发明内容
本发明提供了一种预印面纸瓦楞纸板生产方法及生产线,它可以解决现有 瓦楞纸板生产线和工艺无法适应预印彩面瓦楞纸板的生产的问题。

本发明在单面瓦楞纸板与面纸粘合时釆用玉米淀粉胶或白乳胶等熟胶类胶 水, 面纸和单面瓦楞纸板在粘合前一般无需预热也可保证粘合效果, 因此可以 节约与预热相关的结构成本; 即使使用生胶类胶水, 面纸和单面瓦楞纸板在粘 合前进行预热处理, 由于面纸彩面在上, 面纸彩面不会与预热辊面接触, 也可 避免对彩面图案、 光油的损伤。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明进行详细地描述。
实施例 1
参见图 2 , —种预印面纸瓦楞纸板生产线, 包括单面瓦楞机 1、 4个瓦楞纸 导纸辊 3、 一个面纸导纸辊 16、 原纸支架 4、 卷筒面纸 5、 涂胶装置 7及压合装 置 8 , 4个瓦楞纸导纸辊组成的瓦楞纸板输送装置,以实现从单机瓦楞机 1向压 合装置 8输送单面瓦楞纸板 2。 在瓦楞纸板输送装置具有一段下输送装置 17 , 所述下输送装置 17处于所述原纸支架 4的下方。
就具体技术方案而言, 在原纸支架 4下面挖一个地下通道 18 , 下输送装置 17设在该地下通道 18内, 单面瓦楞纸板 2在地下通道 18中穿过。 所述下输送 装置 17和地下通道 18所跨越的长度要大于原纸支架 4上支撑的两卷筒面纸 5 外径之间的距离。
工作时,从单面瓦楞机 1生产的单面瓦楞纸板 2 , 经过瓦楞纸导纸辊 3 , 从 原纸支架 4的下面的地下通道 18中引导出来,再经过涂胶装置 7在瓦楞纸板上 涂上胶水, 同时卷筒面纸 5在原纸支架 4的支撑下进行放卷成为连续的预印面 纸 6 ,预印面纸 6在压合辊 8之间与涂完胶的单面瓦楞纸板 1粘合,预印面纸 6 在上单面瓦楞纸板 2在下, 从而形成具有预印面纸瓦楞纸板, 即双面瓦楞纸板 9 , 该双面瓦楞纸板 9并进入烘干装置 15烘干。 烘干装置 15中的多个加热板 10处于所述双面瓦楞纸板 9的底面。 从上述结构的生产方法中可以看出, 双面 瓦楞纸板 9的上面的预印面纸 6不与加热板 10直接接触,完全可以有效防止对 预印面纸 6的材质、 图案、 光油及塑料膜的损伤。
实施例 2
对上述技术方案的另一种变化型式: 如图 3所示, 双面瓦楞纸板 9可以不 经过烘干装置 15进行烘干, 而是直接进入裁切装置 1 1 , 通过裁切刀 12将连续 的双面瓦楞纸板 9裁切成预定尺寸的单张双面瓦楞纸板, 可以完全避免高温对 瓦楞纸板预印面纸的影响。
实施例 3
对实施例 1技术方案的再一种变化型式: 如图 4所示, 单面瓦楞纸板 2先 经过两个加热辊 1 3烘干后进入下输送装置 17 , 再与预印面纸 6粘合, 单面瓦 楞纸板 2经过烘干处理可以提高双面瓦楞纸板 9的粘合效果。
实施例 4
对实施例 1技术方案的又一种变化型式: 如图 5所示, 釆用同样的结构原 理,将两层单面瓦楞纸板 2与预印面纸 6粘合在一起,生产出双层瓦楞纸板 14。 所述涂胶装置 Ί由相切的两个辊子组成,在切线上方的三角区域储存胶水, 两个辊子均向内反向旋转, 通过调整两个辊子的间隙可以调整胶水的涂胶量, 当单面瓦楞纸板 1从涂胶装置 7下面通过时, 辊子的下沿与单面瓦楞纸板 1的 楞峰接触, 从而在单面瓦楞纸板 1的楞峰涂上了适量的胶水。
所述压合辊 8由一对上下布置的辊子组成, 两个辊子的间隙可以根据瓦楞 纸板的厚度来调整, 两个辊子相向反向旋转, 当单面瓦楞纸板 2和预印面纸 6 一起通过上下压合辊时, 在上下压合辊的挤压下粘合在一起。
涂胶装置 7所使用的胶水釆用熟胶类胶水如玉米淀粉胶、 白乳胶等, 无须 高温熟化, 可以有效缩短粘合时间, 在烘干温度降低的前提下仍可保证粘合效 果, 从而进一步降低高温对彩印面纸的损伤。
以上所述, 仅是本发明的较佳实施例而已, 并非是对本发明作其它形式的 限制, 任何熟悉本专业的技术人员可能利用上述揭示的技术内容加以变更或改 型为等同变化的等效实施例。 但是凡是未脱离本发明技术方案内容, 依据本发 明的技术实质对以上实施例所作的任何简单修改、 等同变化与改型, 仍属于本 发明技术方案的保护范围。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1、一种预印面纸瓦楞纸板生产方法, 所述方法的生产线包括瓦楞机、 多个 瓦楞纸导纸辊、 至少一个面纸导纸辊、 原纸支架、 卷筒面纸、 涂胶装置及压合 辊,多个瓦楞纸导纸辊组成瓦楞纸板输送装置,其特征在于: 由瓦楞机输出并由 瓦楞纸板输送装置输送并经涂胶装置单面涂胶的瓦楞纸板, 与由卷筒面纸输出 并由面纸导纸辊输送的预印面纸在压合辊处汇合, 所述预印面纸在上所述瓦楞 纸板在下, 进入压合辊两者粘合形成预印面纸瓦楞纸板。
2、根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于: 所述预印面纸瓦楞纸板从压 合辊输出进入烘干装置, 烘干装置中的加热板处于所述预印面纸瓦楞纸板的底 面。
3、根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于: 所述预印面纸瓦楞纸板从压 合辊输出进入裁切装置, 通过裁切装置中的裁切刀将所述预印面纸瓦楞纸板裁 切成预定尺寸的预印面纸瓦楞纸板。
4、根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于: 所述瓦楞纸板先经过加热辊 烘干后再与预印面纸粘合。
5、根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于: 瓦楞纸板为两层单面瓦楞纸 板, 下层单面瓦楞纸板的上表面和上层单面瓦楞纸板的上表面分别由涂胶装置 涂胶, 上、 下层单面瓦楞纸板在压合辊处与预印面纸汇合, 预印面纸在上, 上 层单面瓦楞纸板在下, 经压合辊使上、 下层单面瓦楞纸板及上层单面瓦楞纸板 与预印面纸粘合在一起, 形成双层预印面纸瓦楞纸板。
6、根据权利要求 1至 4中任意一项权利要求所述的方法, 其特征在于: 所 述的瓦楞纸板为单面瓦楞纸板, 所述的瓦楞机为单面瓦楞机, 所述涂胶装置所 使用的胶水釆用熟胶类胶水,所述熟胶类胶水为玉米淀粉胶或白乳胶。
7、 一种预印面纸瓦楞纸板生产线, 包括瓦楞机、 多个瓦楞纸导纸辊、 至少 一个面纸导纸辊、 原纸支架、 卷筒面纸、 涂胶装置及压合装置, 由多个瓦楞纸 导纸辊组成的瓦楞纸板输送装置, 其特征在于: 所述瓦楞纸板输送装置具有一 段下输送装置, 所述下输送装置处于所述原纸支架的下方。
8、 根据权利要求 7 所述的一种预印面纸瓦楞纸板生产线, 其特征在于: 所述瓦楞机为单面瓦楞机, 所述涂胶装置由相切的两个辊子组成, 在 切线上方的区域为储存胶水区。
9、根据权利要求 8所述的一种预印面纸瓦楞纸板生产线, 其特征在于: 所 述压合装置为一对上下设置的压合辊。
10、 根据权利要求 7至 9中任意一项权利要求所述的一种预印面纸瓦楞纸 板生产线, 其特征在于: 所述下输送装置设在所述原纸支架下面的地下通 道内。
