液晶显示器(liquid crystal display,LCD)是利用液晶材料的特性来显示图像的一种平板显示装置(flat panel display,FPD),其相较于其他显示装置而言更具轻薄、低驱动电压及低功耗等优点,已经成为整个消费市场上的主流产品。然而,液晶显示器的液晶材料无法自主发光,必须借助外在提供光源,因此液晶显示器中又另外设有背光模块以提供所需的光源。
一般而言,背光模块可分为侧入式背光模块和直下式背光模块两种形式,其中侧入式背光模块将光源由导光板的侧边射入,通过导光板特殊的反射作用后朝顶面输出光源。另外,直下式背光模块不含导光板,其是通过下方的反射板及上方的扩散板的作用将光源向上输出。
背光模块主要由背板、光源、灯罩、反射板(Reflector)、导光板(Light guide plate)、扩散片(Diffusion sheet)、增亮膜(Brightness enhancement film)及胶框等组件组装而成。一般于背光模块上再组合液晶面板后构成液晶显示模块。

在本发明的一实施例中,所述第一阶梯部的顶面设有至少一第一固定件,以固定所述光学膜片组。
在本发明的一实施例中,所述第二阶梯部的顶面的外缘还向上及向内延伸设有卡合部,并呈倒L型。
在本发明的一实施例中,所述第二阶梯部的顶面设有至少一第二固定件,以固定所述液晶面板。
在本发明的一实施例中,所述一体成型背板的第一阶梯部另设于所述第二边缘及第四边缘。
在本发明的一实施例中,所述第二边缘设有所述第二阶梯部,所述第四边缘设有所述第二阶梯部及一组装开口,所述卡合部及所述第二阶梯部的顶面共同夹持固定所述液晶面板。
在本发明的一实施例中,所述第一阶梯部的顶面设有至少一第一固定件,以固定所述光学膜片组;所述第四边缘的所述第二阶梯部顶面设有至少一第二固定件,以固定所述液晶面板。
在本发明的一实施例中,所述第四边缘的所述第一阶梯部顶面设有至少一软板支撑凹部,以支撑所述液晶面板侧边的一软性电路板组件。
在本发明的一实施例中,所述一体成型背板还包含一电路板保护盖板,以包覆所述软性电路板组件。
为达上述另一目的,本发明提供一种液晶显示模块,其包含:一个一体成型背板、一光源组、一光学膜片组及一液晶面板;所述一体成型背板具有第一边缘、第二边缘、第三边缘及第四边缘,其中所述第一边缘与所述第三边缘相对应;所述第二边缘与所述第四边缘相对应;所述一体成型背板包含:
数个第一阶梯部,呈倒L型,至少由所述第一边缘、第二边缘及第三边缘向上及向外延伸而成;及
数个第二阶梯部,呈倒L型,至少由所述第一边缘、第二边缘及第三边缘的所述第一阶梯部的顶面的外缘向上及向外延伸而成;
数个卡合部,呈倒L型,由所述第二阶梯部的顶面的外缘向上及向内延伸而成;
其中所述一体成型背板内设有所述光源组,所述第一阶梯部的顶面承载固定所述光学膜片组,所述第二阶梯部的顶面承载固定所述液晶面板,所述卡合部及所述第二阶梯部的顶面共同夹持固定所述液晶面板。
为达上述再一目的,本发明提供一种液晶显示模块的一体成型背板,其包含:第一边缘、第二边缘、第三边缘及第四边缘,其中所述第一边缘与所述第三边缘相对应;所述第二边缘与所述第四边缘相对应;所述一体成型背板包含:
四个第一阶梯部,呈倒L型,由所述第一边缘、第二边缘、第三边缘及第四边缘向上及向外延伸而成;
四个第二阶梯部,呈倒L型,由所述第一边缘、第二边缘、第三边缘及第四边缘的所述第一阶梯部的顶面的外缘向上及向外延伸而成;及
三个卡合部,由所述第一边缘、第二边缘及第三边缘的所述第二阶梯部的顶面的外缘还向上及向内延伸设有卡合部,并呈倒L型;
其中所述第一阶梯部的顶面承载固定一光学膜片组,所述第二阶梯部的顶面承载固定一液晶面板。
有益效果
本发明通过液晶显示模块一体成型背板设计,可利用一体成型背板来达到原胶框及前框的功能,因而可省略胶框及前框的使用,将液晶面板直接安装于液晶显示模块的一体成型背板上,可使装配方式相对简单快速。并且可降低研发费用、缩短研发周期及降低生产成本。

本发明的最佳实施方式
为让本发明上述目的、特征及优点更明显易懂,下文特举本发明较佳实施例,并配合附图,作详细说明如下:
请参照图2所示,图2揭示本发明较佳实施例的一种液晶显示模块的一体成型背板的立体图。如图2所示,一种液晶显示模块的一体成型背板20,其包含:第一边缘21、第二边缘22、第三边缘23及第四边缘24,其中所述第一边缘21与所述第三边缘23相对应;所述第二边缘22与所述第四边缘24相对应。所述液晶显示模块的一体成型背板20包含数个第一阶梯部25、数个第二阶梯部26及数个卡合部27,这些结构特征叙述如下:
首先,如图2所示,所述数个第一阶梯部25呈倒L型,每一所述第一阶梯部25由所述第一边缘21、所述第二边缘22、所述第三边缘23及所述第四边缘24向上及向外延伸而成。
再者,如图2所示,所述数个第二阶梯部26呈倒L型,每一所述第二阶梯部26由每一所述第一阶梯部25(分別位于第一边缘21、所述第二边缘22、所述第三边缘23及所述第四边缘24)的顶面的外缘向上及向外延伸而成。
更进一步,所述第一边缘21、所述第二边缘22及所述第三边缘23的所述第二阶梯部26的顶面的外缘还向上及向内延伸设有一卡合部27,并呈倒L型。
请同时参照图2、图3及图4所示,图3揭示本发明较佳实施例的一种液晶显示模块的立体组装图;图4揭示本发明较佳实施例的一种液晶显示模块的局部剖视图。如图2、图3及图4所示,所述液晶显示模块的一体成型背板20用于组装成一液晶面板模块,详述如下:
本发明并未限制所述液晶显示模块的背板20所应用背光源的型式,所述一体成型背板20的内底部,也就是由所述一体成型背板20底部与所述数个第一阶梯部25的垂直壁部份所共同围绕的容置空间,设有一侧入式光源组件30或一直下式光源组件30,所述光源组件30可能包含各种型式的发光元件、导光板及反射板(未详绘)。
另外,由所述第一边缘21、所述第二边缘22、所述第三边缘23及所述第四边缘24的每一所述第一阶梯部25的顶面所共同形成的支撑框,可用以承载及固定一光学膜片组40。并且,所述光学膜片组40可通过双面胶或螺固的方式来固定,例如图4所示,当所述光学膜片组40由上往下置入所述第一阶梯部25的顶面所共同形成的支撑框后,通过使用数个第一固定件252(例如螺丝)穿过所述光学膜片组40对应设置的穿孔41,而将所述光学膜片组40固定于所述第一阶梯部25的顶面对应设置的数个第一固定孔(螺孔)251中,以固定所述光学膜片组40。
再者,由所述第一边缘21、所述第二边缘22、所述第三边缘23及所述第四边缘24的每一所述第二阶梯部26的顶面所共同形成的支撑框,可用以承载一液晶面板50。并且,所述液晶面板50可通过卡合或附加固定件的方式来固定。例如图3所示,由于所述第一边缘21、所述第二边缘22及所述第三边缘23的所述第二阶梯部26的顶面的外缘还设有卡合部27,因为所述第四边缘24设有所述第二阶梯部26及一相对形成的组装开口(未标示),因此所述液晶面板50可由所述第四边缘24的组装开口置入,并且所述卡合部27及所述第二阶梯部26的顶面共同夹持固定所述液晶面板50。并且进一步的,通过使用数个第二固定件262(例如呈倒L型的插件,由塑胶或橡胶材质所制成)抵靠于所述液晶面板50边缘,进而将所述液晶面板50固定于所述第二阶梯部26的顶面对应设置的数个第二固定孔261中,以固定所述液晶面板50,但本发明固定所述液晶面板50的方式并不限于此,使用者在所述液晶面板50置于所述第二阶梯部的前提下,可采用其它方式来固定所述液晶面板50。
由于本发明较佳实施例的所述一体成型背板20的所述第一边缘21、所述第二边缘22、所述第三边缘23及所述第四边缘24分别设有所述第一阶梯部25及所述第二阶梯部26,其中所述第一阶梯部25形成的支撑框大于所述背板20的底部面积,所述第二阶梯部26形成的支撑框则大于第一阶梯部25形成的支撑框。因此,在所述一体成型背板20置入所述液晶面板50之前,所述光源组件30可由上往下置入所述一体成型背板20的内底部,所述光学膜片组40也可由上往下置入所述第一阶梯部25。如图4所示,所述一体成型背板20优选是一金属钣件,所述第一阶梯部25、所述第二阶梯部26及所述卡合部27优选是由所述一体成型背板20的底部依序延伸折弯而成。另外,所述一体成型背板20于所述卡合部27的内侧与所述液晶面板50之间,可选择性的设有缓冲垫材以进一步保护卡入所述卡合部27的所述液晶面板50。
然而,本发明所述一体成型背板20的所述第一边缘21、所述第二边缘22、所述第三边缘23及所述第四边缘24设置所述第一阶梯部25、所述第二阶梯部26及所述卡合部27的情况并不限于此,本发明可包含各种可能的组合情况,例如所述第一阶梯部25至少设于所述第一边缘21及第三边缘23,所述第二阶梯部26也至少设于所述第一边缘21及第三边缘23,如此亦能达到支撑所述光学膜片组40及所述液晶面板50的目地。另外,如果所述一体成型背板20未设有卡合部27,也可能仅依靠所述第二固定件262来固定所述液晶面板50。因此,使用者可依实际需求来调整所述第一阶梯部25、所述第二阶梯部26及所述卡合部27的数量及需要设置的位置。
请再参照图2及图3所示,所述液晶面板50位于所述一体成型背板20的所述第四边缘24的侧边上设有至少一软性电路板组件51(例如chip on film,COF,即一种芯片在软板上的驱动电路板封装构造),所述一体成型背板20的所述第四边缘24的所述第二阶梯部26的顶面对应设有至少一软板支撑凹部263,其可利用钣件的弯曲形成较大的圆角,用以支撑所述液晶面板侧边的软性电路板的软板部份511,并可防止所述软板部份511组装时意外撕裂。所述软性电路板组件51另一端的电路板512则可固定于所述一体成型背板20的背部表面。进一步的,所述液晶显示模块还包含一电路板保护盖板60,呈L型,用以包覆及保护所述软性电路板组件51。
综上所述,相较于现有的液晶显示模块每台均需开发一体成型背板,胶框和前框,且装配方式相对复杂,造成开发成本及组装时间的增加。本发明通过所述一体成型背板20的边缘设有所述第一阶梯部25、所述第二阶梯部26及所述卡合部27,并且以所述第一阶梯部25承载固定所述光学膜片组40,以所述第二阶梯部26承载固定所述液晶面板50,及通过所述卡合部27与所述第二阶梯部26共同夹持固定所述液晶面板50。因此,可利用所述一体成型背板20来达到原胶框及前框的功能,因而可省略胶框及前框的使用,进而将所述液晶面板50直接安装于所述一体成型背板20上,使装配方式相对简单快速。并且可降低研发费用、缩短研发周期及降低生产成本。
本发明已由上述相关实施例加以描述,然而上述实施例仅为实施本发明的范例。必需指出的是,已公开的实施例并未限制本发明的范围。相反地,包含于权利要求书的精神及范围的修改及均等设置均包括于本发明的范围内。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种液晶显示模块的一体成型背板,其包含:第一边缘、第二边缘、第三边缘及第四边缘,其中所述第一边缘与所述第三边缘相对应;所述第二边缘与所述第四边缘相对应;其特征在于:所述一体成型背板包含:
    四个第一阶梯部,呈倒L型,由所述第一边缘、第二边缘、第三边缘及第四边缘向上及向外延伸而成;
    四个第二阶梯部,呈倒L型,由所述第一边缘、第二边缘、第三边缘及第四边缘的所述第一阶梯部的顶面的外缘向上及向外延伸而成;及
    三个卡合部,由所述第一边缘、第二边缘及第三边缘的所述第二阶梯部的顶面的外缘还向上及向内延伸设有卡合部,并呈倒L型;
    其中所述第一阶梯部的顶面承载固定一光学膜片组,所述第二阶梯部的顶面承载固定一液晶面板。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的液晶显示模块的一体成型背板,其特征在于:一组装开口,设于所述第四边缘的所述第二阶梯部上,并且所述第一阶梯部的顶面设有至少一第一固定件,以固定所述光学膜片组,以及所述第二阶梯部的顶面设有至少一第二固定件,以固定所述液晶面板。
  3. 一种液晶显示模块的一体成型背板,其包含:第一边缘、第二边缘、第三边缘及第四边缘,其中所述第一边缘与所述第三边缘相对应;所述第二边缘与所述第四边缘相对应;其特征在于:所述一体成型背板包含:
    数个第一阶梯部,呈倒L型,至少由所述第一边缘及第三边缘向上及向外延伸而成;及
    数个第二阶梯部,呈倒L型,至少由所述第一边缘及第三边缘的所述第一阶梯部的顶面的外缘向上及向外延伸而成;
    其中所述第一阶梯部的顶面承载固定一光学膜片组,所述第二阶梯部的顶面承载固定一液晶面板。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的液晶显示模块的一体成型背板,其特征在于:所述第一阶梯部的顶面设有至少一第一固定件,以固定所述光学膜片组。
  5. 如权利要求3所述的液晶显示模块的一体成型背板,其特征在于:所述第二阶梯部的顶面的外缘还向上及向内延伸设有卡合部,并呈倒L型。
  6. 如权利要求3所述的液晶显示模块的一体成型背板,其特征在于:所述第二阶梯部的顶面设有至少一第二固定件,以固定所述液晶面板。
  7. 如权利要求3所述的液晶显示模块的一体成型背板,其特征在于:所述一体成型背板的第一阶梯部另设于所述第二边缘及第四边缘。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的液晶显示模块的一体成型背板,其特征在于:所述第二边缘设有所述第二阶梯部,所述第四边缘设有所述第二阶梯部及一组装开口,所述卡合部及所述第二阶梯部的顶面共同夹持固定所述液晶面板。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的液晶显示模块的一体成型背板,其特征在于:所述第一阶梯部的顶面设有至少一第一固定件,以固定所述光学膜片组;所述第四边缘的所述第二阶梯部顶面设有至少一第二固定件,以固定所述液晶面板。
  10. 如权利要求8所述的液晶显示模块的一体成型背板,其特征在于:所述第四边缘的所述第一阶梯部顶面设有至少一软板支撑凹部,以支撑所述液晶面板侧边的一软性电路板组件。
  11. 如权利要求10所述的液晶显示模块的一体成型背板,其特征在于:所述一体成型背板还包含一电路板保护盖板,以包覆所述软性电路板组件。
  12. 一种液晶显示模块,其包含:一个一体成型背板、一光源组、一光学膜片组及一液晶面板;所述一体成型背板具有第一边缘、第二边缘、第三边缘及第四边缘,其中所述第一边缘与所述第三边缘相对应;所述第二边缘与所述第四边缘相对应;其特征在于:所述一体成型背板包含:
    数个第一阶梯部,呈倒L型,至少由所述第一边缘、第二边缘及第三边缘向上及向外延伸而成;及
    数个第二阶梯部,呈倒L型,至少由所述第一边缘、第二边缘及第三边缘的所述第一阶梯部的顶面的外缘向上及向外延伸而成;
    数个卡合部,呈倒L型,由所述第二阶梯部的顶面的外缘向上及向内延伸而成;
    其中所述一体成型背板内设有所述光源组,所述第一阶梯部的顶面承载固定所述光学膜片组,所述第二阶梯部的顶面承载固定所述液晶面板,所述卡合部及所述第二阶梯部的顶面共同夹持固定所述液晶面板。
  13. 如权利要求12所述的液晶显示模块,其特征在于:所述第一阶梯部的顶面设有至少一第一固定件,以固定所述光学膜片组。
  14. 如权利要求12所述的液晶显示模块,其特征在于:所述第二阶梯部的顶面的外缘还向上及向内延伸设有卡合部,并呈倒L型。
  15. 如权利要求12所述的液晶显示模块,其特征在于:所述第二阶梯部的顶面设有至少一第二固定件,以固定所述液晶面板。
  16. 如权利要求12所述的液晶显示模块,其特征在于:所述一体成型背板的第一阶梯部另设于所述第二边缘及第四边缘。
  17. 如权利要求16所述的液晶显示模块,其特征在于:所述第二边缘设有所述第二阶梯部,所述第四边缘设有所述第二阶梯部及一组装开口,所述卡合部及所述第二阶梯部的顶面共同夹持固定所述液晶面板。
  18. 如权利要求17所述的液晶显示模块,其特征在于:所述第一阶梯部的顶面设有至少一第一固定件,以固定所述光学膜片组;所述第四边缘的所述第二阶梯部顶面设有至少一第二固定件,以固定所述液晶面板。
  19. 如权利要求17所述的液晶显示模块,其特征在于:所述第四边缘的所述第一阶梯部顶面设有至少一软板支撑凹部,以支撑所述液晶面板侧边的一软性电路板组件。
  20. 如权利要求19所述的液晶显示模块,其特征在于:所述一体成型背板还包含一电路板保护盖板,以包覆所述软性电路板组件。
