本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种实现通讯终端业务付费的方法、 系统及业务平台, 能够使得用户在不满足预付费或后付费条件时将费用转移 到其他账户, 从而保证用户仍能使用呼叫业务。
为了解决上述技术问题, 本发明提供了一种实现通讯终端业务付费的方 法, 该方法包括:
通讯终端向业务平台传输用户输入的实现业务付费的转移账户信息; 以 及
业务平台获知通讯终端的转移账户信息后, 在确认该转移账户信息中的 转移账户可用后通知所述通讯终端, 并将绑定有转移账户信息的所述通讯终 端的账户信息发送给计费中心。
该方法还包括:
通讯终端得到业务平台的通知后, 向 MSC发起呼叫请求;
MSC从所述计费中心获取通讯终端的账户信息,在确认所述转移账户可 用后允许通讯终端发起呼叫; 在呼叫结束后将记录的呼叫时间传输给计费中 心;
计费中心根据呼叫时间从所述通讯终端的转移账户的余额中扣除相应的 费用, 然后将账户余额信息返回给业务平台; 以及
业务平台将收到的账户余额信息保存在用户数据库相应的转移账户下。 业务平台获知通讯终端的转移账户信息后, 在确认转移账户信息中的转 移账户可用后通知通讯终端的步骤包括:
通讯终端通过第一短消息将含有转移账户信息的账户信息发送至业务平 台; 以及
业务平台解析接收的第一短消息,确认是付费账户的转移账户的短消息, 根据从中提取的转移账户校验信息在用户数据库中查找相应的转移账户信 息, 确认相应的转移账户合法且有可用余额后, 通过第二短消息将账户确认 信息返回给通讯终端。 第一短消息包括:
第一短消息头校验数据和第一短消息尾校验数据, 用于匹配进行第一特 定短消息的格式校验;
当前账户信息, 用于传输通讯终端用户的当前账户信息; 以及
转移账户校验信息, 用于传输包括转移账户名称及校验密码的转移账户 信息;
第二短消息包括:
第二短消息头校验数据和第二短消息尾校验数据, 用于匹配进行第二短 消息的格式校验; 以及
付费账户转移确认信息, 用于传输通讯终端用户的付费账户转移成功信 息。
业务平台获知通讯终端的转移账户信息后, 在确认转移账户信息中的转 移账户可用后通知通讯终端的步骤包括:
通讯终端通过第一非结构化补充业务数据(USSD )消息将含有转移账 户信息的账户信息发送至业务平台; 以及
业务平台解析接收的第一 USSD 消息, 确认是付费账户的转移账户的 USSD 消息, 根据从中提取的转移账户校验信息在用户数据库中查找相应的 转移账户信息, 确认相应的转移账户合法且有可用余额后, 通过第二 USSD 消息将账户确认信息返回给通讯终端;
或者,
通讯终端的用户釆用双音多频 (DTMF )语音将转移账户信息告知业务 平台, 并获知业务平台对该转移账户的确认。
通讯终端向业务平台传输用户输入的实现业务付费的转移账户信息的步 骤包括:
通讯终端得知用户需要实现转移账户付费呼叫时, 提供输入账户信息的 界面, 所述界面至少包括转移账户名称和校验密码的输入; 在用户完成在该 界面上的输入后将所输入的账户信息传输给业务平台。 为了解决上述技术问题, 本发明提供了一种实现通讯终端业务付费的系 统, 该系统包括通讯终端、 业务平台以及计费中心,
通讯终端设置为:将用户输入的业务付费的转移账户信息告知业务平台; 在得到业务平台的通知后发起呼叫请求;
业务平台设置为: 在获知通讯终端的转移账户信息后, 在确认该转移账 户信息的转移账户可用后通知通讯终端, 并将绑定有转移账户信息的通讯终 端的账户信息发送给计费中心;
计费中心设置为: 保存绑定有该转移账户信息的通讯终端的账户信息。 还包括移动交换中心 (MSC ) , 其中:
MSC设置为: 在收到所述通讯终端的呼叫请求后, 从计费中心获取通讯 呼叫结束后将记录的呼叫时间传输给计费中心;
计费中心还设置为: 根据呼叫时间从通讯终端的转移账户的余额中扣除 相应的费用, 然后将账户余额信息返回给业务平台;
业务平台还设置为: 将收到的账户余额信息保存在用户数据库相应的转 移账户下。
业务平台还设置为: 与通讯终端通过短消息、 非结构化补充业务数据 ( USSD )消息以及双音多频(DTMF )语音中的任意一种方式进行交互, 得 到通讯终端的账户信息, 根据从该账户信息中提取的转移账户名称和校验密 码信息在用户数据库中查找相应的转移账户信息, 确认相应的转移账户合法 且有可用余额后, 通知通讯终端。
通讯终端还设置为: 得知用户需要实现转移账户付费呼叫时, 提供输入 账户信息的界面, 该界面至少包括转移账户名称和校验密码的输入; 在用户 完成在该界面的输入后将所输入的账户信息传输给业务平台。
为了解决上述技术问题, 本发明提供了一种实现通讯终端业务付费的业 务平台, 所述业务平台包括消息处理模块和用户数据库系统, 消息处理模块设置为: 接收、 存储及解析通讯终端发送的第一消息和 /或 计费中心发送的信令消息, 将从第一消息和 /或信令消息解析出的账户信息输 出给用户数据库系统; 在收到用户数据库系统的账户确认指示后, 向通讯终 端发送确认转移账户的第二消息;
用户数据库系统设置为: 保存通讯终端的账户信息, 在查询并确认所述 账户信息中的转移账户可用后向消息处理模块输出账户确认指示。
消息处理模块包括消息接收 /发送模块、 存储模块以及消息解析模块, 消息接收 /发送模块设置为:将接收的第一消息和 /或信令消息输出给存储 模块; 根据从用户数据库系统输入的账户确认指示, 向通讯终端发送确认转 移账户的第二消息;
存储模块设置为: 将第一消息和 /或信令消息进行存储并传输给消息解析 模块;
消息解析模块设置为: 对第一消息和 /或信令消息进行消息类型确认及内 容解析, 将解析出的账户信息输出给用户数据库系统。
用户数据库系统包括账户信息查询模块、 账户信息保存模块以及账户确 认模块,
账户信息查询模块设置为: 查询消息解析模块输出的账户信息中转移账 户的合法性及其余额信息, 并将查询结果传输给账户信息保存模块;
账户信息保存模块设置为: 将根据查询结果获取的账户信息的绑定关系 保存在用户数据库, 同时将该查询结果传输给账户确认模块;
账户确认模块设置为: 根据该查询结果在确认转移账户合法且有余额可 用后, 将账户确认指示输出给消息接收 /发送模块。
第一消息包括短消息或非结构化补充业务数据(USSD )消息中的任意 一种。
本发明通过上述实现通讯终端业务付费的方法、 系统及业务平台, 在通 讯终端用户当前账户不满足预付费或后付费条件时, 通过特定消息及业务平 台将用户当前账户转移呼叫费用到其他账户, 从而保证用户在该通讯终端上 实现呼叫。

本发明的较佳实施方式
下面结合附图和优选实施例对本发明的技术方案作进一步详细的说明。 以下例举的实施例仅仅用于说明和解释本发明, 而不构成对本发明技术方案 的限制。
如图 1所示, 是本发明提供的实现通讯终端业务付费的方法实施例的流 程, 包括如下步骤:
110, 用户在通讯终端上输入含有转移账户名和密码的账户信息; 当用户要使用通讯终端实现付费呼叫时, 该通讯终端首先为用户提供输 入转移账户身份信息的界面, 包括输入转移账户名、 密码及随机校验码等, 其中随机校验码具有时效性, 用于避免用户输入转移账户名、 密码后通讯终 端长时间停留在该界面时用户账户被他人盗用。
120, 通讯终端通过第一短消息将用户输入的账户信息发送至业务平台; 待用户输入账户信息后, 通讯终端通过第一短消息将用户输入的账户信 息发送至业务平台。 该第一短消息的结构如图 2所示, 包括第一短消息头校 验数据、 当前账户信息、 转移账户校验信息以及第一短消息尾校验数据, 其 中:
第一短消息头校验数据, 用于对通讯终端第一短消息的格式校验; 当前账户信息, 用于传输当前账户信息;
转移账户校验信息, 用于传输转移账户的用户名、 密码等校验信息; 第一短消息尾校验数据, 用于与短信头校验信息匹配, 对通讯终端第一 短消息进行格式校验, 以增强短信传输的安全性。
使用上述格式的第一短消息, 可以是网管短消息, 也可以是其他类型短 消息。 该第一短消息的格式也可由业务平台通过短消息进行更改。
130, 业务平台从第一短消息中解析出账户信息, 查询并确认其中的转移 账户是否可用;
业务平台对收到的第一格式短消息进行解析, 确认是付费账户转移账户 的短消息, 从中提取出当前账户信息和转移账户校验信息, 并在用户数据库 系统中根据转移账户用户名和密码查找转移账户信息, 确认账户是否合法且 是否有可用余额。
转移账户可以是用户在服务提供商处注册的账户, 也可以是用户数据库 系统可识别的其他账户。转移账户信息可以是该账户的合法性及其余额信息, 也可以是账户转移计费需要使用的其它信息。
140, 业务平台确认付费转移账户可用后, 将确认信息封装成第二短消息 发回给通讯终端, 同时将账户绑定信息发送至计费中心;
业务平台封装成的第二短消息的结构如图 3所示, 包括第二短消息头校 验数据、 付费账户转移确认信息以及第二短消息尾校验数据, 其中:
第二短消息头校验数据, 用于对业务平台第二短消息的格式校验; 付费账户转移确认信息, 用于传输付费账户转移成功信息;
第二短消息尾校验数据, 用于与头校验信息匹配, 对业务平台第二短消 息进行格式校验, 以增强短信传输的安全性。
业务平台确认付费转移账户可用后, 将当前账户与转移账户的绑定信息 发给计费中心。
150, 通讯终端确认转移账户信息合法后发起呼叫;
通讯终端收到业务平台发回的付费账户转移确认信息后, 确认呼叫已得 到网络端的允许, 向移动交换中心 (Mobile Switching Center, MSC )发送呼 叫请求消息。
160 , MSC从计费中心获取账户信息, 在确认转移账户可用后允许通讯 终端发起呼叫, 并在呼叫结束后将记录的呼叫时间传输给计费中心;
170:计费中心根据呼叫时间从通讯终端转移账户的余额中扣除相应的费 用, 然后将账户余额信息返回给业务平台保存。
通讯终端在呼叫结束后,可以由用户选择清除存储的当前转移账户信息 , 也可在通讯终端静置一段时间后自动进行该清除。
在以上实施例中,通讯终端与业务平台是通过特定短消息方式进行交互 , 业务平台在获知通讯终端的转移账户信息后将账户确认信息返回给通讯终 端。
本发明还可以例举出通讯终端与业务平台釆用其它方式进行交互的实施 例, 譬如釆用非结构化补充业务数据 ( Unstructured Supplementary Service Data, USSD )消息方式, 即通讯终端与业务平台当要实现协议未规定的定制 业务时, 可使用此消息方式进行交互, 使得双方各自获取必要的信息; 或者, 通讯终端釆用双音多频(Dual Tone Multi Frequency, DTMF )语音的方式, 向业务平台发出请求, 将转移账户信息告知业务平台。
以上是以通讯终端的用户进行电话呼叫业务为实施例, 实际上本发明的 通讯终端业务付费的方法、 系统及业务平台还可以引申到其它业务上, 譬如 短信业务、 上网业务等等。
如图 4所示, 是本发明的实现通讯终端业务付费的系统实施例的结构, 该系统包括通讯终端、 业务平台、 计费中心以及 MSC, 其中:
通讯终端,用于通过第一短消息将用户输入的账户信息发送至业务平台, 并在收到业务平台确认转移账户的第二短消息后, 向 MSC发送呼叫请求消 息。
通讯终端发送给业务平台的第一短消息的结构如图 2所示, 包括第一短 消息头校验数据、 当前账户信息、 转移账户校验信息以及第一短消息尾校验 数据。
业务平台, 用于从第一短消息中解析出账户信息, 在查询并确认其中的 转移账户可用后, 将确认信息封装成第二短消息返回给通讯终端, 同时将账 户绑定信息发送至计费中心; 将计费中心返回的通讯终端通话后的账户余额 信息保存。
业务平台返回给通讯终端的第二短消息的结构如图 3所示, 包括第二短 消息头校验数据、 付费账户转移确认信息以及第二短消息尾校验数据。
业务平台将通讯终端当前账户与转移账户的绑定信息发给计费中心。 计费中心, 用于根据 MSC的请求将通讯终端的账户信息发送给 MSC; 根据 MSC传输的呼叫时间从转移账户上扣除相应的费用,然后将账户余额信 息返回给业务平台。
MSC, 用于在收到通讯终端呼叫请求消息后, 从计费中心请求获取到该 叫, 并在呼叫结束后将记录的呼叫时间传输给计费中心。
当然, 除了上述系统实施例通讯终端与业务平台釆用特定短消息方式进 行交互外, 本发明还可以例举出二者釆用其它方式进行交互的实施例, 譬如 前面提到 USSD消息方式和 DTMF语音方式。
图 5表示出本发明的实现通讯终端业务付费的业务平台实施例的结构, 该业务平台包括消息处理模块和用户数据库系统, 其中:
消息处理模块, 用于接收、 存储及解析通讯终端发送的第一短消息和 /或 计费中心发送的信令消息, 将从第一短消息和 /或信令消息解析出的账户信息 输出给用户数据库系统; 在收到用户数据库系统的账户确认指示后, 向通讯 终端发送确认转移账户的第二短消息。
用户数据库系统, 用于保存用户账户信息, 在查询并确认其中转移账户 的可用后向消息处理模块输出账户确认指示。
用户数据库系统保存的用户账户信息包括消息处理模块从第一短消息中 解析出的当前账户信息和转移账户校验信息, 和 /或从信令消息中解析出的用 户通话后的账户余额信息。
当然, 类似地在其它实施例里, 消息处理模块除了接收、 存储及解析通 讯终端发送的第一短消息外,还可以接收、存储及解析通讯终端发送的 USSD 消息, 将从该 USSD消息解析出的账户信息输出给用户数据库系统; 在收到 用户数据库系统的账户确认指示后, 向通讯终端发送确认转移账户的 USSD 消息。
图 5中的消息处理模块进一步包括消息接收 /发送模块、 存储模块以及消 息解析模块, 其中:
消息接收 /发送模块,用于将接收的第一短消息和 /或信令消息输出给存储 模块; 根据从用户数据库系统输入的账户确认指示, 向通讯终端发送确认转 移账户的第二短消息;
存储模块, 用于将第一短消息和 /或信令消息进行存储并传输给消息解析 模块;
消息解析模块, 用于对第一短消息和 /或信令消息进行消息类型确认及内 容解析, 将解析出的账户信息输出给用户数据库系统。
消息解析模块根据图 2中所示的第一短信头、 尾校验数据确认短消息类 型, 并从该短消息中解析出包含当前账户信息和转移账户校验信息的账户信 息。 或者, 消息解析模块从信令消息中解析出用户通话后的账户余额信息。
短消息接收 /发送模块向通讯终端发送的确认转移账户的第二短消息, 其 结构如图 3所示。
图 5中的用户数据库系统进一步包括账户信息查询模块、 账户信息保存 模块以及账户确认模块, 其中:
账户信息查询模块, 用于查询消息解析模块输出的账户信息中转移账户 的合法性及其余额, 并将查询结果传输给账户信息保存模块;
账户信息保存模块, 用于将根据查询结果获取的账户信息绑定关系保存 在用户数据库系统, 并将查询结果继续传输给账户确认模块;
账户确认模块, 用于根据查询结果在确认转移账户可用性后, 将账户确 认指示输出给消息接收 /发送模块。 确认转移账户的可用性, 包括但不限于确认转移账户是否合法, 以及是 否有余额可用。
当然, 本发明还可有多种实施方式, 在不背离本发明精神及其实质的情 凡在本发明的精神和原则之内所作的任何修改、 等同替换、 改进, 均应包含 在本发明的保护范围之内。
工业实用性 本发明通过上述实现通讯终端业务付费的方法、 系统及业务平台, 在通 讯终端用户当前账户不满足预付费或后付费条件时, 通过特定消息及业务平 台将用户当前账户转移呼叫费用到其他账户, 从而保证用户在该通讯终端上 实现呼叫。

权 利 要 求 书
1、 一种实现通讯终端业务付费的方法, 该方法包括:
通讯终端向业务平台传输用户输入的实现业务付费的转移账户信息; 以 及
业务平台获知所述通讯终端的转移账户信息后, 在确认所述转移账户信 息中的转移账户可用后通知所述通讯终端, 并将绑定有所述转移账户信息的 所述通讯终端的账户信息发送给计费中心。
2、 按照权利要求 1所述的方法, 该方法还包括:
所述通讯终端得到所述业务平台的通知后, 向移动交换中心 (MSC )发 起呼叫请求;
所述 MSC从所述计费中心获取所述通讯终端的账户信息 ,在确认所述转 移账户可用后允许所述通讯终端发起呼叫; 在呼叫结束后将记录的呼叫时间 传输给所述计费中心;
所述计费中心根据所述呼叫时间从所述通讯终端的转移账户的余额中扣 除相应的费用, 然后将账户余额信息返回给所述业务平台; 以及
所述业务平台将收到的所述账户余额信息保存在用户数据库系统相应的 转移账户下。

6、 按照权利要求 1至 5任一项所述的方法, 其中, 所述通讯终端向业务 平台传输用户输入的实现业务付费的转移账户信息的步骤包括:

9、 按照权利要求 7或 8所述的系统, 其中,
所述业务平台还设置为: 与所述通讯终端通过短消息、 非结构化补充业 务数据(USSD )消息以及双音多频(DTMF )语音中的任意一种方式进行交 互, 得到所述通讯终端的账户信息, 根据从所述账户信息中提取的转移账户 名称和校验密码信息在用户数据库系统中查找相应的转移账户信息, 确认相 应的转移账户合法且有可用余额后, 通知所述通讯终端。
10、 按照权利要求 7或 8所述的系统, 其中,
所述通讯终端还设置为: 得知用户需要实现转移账户付费呼叫时, 提供 输入账户信息的界面, 所述界面至少包括所述转移账户名称和所述校验密码 的输入; 在所述用户完成在该界面的输入后将所输入的账户信息传输给所述 业务平台。
11、 一种实现通讯终端业务付费的业务平台, 所述业务平台包括消息处 理模块和用户数据库系统,
所述消息处理模块设置为: 接收、 存储及解析通讯终端发送的第一消息 和 /或计费中心发送的信令消息,将从所述第一消息和 /或信令消息解析出的账 户信息输出给用户数据库系统; 在收到用户数据库系统的账户确认指示后, 向通讯终端发送确认转移账户的第二消息;
所述用户数据库系统设置为: 保存通讯终端的账户信息, 在查询并确认 所述账户信息中的转移账户可用后向所述消息处理模块输出账户确认指示。
12、 按照权利要求 11所述的业务平台, 其中, 所述消息处理模块包括消 息接收 /发送模块、 存储模块以及消息解析模块,
所述消息接收 /发送模块设置为:将接收的第一消息和 /或信令消息输出给 所述存储模块; 根据从所述用户数据库系统输入的所述账户确认指示, 向所 述通讯终端发送确认转移账户的第二消息;
所述存储模块设置为: 将第一消息和 /或信令消息进行存储并传输给消息 解析模块;
所述消息解析模块设置为: 对第一消息和 /或信令消息进行消息类型确认 及内容解析, 将解析出的账户信息输出给用户数据库系统。
13、 按照权利要求 12所述的业务平台, 其中, 所述用户数据库系统包括 账户信息查询模块、 账户信息保存模块以及账户确认模块,
所述账户信息查询模块设置为: 查询所述消息解析模块输出的所述账户 信息中转移账户的合法性及余额信息, 并将查询结果传输给所述账户信息保 存模块;
所述账户信息保存模块设置为: 将根据所述查询结果获取的所述账户信 息的绑定关系保存在用户数据库系统, 同时将所述查询结果传输给账户确认 模块;
所述账户确认模块设置为: 根据所述查询结果在确认所述转移账户合法 且有余额可用后, 将账户确认指示输出给所述消息接收 /发送模块。
14、 按照权利要求 11至 13任一项所述的业务平台, 其中, 所述第一消 息包括短消息或非结构化补充业务数据 (USSD ) 消息中的任意一种。
