本发明涉及花洒的技术领域,特别与一种开关按键式花洒功能切换结构有关。
背景技术
常见的花洒功能切换有旋转面板、单个或多个按钮等形式,相关专利也有很多,而这些功能切换方式不仅结构复杂,还都有一定的局限性,不符合人体工学和人性化,无法给使用者提供更贴心、方便的淋浴体验。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种开关按键式花洒功能切换结构,其结构简单,更符合人体工学和人性化,给使用者提供更贴心、方便的淋浴体验。
为了实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案如下:
一种开关按键式花洒功能切换结构,由切换按键、定位弹簧、定位销、转向轴、切换轴、复位弹簧、密封皮碗和分水组件组成,在花洒的外壁上开设安装孔,在花洒内对应安装孔形成档位板,档位板上形成档位槽,切换按键通过枢轴安装在安装孔上,切换按键的内侧在枢轴的前后各形成一切换支脚,切换按键的内侧和档位板之间安装定位弹簧和定位销,定位销借助定位弹簧的弹性作用而落入档位槽中,转向轴以可以转动的方式架设花洒内,转向轴的前后各形成一径向板与切换支脚对应,转向轴的端部与切换轴连接在一起,切换轴位于花洒的进水通道中,密封皮碗以径向固定的方式安装在切换轴上,密封皮碗上形成通水孔,复位弹簧安装在密封皮碗与切换轴之间,分水组件对应密封皮碗安装在花洒的进水通道上,密封皮碗借助复位弹簧的弹性作用而盖设在分水组件上,通过密封皮碗开启或封闭分水组件上的分水孔进行花洒功能切换,各构件之间设有密封件。
所述花洒内形成相互独立的安装室和进水通道,安装室的外壁上开设安装孔,安装室和进水通道之间开设轴孔,定位弹簧、定位销和转向轴安装在安装室内,切换轴、复位弹簧、密封皮碗和分水组件安装在进水通道内,切换轴的端部穿过轴孔,切换轴的端部和轴孔之间设有密封件。
所述花洒由本体、上盖、出水组件和进水管组件组成,上盖安装在本体对应花洒头的部位,本体和上盖之间形成出水腔,出水组件安装在出水腔中,进水管组件对应握把的部位安装在本体中,进水管组件形成进水腔和安装室,出水腔和进水腔连通形成进水通道。
所述安装室外壁上的安装孔呈里大外小状,且安装孔的孔缘为弧形面,切换按键也呈里大外小状,且切换按键的外壁为弧形面。
所述切换轴的一侧具有皮碗安装座,密封皮碗安装在皮碗安装座上,且密封皮碗和皮碗安装座之间设有复位弹簧。
采用上述方案后,本发明结构简单,使用时,只需按压切换按键,推动转向轴带动切换轴和密封皮碗转动,使密封皮碗开启或关闭分水组件上的分水孔,实现花洒的功能切换,本发明只需单手即可完成切换操作,操作省力,更符合人体工学和人性化,给使用者提供更贴心、方便的淋浴体验。

具体实施方式
如图1至图4所示,是本发明的一个较佳实施例。一种开关按键式花洒功能切换结构,由切换按键1、定位弹簧2、定位销3、转向轴4、切换轴5、复位弹簧6、密封皮碗7和分水组件8组成。
在花洒9的外壁上开设安装孔91,在花洒9内对应安装孔91形成档位板92,档位板92上形成档位槽93。为了方便安装,花洒内形成相互独立的安装室和进水通道,安装室的外壁上开设安装孔91,具体是,花洒9可以由本体94、上盖95、出水组件(图中未示出)和进水管组件96组成。上盖95安装在本体94对应花洒头的部位,本体94和上盖95之间形成出水腔941,出水组件安装在出水腔中,进水管组件96对应握把的部位安装在本体94中,进水管组件96形成进水腔961和安装室962,出水腔941和进水腔961连通形成进水通道。
切换按键1通过枢轴12安装在安装孔91上,切换按键1的内侧在枢轴12的前后各形成一切换支脚11。为了方便安装并使切换更顺畅,安装室962外壁上的安装孔91呈里大外小状,且安装孔91的孔缘为弧形面,切换按键1也呈里大外小状,且切换按键1的外壁为弧形面。
定位弹簧2和定位销3安装在切换按键1的内侧和档位板92之间,定位销3借助定位弹簧2的弹性作用而落入档位槽93中,通过定位销3与不同档位槽93配合实现不同档位功能切换定位。
转向轴4以可以转动的方式架设花洒9内,转向轴4和定位弹簧2、定位销3安装在安装室962内。转向轴4的前后各形成一径向板41与切换支脚11对应。本发明重点之一是切换按键1以枢轴为转动支点,以跷跷板式功能切换按键。
切换轴5与转向轴4的端部连接在一起,切换轴5位于花洒9的进水通道的出水腔941中。具体是,安装室962和进水通道的出水腔941之间开设轴孔963,切换轴5的端部穿过轴孔963,切换轴5的端部和轴孔963之间设有密封件51。
密封皮碗7以径向固定的方式安装在切换轴5上,即密封皮碗7相对切换轴5只能轴向移动,密封皮碗7上形成通水孔71。
复位弹簧6安装在密封皮碗7与切换轴5之间。为了方便安装,切换轴5的一侧具有皮碗安装座52,密封皮碗7安装在皮碗安装座52上,且密封皮碗7和皮碗安装座52之间设有复位弹簧6。
分水组件8对应密封皮碗7安装在花洒的进水通道的出水腔941上,即分水组件8和切换轴5、复位弹簧6、密封皮碗7都安装在进水通道的出水腔941内。密封皮碗7借助复位弹簧6的弹性作用而盖设在分水组件8上,通过密封皮碗7开启或封闭分水组件8上的分水孔81进行花洒功能切换。
为了确保水密性,各构件之间设有密封件,如切换轴5的端部和轴孔963之间设有密封件51。
本发明使用时,当向前或向后按动切换按键1时,切换按键1的切换支脚11会压下转向轴4的径向板41,从而带动转向轴4转动一定角度,而切换轴5和密封皮碗7随之转动相应的角度,此时,密封皮碗7会堵住分水组件8的一个分水孔81,使花洒9呈现相应功能的出水状态,当切换按键1按平时,密封皮碗7会被定格在分水孔81之间,使花洒9呈现混合功能的出水状态。
以上仅为本发明的具体实施例,并非对本发明的保护范围的限定。凡依本案的设计思路所做的等同变化,均落入本案的保护范围。

1、一种开关按键式花洒功能切换结构,其特征在于:由切换按键、定位弹簧、定位销、转向轴、切换轴、复位弹簧、密封皮碗和分水组件组成,在花洒的外壁上开设安装孔,在花洒内对应安装孔形成档位板,档位板上形成档位槽,切换按键通过枢轴安装在安装孔上,切换按键的内侧在枢轴的前后各形成一切换支脚,切换按键的内侧和档位板之间安装定位弹簧和定位销,定位销借助定位弹簧的弹性作用而落入档位槽中,转向轴以可以转动的方式架设花洒内,转向轴的前后各形成一径向板与切换支脚对应,转向轴的端部与切换轴连接在一起,切换轴位于花洒的进水通道中,密封皮碗以径向固定的方式安装在切换轴上,密封皮碗上形成通水孔,复位弹簧安装在密封皮碗与切换轴之间,分水组件对应密封皮碗安装在花洒的进水通道上,密封皮碗借助复位弹簧的弹性作用而盖设在分水组件上,通过密封皮碗开启或封闭分水组件上的分水孔进行花洒功能切换,各构件之间设有密封件。
2、如权利要求1所述的一种开关按键式花洒功能切换结构,其特征在于:所述花洒内形成相互独立的安装室和进水通道,安装室的外壁上开设安装孔,安装室和进水通道之间开设轴孔,定位弹簧、定位销和转向轴安装在安装室内,切换轴、复位弹簧、密封皮碗和分水组件安装在进水通道内,切换轴的端部穿过轴孔,切换轴的端部和轴孔之间设有密封件。
3、如权利要求1所述的一种开关按键式花洒功能切换结构,其特征在于:所述花洒由本体、上盖、出水组件和进水管组件组成,上盖安装在本体对应花洒头的部位,本体和上盖之间形成出水腔,出水组件安装在出水腔中,进水管组件对应握把的部位安装在本体中,进水管组件形成进水腔和安装室,出水腔和进水腔连通形成进水通道。
4、如权利要求2或3所述的一种开关按键式花洒功能切换结构,其特征在于:所述安装室外壁上的安装孔呈里大外小状,且安装孔的孔缘为弧形面,切换按键也呈里大外小状,且切换按键的外壁为弧形面。
5、如权利要求1所述的一种开关按键式花洒功能切换结构,其特征在于:所述切换轴的一侧具有皮碗安装座,密封皮碗安装在皮碗安装座上,且密封皮碗和皮碗安装座之间设有复位弹簧。
