Description
本発明は、単焦点レンズ系、交換レンズ装置及びカメラシステムに関する。特に本発明は、いわゆるレンズ交換式デジタルカメラシステムの撮像レンズ系として好適な単焦点レンズ系、該単焦点レンズ系を用いた交換レンズ装置及びカメラシステムに関する。
近年、レンズ交換式デジタルカメラシステムが急速に普及している。レンズ交換式デジタルカメラシステム(以下、単に「カメラシステム」ともいう)は、CCD(Charge Coupled Device)、CMOS(Complementary Metal-Oxide Semiconductor)等の撮像素子を有するカメラ本体と、撮像素子の受光面に光学像を形成するための撮像レンズ系を備えた交換レンズ装置とを備える。
レンズ交換式デジタルカメラシステムには、コンパクト型デジタルカメラに搭載されるものよりも大型の撮像素子が用いられるので、高感度で高画質な画像を撮影することができる。また、レンズ交換式デジタルカメラシステムには、フォーカシングや撮影後の画像処理が高速で、撮りたい場面に合わせて手軽に交換レンズ装置を取り替えることができる等の利点もある。
さらに、単焦点レンズ系を備えた交換レンズ装置は、焦点距離が可変のズームレンズ系を備えた交換レンズ装置と比べると、軽量でコンパクトながら、背景のぼかし効果が大きい写真を撮影することができる点で人気がある。したがって、従来より、例えば特開平06-130291号公報及び特開2004-029641号公報に開示された単焦点レンズ系のように、レンズ交換式デジタルカメラシステムの撮像レンズ系として利用し得る単焦点レンズ系が種々提案されている。
レンズ交換式デジタルカメラシステムには、上述した様々な利点がある一方で、コンパクト型デジタルカメラと比べると、サイズや重量が大きい。また、フォーカシングを高速でかつ静かに行うためには、レンズ系の前方群を固定し、後方群の一部をフォーカシングモータにて直接駆動させる、ダイレクト駆動式インナーフォーカスの実現が好ましいが、小型化と軽量化との両立が困難である。
本発明の目的は、レンズ交換式デジタルカメラシステムに好適に用いることができ、高速かつ静音でのフォーカシングが可能なインナーフォーカスを実現しつつ、小型で軽量な、結像性能に優れた単焦点レンズ系を提供することである。また、本発明の他の目的は、小型で軽量な交換レンズ装置及びカメラシステムを提供することである。

本発明によれば、レンズ交換式デジタルカメラシステムに好適に用いることができ、高速かつ静音でのフォーカシングが可能なインナーフォーカスを実現しつつ、小型で軽量な、結像性能に優れた単焦点レンズ系、該単焦点レンズ系を含む、小型で軽量な交換レンズ装置及びカメラシステムを提供することができる。
図1、3、5、7、9、11、13、15、17及び19は、各々実施の形態1~10に係る単焦点レンズ系のレンズ配置図であり、いずれも無限遠合焦状態にある単焦点レンズ系を表している。
各図において、レンズ群に付された矢印は、無限遠合焦状態から近接物体合焦状態へのフォーカシングを表す。すなわち、図1、3、5、7、9及び11では、後述するフォーカシングレンズ群G2が無限遠合焦状態から近接物体合焦状態へのフォーカシングの際に移動する方向を示しており、図13、15、17及び19では、後述するフォーカシングレンズ群G3が無限遠合焦状態から近接物体合焦状態へのフォーカシングの際に移動する方向を示している。
各図において、特定の面に付されたアスタリスク*は、該面が非球面であることを示している。また各図において、各レンズ群の符号に付された記号(+)及び記号(-)は、各レンズ群のパワーの符号に対応する。さらに各図において、最も右側に記載された直線は、像面Sの位置を表す。
実施の形態1~10に係る単焦点レンズ系は、物体側から像側へと順に、正のパワー又は負のパワーを有する前方レンズ群G1と、開口絞りAと、後方レンズ群とを備える。
(実施の形態1)
図1に示すように、実施の形態1に係る単焦点レンズ系において、前方レンズ群G1は、無限遠合焦状態から近接物体合焦状態へのフォーカシングの際に光軸に沿って移動せずに固定であり、物体側から像側へと順に、物体側に凸面を向けた負メニスカス形状の第1レンズ素子L1と、物体側に凸面を向けた正メニスカス形状の第2レンズ素子L2とからなる。第1レンズ素子L1は、その両面が非球面である。
図1に示すように、実施の形態1に係る単焦点レンズ系において、前方レンズ群G1は、無限遠合焦状態から近接物体合焦状態へのフォーカシングの際に光軸に沿って移動せずに固定であり、物体側から像側へと順に、物体側に凸面を向けた負メニスカス形状の第1レンズ素子L1と、物体側に凸面を向けた正メニスカス形状の第2レンズ素子L2とからなる。第1レンズ素子L1は、その両面が非球面である。
後方レンズ群は、物体側から像側へと順に、正のパワーを有し、無限遠合焦状態から近接物体合焦状態へのフォーカシングの際に光軸に沿って物体側へ移動してフォーカシングを行うフォーカシングレンズ群G2と、負のパワーを有し、該フォーカシングの際に光軸に沿って移動せずに固定である固定レンズ群G3とからなる。
前記フォーカシングレンズ群G2は、物体側から像側へと順に、像側に凸面を向けた負メニスカス形状の第3レンズ素子L3と、像側に凸面を向けた正メニスカス形状の第4レンズ素子L4と、像側に強い凸面を向けた両凸形状の第5レンズ素子L5とからなる。第3レンズ素子L3と第4レンズ素子L4とは互いに接合されており、後述する対応数値実施例における面データでは、これら第3レンズ素子L3と第4レンズ素子L4との間の接着剤層に面番号8が付与されている。第5レンズ素子L5は、その両面が非球面である。
前記固定レンズ群G3は、像側に強い凹面を向けた両凹形状の第6レンズ素子L6のみからなる。第6レンズ素子L6は、その像側面が非球面である。
なお、開口絞りAの像側にはフレアカッター絞りが設けられており、後述する対応数値実施例における面データでは、該フレアカッター絞りに面番号6が付与されている。

以下、例えば実施の形態1~10に係る単焦点レンズ系のごとき単焦点レンズ系が満足することが好ましい条件を説明する。なお、各実施の形態に係る単焦点レンズ系に対して、複数の好ましい条件が規定されるが、これら複数の条件すべてを満足する単焦点レンズ系の構成が最も望ましい。しかしながら、個別の条件を満足することにより、それぞれ対応する効果を奏する単焦点レンズ系を得ることも可能である。
例えば実施の形態1~10に係る単焦点レンズ系のように、物体側から像側へと順に、前方レンズ群と、開口絞りと、複数のレンズ群で構成される後方レンズ群とからなり、前記前方レンズ群が、最物体側に配置され、負のパワーを有する負レンズ素子と、該負レンズ素子よりも像側に配置され、正のパワーを有する正レンズ素子とを含み、3枚以下のレンズ素子で構成され、無限遠合焦状態から近接物体合焦状態へのフォーカシングの際に、光軸に沿って移動せずに固定であり、前記後方レンズ群が、前記フォーカシングの際に光軸に沿って移動するフォーカシングレンズ群と、該フォーカシングの際に光軸に沿って移動せずに固定である固定レンズ群とを有する(以下、このレンズ構成を、実施の形態の基本構成という)単焦点レンズ系は、以下の条件(1)及び(2)を満足する。

前記条件(1)は、単焦点レンズ系全系の焦点距離と、フォーカシングレンズ群の焦点距離との関係を規定する条件である。条件(1)の上限を上回ると、フォーカシングレンズ群のパワーが強くなり、製造誤差に対する光学性能の劣化敏感度が高くなる。その結果、製造難易度が上昇し、製造コストが高くなる。逆に条件(1)の下限を下回ると、フォーカシングレンズ群の繰り出し量が大きくなり、レンズ系の全長が長くなる。

前記条件(2)は、単焦点レンズ系全系の焦点距離と、単焦点レンズ系全系の最物体側のレンズ面から開口絞りまでの光軸上の距離との関係を規定する条件である。条件(2)の上限を上回ると、前方レンズ群の厚さが不足し、像周辺部の像面湾曲及びコマ収差の補正が不充分となる。逆に条件(2)の下限を下回ると、レンズ系の全長が長くなり、単焦点レンズ系の小型化が実現されない。

実施の形態1~10に係る単焦点レンズ系において、フォーカシングレンズ群が少なくとも1つの非球面を有しているので、球面収差及びコマ収差を、無限遠物点から近接物点にかけて良好に補正することができ、画面中心付近の性能を向上させている。
実施の形態1~8に係る単焦点レンズ系において、前方レンズ群が少なくとも1つの非球面を有しているので、該前方レンズ群の光軸方向の厚みを小さくしながら、像周辺部の非点収差を良好に補正することができる。
なお、実施の形態1~10に係る単焦点レンズ系を構成している各レンズ群は、入射光線を屈折により偏向させる屈折型レンズ素子(すなわち、異なる屈折率を有する媒質同士の界面で偏向が行われるタイプのレンズ素子)のみで構成してもよいが、これに限定されるものではない。例えば、回折により入射光線を偏向させる回折型レンズ素子、回折作用と屈折作用との組み合わせで入射光線を偏向させる屈折・回折ハイブリッド型レンズ素子、入射光線を媒質内の屈折率分布により偏向させる屈折率分布型レンズ素子等で、各レンズ群を構成してもよい。
また、実施の形態1~10では明記していないが、像面Sとレンズ系との間に、光学的ローパスフィルタや撮像素子のフェースプレート等の実質的なパワーを有さない平行平板や、撮像素子の開口効率を上昇させるためのマイクロレンズアレイが設けられていてもよい。

本実施の形態11に係るレンズ交換式デジタルカメラシステム100は、カメラ本体101と、カメラ本体101に着脱自在に接続される交換レンズ装置201とを備える。
カメラ本体101は、交換レンズ装置201の単焦点レンズ系202によって形成される光学像を受光して、電気的な画像信号に変換する撮像素子102と、撮像素子102によって変換された画像信号を表示する液晶モニタ103と、カメラマウント部104とを含む。一方、交換レンズ装置201は、実施の形態1~10いずれかに係る単焦点レンズ系202と、単焦点レンズ系202を保持する鏡筒203と、カメラ本体のカメラマウント部104に接続されるレンズマウント部204とを含む。カメラマウント部104及びレンズマウント部204は、物理的な接続のみならず、カメラ本体101内のコントローラ(図示せず)と交換レンズ装置201内のコントローラ(図示せず)とを電気的に接続し、相互の信号のやり取りを可能とするインターフェースとしても機能する。なお、図21においては、単焦点レンズ系202として実施の形態1に係る単焦点レンズ系を用いた場合を図示している。
本実施の形態11では、実施の形態1~10いずれかに係る単焦点レンズ系202を用いているので、コンパクトで結像性能に優れた交換レンズ装置を低コストで実現することができる。また、本実施の形態11に係るカメラシステム100全体の小型化及び低コスト化も達成することができる。
以下、実施の形態1~10に係る単焦点レンズ系を具体的に実施した数値実施例を説明する。なお、各数値実施例において、表中の長さの単位はすべて「mm」であり、画角の単位はすべて「°」である。また、各数値実施例において、rは曲率半径、dは面間隔、ndはd線に対する屈折率、νdはd線に対するアッベ数である。また、各数値実施例において、*印を付した面は非球面であり、非球面形状は次式で定義している。

Claims (7)
- 物体側から像側へと順に、前方レンズ群と、開口絞りと、複数のレンズ群で構成される後方レンズ群とからなり、
前記前方レンズ群が、
最物体側に配置され、負のパワーを有する負レンズ素子と、該負レンズ素子よりも像側に配置され、正のパワーを有する正レンズ素子とを含み、
3枚以下のレンズ素子で構成され、
無限遠合焦状態から近接物体合焦状態へのフォーカシングの際に、光軸に沿って移動せずに固定であり、
前記後方レンズ群が、
前記フォーカシングの際に光軸に沿って移動するフォーカシングレンズ群と、該フォーカシングの際に光軸に沿って移動せずに固定である固定レンズ群とを有し、
以下の条件(1)及び(2)を満足する、単焦点レンズ系:
0.4<fW/fGF<1.5 ・・・(1)
0.9<fW/T1<4.5 ・・・(2)
ここで、
fW:単焦点レンズ系全系の無限遠合焦状態での焦点距離、
fGF:フォーカシングレンズ群の焦点距離、

である。 - 前方レンズ群中の負レンズ素子が、以下の条件(4)を満足する、請求項1に記載の単焦点レンズ系:
0.7<(R11+R12)/(R11-R12)<3.5 ・・・(4)
ここで、
R11:負レンズ素子の物体側レンズ面の曲率半径、
R12:負レンズ素子の像側レンズ面の曲率半径
である。 - フォーカシングレンズ群が、少なくとも1つの非球面を有する、請求項1に記載の単焦点レンズ系。
- 前方レンズ群が、少なくとも1つの非球面を有する、請求項1に記載の単焦点レンズ系。
- 請求項1に記載の単焦点レンズ系と、
前記単焦点レンズ系が形成する光学像を受光して電気的な画像信号に変換する撮像素子を含むカメラ本体との接続が可能なレンズマウント部と
を備える、交換レンズ装置。 - 請求項1に記載の単焦点レンズ系を含む交換レンズ装置と、
前記交換レンズ装置とカメラマウント部を介して着脱可能に接続され、前記単焦点レンズ系が形成する光学像を受光して電気的な画像信号に変換する撮像素子を含むカメラ本体と
を備える、カメラシステム。
