Abstract
Description
第1の接着剤は、シアノアクリレート系組織接着膜である。この高分子膜は、接着強度は高いが、生体親和性が低いという課題がある。
第2の接着剤は、バイオポリマーとアルデヒド系の組織接着膜である。この高分子膜も、接着強度は高いが、生体親和性が低いという課題がある。
第3の接着剤は、フィブリン系の組織接着膜である。この高分子膜は、逆に、生体親和性は高いが、接着強度が低いという課題がある。
このように、接着強度と生体親和性の両方の特性に優れた組織接着膜がないというのが、従来技術の課題であった。
HSAは、血液製剤から作られる血清タンパク質であり、分子量69000、略径10nmの球状タンパク質である。また、マイナスチャージを持った酸性タンパク質である。また、架橋剤としては、酒石酸(Disuccinimidyl Tartarate:以下、DST)が用いられている。
また、特許文献3は、組織接着構成物に関するものであり、粒子形態の縦合成および/または架橋性の材料と、粒子状材料とが混合された組織接着構成物が開示されている。しかし、この組織接着構成物も、接着力が十分でないという課題がある。
更にまた、側鎖にアルキル基を導入したゼラチンに関する論文がある(非特許文献2)。
しかし、上記課題を解決するには、至っていない。
本発明は、以下の構成を有する。
本発明の組織接着膜は、前記ゼラチンの一部又は全部が、その側鎖に疎水性官能基を備えた疎水化ゼラチンとすることができる。
本発明の組織接着膜は、前記疎水性官能基が、コレステリル基、オレイル基、イソステアリル基、ステアリル基、イソパルミチル基、ミリスチル基、ラウリル基、カプリン基、ペラルゴル基、カプリル基、カプロル基、α-リロレニル基、ステアリドニル基、エイコサペンタエノイル基、ドコサヘキサエニル基からなる群より選択される1種、または2種以上の組み合わせであるものとすることができる。
本発明の組織接着膜は、前記ゼラチンが、ヒト、ブタ、ウシ、魚由来の天然ゼラチン、又はこれらの遺伝子組換えゼラチンからなる群より選択される1種または2種以上の組み合わせであるものとすることができる。
本発明の組織接着膜の製造方法においては、前記フッ素系溶媒がヘキサフルオロイソプロパノールとすることができる。
本発明の組織接着膜は、前記ゼラチンの一部又は全部が、その側鎖に疎水性官能基を備えた疎水化ゼラチンであるため、このような疎水化ゼラチンを用いた場合には疎水性官能基を組織に打ち込んで(アンカーリングして)、組織との間に物理的に強固な結合を形成して、組織への接着強度を高くすることができる。
本発明の組織接着膜においては、前記疎水化ゼラチンを、2個以上のアミノ酸が直鎖状に連結された高分子であり、当該高分子中のLys残基の一部が前記疎水性官能基で置換されているものとすることができる。
本発明の組織接着膜においては、前記疎水性官能基を、コレステリル基、オレイル基、イソステアリル基、ステアリル基、イソパルミチル基、ミリスチル基、ラウリル基、カプリン基、ペラルゴル基、カプリル基、カプロル基、α-リロレニル基、ステアリドニル基、エイコサペンタエノイル基、ドコサヘキサエニル基からなる群より選択される1種、または2種以上の組み合わせとすることができる。
本発明の組織接着膜においては、前記ゼラチンを、ヒト、ブタ、ウシ、魚由来の天然ゼラチン、又はこれらの遺伝子組換えゼラチンからなる群より選択される1種、または2種以上の組み合わせとすることができる。
本発明の組織生体膜においては、前記架橋用分子を、酒石酸、クエン酸、リンゴ酸、グルタミン酸、アスパラギン酸、オキサル酢酸、cis-アコニット酸、2-ケトグルタル酸、ポリ酒石酸、ポリクエン酸、ポリリンゴ酸、ポリグルタミン酸、ポリアスパラギン酸からなる群から選ばれる1種、または2種以上の組み合わせとすることができる。
本発明の組織接着膜の製造方法においては、前記工程(1)の前に、ゼラチンを溶解させた溶液に、アミン存在下で、疎水性官能基を有する有機分子を添加し、前記ゼラチンの側鎖のアミノ基の一部を前記疎水性官能基で置換して、前記疎水化ゼラチンを合成する工程を行うことができる。
本発明の組織接着膜の製造方法においては、前記フッ素系溶媒をヘキサフルオロイソプロパノールとすることができる。
以下、添付図面を参照しながら、本発明の実施形態である組織接着膜及びその製造方法について説明する。
まず、本発明の実施形態である組織接着膜について説明する。
図1は、本発明の実施形態である組織接着膜の一例を示す断面概略図である。図1に示すように、組織接着膜は、ゼラチン(疎水化されていない未修飾ゼラチン)と疎水化ゼラチンと架橋用分子とが集積されて、概略構成されている。
なお、前記組織接着膜は、疎水化ゼラチンと架橋用分子とからのみ構成されていてもよく、ゼラチンと架橋用分子とからのみ構成されていてもよい。
例えば、組織接着膜は、平面視略矩形状の膜である。膜の一面と他面はそれぞれ平坦な面とされている。大きさは特に限られるものではないが、例えば、一辺の長さが8mm、厚さが100μmの膜とすることができる。
しかし、組織接着膜の形状はこれに限られるものではなく、平面視略円形状であってもよい。
前記疎水化ゼラチンは、2個以上のアミノ酸が直鎖状に連結された高分子であり、当該高分子中のLys残基の一部が前記疎水性官能基で置換されているものとすることができる。
前記ゼラチンとしては、例えば、ヒト、ブタ、ウシ、魚由来の天然ゼラチン、又はこれらの遺伝子組換えゼラチンを挙げることができる。これらのゼラチンの1種または2種以上の組み合わせを用いてもよい。
ゼラチン、及び疎水化ゼラチンの分子量が50,000未満の場合には、膜としての強度が低く、容易に、崩れるため、好ましくない。
Lysのアミノ基の一部は、公知の方法により、疎水性官能基で容易に置換でき、疎水化ゼラチン11のLysのアミノ基の一部は疎水性官能基で置換されている。
疎水性官能基が水溶性の場合には、疎水性度が低いため、疎水性官能基を組織に突き刺すことが困難となり、疎水化ゼラチンを組織に強固に固定することはできない。一方、疎水性官能基が水に対して不溶性の場合には、疎水性を示すので、疎水性官能基を組織にアンカーリングすることが困難となり、疎水化ゼラチンを組織に強固に固定することはできない。
疎水性官能基として、例えば、次式(1)に示すコレステリル基、オレイル基、イソステアリル基、ステアリル基、イソパルミチル基、ミリスチル基、ラウリル基、カプリン基、ペラルゴル基、カプリル基、カプロル基、α-リロレニル基、ステアリドニル基、エイコサペンタエノイル基、ドコサヘキサエニル基を挙げることができる。本発明の組織接着膜においては、当該疎水性官能基をこれらの1種、又は2種以上の組合わせとすることができる。
より具体的には、例えば、架橋用分子として、次式(2)に示す酒石酸ジスクシンイミジルを挙げることができる。
次に、本実施形態の組織接着膜を用いた組織の接着について説明する。
まず、組織の一面に、組織接着膜を貼り付け、放置する。これにより、組織接着膜は組織に接着する。
図2に示すように、組織接着膜は、組織内の水分を吸収することにより架橋用分子の活性エステルがゼラチンあるいは疎水化ゼラチンのアミノ基と反応して、アミド結合を形成する。また、この架橋用分子の他の活性エステル基が他の疎水化ゼラチンのアミノ基の水素と置換して、前記アミノ基に前記活性エステル基が結合する。これにより、2つの疎水化ゼラチンが一の架橋用分子により架橋される。
この架橋反応が連鎖的に行われることにより、複数の疎水化ゼラチンが架橋用分子により強固に結合された構造体が形成される。これにより、この構造体は、化学的に強固なものとされる。
つまり、次式(3)で表される化学反応が生じていると考えられる。式(3)において、-COORは、架橋剤の活性エステル、-NH2は、ゼラチン又は疎水化ゼラチン中のアミノ基を示す。
次に、本発明の実施形態である組織接着膜の製造方法について説明する。
本発明の実施形態である組織接着膜の製造方法は、疎水化ゼラチン合成工程と、架橋用分子混合工程と、溶媒揮発化工程とを有する。
疎水化ゼラチン合成工程は、ゼラチンを溶解させた溶液にトリエチルアミン存在下で疎水性官能基を有する有機分子を添加し、前記ゼラチンの側鎖のアミノ基の一部を前記疎水性官能基で置換して、疎水化ゼラチンを合成する工程である。
なお、前記ゼラチンとしては、疎水化ゼラチンの分子量が20,000以上、100,000以下となるものを選択する。
有機溶媒としては、例えば、ジメチルスルホキシド(DMSO)を用いる。
有機分子としては、例えば、次式(4)に示すコレステリルクロロフォルメイトを挙げることができる。
次に、前記混合溶液を、不活性ガス雰囲気下、加熱し、攪拌する。例えば、窒素雰囲気下、加熱温度は80℃とし、攪拌時間は一昼夜とする。
更に、濾過物を有機溶媒で洗浄する。これにより、濾過物中の不純物を除去することができ、疎水化ゼラチンの純度を向上させることができる。この洗浄用の有機溶媒としては、例えば、エタノールを用いる。
以上の工程により、ゼラチンの側鎖のアミノ基の一部を疎水性官能基で置換した疎水化ゼラチンを合成できる。
架橋用分子混合工程は、前記疎水化ゼラチン又は未修飾ゼラチンをフッ素系溶媒に溶解させてから、一分子内に2個以上の活性エステル基又は酸無水物を有する架橋用分子を混合する工程である。
まず、疎水化ゼラチンをフッ素系溶媒に溶解させる。フッ素系溶媒としては、ヘキサフルオロイソプロパノールを挙げることができる。沸点が56℃であるので、後述する工程で、容易に揮発させることができる。
次に、疎水化ゼラチン又は未修飾ゼラチンを溶解させたフッ素系溶媒に、一分子内に2個以上の活性エステル基又は酸無水物を有する架橋用分子を混合する。その際、架橋用分子は、疎水化ゼラチンと架橋反応を起こさない。
次に、トレイ、シャーレ等の容器に、前記混合溶液を入れた後、室温~35℃で放置することにより、フッ素系溶媒を揮発させる。
以上の工程により、ゼラチン又は疎水化ゼラチンと架橋用分子とが集積されてなる組織接着膜であって、前記ゼラチンは、分子量が50,000以上、100,000以下のゼラチンであって、その側鎖にアミノ基と疎水性官能基を備えており、前記架橋用分子は一分子内に2以上の活性エステル基又は酸無水物を有している組織接着膜を容易に製造できる。この時、架橋用分子は疎水化ゼラチンと未反応の状態である。
なお、本発明の実施形態である組織接着膜は、未修飾のゼラチン(オリジナルゼラチンと呼称する)を更に混合して、組織接着膜中の疎水化ゼラチンの割合を最適な値に調製して、接着強度をより向上させてもよい。
本発明の組織接着膜は、前記ゼラチンの一部又は全部が、その側鎖に疎水性官能基を備えた疎水化ゼラチンである構成なので、疎水性官能基を組織に打ち込んで(アンカーリングして)物理的に強固な結合を形成して、接着強度を高くすることができる。
本発明の実施形態である組織接着膜の製造方法は、ゼラチンを溶解させた溶液にアミン存在下で疎水性官能基を有する有機分子を添加し、前記ゼラチンの側鎖のアミノ基の一部を前記疎水性官能基で置換して、前記疎水化ゼラチンを合成する工程を有する構成なので、接着強度が高く、かつ、生体親和性の高い組織接着膜を容易に製造できる。
(実施例1)
まず、アルカリ処理ゼラチンを用意した。
アルカリ処理ゼラチンとは、ゼラチンに存在するアスパラギン、グルタミンを脱アミド化によりアスパラギン酸、グルタミン酸に変換したゼラチンである。
得られた溶液2.5mLに架橋用分子であるトリスクシンイミジルシトレート(TSC)96.6mgを混合して溶解し、実施例1の組織接着膜作製用の溶液を製造した。なお、このとき、組織接着膜作製用溶液中のTSCのモル濃度は、80mMとなるように調製した。
次に、前記溶液をテフロン(登録商標)製トレイ(底面8cm×5cm)に入れ、ドラフトにおいて35℃のホットプレート上でこれを放置してヘキサフルオロイソプロパノール溶液を揮発させた。3日間放置後、1晩真空乾燥を行い、組織接着膜を製造した。
得られた組織接着膜を直径8mmのポンチで打ち抜き、15mLのプラスチック製試験管に入れた。その後、4℃あるいは37℃の超純水10mLを入れることにより架橋反応の進行と膜形成を評価した。
ラット肝臓に得られた組織接着膜(直径8mm)を5分間静置し、ピンセットで組織接着膜を引っ張ることにより、接着性を定性的に評価した。
比較例として、架橋用分子を用いず、ゼラチンのみにより調製した組織接着膜を用いた。
ラット肝臓に得られた組織接着膜(直径8mm)を5分間静置後、閉腹し、7日後の様子を目視で評価した。
比較例として、架橋用分子を用いず、ゼラチンのみにより調製した組織接着膜を用いた。
まず、前記組織接着膜の一部を切り取り、ラットの肺に設けた穴(径1mm)を塞ぐように貼り付けてから、7分間放置した。
5分後、前記組織接着膜が固化しているのを確認した。また、前記ネズミの肺に他の穴がないことも確認した。
次に、注射器を前記ラット肺に差し込み、その内部に空気を注入した。
前記ラットの肺から空気が漏れ始める最大圧力を測定した。
また、ラット肝臓への接着性が認められ、7日後において分解性が認められた。前記ラットの肺から空気が漏れ始める最大圧力は、916mmHgであった。
組織接着膜中のTSC濃度を40mM(添加量49.9mg)となるようにした他は実施例1と同様にして、実施例2の組織接着膜を製造した。
実施例2において調製した組織接着膜は、4℃あるいは37℃の水を入れることにより架橋反応が進行し膜が形成した。また、ラット肝臓への接着性が認められた。
組織接着膜中のTSC濃度を20mM(添加量24.0mg)となるようにした他は実施例1と同様にして、実施例3の組織接着膜を製造した。
実施例3において調製した組織接着膜は、4℃あるいは37℃の水を入れることにより架橋反応が進行し膜が形成した。
組織接着膜中のTSC濃度を10mM(添加量12.74mg)となるようにした他は実施例1と同様にして、実施例4の組織接着膜を製造した。
実施例4において調製した組織接着膜は、4℃あるいは37℃の水を入れることにより架橋反応が進行し膜が形成した。
組織接着膜中のTSC濃度を5mM(添加量6.45mg)となるようにした他は実施例1と同様にして、実施例5の組織接着膜を製造した。
実施例5において調製した組織接着膜は、4℃の水を入れることにより架橋反応が進行し膜が形成した。37℃においては、膨潤した膜が形成された。
組織接着膜中のTSCをジスクシンイミジルマレート(DSM)に変え、DSM濃度を80mM(添加量65.59mg)となるようにした他は実施例1と同様にして、実施例6の組織接着膜を製造した。
実施例6において調製した組織接着膜は、4℃の水を入れることにより架橋反応が進行し膜が形成した。37℃においては、膜が形成されなかった。また、ラット肝臓への接着性が認められた。7日後において分解性が認められた。
組織接着膜中のDSM濃度を40mM(添加量32.2mg)となるようにした他は実施例1と同様にして、実施例7の組織接着剤を製造した。
実施例7において調製した組織接着膜は、4℃あるいは37℃の水を入れることにより架橋反応が進行し膜が形成した。
組織接着膜中のDSM濃度を20mM(添加量15.88mg)となるようにした他は実施例1と同様にして、実施例8の組織接着剤を製造した。
実施例8において調製した組織接着膜は、4℃の水を入れることにより架橋反応が進行し膜が形成した。37℃においては、膨潤した膜が形成された。
組織接着膜中のDSM濃度を10mM(添加量8.79mg)となるようにした他は実施例1と同様にして、実施例9の組織接着剤を製造した。
実施例9において調製した組織接着膜は、4℃の水を入れることにより架橋反応が進行し膜が形成した。37℃においては膜が形成されなかった。
組織接着膜中のDSM濃度を5mM(添加量4.38mg)となるようにした他は実施例1と同様にして、実施例10の組織接着剤を製造した。
実施例10において調製した組織接着膜は、4℃の水を入れることにより架橋反応が進行し膜が形成した。37℃においては膜が形成されなかった。
組織接着膜中のTSCをジスクシンイミジルタータレート(DST)に変え、DST濃度を80mM(添加量69.64mg)となるようにした他は実施例1と同様にして、実施例11の組織接着膜を製造した。
実施例11において調製した組織接着膜は、4℃の水を入れることにより架橋反応が進行し膜が形成した。37℃においては、膜が形成されなかった。また、ラット肝臓への接着性が認められた。7日後において分解性が認められた。
組織接着膜中のDST濃度を40mM(添加量35.35mg)となるようにした他は実施例1と同様にして、実施例12の組織接着剤を製造した。
実施例12において調製した組織接着膜は、4℃あるいは37℃の水を入れることにより架橋反応が進行し膜が形成した。
組織接着膜中のDST濃度を20mM(添加量17.79mg)となるようにした他は実施例1と同様にして、実施例13の組織接着剤を製造した。
実施例13において調製した組織接着膜は、4℃の水を入れることにより架橋反応が進行し膜が形成した。37℃においては膨潤した膜が形成された。
組織接着膜中のDST濃度を10mM(添加量8.52mg)となるようにした他は実施例1と同様にして、実施例14の組織接着剤を製造した。
実施例14において調製した組織接着膜は、4℃の水を入れることにより架橋反応が進行し膜が形成した。37℃においては膜が形成されなかった。
組織接着膜中のDST濃度を5mM(添加量4.01mg)となるようにした他は実施例1と同様にして、実施例15の組織接着剤を製造した。
実施例15において調製した組織接着膜は、4℃の水を入れることにより架橋反応が進行し膜が形成した。37℃においては膜が形成されなかった。
(疎水化ゼラチン(コレステリル化ゼラチン)の合成)
まず、分子量100,000のゼラチン(豚皮由来、新田ゼラチン社製)1gを9.9mLのDMSO中で撹拌して溶解し窒素雰囲気下で80℃に保った。0.1mLのトリエチルアミンを添加した。そこに、ゼラチン中に含まれるアミノ基の10%となるようコレステリル化クロロフォルメイト(Cholesteryl chloroformate)を粉体のまま添加し、80℃で撹拌し溶解させた。塩化カルシウム管で栓をし、一昼夜撹拌しながら反応させた。
反応溶液を氷冷した30mLエタノール中に滴下して反応を停止し、反応物を析出させた後、ガラスフィルターでろ過した。その後、10mLのエタノールで3回洗浄した。ガラスフィルター中の残渣を10mLの酢酸エチルで3回洗浄した後、60℃で一昼夜真空乾燥しコレステリル化ゼラチンを得た。コレステリル基の導入は、プロトン核磁気共鳴装置(1H-NMR)によりC18プロトンのピークを0.67ppm付近に確認した。
得られたコレステリル化ゼラチン0.3gをヘキサフルオロイソプロパノール2mLに溶解し、15%コレステリル化ゼラチン溶液を得た。得られた溶液0.5mLに架橋用分子であるトリスクシンイミジルシトレート(TSC)19.32mgを混合して溶解し、実施例16の組織接着膜作製用の溶液を製造した。なお、このとき、組織接着膜作製用溶液中のTSCのモル濃度は、80mMとなるように調製した。前記溶液をテフロン(登録商標)製トレイ(底面8cm×5cm)に入れ、ドラフトにおいて35℃のホットプレート上でこれを放置してヘキサフルオロイソプロパノール溶液を揮発させた。3日間放置後、1晩真空乾燥を行い、組織接着膜が製造された。
得られた組織接着膜を直径8mmのポンチで打ち抜き、15mLのプラスチック製試験管に入れた。その後、4℃の超純水10mLを入れることにより架橋反応の進行と膜形成を評価した。
実施例16において調製した組織接着膜は、4℃の水を入れることにより架橋反応が進行し膜が形成した。
組織接着膜中のTSC濃度を40mM(添加量9.98mg)となるようにした他は実施例16と同様にして、実施例17の組織接着剤を製造した。
実施例17において調製した組織接着膜は、4℃の水を入れることにより架橋反応が進行し膜が形成した。
組織接着膜中のTSC濃度を20mM(添加量4.8mg)となるようにした他は実施例16と同様にして、実施例18の組織接着剤を製造した。
実施例18において調製した組織接着膜は、4℃の水を入れることにより架橋反応が進行し膜が形成した。
組織接着膜中のゼラチン中に含まれるアミノ基の50%となるようコレステリル化クロロフォルメイト(Cholesteryl chloroformate)を粉体のまま添加し、TSC濃度を80mM(添加量19.32mg)となるようにした他は実施例16と同様にして、実施例19の組織接着剤を製造した。
実施例19において調製した組織接着膜は、4℃の水を入れることにより架橋反応が進行し膜が形成した。
組織接着膜中のゼラチン中に含まれるアミノ基の50%となるようコレステリル化クロロフォルメイト(Cholesteryl chloroformate)を粉体のまま添加し、TSC濃度を20mM(添加量4.8mg)となるようにした他は実施例16と同様にして、実施例20の組織接着剤を製造した。
実施例20において調製した組織接着膜は、4℃の水を入れることにより架橋反応が進行し膜が形成した。
組織接着膜中のゼラチン中に含まれるアミノ基の50%となるようコレステリル化クロロフォルメイト(Cholesteryl chloroformate)を粉体のまま添加し、TSC濃度を5mM(添加量0.6mg)となるようにした他は実施例16と同様にして、実施例21の組織接着剤を製造した。
実施例21において調製した組織接着膜は、4℃の水を入れることにより架橋反応が進行し膜が形成した。
分子量100,000のゼラチンを用い、架橋用分子を含まない場合においては4℃において膜が膨潤し、37℃においては膜が形成されず溶解した。
分子量20,000のゼラチンを用いた他は実施例16と同様にして、比較例2の組織接着膜を製造した。
比較例2の組織接着膜は、ボロボロであり、膜として形成できなかった。
分子量50,000のゼラチンを用いた他は実施例16と同様にして、比較例3の組織接着膜を製造した。
比較例3の組織接着膜は、ボロボロであり、膜として形成できなかった。
Claims (9)
- 側鎖にアミノ基を備え、分子量が50,000以上、100,000以下であるゼラチン;及び
一分子内に2以上の活性エステル基又は酸無水物を有している架橋用分子;
が集積してなる組織接着膜。 - 前記ゼラチンの一部又は全部が、その側鎖に疎水性官能基を備えた疎水化ゼラチンである、請求項1に記載の組織接着膜。
- 前記疎水化ゼラチンが、2個以上のアミノ酸が直鎖状に連結された高分子であり、当該高分子中のLys残基の一部が前記疎水性官能基で置換されている、請求項2に記載の組織接着膜。
- 前記疎水性官能基が、コレステリル基、オレイル基、イソステアリル基、ステアリル基、イソパルミチル基、ミリスチル基、ラウリル基、カプリン基、ペラルゴル基、カプリル基、カプロル基、α-リロレニル基、ステアリドニル基、エイコサペンタエノイル基、ドコサヘキサエニル基からなる群より選択される1種、または2種以上の組み合わせである請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載の組織接着膜。
- 前記ゼラチンが、ヒト、ブタ、ウシ、魚由来の天然ゼラチン、又はこれらの遺伝子組換えゼラチンからなる群より選択される1種、または2種以上の組み合わせである、請求項1~4のいずれか1項に記載の組織接着膜。
- 前記架橋用分子が、酒石酸、クエン酸、リンゴ酸、グルタミン酸、アスパラギン酸、オキサル酢酸、cis-アコニット酸、2-ケトグルタル酸、ポリ酒石酸、ポリクエン酸、ポリリンゴ酸、ポリグルタミン酸、ポリアスパラギン酸からなる群から選ばれる1種、または2種以上の組み合わせである、請求項1~5のいずれか1項に記載の組織接着膜。
- (1)ゼラチン又は疎水化ゼラチンをフッ素系溶媒に分散させてから、一分子内に2個以上の活性エステル基又は酸無水物を有する架橋用分子を混合する工程;及び
(2)前記フッ素系溶媒を揮発させる工程;
を有する、組織接着膜の製造方法。 - 前記工程(1)の前に、
ゼラチンを溶解させた溶液に、アミン存在下で、疎水性官能基を有する有機分子を添加し、前記ゼラチンの側鎖のアミノ基の一部を前記疎水性官能基で置換して、前記疎水化ゼラチンを合成する工程
を行う、請求項7に記載の組織接着膜の製造方法。 - 前記フッ素系溶媒がヘキサフルオロイソプロパノールである、請求項7又は請求項8に記載の組織接着膜の製造方法。
