轿车发动机悬置与前轮罩前板连接结构 本申请要求于 2010 年 11 月 24 日提交中国专利局、 申请号为 201010556971.6、 发明名称为"轿车发动机悬置与前轮罩前板连接结构"的 中国专利申请的优先权, 其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本发明属于轿车技术领域, 具体地说, 特别涉及轿车发动机悬置与前 轮罩前板之间的连接结构。
背景技术
目前, 轿车发动机的左右两端均通过悬置与车身连接, 发动机悬置由 减震套组件、 上悬置支架和下悬置支架构成, 其中减震套组件与发动机连 接, 上悬置支架端部的平板支耳通过螺栓与车身上的前轮罩前板连接, 下 悬置支架通过螺栓与车身纵梁连接。 由于发动机悬置一般较重, 在上悬置 支架与前轮罩前板的装配过程中, 需要操作者一只手扶着发动机悬置, 否 则在重心偏移的情况下, 发动机悬置极易跌落, 造成零件损坏或者操作者 受伤, 操作者另一只手拿气动枪, 但气动枪头的螺栓也需要手来稳定住, 这样就造成单人装配发动机悬置较困难。 现在汽车生产厂家车间工人单人 操作的普遍做法是, 先放下气动枪, 一手扶发动机悬置, 一手拿螺栓初步 拧上, 然后再拿气动枪打紧螺栓, 这样发动机悬置与前轮罩前板之间的装 配需要分两步来完成, 不仅工人的劳动强度较大, 而且装配的时间较长, 效率较低。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种轿车发动机悬置与前轮罩前 板之间连接结构, 以降低装配难度, 提高装配效率。
本发明的技术方案如下:一种轿车发动机悬置与前轮罩前板连接结构, 包括发动机悬置和前轮罩前板, 其中发动机悬置由减震套组件、 上悬置支 架及下悬置支架构成, 在上悬置支架对应前轮罩前板的一端设有支耳, 其 关键在于: 所述支耳为 "Z" 形, 由第一定位片、 第二定位片和过渡片组 成, 第一、 第二定位片之间通过过渡片相连, 所述第一定位片与前轮罩前 板相贴合, 两者之间通过螺栓固定; 在所述前轮罩前板上开有定位孔, 该 定位孔的位置与所述支耳对应, 所述支耳的第二定位片及过渡片伸入前轮 罩前板上的定位孔中。
本发明将上悬置支架端部的支耳由传统的平板结构改为 "Z" 形结构, 相对应地, 在前轮罩前板上增加一个定位孔。 在装配发动机悬置与前轮罩 前板的时候, 先抬起发动机悬置, 使上悬置支架端部 "Z" 形支耳的第二 定位片及过渡片伸入前轮罩前板上的定位孔中, 然后慢慢松手, 直至第一 定位片与前轮罩前板的外表面贴合, 而第二定位片将前轮罩前板的内表面 勾住, 在发动机悬置自身重量的作用下, 第一定位片向前轮罩前板的外表 面施加向内的压力,而第二定位片向前轮罩前板的内表面施加向外的压力, 这样 "Z" 形支耳与前轮罩前板相互限位, 能够使发动机悬置稳稳地悬挂 在车身的前轮罩前板上, 无需再用手扶住。 此时操作者一手拿气动枪, ― 手扶螺栓, 即可一步完成上悬置支架与前轮罩前板之间的装配工作, 不仅 操作简单、 方便, 而且成倍地提高了装配效率。
所述上悬置支架与支耳为通过冲压成型的一体结构, 这样加工制作容 易, 几乎不会增加生产成本。
所述第一定位片与过渡片之间具有 100-110° 的夹角,过渡片与第二定 位片之间具有 110-120。 的夹角。以上结构能够确保第二定位片及过渡片能 够方便、 快捷地伸入前轮罩前板上的定位孔中, 并且第二定位片能够将前 轮罩前板的内表面稳稳勾住, 有效避免了发动机悬置跌落造成损坏和意外 伤害操作者。
优选的方案是, 所述第一定位片与过渡片之间的夹角为 105° 的, 过 渡片与第二定位片之间具的夹角为 115° 。
有益效果: 本发明在不增加成本的前提下, 能够将发动机上悬置支架 与前轮罩前板之间的连接工艺由两步完成减少为一步完成, 装配时间减少 接近一半, 装配效率提高一倍, 既简化了装配难度, 又有效降低了工人的 劳动强度, 同时能避免零部件跌落造成损坏和意外伤害操作者。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步说明:
如图 1、 图 2、 图 3所示, 本发明由发动机悬置和前轮罩前板 1两大部 分组成, 其中前轮罩前板 1通过焊接固定在车身纵梁 6上。 所述发动机悬 置由减震套组件 2、 上悬置支架 3及下悬置支架 4构成, 减震套组件 2与 发动机连接, 下悬置支架 4焊接于减震套组件 2的下部, 并通过螺栓与车 身纵梁 6相固定。 在减震套组件 2的顶部焊接上悬置支架 3 , 该上悬置支 架 3由板材冲压成型, 在上悬置支架 3对应前轮罩前板 1的一端一体形成 有支耳 5。 所述支耳 5为 "Z" 形, 由第一定位片 5a、 第二定位片 5b和过 渡片 5c组成, 第一、 第二定位片 5a、 5b之间通过过渡片 5c相连。 所述第 一定位片 5a与过渡片 5c之间具有 100-110° 的夹角, 本实施例中, 第一定 位片 5a与过渡片 5c之间的夹角优选为 105° 。过渡片 5c与第二定位片 5b 之间具有 110-120° 的夹角, 本实施例中,过渡片 5c与第二定位片 5b之间 具的夹角优选为 115° 。
从图 1、 图 2和图 3中可知, 第一定位片 5a与前轮罩前板 1相贴合, 两者之间通过螺栓 7固定。 在所述前轮罩前板 1上开有定位孔 la, 该定位 孔 la的位置与所述支耳 5对应。 定位孔 la的形状可以是方形、 圓形或者 其它适合的形状。 所述支耳 5的第二定位片 5b及过渡片 5c伸入前轮罩前 板 1上的定位孔 la中。 本发明除支耳 5和定位孔 la外, 其余结构与现有 技术相同, 在此不做赞述。

Claims

权 利 要 求
1、一种轿车发动机悬置与前轮罩前板连接结构, 包括发动机悬置和前 轮罩前板(1 ), 其中发动机悬置由减震套组件(2)、 上悬置支架(3 )及下 悬置支架 (4)构成, 在上悬置支架 ( 3 )对应前轮罩前板 ( 1 )的一端设有 支耳(5 ), 其特征在于: 所述支耳(5 ) 为 "Z" 形, 由第一定位片 (5a)、 第二定位片(5b)和过渡片(5c)组成, 第一定位片(5a)、第二定位片(5b) 之间通过过渡片 (5c)相连, 所述第一定位片 (5a)与前轮罩前板( 1 )相 贴合,两者之间通过螺栓固定;在所述前轮罩前板( 1 )上开有定位孔( la), 该定位孔(la) 的位置与所述支耳 (5 )对应, 所述支耳(5 ) 的第二定位 片 (5b)及过渡片 (5c)伸入前轮罩前板(1 )上的定位孔(la) 中。
2、根据权利要求 1所述的轿车发动机悬置与前轮罩前板连接结构,其 特征在于: 所述上悬置支架(3 )与支耳(5 )为通过冲压成型的一体结构。
3、根据权利要求 1或 2所述的轿车发动机悬置与前轮罩前板连接结构, 其特征在于: 所述第一定位片 (5a)与过渡片 (5c)之间具有 100-110。 的 夹角, 过渡片 (5c)与第二定位片 (5b)之间具有 110-120。 的夹角。
4、根据权利要求 3所述的轿车发动机悬置与前轮罩前板连接结构,其 特征在于: 所述第一定位片 (5a)与过渡片 (5c)之间的夹角为 105。 的, 过渡片 (5c)与第二定位片 (5b)之间具的夹角为 115° 。
