图 2为本发明实施例所述方法的流程示意图; 图 3为本发明实施例所述漫游地支付业务装置的结构示意图; 图 4为本发明实施例所述归属地支付业务装置的结构示意图。 具体实施方式 本发明的目的在于, 提供了一种支持漫游用户的移动电话支付系统、 方 法及相关装置, 以解决现有技术中存在的漫游用户通过移动电话支付时必须 拨打长途电话接入归属地的业务或者由漫游地的业务自动转接到归属地的业 务的问题。 下面结合附图来具体描述本发明的优先实施例, 其中, 附图构成本申请 一部分, 并与本发明的实施例一起用于阐释本发明的原理。 为了清楚和简化 目的, 当其可能使本发明的主题模糊不清时, 将省略本文所描述的器件中已 知功能和结构的详细具体说明。 首先结合附图 1 对本发明实施例所述支持漫游用户的移动电话支付系 统进行详细说明。 如图 1所示,图 1为本发明实施例所述支持漫游用户的移动电话支付系 统的结构示意图, 具体可以包括: 漫游地支付业务装置、 业务网关、 归属地 支付业务装置、 商户网关和支付网关, 其中, (一)漫游地支付业务装置, 负责在有漫游用户接入到漫游地支付业务 装置时, 通过业务网关向该漫游用户所在的归属地支付业务装置请求对该漫 游用户进行支付处理。 具体来说就是, 当用户通过移动通信网络接入漫游地支付业务装置时, 漫游地支付业务装置对该接入用户进行判断, 如果用户为本地用户, 则按照 现有支付流程进行处理,即该漫游地支付业务装置进行本地用户的认证授权, 并在认证 ·ί受权通过后查询该用户的账单信息; 最后通过支付网关和商户网关 进行支付处理, 具体过程参考现有支付流程, 此处不作过多说明; 如果用户 为漫游用户, 处理分为两种情况: ( 1 ) 在该漫游地支付业务装置与业务网关 的通讯出现故障或者用户所在的归属地支付业务装置无法提供月艮务的情况 下,该漫游地支付业务装置根据緩存的漫游用户的用户信息进行认证授权 (基 于该漫游用户上次支付处理时緩存在漫游地支付业务装置上的用户信息),并 在认证授权通过后, 该漫游地支付业务装置查询緩存的该漫游用户的账单信 息 (基于该漫游用户上次支付处理时緩存在漫游地支付业务装置上的用户信 息); (2 ) 在正常情况下, 该漫游地支付业务装置通过业务网关将认证授权 请求消息转发到该漫游用户所在的归属地支付业务装置, 归属地支付业务装 置进行漫游用户的认证授权和账单信息查询, 该漫游地支付业务装置接收归 属地支付业务装置通过业务网关转发来的认证授权应答消息 (包含认证授权 结果、用户信息和账单信息),将该漫游用户的用户信息和账单信息緩存在本 地, 并将緩存的用户信息和账单信息保存一定的时长, 时长的长短根据具体 情况可以进行设定, 然后通过业务网关将支付请求消息转发给该归属地支付 业务装置。 当该漫游用户的认证授权通过后,该漫游地支付业务装置与用户对账单 信息进行交互确认, 当该用户确认支付账单信息, 如果该用户为本地用户, 则按现有支付流程进行处理, 即该漫游地支付业务装置通过支付网关向支付 机构发起扣款请求消息, 然后根据支付网关返回的扣款应答消息, 该漫游地 支付业务装置通过商户网关向商户发送支付结果通知消息并记录支付日志, 具体参考现有支付流程, 此处不作过多说明; 如果该用户为漫游用户, 则处 理也分为两种情况: ( 1 ) 在该漫游地支付业务装置与业务网关的通讯出现故 障或者用户所在的归属地支付业务装置无法提供服务的情况下, 该漫游地支 付业务装置直接在本地对漫游用户的支付请求进行处理, 即该漫游地支付业 务装置通过支付网关向支付机构发起扣款请求消息, 然后根据支付网关返回 的扣款应答消息, 该漫游地支付业务装置通过商户网关向商户发送支付结果 通知消息并记录支付日志; 并在故障恢复后, 该漫游地支付业务装置将账单 支付日志同步到归属地支付业务装置; (2 ) 在正常情况下, 该漫游地支付业 务装置通过业务网关将支付请求消息发送到该漫游用户所在的归属地支付业 务装置, 归属地支付业务装置进行支付交易的处理, 即该归属地支付业务装 置通过支付网关向支付机构发起扣款请求消息, 然后才艮据支付网关返回的扣 款应答消息, 该归属地支付业务装置通过商户网关向商户发送支付结果通知 请求消息, 并接收商户网关返回的支付结果通知应答消息, 该归属地支付业 务装置根据接收到的扣款应答消息和支付结果通知应答消息记录支付日志并 作出支付结果,最后将支付结果通过业务网关转发给该漫游地支付业务装置, 漫游地支付业务装置将该支付结果通知给该漫游用户。 如果用户认证不通过 或者其他原因所导致的处理错误, 该漫游地支付业务装置通知用户相应的信 息, 并根据情况决定是否结束与用户的会话。 (二)业务网关, 负责漫游地支付业务装置与归属地支付业务装置间的 消息路由、 路由信息的管理以及会话管理。 具体的说就是,该业务网关接收该漫游地支付业务装置的认证授权请求 消息和支付请求消息, 并根据该漫游用户的移动电话号码的路由信息将认证 授权请求消息和请求消息转发到该漫游用户所在的归属地支付业务装置, 同 时该业务网关接收该归属地支付业务装置的认证授权应答消息和支付应答消 息, 并将认证授权应答消息和支付应答消息转发回该漫游地支付业务装置。 (三)归属地支付业务装置, 主要负责通过相应的支付网关和商户网关 对该漫游用户进行支付处理; 并在支付处理结束后将支付处理结果通过业务 网关通知给漫游地支付业务装置。 具体的说就是,当业务网关将漫游用户的认证授权请求消息转发到该漫 游用户所在的归属地支付业务装置时, 该归属地支付业务装置进行用户的认 证 ·ί受权, 如果认证 ·ί受权通过, 该归属地支付业务装置查询用户的账单信息, 并将认证授权结果、 用户信息和账单信息携带在认证授权应答消息中发送回 业务网关; 如果认证授权不通过, 该归属地支付业务装置将认证授权结果通 过认证授权应答消息发送回业务网关。 当业务网关将漫游的支付请求消息转 发到该归属地支付业务装置时, 该归属地支付业务装置通过支付网关向支付 机构发起扣款请求消息, 然后根据支付网关返回的扣款应答消息, 该归属地 支付业务装置通过商户网关向商户发送支付结果通知消息并记录支付日志, 最后将支付结果通过业务网关将支付应答消息转发给该漫游地支付业务装 置。
(四)商户网关, 主要负责 居该漫游用户的支付请求, 与相应的商户 配合进行支付结果的确认处理。 具体的说就是,该商户网关根据漫游地支付业务装置或者归属地支付业 务装置转发的支付结果通知消息, 从系统中查找商户的相关信息, 对商户的 合法性进行-险证并进行消息协议的转换和消息的转发, 如果商户 -险证通过, 则该商户网关将支付结果通知请求消息转发给相应的商户, 并将商户返回的 支付结果通知应答消息发送回漫游地支付业务装置或者归属地支付业务装 置, 同时在该商户网关中记录处理日志; 如果商户-险证不通过, 则该商户网 关将相应的支付结果通知响应消息即失败消息发送回漫游地支付业务装置或 者归属地支付业务装置。
(五)支付网关, 主要负责根据该漫游用户的支付请求, 与相应的支付 机构配合进行扣款处理。 具体的说就是,该支付网关根据漫游地支付业务装置或者归属地支付业 务装置转发的扣款请求消息, 从系统中查找支付机构的相关信息, 对支付机 构的合法性进行验证并进行消息协议的转换和消息的转发。 如果支付机构验 证通过, 则该支付网关将扣款请求消息转发给相应的支付机构, 将支付机构 返回的扣款应答消息发送回漫游地支付业务装置或者归属地支付业务装置, 同时在该支付网关中记录支付日志; 如果支付机构验证不通过, 则该支付网 关将相应的支付应答消息即失败消息返回给漫游地支付业务装置或者归属地 支付业务装置。 下面结合附图 2对本发明实施例所述方法进行详细说明。 如图 2所示,图 2为本发明实施例所述支持漫游用户的移动电话支付方 法的流程示意图, 本发明实施例所述方法利用图 1所示的系统, 主要包括以 下步骤: 步骤 201: 漫游用户通过移动通信网络接入到漫游地支付业务装置; 步骤 202: 漫游地支付业务装置进行通信消息的协议解析, 判断该接入 用户是否为漫游用户, 如果为本地用户, 则按现有流程进行支付处理; 如果 为漫游用户, 处理分为两种情况: ( 1 ) 在正常情况下, 该漫游地支付业务装 置将认证 4受权请求消息发送到业务网关, 并进入步骤 203; ( 2 ) 在该漫游地 支付业务装置与该业务网关的通讯出现故障或者该归属地支付业务装置无法 提供服务的情况下, 如果该漫游地支付业务装置緩存了漫游用户的用户信息 和账单信息, 则该漫游地支付业务装置根据緩存的漫游用户的用户信息进行 认证授权(基于该漫游用户上次支付处理时緩存在漫游地支付业务装置上的 用户信息), 并在认证授权通过后,该漫游地支付业务装置查询緩存的该漫游 用户的账单信息 (基于该漫游用户上次支付处理时緩存在漫游地支付业务装 置上的用户信息); 在故障恢复后,该漫游地支付业务装置将账单支付日志同 步到该归属地支付业务装置; 步骤 203 : 业务网关根据接收到的认证授权请求消息查找该漫游用户号 码的路由信息, 并将该认证授权请求消息转发到该漫游用户号码所在的归属 地支付业务装置; 步骤 204: 归属地支付业务装置进行用户的认证授权, 如果认证授权通 过,归属地支付业务装置查询该漫游用户的账单信息,并将认证授权结果(此 时授权结果为认证授权成功)、用户信息和账单信息携带在认证授权应答消息 中发送回业务网关; 如果认证 ·ί受权不通过, 归属地支付业务装置将认证 ·ί受权 结果 (此时授权结果为认证授权失败) 通过认证授权应答消息发送回业务网 关; 步骤 205: 业务网关将认证授权应答消息转发到漫游地支付业务装置; 步骤 206: 漫游地支付业务装置根据认证授权应答消息判断该漫游用户 的认证授权结果, 如果认证授权结果为成功, 漫游地支付业务装置与用户对 支付账单信息进行交互确认, 同时漫游地支付业务装置将认证授权应答中的 用户信息和账单信息緩存在本地, 并将緩存的用户信息和账单信息保存一定 时长; 如果认证授权结果为失败, 漫游地支付业务装置返回给用户错误提示 信息, 并结束与用户的会话; 步骤 207: 如果该漫游用户确认支付账单, 处理分为两种情况: ( 1 )在 正常情况下, 该漫游地支付业务装置将支付请求消息发送到业务网关, 并进 入步 4聚 208; ( 2 ) 当漫游地支付业务装置与业务网关的通讯出现故障或者归 属地支付业务装置无法提供服务时, 漫游地支付业务装置直接在本地进行支 付交易的处理, 即该漫游地支付业务装置通过支付网关向支付机构发起扣款 请求消息, 然后根据支付网关返回的扣款应答消息, 该漫游地支付业务装置 通过商户网关向商户发送支付结果通知消息并记录支付日志;在故障恢复后, 漫游地支付业务装置模块将账单支付日志同步到归属地支付业务装置; 如果用户不确认支付账单,漫游地支付业务装置返回给用户错误提示信 息, 并结束与用户的会话; 步骤 208: 业务网关查找该漫游用户号码的路由信息, 将支付请求消息 转发到用户号码所在的归属地支付业务装置; 步骤 209: 归属地支付业务装置查询该漫游用户的支付账户设置信息, 将扣款请求消息发送到支付网关; 步骤 210: 支付网关进行支付机构的合法性验证, 查找支付机构的路由 信息, 并进行消息协议的转换, 将扣款请求消息发送到对应的支付机构; 支 付网关接收支付机构返回的扣款应答消息, 并进行消息协议的转换, 将扣款 应答消息转发到归属地支付业务装置; 步骤 211 : 根据支付网关返回的扣款应答消息, 归属地支付业务装置查 询账单对应的商户信息, 将支付结果通知请求消息发送到商户网关; 步骤 212: 商户网关进行商户的合法性验证, 查找商户的路由信息, 并 进行消息协议的转换, 将支付结果通知请求消息发送到对应的商户; 商户网 关接收商户返回的支付结果通知应答消息, 并进行消息协议的转换, 将支付 结果通知应答消息转发到归属地支付业务装置; 步骤 213 : 归属地支付业务装置根据支付机构的扣款应答消息和商户的 支付结果通知应答消息记录支付日志, 并向业务网关发送支付应答消息; 步骤 214: 业务网关将支付应答消息转发到漫游地支付业务装置; 步骤 215 : 漫游地支付业务装置才艮据支付应答消息记录支付日志, 并通 知用户支付结果, 最后结束与用户的会话。 接下来结合附图 3 对本发明实施例所述漫游地支付业务装置进行详细 说明。 如图 3所示, 图 3为本发明实施例所述漫游地支付业务装置的示意图, 具体可以包括: 判断模块、 认证授权请求模块和支付请求模块, 以下将对这 三个模块进行详细说明。
(一 )判断模块, 当有用户接入时, 判断模块判断用户判断该用户是否 为漫游用户, 如果为漫游用户, 则触发认证授权请求模块; 如果为本地用户, 则触发漫游地支付业务装置在本地对该用户的支付请求进行处理; (二) 认证授权请求模块, 当判断用户确定该接入用户为漫游用户后, 在正常情况下, 认证 ·ί受权请求模块将该漫游用户的认证 ·ί受权请求消息通过业 务网关转发给该漫游用户号码所在的归属地支付业务装置; 在漫游地支付业 务装置与业务网关出现通讯故障或者归属地支付业务装置无法提供服务的情 况下, ( 1 ) 如果漫游地支付业务装置还没有收到归属地支付业务装置发来的 包含认证授权结果、 用户信息和账单信息的认证授权应答消息, 且漫游地支 付业务装置本地已经緩存有该漫游用户的用户信息和账单信息时, 此时认证 授权请求模块就可以根据本地緩存的该漫游用户的用户信息进行认证授权, 认证授权通过后查询该漫游用户的账单信息, 然后触发漫游地支付业务装置 在本地对该用户的支付请求进行处理; ( 2 ) 如果漫游地支付业务装置已经收 到归属地支付业务装置发来的包含认证授权结果、 用户信息和账单信息的认 证授权应答消息, 则在根据认证授权结果为认证授权成功时触发漫游地支付 业务装置在本地对该用户的支付请求进行处理。
(三)支付请求模块, 在根据业务网关转发来的认证授权应答消息确定 认证授权成功时,将支付请求消息通过业务网关转发给归属地支付业务装置; 具体的说就是,在认证授权请求模块根据认证授权结果判断认证授权成功后, 支付请求模块与该漫游用户进行支付账单信息的确认; 如果该漫游用户确认 支付账单信息, 则支付请求模块将支付请求消息通过业务网关转发给归属地 支付业务装置; 并且在与该漫游用户进行支付账单信息确认的同时, 支付请 求模块还将认证授权应答消息中的该漫游用户的用户信息和账单信息緩存在 本地。 最后结合附图 4对本发明实施例归属地支付业务装置进行详细说明。 如图 4所示, 图 4为本发明实施例归属地支付业务装置的结构示意图, 具体可以包括: 认证 ·ί受权处理模块和支付处理模块, 以下将对这里两个模块 进行详细说明。 认证授权处理模块,负责根据业务网关转发来的认证授权请求消息对该 漫游用户进行认证授权, 如果认证授权成功, 则将包含认证授权结果、 用户 信息和账单信息的认证授权应答消息通过给业务网关转发给漫游地支付业务 装置; 如果认证授权失败, 则将认证授权结构通过业务网关转发给漫游地支 付业务装置。 支付处理模块, 负责根据业务网关转发来的漫游用户的支付请求, 通过 相应的支付网关和商户网关对该漫游用户进行支付处理; 具体的说就是, 支 付处理模块根据业务网关转发来的漫游用户的支付请求, 通过支付网关转发 扣款请求消息给相应的支付机构;在收到该支付机构反馈的扣款应答消息后, 将支付结果通知请求消息通过商户网关转发给相应的商户, 并接收该商户反 馈的支付结果应答消息; 最后根据该支付结构反馈的扣款应答消息和该商户 反馈的支付结果通知应答消息进行日志记录后, 通过业务网关发送支付应答 消息给漫游地支付业务装置。 综上所述, 本发明实施例提供了一种支持漫游用户的移动电话支付系 统、 方法及相关装置, 与现有技术相比, 本发明具有以下优点: 本发明实施例通过引入业务网关将认证 ·ί受权消息和支付消息从漫游地 业务路由到用户归属地的业务进行处理,使漫游地的业务处理用户交互过程, 归属地的业务处理支付交易过程, 交互过程和支付交易过程被分离, 最大程 度地降低了用户的操作负担和费用, 也极大地降低了运营的成本; 通过引入 业务网关, 给各接入地的业务提供了一个统一的汇接点, 归属地业务和漫游 地业务都不需要知道对方的通讯地址信息, 这就降氏了系统维护的复杂性, 提高了运营的效率。 在漫游地业务与归属地业务的通讯出现故障或者归属地业务无法提供 月艮务的情况下, 漫游地业务就无法处理漫游用户的支付交易, 本发明实施例 通过将漫游用户的用户信息和账单信息緩存在漫游地业务, 在这些故障出现 时由漫游地业务在本地进行支付交易的处理, 并在故障恢复后, 漫游地业务 将账单支付日志及时同步到归属地业务, 这就最大程度地提高了系统的可用 性, 尽量地减少了故障对整个支付业务的影响。 以上所述, 仅为本发明较佳的具体实施方式, 但本发明的保护范围并不 局限于此, 任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本发明揭露的技术范围内, 可 轻易想到的变化或替换, 都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。 因此, 本发明 的保护范围应该以权利要求书的保护范围为准。
