一种按钮切换的手持花洒 技术领域
本发明涉及花洒的技术领域,特别与一种按钮切换的手持花洒结构有关。
背景技术
目前,市场的手持花洒大多是通过旋转面板来实现出水功能的切换,虽然也有一些通过按键来控制出水功能,但也只能一组或多个按键、按钮控制多个出水功能,使用操作时多有不便。
因此,本发明人专门研发一种由一个按钮即可控制多个出水功能的按钮切换结构,本案由此产生。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种按钮切换的手持花洒,以实现一个按钮即可控制多个出水功能,切换操作更方便。
为了实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案如下:
一种按钮切换的手持花洒,包括本体、面板、分水座、分水体、切换轴、切换片、弹簧、连接片、转向片和按钮;分水座安装在本体和面板之间,分水座上的功能水道与面板上的功能出水孔对应;分水体安装在分水座的侧边,分水体上形成功能分水孔与分水座上的功能水道对应,分水体的中心形成中心孔,中心孔内壁形成导槽和斜角;切换轴的前端插入分水体的中心孔中,且切换轴上形成与导槽配合的第一导向条;切换片和弹簧穿套在切换轴上,切换片借助弹簧的压力贴于分水体的侧面,切换片形成通过旋转与功能分水孔对应的切换孔,切换片的中心形成与导槽配合的第二导向条,且第二导向条对应斜角形成导角;转向片设在本体中,转向片的执行端通过连接片与切换轴的后端连接,转向片的操纵端正对按钮上方;按钮安装在本体的手柄处且伸露在本体外。
所述本体在手柄处分体形成本体前盖,本体前盖与本体组成手柄,手柄中安装进水管,本体前盖与进水管上皆开设按钮安装孔,按钮安装在此两个安装孔中,且下端伸露在本体前盖的安装孔外而上端伸入进水管的安装孔中。
所述本体或进水管中安装一压板,压板呈U型,压板位于按钮和转向片之间,转向片的操纵端正对U型压板的中央,按钮的上方中央形成按压板插置在U型压板的中央。
所述转向片呈L型,L型转向片的角部枢设在本体或进水管上,L型转向片的操纵端正对按钮上方,L型转向片的执行端插接在连接片的后端,连接片的前端形成两个分叉片,两个分叉片夹置在切换轴后端的两侧并与切换轴枢接在一起。
所述切换轴与切换片在靠近分水体一侧的中心处分别形成相互配合的第一轴向齿和第二轴向齿,借助第一轴向齿与第二轴向齿啮合使切换片径向定位在切换轴上。
采用上述方案后,本发明使用时,只需按压按钮,转向片受按压转动,通过连接片带动切换轴和切换片压缩弹簧向后移,切换片的第二导向条从分水体的导槽中移出,切换片上切换孔与原来对应的分水体上的分水孔分开;松开按钮,切换轴和切换片在弹簧的回复力作用下向前移,在切换片第二导向条的导角与分水体中心孔的斜角配合下,借助水压和弹簧的作用,切换片会转动相应的角度,第二导向条重新与分水体的导槽配合,此时,切换片因转动角度使其上切换孔与新的分水孔对齐,实现了不同功能的转换。

一种按钮切换的手持花洒,包括本体1、面板2、分水座3、分水体4、切换轴5、切换片6、弹簧7、连接片8、转向片9和按钮10。
为了方便构件组装,本体1在手柄处分体形成本体前盖11,本体前盖11与本体1组成手柄,手柄中安装进水管12。
分水座3安装在本体1和面板2之间。分水座3上的功能水道与面板2上的功能出水孔对应,与常见多功能花洒的通用结构一样。
分水体4安装在分水座3的侧边。与常见多功能花洒的通用结构一样,分水体4上形成功能分水孔41与分水座3上的功能水道对应,以便进行水路切换。分水体4的中心形成中心孔42,中心孔42内壁形成导槽43和斜角44。
切换轴5的前端插入分水体4的中心孔42中。切换轴5上形成第一导向条51与导槽43配合。
切换片6和弹簧7穿套在切换轴5上,切换片6借助弹簧7的压力贴于分水体4的侧面。切换片6形成切换孔61,通过旋转切换片6使切换孔61与不同的功能分水孔41对应实现水路切换。切换片6的中心形成第二导向条62与导槽43配合,且第二导向条62对应斜角44形成导角63。为了切换操作更准确,切换轴5与切换片6在靠近分水体4一侧的中心处分别形成相互配合的第一轴向齿52和第二轴向齿64,借助第一轴向齿52与第二轴向齿64啮合使切换片6径向定位在切换轴5上。
连接片8的前端与切换轴5的后端连接,而连接片8的后端与转向片9的执行端91连接。转向片9枢设在本体1(或进水管12)中,转向片9的操纵端92正对按钮10上方。为了传动更准确平稳,转向片9呈L型,L型转向片9的角部枢设在本体1或进水管12上,L型转向片9的操纵端92正对按钮10上方,L型转向片9的执行端91插接在连接片8的后端,连接片8的前端形成两个分叉片81,两个分叉片81夹置在切换轴5后端的两侧并与切换轴5枢接在一起。

本发明使用中,未按压按钮10时,在弹簧7作用下,切换轴5和切换片6向前移,第一导向条51和第二导向条62与导槽43配合,分水体4与切换轴5和切换片6径向定位,切换片6的切换孔61与分水体4的一个或二个功能分水孔41对齐,实现相应的功能出水。
如果想切换出水功能,只需按压按钮10,转向片9受按压转动,通过连接片8带动切换轴5和切换片6压缩弹簧7向后移,切换片6的第二导向条62从导槽43中移出,切换片6上切换孔61与原来对应的分水孔41分开;再松开按钮10,切换轴5和切换片6在弹簧7的回复力作用下向前移,在切换片6第二导向条62的导角63与分水体4中心孔的斜角44配合下,借助水压作用,切换片6会转动相应的角度,第二导向条62重新与分水体4的导槽43配合,此时,切换片6因转动角度使切换孔61与新的分水孔41对齐,实现了不同功能的转换。
