本发明涉及游星式研磨 /抛光机领域, 尤其涉及游星式研磨 /抛光机抬升 机构的结构。
背景技术:
作为游星式的双面抛光机, 齿圏、 太阳轮能够升降调整位置是必要的, 一是方便取放工件, 二是可以避免由于在加工过程中长期同一高度位置啮 合, 导致齿圏、 太阳轮局部磨损造成使用寿命快速缩短。 在现有的产品中齿 圏、 太阳轮升降方式为在齿圏升降滑套上对称装有两组滚动, 滚轮可在圓周 端面凸轮上滚动, 由凸轮机构实现滑套上下直线运动, 从而实现齿圏的自动 升降。
发明内容:
本发明的目的在于避免现有技术的不足, 提供一种游星式研磨 /抛光机 齿圏太阳轮同步抬升机构。 实现齿圏太阳轮的同步自动升降, 做到结构更可 靠和易实现性。
为实现上述目的, 本发明采取的技术方案为: 一种游星式研磨 /抛光机 齿圏太阳轮同步抬升机构, 包括齿圏 (1)、 齿圏支架(3)和外定套(26) 固连, 在齿圏支架( 3)的下方设有接液盆(7), 太阳轮(4)、 太阳轮座(5) 与太阳轮轴(6) 固连, 太阳轮轴(6)通过键与太阳轮齿轮(14) 固连, 其 主要特点在于还包括有同步抬升上板(25)与接液盆(7) 固连, 同步抬升 上板(25) 与外定套(26)之间设有轴承(23); 同步抬升上板(25) 与同 步抬升板(24) 固连, 同步抬升板(24)与同步抬升下板(15)通过同步抬 升杆(11 ) 固连, 同步抬升下板(15 )设于太阳轮齿轮(14) 的下方, 其间 设有轴承( 16 ); 丝杆( 10 )设在支撑座( 13 )上, 丝杆( 10 )轴端设有链 轮( 12 ), 抬升减速电机( 20 ) 的输出轴上装有链轮, 通过链条与链轮 ( 12 ) 连接; 丝杆( 10 )上设有螺母( 9 ), 螺母( 9 )通过螺母支架( 8 )与同步抬 升板(24) 固连。
所述的游星式研磨 /抛光机齿圏太阳轮同步抬升机构, 还包括有在同步 抬升上板( 25 )上设有固连有撞块( 28 )的行程撞杆( 27 ), 在支撑座( I3 ) 上设有限位开关 (29); 在同步抬升上板 5)上设有位移传感器(30) 的 滑杆。
所述的螺母支架(8 ), 螺母(9 ), 丝杆(10), 同步抬升杆(11 ), 链轮 ( 12), 同步抬升板(24) 圓周分布有 3~6组。
本发明的有益效果:本结构方便实现了齿圏、太阳轮自动同步升降功能, 齿圏、 太阳轮可在任意高度停留, 可精确控制高度位置, 结构零件筒单, 加 工、 装配方便, 经济实用。

实施例 1 : 如图 1 , 图 2所示, 一种游星式研磨 /抛光机齿圏太阳轮同步 抬升机构, 包括齿圏 1、 齿圏支架 3和外定套 26固连, 在齿圏支架 3的下方 设有接液盆 7 , 太阳轮 4、 太阳轮座 5与太阳轮轴 6固连, 太阳轮轴 6通过 键与太阳轮齿轮 14固连, 其主要特点在于还包括有同步抬升上板 25与接液 盆 7 固连, 同步抬升上板 25与外定套 26之间设有轴承 23; 同步抬升上板 25与同步抬升板 24固连, 同步抬升板 24与同步抬升下板 15通过同步抬升 杆 11固连, 同步抬升下板 15设于太阳轮齿轮 14的下方,其间设有轴承 16 ; 丝杆 1 0设在支撑座 1 3上,丝杆 10轴端设有链轮 12 ,抬升减速电机 20的输 出轴上装有输出链轮, 通过链条与链轮 12连接; 丝杆 10上设有螺母 9 , 螺 母 9通过螺母支架 8与同步抬升板 24连接。齿圏 1和太阳轮 5需要升降时, 首先由电机 20通过链条带动丝杆 10上的链轮 12和丝杆 10转动, 丝杆 10 转动带动螺母 9做上下直线运动,通过和螺母支架 8固定连接的同步抬升板 24带动同步抬升上板 25、 轴承 23、 外定套 26、 外滑套 22、 齿圏支架 3、 接 液盆 7—起在定位套上上下滑动; 同时通过同步抬升杆 11 , 带动同步抬升下 板 15、 太阳轮齿轮 14、 太阳轮轴 6、 轴承 16、 内滑套 18、 太阳轮座 5、 太 阳轮 4一起在中心轴上上下滑动, 实现了齿圏 1 , 太阳轮 4的同步升降。
在同步抬升上板 25上设有固连有撞块 28的行程撞杆 27 , 在支撑座 1 3 上设有限位开关 29 ; 在同步抬升上板 25上设有位移传感器 30的滑杆。调整 限位开关 29和撞块 28的位置来设定齿圏的上下限极限位置。一端固定在同 步抬升上板 25的位移传感器 30滑杆在齿圏升降过程中, 能随时检测到太阳 轮 4、 齿圏 1的实际位置, 根据位移传感器 30的反馈, 控制系统可根据设定 好的程序定期自动调整齿圏 1的高度位置。
