本发明还提供一种基于移动通讯网络的车位管理系统的停车收费方法, 包括:
移动终端通过接入系统向与接入系统和门禁管理系统相连的车位管理系 统发送停车请求;
所述车位管理系统为移动终端分配车位及进行验证, 验证通过后控制所 述门禁管理系统开启车库入口的门禁, 启动对该移动终端进行停车计费; 所述移动终端在离开时通过接入系统向车位管理系统发送离开请求; 所述车位管理系统生成所述移动终端号码的计费信息发送到计费系统进 行扣费, 通过接入系统向移动终端发送扣费信息, 通知门禁管理系统开启车 库出口的门禁。
所述车位管理系统与移动终端是釆用非结构化补充数据业务 USSD或短 消息业务 SMS的方式进行通信联络。 所述车位管理系统在为移动终端分配车位后, 所述方法还包括: 将该停 车场对应的空闲车位数减 1 ; 在移动终端离开后, 所述方法还包括: 将该停 车场对应的空闲车位数加 1。
在所述移动终端向车位管理系统发送停车请求的步骤中, 所述移动终端 是根据自身存储的停车场信息、 或直接输入的停车场信息, 或者向所述车位 管理系统查询后获取的当前位置附近的具有空闲车位的停车场信息来发送停 车请求。
在所述移动终端向所述车位管理系统发送停车请求的步骤中, 所述车位 管理系统是在收到移动终端的停车查询请求后, 获取移动终端的当前位置, 查询获取移动终端当前位置附近的停车场信息及对应的车位信息, 并将具有 空闲车位的停车场信息反馈给移动终端。
本发明的车位管理系统及停车收费方法中, 移动终端釆用 USSD和 SMS 接入方式通过接入系统接入车位管理系统, 由车位管理系统控制车辆停车及 离开时的门禁开启, 以及在离开时生成计费信息, 送到计费系统进行扣费, 完成自助式的停车收费管理, 具有操作方便, 安全高效的特点。 本发明由于 釆用手机交互方式自助实现停车收费, 可以省掉额外的人工收费操作; 本发 明不需要在汽车上加装额外的传感器, 利用驾驶员随身携带的移动终端便可 实现门禁的自动开启; 本发明由于釆用移动支付, 使得停车费的收取更加便 捷和安全。

为使本发明的目的、 技术方案和优点更加清楚, 以下结合附图对本发明 作进一步地详细说明。
本发明的实施方式所提供的基于移动通讯网络的车位管理系统及停车收 费方法, 利用移动通信网络, 非结构化补充数据业务 USSD(Unstructured Supplementary Service Data)USSD 和 /或短消息业务 SMS ( Short Messaging Service )技术, 以及移动支付技术, 基于移动通讯网络实现车库管理, 在移 动通信网 (即接入系统) 中通过交互实现停车和收费, 提高车库使用效率和 便捷性, 降低车库管理的人力成本。
所述非结构化补充数据业务 USSD ( Unstructured Supplementary Service Data )是一种基于全球移动通信网络的、 实时在线的新型交互会话数据业务, 面向连接, 具有可靠性高的特点。 USSD 目前技术成熟, 它基于用户识别模 块 SIM(Subscriber Identity Module)卡, 利用网络的信令通道传送数据。 当用户 访问 USSD业务时, 该对话通路保持连接, 直到对话结束。 此外, 由于提供 了通过 HLR (归属位置寄存器, Home Location Register )直达外部业务节点 的传输 USSD字串透明通路, 用户还可访问位于 GSM网络以外的业务节点。
所述 USSD技术具有如下特点: (1 )快速, 在交互式应用中由于只需建 立一次连接, 减少了多次建立信令连接的时延, 来回一次的响应时间比短消 息业务短, 最短是短消息的七分之一; (2 )方便, 用户无需进行逐级菜单选 择, 而是直接输入 USSD命令字串; ( 3 )支持漫游, USSD的每一条命令都 要经过 HLR, 因此用户漫游时以基于 USSD业务的同样方式运行; (4 )广 泛适用, USSD可在目前所有的手机上运行; (5 )功能强, 能以对话方式和 信息业务菜单方式提供服务。
在第三代合作伙伴计划 3GPP ( Third Generation Partnership Project ) 中也 有对 USSD的描述, WCDMA和 TD-SCDMA都是遵循的 3GPP标准, 也就 是说 USSD 技术在全球移动通讯系统 ( Global System for Mobile Communications, GSM )、宽带分码多工存取( Wideband Code Division Multiple Access, WCDMA )和时分同步码分多址接入( Time Division- Synchronous Code Division Multiple Access , TD-SCDMA ) 网络中被广泛的支持。
所述短消息业务 SMS ( Short Messaging Service )是现在普及率最高的一 种业务。 目前, 这种短消息的长度被限定在 140字节之内, 这些字节可以是 文本的。 SMS以简单方便的使用功能受到大众的欢迎。 所述 SMS业务具有 实现简单、发送通道畅通等优点。在 3GPP( Third Generation Partnership Project ) 中也有对 SMS的描述, WCDMA和 TD-SCDMA都是遵循的 3GPP标准, 也 就是说 SMS 技术在全球移动通讯系统 ( Global System for Mobile Communications, GSM )、宽带分码多工存取( Wideband Code Division Multiple Access, WCDMA )和时分同步码分多址接入( Time Division- Synchronous Code Division Multiple Access , TD-SCDMA ) 网络中被广泛的支持。
所述非结构化补充数据业务(USSD )与短消息业务(SMS )都是通过网 络的信令通道传递的, 不同之处在于短消息属于存储转发方式, USSD 则属 于面向对话方式。
如图 1所示, 本发明的实施方式所提供的基于移动通讯网络的车位管理 系统 200,与接入系统 102和门禁管理系统 105相连,还与数据库 103和计费 系统 104相连。 所述车位管理系统 200, 包括通信模块 201、 车位调度模块 202、 支付模块 203、 门禁控制模块 204, 其中所述车位调度模块 202、 支付 模块 203和门禁控制模块 204分别与通信模块 201相连, 所述车位调度模块 202与数据库 103相连,所述支付模块 203与计费系统 104相连,所述门禁控 制模块 204与门禁管理系统 105相连; 其中,
所述通信模块 201 , 通过接入系统 102与移动终端 101进行通信, 可以 釆用非结构化补充数据业务(USSD )与短消息业务(SMS )进行通信联络。
所述车位调度模块 202, 设置成在通信模块 201收到移动终端 101的停 车请求或验证请求时为该移动终端分配车位, 通过通信模块 201将所述车位 信息反馈给移动终端 101 , 车位分配可在收到停车请求时就分配也可在车库 门口进行验证信息验证后再分配;
所述门禁控制模块 204, 设置成在通信模块 201 收到停车请求时生成验 证信息反馈给移动终端; 设置成在通信模块 201收到验证请求时对移动终端 101上报的验证信息进行验证, 在验证通过后, 设置成控制门禁管理系统 105 开启车库入口的门禁; 在通信模块 201收到离开请求时, 设置成控制门禁管 理系统 105开启车库出口的门禁; 所述支付模块 203 , 设置成在门禁控制模块 204对移动终端的验证信息 验证通过后, 记录移动终端的号码及当前时间, 启动对该移动终端的停车计 费; 设置成在通信模块 201收到离开请求时, 生成所述移动终端号码的计费 信息, 根据计费信息进行扣费, 由通信模块 201经接入系统 102向移动终端 101发送扣费信息。
所述车位调度模块 202, 还可与数据库 103连接, 设置成负责调度车库 信息、 空闲车位信息、 以及存取驾驶员停车和扣费数据等; 支付模块 203 , 设置成负责计算停车费, 与缴费接口相连, 向计费系统 104发送扣费请求, 所述计费系统可以是运营商的计费系统也可以是专用计费系统; 门禁控制模 块 204 , 设置成生成门禁验证码发送给驾驶员手机, 验证驾驶员手机发送的 门禁验证码, 向门禁管理系统 105发送门禁打开与关闭的指令。
所述门禁管理系统 105 , 设置成接收来自车位管理系统 200的信息, 对 门禁的开启进行控制。
所述接入系统 102, 设置成接收驾驶员手机(即移动终端 101 )发送的车 位查询请求消息、 停车请求消息、 验证请求消息和离开请求消息, 与驾驶员 手机发起会话, 建立车位管理系统与手机之间的通信联络; 所述消息可以釆 用非结构化补充数据业务 USSD(Unstructured Supplementary Service Data)USSD或短消息业务 SMS ( Short Messaging Service )技术。
本发明的实施方式所提供的基于移动通讯网络的车位管理系统的停车收 费方法, 包括:
移动终端通过接入系统向与接入系统和门禁管理系统相连的车位管理系 统发送停车请求;
所述车位管理系统为移动终端分配车位及进行验证, 验证通过后控制所 述门禁管理系统开启车库入口的门禁, 启动对该移动终端进行停车计费; 所述移动终端在离开时通过接入系统向车位管理系统发送离开请求; 所述车位管理系统生成所述移动终端号码的计费信息发送到计费系统进 行扣费, 通过接入系统向移动终端发送扣费信息, 通知门禁管理系统开启车 库出口的门禁。
所述车位管理系统与移动终端釆用非结构化补充数据业务 USSD或短消 息业务 SMS的方式经过接入系统进行通信联络。
如图 2和 3所示, 本发明的实施方式所提供的基于移动通讯网络的车位 管理系统中停车收费流程如下:
步骤 301 : 驾驶员利用手机通过 USSD或者 SMS方式经接入系统向车位 管理系统发起查询周边车库的信息, 进入步骤 301 ;
步骤 302: 车位管理系统根据基站信息或手机上报的位置信息, 定位手 机大致所在位置, 将驾驶员所在位置周边的停车场地址和空闲车位信息发送 到手机上, 进入步骤 303;
步骤 303 : 驾驶员根据车位管理系统反馈的停车场信息, 选择到其中一 个停车场停车,再通过 USSD或者 SMS业务向系统发起到某一停车场停车请 求, 与车位管理系统建立需要进入车库停车会话, 进入步骤 304;
步骤 304: 车位管理系统根据驾驶员所选停车场, 检索空闲车位信息, 并将该停车场门禁控制模块生成的验证码发送给驾驶员的手机, 并可提示该 验证码 15分钟内有效, 进入步骤 305;
步骤 305: 驾驶员驾车到车库门禁处, 通过手机终端发送验证码到车位 管理系统, 进入步骤 306;
步骤 306: 车位管理系统校验验证码, 如果验证码验证通过, 则进入步 骤 07 , 如果验证码验证未通过, 则进入步骤 310;
步骤 307: 验证码验证通过后, 车位管理系统通知门禁管理系统开启车 库门禁, 车位管理系统将空闲车位数减 1 , 并记录该手机的号码和当前时间, 开始计时停车, 发送容许进入车库停车的响应到接入系统, 并发送打开门禁 的命令到门禁管理系统, 进入步骤 308;
步骤 308: 门禁系统收到打开门禁的命令, 打开车库入口; 接入系统收 到响应, 将可以进入车库停车的信息反馈给手机终端, 进入步骤 309;
步骤 309: 手机收到反馈信息, 会话结束; 步骤 310: 手机收到提示信息, 验证码失效, 会话结束。
如图 3所示, 是本发明所提供的实施方式中需要离开车库时系统处理流 程图。
步骤 401 : 驾驶员需要开车离开车库时, 手机发送要离开车库的请求消 息, 手机终端发送需要离开的请求到接入系统, 进入步骤 402;
步骤 402: 接入系统将手机终端发送来的手机号码和驾车离开的请求发 送给车位管理系统, 进入步骤 403;
步骤 403 : 车位管理系统收到主叫号码和驾车离开的请求后, 获取数据 库中该手机号码的停车信息, 根据驶入车库的时间自动生成计费信息, 发送 到计费系统(所述计费系统可以是运营商计费系统也可是专用计费系统)进 行扣费, 进入步骤 404;
步骤 404: 系统注销该手机号码的停车信息, 将空闲车位数加 1 , 并发送 驾驶员的手机的停车和扣费信息到接入系统, 同时通知门禁管理系统开启车 库出口的门禁, 进入步骤 405;
步骤 405: 门禁系统收到打开门禁的命令, 打开车库出口; 接入系统收 到车位管理系统的停车和扣费信息后, 将车主的停车和扣费信息反馈给手机 终端, 进入步骤 406;
步骤 406: 手机终端收到停车和扣费信息通知, 结束会话。 本发明的实施方式所提供的停车管理系统, 除可应用于手机外, 还可以 适用于具有通信功能的车载 GPS 定位仪或移动电脑或导航仪或车载电视终 端。
移动终端向车位管理系统发送停车请求时, 一方面可以向所述车位管理 系统查询后获取的当前位置附近的具有有效空闲停车位的停车场信息来发送 停车请求, 也可以根据自身存储的停车场信息或直接输入的停车场信息来向 车位管理系统进行停车请求。
以上所述仅为本发明的实施例而已, 并不用于限制本发明, 对于本领域 的技术人员来说, 本发明可以有各种更改和变化。 凡在本发明的精神和原则 之内, 所作的任何修改、 等同替换、 改进等, 均应包含在本发明的权利要求 范围之内。
工业实用性
本发明的实施方式提供一种基于移动通讯网络的车位管理系统及停车收 费方法, 实现以实时交互的方式实现通过手机自助出入门禁系统以及自助付 费。 本发明的实施方式所提供的车位管理系统与接入系统和门禁管理系统相 连, 包括通信模块、 车位调度模块、 支付模块和门禁控制模块, 通过各模块 的功能及其之间的关联通信, 来实现通过移动终端实现自助停车收费。
本发明的实施方式所提供的自助式的停车收费管理系统和方法具有操作 方便, 安全高效的特点。 由于釆用手机交互方式自助实现停车收费, 可以省 掉额外的人工收费操作; 不需要在汽车上加装额外的传感器, 利用驾驶员随 身携带的移动终端便可实现门禁的自动开启; 由于釆用移动支付, 使得停车 费的收取更加便捷和安全。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1、 一种车位管理系统, 与接入系统和门禁管理系统相连, 所述车位管理 系统包括: 通信模块、 车位调度模块、 支付模块和门禁控制模块, 其中: 所述通信模块设置成通过所述接入系统与移动终端进行通信;
所述车位调度模块设置成在所述通信模块收到停车请求或验证请求时为 该移动终端分配车位, 通过所述通信模块将所述车位信息反馈给所述移动终 端;
所述门禁控制模块设置成在所述通信模块收到停车请求时生成验证信息 反馈给所述移动终端; 还设置成在所述通信模块收到验证请求时对所述移动 终端上报的验证信息进行验证, 在验证通过后, 控制所述门禁管理系统开启 车库入口的门禁; 还设置成在所述通信模块收到离开请求时控制所述门禁管 理系统开启车库出口的门禁;
所述支付模块设置成在所述门禁控制模块对所述移动终端的验证信息验 证通过后, 记录所述移动终端的号码及当前时间, 启动对该移动终端的停车 计费; 还设置成在所述通信模块收到离开请求时生成所述移动终端号码的计 费信息, 根据该计费信息进行扣费, 由所述通信模块经所述接入系统向所述 移动终端发送扣费信息。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的车位管理系统, 其中,
所述车位调度模块是设置成: 在所述通信模块收到所述移动终端的停车 查询请求后, 获取所述移动终端的当前位置并查询该移动终端当前位置附近 的停车场信息及对应的车位信息, 并将具有空闲车位的停车场信息反馈给所 述移动终端。
3、 如权利要求 1所述的车位管理系统, 其中,
所述通信模块是设置成釆用非结构化补充数据业务 USSD或短消息业务 SMS的方式通过所述接入系统与所述移动终端进行通信联络。
4、 如权利要求 1所述的车位管理系统, 其中,
所述车位调度模块还设置成在为所述移动终端分配车位后将该停车场对 应的空闲车位数减 1 ; 在所述移动终端离开后, 将该停车场对应的空闲车位 数加 1。
5、 如权利要求 1所述的车位管理系统, 其中,
所述门禁控制模块是设置成: 在所述通信模块收到停车请求时生成包括 验证码及该车位的预留时间提示信息的验证信息。
6、 一种基于移动通讯网络的车位管理系统的停车收费方法, 包括: 移动终端通过接入系统向与所述接入系统和门禁管理系统相连的所述车 位管理系统发送停车请求;
所述车位管理系统为所述移动终端分配车位及进行验证, 验证通过后控 制所述门禁管理系统开启车库入口的门禁,启动对该移动终端进行停车计费; 所述移动终端在离开时通过所述接入系统向所述车位管理系统发送离开 请求;
所述车位管理系统生成所述移动终端号码的计费信息发送到计费系统进 行扣费, 通过所述接入系统向所述移动终端发送扣费信息, 通知所述门禁管 理系统开启车库出口的门禁。
7、 如权利要求 6所述的停车收费方法, 其中,
所述车位管理系统与所述移动终端是釆用非结构化补充数据业务 USSD 或短消息业务 SMS的方式进行通信联络。
8、 如权利要求 6所述的停车收费方法, 其中,
所述车位管理系统在为所述移动终端分配车位后, 所述方法还包括: 将 该停车场对应的空闲车位数减 1 ; 在所述移动终端离开后, 所述方法还包括: 将该停车场对应的空闲车位数加 1。
9、 如权利要求 6所述的停车收费方法, 其中,
在所述移动终端向所述车位管理系统发送停车请求的步骤中, 所述移动 终端是根据自身存储的停车场信息、 直接输入的停车场信息, 或者向所述车 位管理系统查询后获取的当前位置附近的具有空闲车位的停车场信息来发送 停车请求。
10、 如权利要求 9所述的停车收费方法, 其中, 在所述移动终端向所述车位管理系统发送停车请求的步骤中 , 所述车位 管理系统是在收到所述移动终端的停车查询请求后, 获取所述移动终端的当 前位置, 查询获取所述移动终端当前位置附近的停车场信息及对应的车位信 息, 并将具有空闲车位的停车场信息反馈给所述移动终端。
