根据本发明的另一实施例,还提供了一种短消息发送装置,包括:接收模块,设置为接收第一用户输入的预设非结构化补充数据业务USSD指令并建立与所述第一用户交互的第一USSD会话,其中所述预设USSD指令设置为指示进行短消息发送;鉴权模块,设置为通过所述第一USSD会话接收所述第一用户输入的目的号码及短消息内容,并对所述目的号码进行鉴权;推送模块,设置为在鉴权成功的情况下,建立与所述目的号码对应的第二用户交互的第二USSD会话,并将所述短消息内容通过所述第二USSD会话推送给所述第二用户。
所述鉴权模块包括:鉴权单元,设置为将所述目的号码发给在线计费系统OCS系统进行鉴权,所述OCS系统设置为判断所述目的号码是否属于本网络用户;如果是, 则确定所述目的号码鉴权成功;和/或,如果否,将所述短消息内容通过短信息发送给所述目的号码。
所述装置还包括:回复模块,设置为通过所述第二USSD会话接收所述第二用户输入的短消息内容,并将所述短消息内容通过所述第一USSD会话推送给所述第一用户;和/或,通过所述第一USSD会话接收所述第一用户输入的短消息内容,并将所述短消息内容通过所述第二USSD会话推送给所述第二用户。
通过本发明实施例,采用接收第一用户输入的预设USSD指令并建立与所述第一用户交互的第一USSD会话,其中所述预设USSD指令设置为指示进行短消息发送;通过所述第一USSD会话接收所述第一用户输入的目的号码及短消息内容,并对所述目的号码进行鉴权;在鉴权成功的情况下,建立与所述目的号码对应的第二用户交互的第二USSD会话,并将所述短消息内容通过所述第二USSD会话推送给所述第二用户的方式,解决了相关技术中无法采用USSD来实现点对点消息发送的问题,能够节省用户的国际漫游费用,也为用户提供更多的消息发送提供选择,有利于USSD增值业务的应用和推广,并且发送实时性高、隐私性强。

具体实施方式
下文中将参考附图并结合实施例来详细说明本发明。需要说明的是,在不冲突的情况下,本申请中的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互组合。
考虑到使用USSD进行点到点消息发送,存在诸多优势,例如发送的消息内容比较隐秘,不想要对方留下消息记录,实时性要求比较高,在本实施例中对此进行了实现,此时主要利用的是USSD发送消息实时性高,不保留信息的特点,而另外一个应用场景,越来越多的人进行了国际旅游,出国游玩机会越来越多,但在国际漫游情况 下,打电话和发送短信,都有较高的国际漫游费用,如果能采用USSD来发送点对点消息,则可以降低国际漫游费用,所以将降低用户资费,在这种情况下,如果能提供一种采用USSD方式来发送点对点消息的解决方法,将有利于用户节省资费,为用户发送消息提供更多的业务选择,同时也利于运营商推广USSD增值业务。
基于上述考虑,在本实施例中提供了一种短消息发送方法,图1是根据本发明实施例的短消息发送方法的流程图,如图1所示,该方法包括如下步骤:
步骤S102,接收第一用户输入的预设USSD指令并建立与所述第一用户交互的第一USSD会话,其中所述预设USSD指令设置为指示进行短消息发送;
步骤S104,通过所述第一USSD会话接收所述第一用户输入的目的号码及短消息内容,并对所述目的号码进行鉴权;
步骤S106,在鉴权成功的情况下,建立与所述目的号码对应的第二用户交互的第二USSD会话,并将所述短消息内容通过所述第二USSD会话推送给所述第二用户。
本实施例通过上述步骤,在第二用户鉴权成功的情况下,通过与第一用户交互的第一USSD会话和与第二用户交互的第二USSD会话,实现了USSD的点对点短消息发送,解决了相关技术中无法采用USSD来实现点对点消息发送的问题,能够节省用户的国际漫游费用,也为用户提供更多的消息发送提供选择,有利于USSD增值业务的应用和推广,并且发送实时性高、隐私性强。
优选地,对所述目的号码进行鉴权的具体方式可以如下:将所述目的号码发给在线计费系统(Online charge system,简称为OCS)系统进行鉴权,所述OCS系统设置为判断所述目的号码是否属于本网络用户;如果是,则确定所述目的号码鉴权成功;和/或,如果否,将所述短消息内容通过短信息发送给所述目的号码。
优选地,在将所述短消息内容通过所述第二USSD会话推送给所述第二用户之后,第一用户与第二用户之间就可以通过在该建立好的通道中回复消息来实现两者间的短消息回复,可以无需重新建立通道以发送短消息,具体如下:通过所述第二USSD会话接收所述第二用户输入的短消息内容,并将所述短消息内容通过所述第一USSD会话推送给所述第一用户;和/或,通过所述第一USSD会话接收所述第一用户输入的短消息内容,并将所述短消息内容通过所述第二USSD会话推送给所述第二用户。通过这种方式,短消息内容从A发送至USSD中心,然后发送到B,B回复内容到USSD中心,然后再发送至A,从而构成了一个完整的交互过程,实现了双向交互的点对点消息发送。
优选地,在将所述短消息内容通过所述第二USSD会话推送给所述第二用户之后,如果有一方用户挂断、响应超时,或者发送失败,则系统可以按照如下规则进行处理:
规则一:判断所述第二用户是否挂断所述第二USSD会话或者响应超时;如果是,通过所述第一USSD会话向所述第一用户发送第一结束消息,所述第一结束消息设置为通知短消息内容发送成功,且对方用户回复超时。
规则二:判断通过所述第二USSD会话推送短消息内容给所述第二用户是否失败;如果是,将所述短消息内容通过短信息发送给所述目的号码,并通过所述第一USSD会话向所述第一用户发送第二结束消息,所述第二结束消息设置为通知短消息内容发送失败,并已通过短信息发送所述短消息内容。
规则三:判断所述第一用户是否挂断所述第一USSD会话或者响应超时,且所述第二用户向所述第一用户进行了回复;如果是,将所述回复的内容通过短信息发送给所述第一用户,并通过所述第二USSD会话向所述第二用户发送第二结束消息,所述第二结束消息设置为通知短消息内容发送失败,并已通过短信息发送所述短消息内容。
规则四:判断所述第一用户是否挂断所述第一USSD会话或者响应超时,且所述第二用户未向所述第一用户进行回复;如果是,挂断所述第一USSD会话和所述第二USSD会话。
对应于上述方法,在本实施例中还提供了一种短消息发送装置,该装置设置为实现上述实施例及优选实施方式,已经进行过说明的不再赘述。如以下所使用的,术语“模块”可以实现预定功能的软件和/或硬件的组合。尽管以下实施例所描述的装置较佳地以软件来实现,但是硬件,或者软件和硬件的组合的实现也是可能并被构想的。
图2是根据本发明实施例的短消息发送装置的结构框图,如图2所示,该装置包括接收模块22、鉴权模块24和推送模块26,下面对各个模块进行详细说明:
接收模块22,设置为接收第一用户输入的预设USSD指令并建立与所述第一用户交互的第一USSD会话,其中所述预设USSD指令设置为指示进行短消息发送;鉴权模块24,与接收模块22相连,设置为通过所述第一USSD会话接收所述第一用户输入的目的号码及短消息内容,并对所述目的号码进行鉴权;推送模块26,与鉴权模块24相连,设置为在鉴权成功的情况下,建立与所述目的号码对应的第二用户交互的第二USSD会话,并将所述短消息内容通过所述第二USSD会话推送给所述第二用户。
优选地,所述鉴权模块24可以包括:鉴权单元242,设置为将所述目的号码发给OCS系统进行鉴权,所述OCS系统设置为判断所述目的号码是否属于本网络用户;如果是,则确定所述目的号码鉴权成功;和/或,如果否,将所述短消息内容通过短信息发送给所述目的号码。
优选地,所述装置还可以包括:回复模块28,与推送模块26相连,设置为通过所述第二USSD会话接收所述第二用户输入的短消息内容,并将所述短消息内容通过所述第一USSD会话推送给所述第一用户;和/或,通过所述第一USSD会话接收所述第一用户输入的短消息内容,并将所述短消息内容通过所述第二USSD会话推送给所述第二用户。
下面结合优选实施例进行说明,以下优选实施例结合了上述实施例及其优选实施方式。
在以下优选实施例中,提供了一种USSD点对点发送消息处理方法,该方法是智能网OCS(在线计费系统)架构下一种USSD(非结构化补充数据业务)应用中,针对运营商对USSD增值业务应用,提供一种点到点的USSD消息发送方法,和短信发送方式类似,但是在某些场景下,资费和实时性方面更具有优势,有利于USSD增值业务的应用和推广。以下优选实施例中的该USSD点到点消息发送处理方法,在国际漫游情况下,用户采用USSD点对点发送消息这种方法,将大大节省用户的国际漫游费用,也为用户提供更多的消息发送提供选择,有利于USSD增值业务的应用和推广。
本优选实施例提供的USSD点到点的消息发送方式,为用户提供一种采用USSD来发送消息的方式,特别是在国际漫游情况下,可以降低消息发送的费用,所以具有一定的使用优势,具体实现为:
1.用户要发送消息时候,首先拨打该业务的接入码接入本方法,系统判断用户是否漫游状态,可以限制用户在漫游状态下才可以使用,也可以不限制,由系统开发控制是否要限制,如果可以使用,由系统推送USSD响应消息给用户,提示用户输入需要发送的目的号码,用户输入目的号码后,系统继续提示用户输入要发送的内容,用户输入给对方要发送的消息内容,然后回复,系统开始发送消息处理。
2.用户通过USSD发送点对点消息时候,目的号码有两种类型,一种类型本网用户,一种是非本网用户,系统首先判断是非本网用户还是它网用户,如果本网方式,将采用直接推送USSD消息方式,给目的用户发送USSD消息,这种就是本方法说的点对点USSD消息发送,如果是它网用户,则无法发送USSD消息,可以转换为发送短信方式,当然,在向本网目的用户发送USSD消息时候,如果发送失败,也将可以 采用短信方式发送这个消息给目的用户。总的原则是能成功发送USSD消息成功的,就发送USSD点对点消息发送,如果不能或发送失败,则可以转换为短信方式发送,因为是系统转换后发送的短信发送,所以发送短信信息是没有短信漫游费用的,这种短信可按国内普通短信费用处理。
3.要发送消息的用户是本网用户,将可以采用USSD请求(USSD Request)信令发送,这种消息发送,需要起第二个会话,而不能在原来的会话中对B号码发送消息,在第二个会话中,采用USSD请求方式发送USSD消息给用户,B用户收到的USSD消息,查看后,可以直接回复,回复内容后,第二个会话会把收集到的用户响应,传递给第一个会话,将作为B用户的响应消息,再次发送给用户A,A用户查看后,可以直接回复,然后系统在把A的回复内容传递到第二个会话,由第二个会话再继续推送B用户,这样就形成了A和B的USSD消息发送的相互回复和传递。
4.如果发送给B的消息失败,或者B响应超时了,或者B是它网用户,此时,本方法则可以采用发送短信方式,把A给B发送的内容采用短信方式发送给B,短信的主叫号码为A用户,方便B收到短信后,可以直接回复,因为是系统转换后发送的短信给用户B,所以该短信发送,没有国际漫游费用,B用户回复短信给A,也没有国际漫游费用,A收短信是免费的,但是A给B后继发送消息,不能回复短信,需要重新拨打本方法的接入码,收到系统的提示后,重新输入要给B发送的内容,也就是A给B发送消息,只能采用USSD发送,如果A收到B的短信回复,说明前面的USSD直接点对点消息可能发送失败,后继还需要重新拨打接入码输入内容发送给B,如果是USSD收到B的回复,则可以直接USSD回复,不用重新开始新拨打业务接入码接入新会话。
5.该业务还适合另外两种场景,第一种和上面相反,A在国内,B在国际漫游,A发起,B接受到USSD消息后,直接回复,还有一种场景是A和B都在国际漫游状态下使用,都能起到节省费用的作用。
本优选实施例的核心内容提供一种USSD点到点的消息发送方法,这种操作方法非常适合在国际漫游情况用户使用,可以有效降低使用者发送消息的费用,为用户提供更多的发送消息的选择,非常利于USSD增值业务的推广和使用。
实施例一
下面以运营商基于OCS架构的USSD点对点消息发送实现为例进行说明,图3是根据本发明实施例一的正常点对点USSD消息发送信令流程图,图中SCP(Service Control Point)为业务限制点。参见图3所示,具体实施说明如下:
用户A首先拨打USSD接入码(在本实施例中为*110#),接入点对点USSD发送消息业务会话sessionA流程,系统收到用户的请求后,推送菜单给用户:请输入要发送消息的目的号码,用户根据菜单提示,输入要发送的目的号码B,系统在收到用户的输入目的号码B后,继续推送菜单给用户A,请输入要发送的消息内容,用户A输入要发送的消息。系统开始处理用户的A消息,准备给B发送消息。优选地,在用户输入发送消息的这几个步骤中,用户可以直接输入*110*B*内容#,这样将会效率会更高,不需要经过前面几步交互就进入系统发送消息给用户B的步骤。
系统首先会对B号码发给OCS系统进行鉴权,判断B号码是否是本网用户,如果B是非本网用户,则会把用户A发送的消息,转换为短信方式,发送给B用户,短信的主叫号码设置为A用户,这样方便B再收到短信后,可以回复,同时,系统会直接回复A用户,提示:您要发送的用户非本网用户,您的消息将会采用短信方式发送给B用户,谢谢使用,因为是系统发送的转换短信给B,所以不会对用户产生短信国际漫游费用。
如果B号码是本网用户,系统将发送内部消息,触发一个新会话sessionB,该会话会负责和B用户保持USSD会话交互,sessionB会话首先会推送一个请求消息给B用户,提示:来自用户A的消息:xxx,您可以直接回复消息,其中xxx为A用户发送的消息内容,如果消息内容太长,系统将采用分页方式推送,用户可以按*键,查看下一页内容。
用户B收到系统推送的A用户发送的消息后,查看后,可以直接回复,系统收到B的回复后,将消息通过内部消息传递给A发起的会话中sessionA,sessionA会将收集到的B用户的回复,向A用户发起一个USSD请求消息,这样A用户在查看B的回复后,也可以直接回复,回复的消息内容将会再次传递到会话sessionB,然后该会话继续把A回复的内容作为请求消息发送给用户B,B可以查看并且直接回复,这样就可以完成用户A和用户B的相互消息传递和回复的作用,并且他们回复的消息都是通过USSD来实现点对点消息发送的。
在上述sessionA和sessionB会话相互交互的过程中,可能存在A用户或B用户响应超时和消息发送失败情况,如果存在一方超时或失败情况,系统将会采用短信方式发送完毕接下来的一条消息,这种系统转发的短信,将不会产生短信国际漫游费用,具体情况如下:
1)用户A在等待消息结果,B收到响应后,直接挂断或响应超时,此时sessionA会话会给用户A一个响应结束消息,提示:您的消息已经成功发送,B未能及时回复或回复超时。
2)用户A在等待消息结果,sessionB向用户B推送请求消息失败,B可能处于关机或无信号等状态,此时系统会直接采用短信方式发送A的消息给B用户。同时,系统会回复A结束消息:您的USSD消息发送失败,系统将采用短信方式发送您的消息给B用户,谢谢。
3)用户A在发送消息后,等待超时,或主动挂机了,用户B如果成功回复了USSD消息,系统将会采用短信方式发送B的USSD消息给用户A。通常情况下,用户A仅仅想发送一条消息给B,B查看后回复了,是这种情况。
4)用户A在发送消息后,等待超时,或主动挂机了,用户B也没有回复USSD消息,只是查看,没有回复,那么两个会话sessionA和sessionB都会自动结束,通常情况下,用户A仅仅想发送一条消息给B,B仅查看不回复,是这种情况。
以上是本优选实施例的具体实施方案,本优选实施例中提供的一种USSD点对点发送消息的方法,适合在用户国际漫游情况下,语音通话和短信使用资费较高情况下使用,可以有效节省用户发送消息的费用,特别适合发送者和接受者之间连续多次信息交互的情况使用,非常利于运营商对USSD增值业务的推广和应用。
在另外一个实施例中,还提供了一种软件,该软件设置为执行上述实施例及优选实施例中描述的技术方案。
在另外一个实施例中,还提供了一种存储介质,该存储介质中存储有上述软件,该存储介质包括但不限于光盘、软盘、硬盘、可擦写存储器等。
显然,本领域的技术人员应该明白,上述的本发明的各模块或各步骤可以用通用的计算装置来实现,它们可以集中在单个的计算装置上,或者分布在多个计算装置所组成的网络上,可选地,它们可以用计算装置可执行的程序代码来实现,从而,可以将它们存储在存储装置中由计算装置来执行,并且在某些情况下,可以以不同于此处的顺序执行所示出或描述的步骤,或者将它们分别制作成各个集成电路模块,或者将它们中的多个模块或步骤制作成单个集成电路模块来实现。这样,本发明不限制于任何特定的硬件和软件结合。
以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施例而已,并不用于限制本发明,对于本领域的技术人员来说,本发明可以有各种更改和变化。凡在本发明的精神和原则之内,所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

如上所述,本发明实施例提供的一种短消息发送方法及装置,具有以下有益效果:解决了相关技术中无法采用USSD来实现点对点消息发送的问题,能够节省用户的国际漫游费用,也为用户提供更多的消息发送提供选择,有利于USSD增值业务的应用和推广,并且发送实时性高、隐私性强。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种短消息发送方法,包括:
    接收第一用户输入的预设非结构化补充数据业务USSD指令并建立与所述第一用户交互的第一USSD会话,其中所述预设USSD指令设置为指示进行短消息发送;
    通过所述第一USSD会话接收所述第一用户输入的目的号码及短消息内容,并对所述目的号码进行鉴权;
    在鉴权成功的情况下,建立与所述目的号码对应的第二用户交互的第二USSD会话,并将所述短消息内容通过所述第二USSD会话推送给所述第二用户。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,对所述目的号码进行鉴权包括:
    将所述目的号码发给在线计费系统OCS系统进行鉴权,所述OCS系统设置为判断所述目的号码是否属于本网络用户;
    如果是,则确定所述目的号码鉴权成功;和/或,
    如果否,将所述短消息内容通过短信息发送给所述目的号码。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,在将所述短消息内容通过所述第二USSD会话推送给所述第二用户之后,还包括:
    通过所述第二USSD会话接收所述第二用户输入的短消息内容,并将所述短消息内容通过所述第一USSD会话推送给所述第一用户;和/或,
    通过所述第一USSD会话接收所述第一用户输入的短消息内容,并将所述短消息内容通过所述第二USSD会话推送给所述第二用户。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,在将所述短消息内容通过所述第二USSD会话推送给所述第二用户之后,还包括:
    判断所述第二用户是否挂断所述第二USSD会话或者响应超时;
    如果是,通过所述第一USSD会话向所述第一用户发送第一结束消息,所述第一结束消息设置为通知短消息内容发送成功,且对方用户回复超时。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,在将所述短消息内容通过所述第二USSD会话推送给所述第二用户之后,还包括:
    判断通过所述第二USSD会话推送短消息内容给所述第二用户是否失败;
    如果是,将所述短消息内容通过短信息发送给所述目的号码,并通过所述第一USSD会话向所述第一用户发送第二结束消息,所述第二结束消息设置为通知短消息内容发送失败,并已通过短信息发送所述短消息内容。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,在将所述短消息内容通过所述第二USSD会话推送给所述第二用户之后,还包括:
    判断所述第一用户是否挂断所述第一USSD会话或者响应超时,且所述第二用户向所述第一用户进行了回复;
    如果是,将所述回复的内容通过短信息发送给所述第一用户,并通过所述第二USSD会话向所述第二用户发送第二结束消息,所述第二结束消息设置为通知短消息内容发送失败,并已通过短信息发送所述短消息内容。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,在将所述短消息内容通过所述第二USSD会话推送给所述第二用户之后,还包括:
    判断所述第一用户是否挂断所述第一USSD会话或者响应超时,且所述第二用户未向所述第一用户进行回复;
    如果是,挂断所述第一USSD会话和所述第二USSD会话。
  8. 一种短消息发送装置,包括:
    接收模块,设置为接收第一用户输入的预设非结构化补充数据业务USSD指令并建立与所述第一用户交互的第一USSD会话,其中所述预设USSD指令设置为指示进行短消息发送;
    鉴权模块,设置为通过所述第一USSD会话接收所述第一用户输入的目的号码及短消息内容,并对所述目的号码进行鉴权;
    推送模块,设置为在鉴权成功的情况下,建立与所述目的号码对应的第二用户交互的第二USSD会话,并将所述短消息内容通过所述第二USSD会话推送给所述第二用户。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的装置,其中,所述鉴权模块包括:
    鉴权单元,设置为将所述目的号码发给在线计费系统OCS系统进行鉴权,所述OCS系统设置为判断所述目的号码是否属于本网络用户;如果是,则确定所述目的号码鉴权成功;和/或,如果否,将所述短消息内容通过短信息发送给所述目的号码。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的装置,其中,所述装置还包括:
    回复模块,设置为通过所述第二USSD会话接收所述第二用户输入的短消息内容,并将所述短消息内容通过所述第一USSD会话推送给所述第一用户;和/或,通过所述第一USSD会话接收所述第一用户输入的短消息内容,并将所述短消息内容通过所述第二USSD会话推送给所述第二用户。
