组环形间隔布置的出水嘴(331),分别为花洒式出水嘴(331a)、喷雾式出水嘴(331b)及一注水式出水嘴(331c);所述连接座(320)底面设有与三组出水嘴(331)相适配接通的三组装配腔(323)。
  8. 根据权利要求1或2或3或4或5所述的一种面盖隐藏式花洒,其特征在于:所述分水机构(300)还设有一密封圈(360),所述密封圈(360)密封套设在所述分水座(310)与所述进水座(200)之间;所述进水孔(210)内设有弹簧(370)及带通孔的密封件(380),所述密封件(380)滑动设置在进水孔(210)内,所述弹簧(370)顶抵在所述密封件(380)及进水孔(210);所述装饰盖(500)的外周沿还设有一拨块(510)。
  9. 根据权利要求1或2或3或4或5所述的一种面盖隐藏式花洒,其特征在于:还包括一固接所述花洒本体(100)用于密封进水通路(110)的隔水件(700);还设有一密封环(800),所述密封环(800)套设在所述进水座(200)和所述隔水件(700)之间。
  10. 根据权利要求1或2或3或4或5所述的一种面盖隐藏式花洒,其特征在于:所述隔水件(700)与所述进水座(200)、所述进水座(200)与所述分水座(310)、所述面盖(330)与所述装饰盖(500)之间均为点接触连接。
  11. 根据权利要求3所述的一种面盖隐藏式花洒,其特征在于:所述环形装饰盖(500)其外环内壁设有若干肋筋(550),所述环形装饰盖(500)内环转动密封套接在面盖的凸起(332)外,所述面盖(330)与所述装饰盖(500)之间为点接触连接。
