一较佳实施例之中:所述固定单元(1)包括一固轴(12),出水单元(2)转动连接固定单元(1)且转动套接在固轴(12)外;盖板(24)固设在固轴(12)外,盖板(24)下设与换向器(23)等数的密封柱(242);出水单元(2)相对固定单元(1)转动,出水单元(2)和盖板(24)相对转动,其中:盖板(24)处于第一状态,则密封柱(242)密封中心孔(232);盖板(24)处于第二状态,则中心孔(232)和密封柱(242)错开。
一较佳实施例之中:所述固定单元(1)包括一固轴(12),出水单元(2)转动连接固定单元(1)且转动套接在固轴(12)外;固轴(12)外设螺纹段;盖板(24)和出水单元(2)之间构成同步同轴转动且能上下相对滑动的连接关系,且盖板(24)螺接在固轴(12)的螺纹段;其中:出水单元(2)相对固定单元(1)转动时,盖板(24)跟随出水单元(2)转动,且固轴(12)和盖板(24)螺接配合使盖板(24)和出水单元(2)上下相对滑动,以使盖板(24)在第一状态和第二状态之间活动。
一较佳实施例之中:所述盖板(24)下设与换向器(23)等数的密封柱(242),其中:盖板(24)处于第一状态,则密封柱(242)密封中心孔(232);盖板(24)处于第二状态,则中心孔(232)和密封柱(242)间隔。
一较佳实施例中:所述面盖(28)背面伸出二同心圆壁,内圆壁之内的部分形成为第一出水腔(21),内外圆壁之间的部分形成为第二出水腔(25),所述第一出水腔(21)和第二出水腔(25)相对独立。
本技术方案与背景技术相比,它具有如下优点:
1、通过控制中心孔是否密封,控制第一出水嘴出哪种水花,则能实现一出水腔和一出水嘴出多种水花,能降低占用空间,减少用料,降低成本;通过出水单元和固定单元之间的相对转动控制中心孔是否密封,控制方便快速;
2、通过出水单元和固定单元之间的相对转动实现第一出水腔和第二出水腔切换接通进水路,则能将第一出水嘴出哪种水花控制和水路切换综合在一起,切换方便,快速;
3、出水单元相对固定单元转动时,带动盖板转动,再通过第一螺旋面和第二螺旋面配合使盖板上下滑动,控制中心孔密封与否,控制方便,结构简单,布局合理;
4、出水单元相对固定单元转动,使出水单元和盖板之间相对转动,控制中心孔和密封柱对齐或错开,控制中心孔密封与否,控制方便,结构简单,布局合理;
5、出水单元相对固定单元转动时,带动盖板转动,再通过固轴和盖板之间螺接配合使盖板上下滑动,控制中心孔密封与否,控制方便,结构简单,布局合理。

具体实施方式
实施例1,请查阅图1至图12,一种花洒,它包括固定单元1和出水单元2,所述出水单元2和固定单元1转动连接在一起。
所述固定单元1包括本体13、支撑盖14、上分水体15,所述本体13、支撑盖14和上分水体15固定连接在一起,而且,形成有一能接通水源的进水路11。本实施例之中,所述本体13还设一固轴12,所述固轴12下端穿过且伸出撑盖14和上分水体15。
所述出水单元2包括下分水体29和面盖28。
所述面盖28背面伸出二同心圆壁,所述下分水体29和面盖28密封固接在一起,并使得内圆壁之内的部分形成为第一出水腔21,使得内外圆壁之间的部分形成为第二出水腔25,所述第一出水腔21和第二出水腔25相对独立。
所述下分水体29上设置分别与第一出水腔21和第二出水腔25接通的一第一分水孔和一第二分水孔。所述出水单元2和固定单元1转动装接在一起,使得所述出水单元2相对固定单元1在第一位置、第三位置、第二位置之间转动,其中:位于第一位置和第三位置时,所述第一分水孔接通进水路11,所述第一出水腔21接通进水路11;位于第二位置时,所述第二分水孔接通进水路11,所述第二出水腔25接通进水路11。但并不以此为限,根据需要,也可在下分水体29上设置二第一分水孔和一第二分水孔。所述出水单元2和固定单元1转动装接在一起,且转动套接在固轴12外,使得所述出水单元2相对固定单元1在第一位置、第三位置、第二位置之间转动,其中:位于第一位置时,所述一第一分水孔接通进水路11,所述第一出水腔21接通进水路11,如图11,出喷雾水;位于第二位置时,所述第二分水孔接通进水路11,所述第二出水腔25接通进水路11,此时出花洒水,如图10;位于第三位置时,所述另一第一分水孔接通进水路11,所述第一出水腔21接通进水路11,如图12,出复合水。
所述面盖28包括若干对应第一出水腔21的第一出水嘴22和若干对应第二出水腔25的第二出水嘴26。
所述第一出水嘴22内过盈装接换向器23,换向器23外回转面设侧槽231,且侧槽231内设有斜水槽2311,第一出水腔21水流通过斜水槽2311冲入换向器23内并产生旋转,而且,所述换向器23设轴线贯穿的中心孔232。所述第一出水腔21内设能活动的盖板24,所述盖板24下设与换向器23等数的密封柱242。所述出水单元2转动连接固定单元1,且转动时能触使盖板24在第一状态和第二状态之间活动,其中:盖板24处于第一状态,则密封柱242密封中心孔232,第一出水腔21水流冲入换向器23内并产生旋转,再出水,此时水花为出喷雾水;盖板24处于第二状态,则密封柱242离开中心孔232,使中心孔232打开,中心孔232出的水和侧槽231出的水冲击产生颗粒,出复合水。
本实施例之中:
所述盖板24和出水单元2的下分水体29之间设弹性27,所述弹性体27能产生使盖板24由第二状态活动至第一状态的弹力。
所述固轴12下设凸台121,凸台121设第一螺旋面1211;盖板24和出水单元2之间构成同步同轴转动且能上下相对滑动的连接关系(所述连接关系例如可采用如下结构,在盖板24设沿轴线滑槽,在出水单元2设插件,插件和滑槽适配),且盖板24设第二螺旋面241;其中:出水单元2相对固定单元1转动时,盖板24跟随出水单元2相对凸台121转动,且第一螺旋面1211和第二螺旋面241配合使盖板24和出水单元2上下相对滑动,以使盖板24在第一状态和第二状态之间活动,其中:盖板24处于第一状态,则在弹性体弹力作用下,密封柱242密封中心孔232,如图8;盖板24处于第二状态,则中心孔232和密封柱242间隔,如图9。
实施例2,请查阅图13至图18,它与第一较佳实施例不同之处在于:
所述盖板24固设在固轴12外,出水单元2相对固定单元1转动,出水单元2和盖板24相对转动,其中:盖板24处于第一状态,则密封柱242密封中心孔232,如图15、图17;盖板24处于第二状态,则中心孔232和密封柱242错开,如图16、图18。
实施例3,请查阅图19至图24,它与第一较佳实施例不同之处在于:
所述固轴12外设螺纹段;盖板24和出水单元2之间构成同步同轴转动且能上下相对滑动的连接关系,且盖板24螺接在固轴12的螺纹段;其中:出水单元2相对固定单元1转动时,盖板24跟随出水单元2转动,且固轴12和盖板24螺接配合使盖板24和出水单元上下相对滑动,以使盖板24在第一状态和第二状态之间活动。其中:盖板24处于第一状态,则密封柱242密封中心孔232,如图21、23;盖板24处于第二状态,则中心孔232和密封柱242间隔,如图22、24。
以上所述,仅为本发明较佳实施例而已,故不能依此限定本发明实施的范围,即依本发明专利范围及说明书内容所作的等效变化与修饰,皆应仍属本发明涵盖的范围内。
工业实用性
本发明一种花洒,通过控制中心孔是否密封,控制第一出水嘴出哪种水花,则能实现一出水腔和一出水嘴出多种水花,能降低占用空间,减少用料,降低成本;且通过出水单元和固定单元之间的相对转动控制中心孔是否密封,控制方便快速,具有良好的工业实用性。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种花洒,它包括固定单元(1)和出水单元(2),固定单元(1)设进水路(11),出水单元(2)设一能接通进水路(11)的第一出水腔(21)和若干接通第一出水腔(21)的第一出水嘴(22),其特征在于:所述第一出水嘴(22)内过盈装接换向器(23),换向器(23)外回转面设侧槽(231),且侧槽(231)内设有斜水槽(2311),以使第一出水腔(21)水流冲入换向器(23)内并产生旋转,换向器(23)设轴线贯穿的中心孔(232);所述第一出水腔(21)内设能活动的盖板(24);所述出水单元(2)转动连接固定单元(1),且转动时能触使盖板(24)在第一状态和第二状态之间活动,其中:盖板(24)处于第一状态,则中心孔(232)密封;盖板(24)处于第二状态,则中心孔(232)打开。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种花洒,其特征在于:所述出水单元(2)还包括一能接通进水路(11)的第二出水腔(25)和若干接通第二出水腔(25)的第二出水嘴(26),通过出水单元(2)和固定单元(1)之间的相对转动实现第一出水腔(21)和第二出水腔(25)切换接通进水路(11)。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种花洒,其特征在于:所述第一出水嘴(22)和第二出水嘴(26)共用面盖(28)。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的一种花洒,其特征在于:所述盖板(24)和出水单元(2)之间设弹性体(27),所述弹性体(27)能产生使盖板(24)由第二状态活动至第一状态的弹力。
  5. 根据权利要求1或2或3或4所述的一种花洒,其特征在于:所述固定单元(1)包括一固轴(12),出水单元(2)转动连接固定单元(1)且转动套接在固轴(12)外;固轴(12)下设凸台(121),凸台(121)设第一螺旋面(1211);盖板(24)和出水单元(2)之间构成同步同轴转动且能上下相对滑动的连接关系,且盖板(24)设第二螺旋面(241);其中:出水单元(2)相对固定单元(1)转动时,盖板(24)跟随出水单元(2)相对凸台(121)转动,且第一螺旋面(1211)和第二螺旋面(241)配合使盖板(24)和出水单元(2)上下相对滑动,以使盖板(24)在第一状态和第二状态之间活动。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种花洒,其特征在于:所述盖板(24)下设与换向器(23)等数的密封柱(242),其中:盖板(24)处于第一状态,则密封柱(242)密封中心孔(232);盖板(24)处于第二状态,则中心孔(232)和密封柱(242)间隔。
  7. 根据权利要求1或2或3或4所述的一种花洒,其特征在于:所述固定单元(1)包括一固轴(12),出水单元(2)转动连接固定单元(1)且转动套接在固轴(12)外;盖板(24)固设在固轴(12)外,盖板(24)下设与换向器(23)等数的密封柱(242);出水单元(2)相对固定单元(1)转动,出水单元(2)和盖板(24)相对转动,其中:盖板(24)处于第一状态,则密封柱(242)密封中心孔(232);盖板(24)处于第二状态,则中心孔(232)和密封柱(242)错开。
  8. 根据权利要求1或2或3或4所述的一种花洒,其特征在于:所述固定单元(1)包括一固轴(12),出水单元(2)转动连接固定单元(1)且转动套接在固轴(12)外;固轴(12)外设螺纹段;盖板(24)和出水单元(2)之间构成同步同轴转动且能上下相对滑动的连接关系,且盖板(24)螺接在固轴(12)的螺纹段;其中:出水单元(2)相对固定单元(1)转动时,盖板(24)跟随出水单元(2)转动,且固轴(12)和盖板(24)螺接配合使盖板(24)和出水单元(2)上下相对滑动,以使盖板(24)在第一状态和第二状态之间活动。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的一种花洒,其特征在于:所述盖板(24)下设与换向器(23)等数的密封柱(242),其中:盖板(24)处于第一状态,则密封柱(242)密封中心孔(232);盖板(24)处于第二状态,则中心孔(232)和密封柱(242)间隔。
  10. 根据权利要求3所述的一种花洒,其特征在于:所述面盖(28)背面伸出二同心圆壁,内圆壁之内的部分形成为第一出水腔(21),内外圆壁之间的部分形成为第二出水腔(25),所述第一出水腔(21)和第二出水腔(25)相对独立。
