電子血圧計
 この発明は電子血圧計に関し、特に、測定部位に空気袋を内包した測定帯(カフ)を自動的に巻き付ける電子血圧計に関する。
 血圧は循環器系疾患を解析する指標の一つであり、血圧に基づいてリスク解析を行なうことは、たとえば脳卒中や心不全や心筋梗塞などの心血管系の疾患の予防に有効である。
 従来、通院時や健康診断時などの医療機関で測定される血圧(随時血圧)により診断が行なわれていた。しかしながら近年の研究により、家庭で測定する血圧(家庭血圧)が随時血圧より循環器系疾患の診断に有用であることが判明してきている。それに伴い、家庭で使用する血圧計が普及している。
 家庭向けの血圧計の多くがオシロメトリック法またはマイクロホン法による血圧測定方法を採用している。オシロメトリック法による血圧測定は、空気袋を内包した測定帯(カフ)を上腕などの測定部位に巻付け、カフの内圧(カフ圧)を収縮期血圧より所定圧(たとえば30mmHg)だけ高く加圧し、その後、徐々にまたは段階的にカフ圧を減圧していく過程における動脈の容積変化をカフ圧に重畳した圧変化(圧脈波振幅)として検出し、この圧脈波振幅の変化より収縮期血圧および拡張期血圧を決定する方法である。オシロメトリック法では、カフ圧の加圧中に発生する圧脈波振幅を検出して血圧を測定することも可能である。
 一方、マイクロホン法は、オシロメトリック法と同様にカフを上腕などの測定部位に巻付け、カフ圧を収縮期血圧より所定圧だけ高く加圧する。その後、徐々にカフ圧を減圧していく過程で動脈より発生するコロトコフ音をカフ内に設けたマイクロホンにより検出し、コロトコフ音が発生したカフ圧を収縮期血圧、コロトコフ音が減弱または消滅したカフ圧を拡張期血圧として決定する方法である。
 いずれの方法であっても、血圧計においてはカフが測定部位に適切に巻付けられていないとカフ圧が動脈に十分に伝達されず、測定精度が低下するという問題がある。そこで、測定部位にカフを自動的に巻き付ける構造をもつ血圧計(以下、全自動腕血圧計)について、本願出願人は、先に特開2005-230175号公報(特許文献1)において、測定用空気袋の外側に測定用空気袋を測定部位へ巻き付けるための可撓性部材からなるカーラと巻き付け用空気袋とを配置し、巻き付け用空気袋が膨張することにより、カーラを縮径させるとともに、測定用空気袋を測定部位へ巻き付ける技術を開示している。
 また、オシロメトリック法の血圧測定においてその測定精度を向上させる技術として、本願出願人は、先に特開2009-279196号公報(特許文献2)において、測定用の空気袋からの単位時間当たりの空気の排出流量と測定用空気袋の減圧速度とが比例関係になるよう制御を行なうことで、検出される圧脈波振幅の歪みを低減し、測定精度を向上させる技術を開示している。

 ところで、全自動腕血圧計におけるカフ構造は、上述のとおり血圧測定のために測定部位の動脈を圧迫し、その圧力を徐々に加圧または減圧していく途中で発生する動脈の容積変化を空気袋内の圧力変化としてとらえ、その圧力変化より血圧を算出するための測定用空気袋と、前記測定空気袋を測定部に巻き付けるための巻付け機構と、の二重構造を有する。そして、これら2つの構成の間に可撓性部材(以下、カーラ)が設けられている。
 全自動腕血圧計では、巻き付け用空気袋に空気を流入し加圧してカーラを介して測定用空気袋を測定部位に巻き付けた後、測定空気袋を加減圧させて圧脈波振幅を検出し、この圧脈波振幅の変化より収縮期血圧および拡張期血圧を決定している。
 そのため、この測定方法の場合、巻付け機構の圧力が測定空気袋の圧力を下回った場合にはカーラが径方向の外側に広がり、巻付け機構の圧力が測定空気袋の圧力を上回った場合にはカーラが径方向の内側に絞まる。これにより、測定用空気袋が適切に測定部位に押付けられていない状態になってしまい、正しく圧脈波振幅を検出できないという問題がある。また、このようにカーラが径方向の内側または外側に動いたときには、その振動によって擬似脈波が発生し、測定精度に影響を与える可能性がある、いう問題がある。
 本発明はこのような問題に鑑みてなされたものであって、特に測定部位に空気袋を内包した測定帯(カフ)を自動的に巻き付ける電子血圧計において、カフが測定部位に適切に巻付けられるように、測定空気袋圧と巻付け機構の圧力と制御する電子血圧計を提供することを目的としている。
 上記目的を達成するために、本発明のある局面に従うと、電子血圧計は、第1の流体袋と、第1の流体袋に流体を可変な流速で注入/排出するための第1の調整装置と、第1の流体袋の内圧を検出するためのセンサと、第1の流体袋を被験者の測定部位に可変な巻き付け強度で巻き付けるための巻き付け装置と、巻き付け装置の巻き付け強度を調整するための第2の調整装置と、制御装置とを備える。制御装置は、第1の流体袋の内圧および/または流体量の変化率が所定の変化率となるように第1の調整装置に対して第1の制御信号を出力する第1の制御処理と、巻き付け強度が第1の制御処理下における第1の流体袋の内圧および/または流体量の変化率と所定比率となるように第2の制御信号を第2の調整装置に対して出力する第2の制御処理と、第1の制御処理下に検出される第1の流体袋の内圧変化に基づいて被験者の血圧値を算出する算出処理とを実行する。
 好ましくは、第1の制御信号は第1の流体袋の内圧の変化率と第1の流体袋内の流体量の変化率とが比例関係になるように予め設定されており、第2の制御信号は上記所定比率となるよう第1の制御信号に応じて予め設定されており、制御装置は、第1の制御処理および第2の制御処理を、フィードフォワード制御する。
 好ましくは、巻き付け装置は第1の流体袋よりも装着時に測定部位よりも遠い側に位置する第2の流体袋であり、第2の調整装置は、第2の流体袋に流体を可変な流速で注入するためのポンプおよび/または排出するための弁であり、第2の制御処理は、ポンプおよび/または記弁の駆動電圧を決定する処理を含む。
 好ましくは、制御装置は、測定部位の周囲長、すでに測定された被験者の血圧値、加圧時に推定された被験者の血圧値、第1の流体袋の大きさ、および第1の流体袋内の圧力の最大値のうちの少なくとも1つに応じて上記所定比率を予め設定された比率に決定する、または、予め設定された補正式により変化させる。
 より好ましくは、制御装置は、第1の流体袋の加圧時の内圧の変化率に基づいて測定部位の周囲長および/または第1の流体袋の大きさを決定する。
 より好ましくは、制御装置は、以前の測定結果を取得することによって被験者の血圧値を決定する。
 より好ましくは、算出処理は、第1の流体袋の第1の制御処理下での減圧時の第1の流体袋の内圧変化に基づいて血圧値を算出し、制御装置は、第1の流体袋の加圧時の第1の流体袋の内圧変化に基づいて算出される血圧値を上記所定比率を決定するために用いる被験者の血圧値とする。
 より好ましくは、電子血圧計は、測定部位の周囲長、すでに測定された被験者の血圧値、第1の流体袋の大きさ、および第1の流体袋内の圧力の最大値のうちの少なくとも1つの入力を受け付けるための入力装置をさらに備える。
 より好ましくは、電子血圧計は、測定部位の周囲長、すでに測定された被験者の血圧値、第1の流体袋の大きさ、および第1の流体袋内の圧力の最大値のうちの少なくとも1つを、他の装置から読み出すための読出装置をさらに備える。
 好ましくは、制御装置は、第1の流体袋の内圧が所定のレベルとなる時点、巻き付け強度が所定のレベルとなる時点、および測定処理の所定時点から所定の時間が経過した時点のうちの少なくとも1つにおいて、上記所定比率を予め設定された比率に変化させる、または、予め設定された補正式により変化させる。
 好ましくは、制御装置は、第1の流体袋の内圧から検出される脈波振幅の大きさに応じて所定比率を予め設定された比率に変化させる、または、予め設定された補正式により変化させる。
 本発明の他の局面に従うと、制御方法は、第1の流体袋と、第1の流体袋に流体を可変な流速で注入/排出するための第1の調整装置と、第1の流体袋の内圧を検出するためのセンサと、第1の流体袋を被験者の測定部位に可変な巻き付け強度で巻き付けるための巻き付け装置とを含んだ電子血圧計の制御方法であって、第1の流体袋の内圧および/または流体量の変化率が所定の変化率となるように第1の調整装置を制御するステップと、巻き付け強度が第1の調整装置を制御するステップの制御下における第1の流体袋の内圧および/または流体量の変化率と所定比率となるように第2の調整装置を制御するステップと、第1の調整装置を制御するステップの制御下に検出される第1の流体袋の内圧変化に基づいて被験者の血圧値を算出するステップとを備える。
 この発明によると、測定時にカフが測定部位に適切に巻付けられ、測定精度を向上させることができる。

 以下に、図面を参照しつつ、本発明の実施の形態について説明する。以下の説明では、同一の部品および構成要素には同一の符号を付してある。それらの名称および機能も同じである。
 [第1の実施の形態]
 <装置構成>
 図1は、第1の実施の形態にかかる血圧測定装置(以下、血圧計)1の外観の具体例を示す斜視図である。
 図1を参照して、本実施の形態にかかる血圧計1は、主に、机等に載置される本体2と、測定部位である上腕を差込むための測定部5とを備える。本体2の上部には、電源スイッチ、測定スイッチ、停止スイッチ、および使用者選択スイッチなどが配置された操作部3と、表示部4と、肘置きとが備えられる。また、測定部5は本体2に対して角度が可変に取付けられており、略円筒状の機枠であるハウジング60と、ハウジング60の内周部に収納された生体圧迫固定装置とを備える。なお、図1に示されるように、通常の使用状態においてハウジング60の内周部に収納された生体圧迫固定装置は露出しておらず、カバー70によって覆われている。
 図2は、血圧測定時の血圧計1の断面概略図である。図2を参照して、血圧測定の際には、ハウジング60の内部に上腕100を差込んで上記肘置きに肘を載置して、測定開始を指示する。上腕100は上記生体圧迫固定装置によって圧迫固定され、血圧が測定される。
 生体圧迫固定装置は、カフに該当する、測定部位を圧迫して血圧を測定するための測定用流体袋である空気袋13と、空気袋13の外側に位置し、径方向に伸縮可能な略円筒形の可撓性部材であるカーラ10と、カーラ10の外側に位置し、膨張することによってカーラ10の外周面を内側に向かって押圧してカーラ10を縮径させ、ハウジングと共にカーラ10を介して空気袋13を生体の測定部位に押付けて固定するための流体袋である空気袋8とを備える。
 図3は、測定部5の内部構造を説明するための断面図である。図3を参照して、測定部5においては、ハウジング60の内側に空気袋8が備えられ、後述する圧迫固定用のエアー系30(図4参照)によって膨張/縮小する。
 空気袋8の内側(測定部位側)には略円筒状に巻き回された板状部材からなるカーラ10が配置され、外力が加えられることによって径方向に弾性変形する。空気袋13はカーラ10の内側に配置され、後述する測定用のエアー系20(図4参照)によって膨張/縮小する。
 図4は、血圧計1の機能構成の具体例を示すブロック図である。
 図4を参照して、血圧計1は空気袋13と空気袋8とを含み、それぞれ、測定用のエアー系20および圧迫固定用のエアー系30に接続されている。エアー系20には、空気袋13の内圧を測定するための圧力センサ23、空気袋13に対する給気/排気を行なうためのポンプ21、および弁22が、エアー系30には、空気袋8の内圧を測定するための圧力センサ33、空気袋8に対する給気/排気を行なうためのポンプ31、および弁32が含まれる。
 空気袋13は、空気袋13の内圧変化を測定するための圧力センサ23、空気袋13に対する空気の注入/排出を行なうためのポンプ21、および弁22に接続される。空気袋8は、空気袋8の内圧変化を測定するための圧力センサ33、空気袋8に対する空気の注入/排出を行なうためのポンプ31、および弁32に接続される。
 圧力センサ23,33、ポンプ21,31、および弁22,32は、それぞれ、発振回路28,38、駆動回路26,36、および駆動回路27,37に接続され、さらに、発振回路28,38、駆動回路26,36、および駆動回路27,37は、いずれも血圧計1全体を制御するためのCPU(Central Processing Unit)40に接続される。
 CPU40には、さらに、表示部4と、操作部3と、CPU40で実行されるプログラムを記憶したりプログラムを実行する際の作業領域となったりするメモリ6と、測定結果等を記憶するメモリ7と、外部装置と接続してデータを出入力するための外部インタフェース(I/F)80が接続される。
 CPU40は、駆動回路26,27に制御信号を出力してポンプ21、弁22を制御するための第1制御部41、駆動回路36,37に制御信号を出力してポンプ31、弁32を制御するための第2制御部42、および圧力センサ23からの圧力信号に基づいて血圧値を算出するための算出部43と、測定結果等を表示部4に表示させる制御を行なうための表示制御部44とを含む。これらは、CPU40が操作部3から入力される操作信号に基づいてメモリ6に記憶されている所定のプログラムを実行することで、CPU40に形成される。
 駆動回路26,36は、CPU40からの制御信号に従って、それぞれ、ポンプ21,31を駆動させる。これによって、空気袋13,8に空気が注入される。
 駆動回路27,37は、CPU40からの制御信号に従って、それぞれ、弁22,32を駆動させる。これによって、弁22,32が開放/閉塞される。また、その開き幅(以下、ギャップと称する)が制御されて、空気袋13,8内の空気の排出量、排出速度が制御される。
 圧力センサ23,33は静電容量形の圧力センサであり、それぞれ、空気袋13,8の内圧変化により容量値が変化する。圧力センサ23,33は、それぞれ発振回路28,38に接続され、発振回路28,38は、圧力センサ23,33の容量値に応じた発振周波数の信号に変換し、CPU40に入力する。
 CPU40の第1制御部41,第2制御部42は駆動回路26,27,駆動回路36,37に制御信号を出力してポンプ21,31、弁22,32を制御する。また、CPU40の算出部43は、圧力センサ23から得られた空気袋13の内圧変化に基づいて血圧値を算出する。CPU40の表示制御部44は、測定結果を表示部4に表示させるための処理を行ない、表示させるためのデータと制御信号とを表示部4に出力する。また、CPU40は、血圧値をメモリ7に記憶させるための処理を行なう。
 <測定動作>
 図5は、第1の実施の形態にかかる血圧計1の血圧測定動作を示すフローチャートである。図5のフローチャートに示される血圧測定動作は、CPU40が空気袋13の減圧過程における内圧変化に基づいて血圧値を算出する場合の動作である。この動作は、操作部3の電源スイッチが押下されたことによってCPU40が操作信号を受信することによって開始され、CPU40がメモリ6に記憶されるプログラムを読出して実行し、図4に示される各部を制御することで実現される。
 図5を参照して、始めに、ステップS11において初期化が実行された後に、使用者選択スイッチおよび測定スイッチの押下を待機する。
 次に、使用者選択スイッチが押下されたことによる操作信号、続いて、測定スイッチが押下されたことによる操作信号をCPU40が受信すると(ステップS13でYES、かつステップS15でYES)、ステップS17でCPU40は、空気袋13を測定部位である使用者の上腕に適切に巻き付けるための動作である巻付動作を開始する。
 ここでの動作の一例として、次のような動作が挙げられる。すなわち、CPU40は空気袋13に所定量の空気を供給することにより予備的に加圧してから、空気袋13の内圧および内圧変化が予め設定されている所定値に達するまで空気袋8を加圧する。以上の動作により、測定用の空気袋13が自動的に使用者の測定部位である上腕に適切に巻き付けられる。
 次に、CPU40はステップS19で測定用の空気袋13の内圧を所定の内圧となるまで加圧するための加圧動作を実行する。その間、CPU40は圧力センサ23から得られる空気袋13の内圧を監視し、予め設定された所定の圧力となっているか否かを判定する。ここでの所定圧力は、血管を圧閉するのに十分高い圧力であればよい。または、選択された使用者の測定結果がメモリ7に記憶されている場合、該使用者の最高血圧値に所定の値を加えて得られる圧力としてもよい。
 そして、空気袋13の内圧が上記所定の圧力に達したと判定されると(ステップS21でYES)、CPU40はステップS23で空気袋13,8の減圧を開始するための減圧動作を実行する。減圧動作は、後述の血圧算出(S25)が完了するまで継続される。
 CPU40はステップS25において、ステップS23での空気袋13の減圧動作中における空気袋13の内圧変化に基づいて血圧値を算出する。この血圧値の算出が完了し、血圧値が決定されると(ステップS27でYES)、CPU40はステップS23の減圧動作を終了し、ステップS29で空気袋13,8の内圧を急速に減圧させ、生体の圧迫を解放する。そして、CPU40はステップS31で表示部4に測定結果として算出された血圧値を表示させるための動作を実行する。
 以上で、一連の動作を終了する。
 <空気袋13の内圧制御>
 (1)フィードバック制御
 上記ステップS23での減圧動作において、CPU40の第1制御部41は、空気袋13の内圧および内圧変化を監視し、それらの値が所定値となるように内圧の変化率を制御するような、フィードバック制御を行なってもよい。
 この場合、CPU40の第1制御部41は、図4に示されるように、ポンプ21や弁22を駆動させるための電圧(以下、駆動電圧E1)を決定するための駆動電圧決定部412を含む。
 駆動電圧決定部412は、空気袋13の内圧および内圧変化を取得して、それらの値が所定値となるような内圧の変化率とする駆動電圧E1を決定する。そして、決定した駆動電圧E1でポンプ21および/または弁22を駆動させるための制御信号を生成し、駆動回路26および/または駆動回路27に該制御信号を出力する。
 (2)フィードフォワード制御
 または、CPU40の第1制御部41は、上記ステップS23での減圧動作において、予め設定された制御信号を出力して空気袋13の内圧および内圧変化を制御するような、フィードフォワード制御を行なってもよい。この、フィードフォワード制御を行なう場合について、詳細に説明する。
 この場合、CPU40の第1制御部41は、図4に示されるように、使用者の測定部位の周長を示す情報である周長情報を取得するための周長情報取得部411と、弁22を駆動させるための駆動電圧E1を決定するための駆動電圧決定部412とを含む。
 周長情報取得部411は、たとえば操作部3を構成するスイッチなどによって測定時にたとえば「太」、「細」などの周長情報が入力されるものとすると、操作部3からの操作信号より周長情報を取得する。または、外部I/F80からの入力により周長情報を取得してもよい。
 または、CPU40において周長情報を取得するための内圧制御が行なわれ、周長情報取得部411はその結果に応じて周長情報を取得してもよい。具体的には、CPU40は上記測定動作において使用者の選択を受け付けた後に、駆動回路26に予め規定されてある所定の電圧でポンプ21を駆動させるための制御信号を出力し、所定の電圧でポンプ21を駆動させて空気袋13が予め規定されている所定の圧力に達するまで空気袋13を加圧させる。CPU40は、所定の圧力に達するまでに要した時間を計時する。周長情報取得部411は、予め、所定の圧力に達するまでに要する時間と周長との対応関係を記憶しておき、該対応関係に基づいて当該使用者の周長情報を取得することができる。
 ここで、ポンプ21を駆動させる駆動電圧が同じ場合、測定部位の周長が大きくなるほど加圧速度は小さくなる。従って、測定部位の周長が大きくなるほど加圧に要する時間は大きくなる。つまり、空気袋13が所定圧力に達するまでの加圧時間は測定部位の周長を表わす指標と言える。そこで、周長情報取得部411は、予め、加圧に要する時間が長いほど周長が大きくなるこれらの対応関係を記憶しておくことで、加圧に要する時間に基づいて周長を取得することができる。なお、加圧時間に替えて、ポンプ21の回転数と空気袋13の圧力とからも、同様にして得られる。
 または、他の例として、空気袋13を測定部位に巻き付けるための機構としての布(不図示)にスライド抵抗が含まれており、周長情報取得部411は、空気袋13を測定部位に巻き付けたときの上記スライド抵抗から得られる抵抗値から周長情報を取得してもよい。
 駆動電圧決定部412は、取得された周長情報に基づいて駆動電圧E1を決定する。以降、駆動電圧決定部412での駆動電圧E1の決定について説明する。
 ここで、駆動電圧E1を一定に保持した場合の空気袋の圧力に対する減圧速度の変化度合いは、図6に示されるように、測定部位の周長によって異なる。具体的には、図6を参照して、測定部位の周長が小さいほど減圧速度の変化度合いが大きく、測定部位の周長が大きいほど減圧速度の変化度合いが小さい。つまり、図6に示される関係より、測定部位の周長は駆動電圧E1を決定するためのパラメータであると言える。
 そこで、駆動電圧決定部412は上述の図6に示された関係を利用して駆動電圧E1を決定する。具体例として、駆動電圧決定部412は以下の式(1)を予め記憶しておき、該式に取得された周長情報を代入することで駆動電圧E1を決定する:
  駆動電圧E1=α×周長情報+β  …式(1)。
 図7は、周長情報と駆動電圧E1との関係式(1)を用いて算出された駆動電圧E1と周長との関係を表わす図である。駆動電圧決定部412は上述の式(1)を用いることで、図7に示されるように、測定部位の周長に比例した大きさの駆動電圧E1を決定する。
 図8は、測定部位の周長が同一であった場合の空気袋13の圧力に対する減圧速度の変化率を表わす図である。図8に示されるように、測定部位の周長が同一であった場合、弁22のギャップ、つまり駆動電圧の大きさによって空気袋13の圧力に対する減圧速度の変化率が異なる。具体的には、図8を参照して、弁22のギャップが大きくなるほど減圧速度の変化率が大きく、ギャップが小さくなるほど減圧速度の変化率が小さい。従って、図8に示される関係より、ギャップの大きさは、空気袋13の、最高血圧の算出から最低血圧の算出までの減圧速度を、所定の速度の範囲内とするような大きさが好ましい。
 より詳しくは、ギャップの大きさは、減圧時の最高血圧と最低血圧との間に検出できる圧脈波振幅信号の数が所定数以上となるような減圧速度となるギャップの大きさが好ましい。より好ましくは、上記「所定数」は5である。なぜなら、本願出願人が先に出願して開示されている特許第3179873号公報にも記載されているように、減圧時の最高血圧と最低血圧との間に5程度の圧脈波振幅信号の数が測定されるように減圧速度が制御されるよう減圧測定のアルゴリズムの性能を考慮して設定されることが妥当であるとされているためである。
 なお、減圧時の最高血圧と最低血圧との間に5以上の圧脈波振幅信号の数が測定されるようなギャップの大きさはたとえば実験等によって得られ、予め駆動電圧決定部412に記憶されているものとする。その値として具体的には、好ましくは5mmHg/sec~20mmHg/sec程度である。従って、上記式(1)の係数α,βは、空気袋13の圧力が血圧値程度の範囲における血圧減圧速度を、5mmHg/sec~20mmHg/sec程度である減圧速度内とするような値とすることができる。このような係数α,βは、予め実験等によって求められ、駆動電圧決定部412に記憶されているものとする。なお、上の例では駆動電圧決定部412が上記式(1)に取得された周長情報を入力して駆動電圧E1を決定するものとしているが、駆動電圧決定部412が式(1)に替えて周長情報と駆動電圧E1との関係を規定するテーブルを記憶しておき、そのテーブルを参照して取得された周長情報に対応する駆動電圧E1を読出してもよい。
 CPU40は、上記ステップS23での減圧動作において、駆動電圧決定部412において周長に対応した駆動電圧E1を決定し、決定した駆動電圧E1を保持して弁22を駆動させるよう制御信号を駆動回路27に制御信号を出力する。
 これにより、減圧時、空気袋13の減圧速度は、空気袋13の圧力変化に伴って図9Aに示されるように変化する。
 また、減圧時、空気袋13の圧力における弁22からの排出量は、空気袋13の圧力変化に伴って図9Bに示されるように変化する。
 つまり、図9A、図9Bに示された関係より、駆動電圧E1が一定となるように制御すること、すなわち弁22のギャップを一定とするよう制御することは、弁22からの排出量と空気袋13の減圧速度とを比例関係となるように駆動電圧E1を制御することである、と言える。
 CPU40がこのようなフィードフォワード制御を実行することで、空気袋13から出る空気の流量と減圧速度とを比例関係に近づけることができる。それにより、血管の容積変化の検出精度を一定に近づけることができ、測定精度を向上させることができる。つまり、図9Cに示されるように、空気袋13の圧力変化に関わらず、一定の容積変化に対する圧脈波振幅を測定部位の周長に応じた値で一定とすることができる。
 <空気袋8の内圧制御>
 上記ステップS23での減圧動作において、CPU40は、空気袋8の内圧を空気袋13の内圧から所定割合となるように制御する。
 図10および図11は、空気袋8の内圧と空気袋13の内圧との変化の関係を示す図であって、図中の実線が空気袋13の内圧を示し、点線が空気袋8の内圧を示している。
 図10に示されるように、空気袋8の内圧と空気袋13の内圧との比率が測定時(ここでは減圧時)に変化してしまうと、空気袋8と空気袋13との間に位置するカーラ10の形状が安定せず、変形をする場合がある。たとえば、図10のように空気袋8の内圧が空気袋13の内圧よりも小さくなると、空気袋8によるカーラ10および空気袋13への圧迫強度が空気袋13の内圧よりも小さくなる。これにより、空気袋13の内圧によってカーラ10が外側に押し出されることになり、その変形による振動が空気袋13の内圧変化に重畳して検出されることにつながる。これは擬似脈波とも言われ、脈波測定の精度を悪化させる原因となる。また、これにより、空気袋8による空気袋13への圧迫強度が小さくなるため、空気袋13の測定部位への巻き付け状態が不安定となる。その結果、測定される脈波の精度が悪化することになる。
 そこで、CPU40は、図11に示されるように、測定時(ここでは減圧時)に、空気袋8の内圧を空気袋13の内圧よりも所定割合以上大きい状態を維持して変化させる。このようにすることで、その間に位置するカーラ10が安定する。
 (1)フィードバック制御
 上記ステップS23での減圧動作において、CPU40の第2制御部42は、空気袋13の内圧および空気袋8の内圧を監視し、空気袋8の内圧が空気袋13の内圧の所定割合が所定値となるようにフィードバック制御を行なってもよい。
 この場合、CPU40の第2制御部42は、図4に示されるように、ポンプ31や弁32を駆動させるための電圧(以下、駆動電圧E2)を決定するための駆動電圧決定部422を含む。
 駆動電圧決定部422は、所定のタイミングで空気袋13の内圧と空気袋8の内圧とを取得し、空気袋8の内圧が空気袋13の内圧の予め規定されている所定割合となるような駆動電圧E2を決定する。そして、決定した駆動電圧E2で弁32を駆動させるための制御信号を生成し、駆動回路37に該制御信号を出力する。なお、上記所定割合は予め実験等によって決定された値であって、予め第2制御部42に記憶されているものとする。
 このとき、空気袋13の内圧は、第1制御部41によって上述のフィードバック制御がなされていても、フィードフォワード制御がなされていてもよい。
 この制御により、減圧時、空気袋8を、その内圧が空気袋13の内圧の所定割合となるように変化させることができる。その結果、空気袋13と空気袋8との間に位置するカーラ10の測定時(減圧時)における変形を防止することができ、測定精度を向上させることができる。
 (2)フィードフォワード制御
 または、CPU40の第2制御部42は、上記ステップS23で第1制御部41が上述のフィードフォワード制御を行なっている場合、第1制御部41の出力する予め設定された制御信号に応じた制御信号を出力して空気袋8の内圧を制御するような、フィードフォワード制御を行なってもよい。
 この場合、CPU40の第2制御部42は、図4に示されるように、ポンプ31や弁32を駆動させるための駆動電圧E2を決定するための駆動電圧決定部422を含む。
 駆動電圧決定部422は、第1制御部41から出力される制御信号を取得することで上記決定された駆動電圧E1を取得する。そして、空気袋8の内圧がその制御下での空気袋13の内圧の所定割合となるような駆動電圧E2を算出し、駆動回路36,37へ出力する。なお、上記所定割合は予め実験等によって決定された値であって、予め第2制御部42に記憶されているものとする。
 これにより、減圧時、フィードフォワード制御されることによって空気袋13から出る空気の流量と減圧速度とが比例関係に近づくように空気袋13の内圧が変化している下において、空気袋8を、その内圧が空気袋13の内圧の所定割合となるように変化させることができる。その結果、空気袋13と空気袋8との間に位置するカーラ10の測定時(減圧時)における変形を防止することができ、測定精度を向上させることができる。
 (3)フィードフォワード制御における空気袋13と空気袋8との内圧の割合
 上の例では、減圧時における空気袋13と空気袋8との内圧の割合を予め実験等で決定された所定割合であるものとし、予め第2制御部42に記憶されているものとしている。
 しかしながら、駆動電圧決定部422が所定の入力値に応じて算出するものであってもよいし、予め入力値と上記所定割合との対応関係を記憶しておいて入力値に応じて所定割合を特定してもよい。入力値としては、測定部位の周長、当該使用者の血圧値、カフのサイズ、および空気袋13の最高加圧値が挙げられる。入力値のそれぞれの例について以下に説明する。
 (測定部位の周長に応じた割合とする場合)
 この場合、第2制御部42は、図4に示されるように、使用者の測定部位の周長を示す情報である周長情報を取得するための取得部421を含む。
 取得部421は上述の周長情報取得部411と同様にして測定部位の周長を取得する。すなわち、たとえば操作部3を構成するスイッチなどによって測定時にたとえば「太」、「細」などの周長情報が入力されるものとすると、操作部3からの操作信号より周長情報を取得する。または、外部I/F80からの入力により周長情報を取得してもよい。
 または、CPU40において周長情報を取得するための内圧制御が行なわれ、取得部421はその結果に応じて周長情報を取得してもよい。周長情報を取得するための内圧制御
は、周長情報取得部411で周長情報を取得するための制御と同様である。
 駆動電圧決定部422は、予め、周長と空気袋13の内圧に対する空気袋8の内圧の割合との対応関係または関係式を記憶している。図12は、周長の具体例としての腕周と、空気袋13と空気袋8との内圧の割合を表わす所定割合との関係の具体例を示す図である。具体的には、図12に示されるように、駆動電圧決定部422は、測定部位の周長が大きくなるほど空気袋13の内圧に対する空気袋8の内圧の割合が高くなるような対応関係または関係式を記憶している。
 駆動電圧決定部422は、記憶している対応関係を参照して、取得部421で取得された使用者の測定部位の周長に対応した割合を特定し、空気袋8の内圧を空気袋13の内圧に対して該割合となるような駆動電圧E2を決定する。または該関係式に取得された使用者の測定部位の周長を代入することで駆動電圧E2を算出する。そして、制御信号を生成して出力する。
 これにより、空気袋8の内圧が、空気袋13の内圧に対して使用者の測定部位の周長に応じた割合になるように制御される。
 (使用者の血圧値に応じた割合とする場合)
 この場合、第2制御部42は、図4に示されるように使用者の血圧値を取得するための取得部421を含む。
 この例のように、減圧過程で血圧値を算出する測定動作が行なわれる場合、取得部421は、空気袋13の加圧過程での血圧値の推定値を使用者の血圧値として取得することができる。すなわち、この場合、算出部43は空気袋13の加圧過程における内圧変化に基づいて使用者の血圧値を算出し、それを推定値として第2制御部42に入力する。
 または、メモリ7に当該使用者の測定結果として血圧値が記憶されている場合、取得部421は当該使用者の血圧値をメモリ7の所定領域から読み出すことで取得してもよい。なお、この場合、最新の血圧値を読み出してもよいし、所定範囲の血圧値の平均値を用いてもよい。
 なお、ここでの血圧値は最高血圧値であってもよいし、最低血圧値であってもよいし、これらの平均値である平均血圧値であってもよい。以降の例では最高血圧値を用いるものとする。
 駆動電圧決定部422は、予め、血圧値と空気袋13の内圧に対する空気袋8の内圧の割合との対応関係または関係式を記憶している。具体的には、駆動電圧決定部422は、使用者の最高血圧値が高くなるほど空気袋13の内圧に対する空気袋8の内圧の割合が低くなるような対応関係または関係式を記憶している。
 駆動電圧決定部422は、記憶している対応関係を参照して、取得部421で取得された使用者の血圧値に対応した割合を特定し、空気袋8の内圧を空気袋13の内圧に対して該割合となるような駆動電圧E2を決定する。または該関係式に取得された使用者の血圧値を代入することで駆動電圧E2を算出する。そして、制御信号を生成して出力する。
 これにより、空気袋8の内圧が、空気袋13の内圧に対して使用者の血圧値に応じた割合になるように制御される。
 (カフのサイズに応じた割合とする場合)
 カフのサイズが可変である場合、カフのサイズに応じた割合とするため、第2制御部42は、図4に示されるように、カフのサイズを示す情報であるサイズ情報を取得するための取得部421を含む。
 ここで、カフのサイズとは、空気袋13,8の容積のサイズに対応し、カフのサイズが大きい場合には空気袋13,8の容積が大きく、カフのサイズが小さい場合には空気袋13,8の容積が小さい。カフのサイズが可変の場合とは、たとえば、ハウジング60の内周部に収納された生体圧迫固定装置、またはハウジング60自体が本体2に対して取替え可能であり、カフのサイズに応じた生体圧迫固定装置やそれを含むハウジング60が本体2に対して接続されて用いられる場合が該当する。
 たとえば操作部3を構成するスイッチなどによって測定時にたとえば「大」、「中」、「小」などのカフのサイズが入力されるものとすると、取得部421は操作部3からの操作信号よりカフのサイズを取得する。または、外部I/F80からの入力によりカフのサイズを取得してもよい。または、生体圧迫固定装置またはハウジング60と本体2との接続部分に接続されている生体圧迫固定装置またはハウジング60の種類を検知するセンサ等が設けられている場合、取得部421は該センサからの出力信号に基づいてカフの大きさを判定してもよい。
 駆動電圧決定部422は、予め、カフのサイズと空気袋13の内圧に対する空気袋8の内圧の割合との対応関係または関係式を記憶している。具体的には、駆動電圧決定部422は、カフのサイズが大きくなるほど空気袋13の内圧に対する空気袋8の内圧の割合が高くなるような対応関係または関係式を記憶している。
 駆動電圧決定部422は、記憶している対応関係を参照して、取得部421で取得されたカフのサイズに対応した割合を特定し、空気袋8の内圧を空気袋13の内圧に対して該割合となるような駆動電圧E2を決定する。または該関係式に取得されたカフのサイズを代入することで駆動電圧E2を算出する。そして、制御信号を生成して出力する。
 これにより、空気袋8の内圧が、空気袋13の内圧に対してカフのサイズに応じた割合になるように制御される。
 (空気袋13の最高加圧値に応じた割合とする場合)
 この場合、第2制御部42は、図4に示されるように、空気袋13の最高加圧値を取得するための取得部421を含む。ここでの空気袋13の最高加圧値とは、加圧過程における空気袋13の内圧の最高値を指し、取得部421は、加圧過程において圧力センサ23で検出される空気袋13の内圧を監視することによって空気袋13の最高加圧値を取得する。
 または、取得部421は、使用者の血圧値から最高加圧値を算出してもよい。この場合、上述のように取得部421は使用者の血圧値を取得する。
 駆動電圧決定部422は、予め、空気袋13の最高加圧値と空気袋13の内圧に対する空気袋8の内圧の割合との対応関係または関係式を記憶している。具体的には、駆動電圧決定部422は、空気袋13の最高加圧値が大きくなるほど空気袋13の内圧に対する空気袋8の内圧の割合が低くなるような対応関係または関係式を記憶している。
 駆動電圧決定部422は、記憶している対応関係を参照して、取得部421で取得された空気袋13の最高加圧値に対応した割合を特定し、空気袋8の内圧を空気袋13の内圧に対して該割合となるような駆動電圧E2を決定する。または該関係式に取得された最高加圧値を代入することで駆動電圧E2を算出する。そして、制御信号を生成して出力する。
 これにより、空気袋8の内圧が、空気袋13の内圧に対して空気袋13の最高加圧値に応じた割合になるように制御される。
 (以上の組み合わせを用いる場合)
 上の例は、駆動電圧決定部422が、入力値として、測定部位の周長、当該使用者の血圧値、カフのサイズ、および空気袋13の最高加圧値のうちのいずれか1つを用いて空気袋8の内圧を空気袋13の内圧に対する割合を特定する例を挙げている。しかしながら、上の例のうちのいずれか1つに限定されず、そのうちの2以上の組み合わせを用いて上記所定割合を特定してもよい。
 たとえば、駆動電圧決定部422は、入力値として、使用者の周長および血圧値に応じた割合を特定してもよい。この場合、取得部421は、使用者の周長および血圧値を取得する。
 駆動電圧決定部422は、予め、使用者の周長および血圧値と空気袋13の内圧に対する空気袋8の内圧の割合との対応関係または関係式を予め記憶している。図14は、周長の具体例としての腕周と、血圧値の具体例としての最高血圧値と、空気袋13と空気袋8との内圧の割合を表わす所定割合との関係の具体例を示す図である。また、関係式としては、たとえば、Ratio=α×腕周+β×SBP(α、βは係数、SBPは最高血圧値)のような関係式が挙げられる。具体的には、この場合、図14に示されるように、駆動電圧決定部422は、測定部位の周長が大きくなるほど空気袋13の内圧に対する空気袋8の内圧の割合が高くなり、最高血圧値が高くなるほど空気袋13の内圧に対する空気袋8の内圧の割合が低くなるような対応関係または関係式を記憶している。
 駆動電圧決定部422は、記憶している対応関係を参照して、取得部421で取得された使用者の周長および血圧値に対応した割合を特定し、空気袋8の内圧を空気袋13の内圧に対して該割合となるような駆動電圧E2を決定する。または該関係式に取得された使用者の周長および血圧値を代入することで駆動電圧E2を算出する。そして、制御信号を生成して出力する。
 これにより、空気袋8の内圧が、空気袋13の内圧に対して使用者の周長および血圧値に応じた割合になるように制御される。
 このように第2制御部42がフィードフォワード制御における空気袋13と空気袋8との内圧の割合を決定することで、使用者や測定時の状況に応じて空気袋8の内圧を空気袋13の内圧に対して最適な割合とすることができる。これにより、空気袋8による空気袋13の圧迫強度を最適として測定時(減圧時)に維持することができ、測定精度を向上させることができる。
 (4)フィードフォワード制御における空気袋13と空気袋8との内圧の割合の制御
 上の例では、第2制御部42が、減圧時における空気袋13と空気袋8との内圧の割合を、たとえば減圧開始などの所定のタイミングに決定し、そのタイミングで決定された割合を以降維持するような制御信号を出力するものとしている。
 しかしながら、第2制御部42は、所定のタイミングで、決定した上記割合を変化させてもよい。この所定のタイミングとしては、測定される空気袋13の内圧(または内圧から得られる脈波振幅)、空気袋8による圧迫強度、および減圧開始時点からの経過時間が挙げられる。
 この場合、第2制御部42は、図4に示されるように、空気袋13の内圧(または内圧から得られる脈波振幅)、空気袋8による圧迫強度、または減圧開始時点からの経過時間を取得するための取得部421を含む。
 駆動電圧決定部422は、予め、空気袋13の内圧(または内圧から得られる脈波振幅)、空気袋8による圧迫強度、または減圧開始時点からの経過時間ごとに上記所定割合を記憶しておく。そして、取得された空気袋13の内圧(または内圧から得られる脈波振幅)、空気袋8による圧迫強度、または減圧開始時点からの経過時間が記憶されている変化させるタイミングに達しているか否かを所定の間隔で判定する。変化させるタイミングに達したと判定された場合に、駆動電圧決定部422はそのタイミングに応じた割合を読み出し、空気袋8の内圧を空気袋13の内圧に対して該割合となるような駆動電圧E2を決定して、制御信号を生成して出力する。
 または、第2制御部42は、所定のタイミングとして、空気袋13の内圧が所定圧力P1とP2との圧力区間における空気袋13の内圧の変化率が所定の変化率に達したときに上記所定割合を変化させてもよい。たとえば、上記圧力区間としては、空気袋13の最高加圧値と(最高加圧値-50mmHg)との圧力区間が挙げられる。
 さらに、空気袋13の内圧と空気袋8の内圧との割合を決定する場合と同様に、測定される空気袋13の内圧、空気袋8による圧迫強度、および減圧開始時点からの経過時間のうちの2つ以上の条件を組み合わせたタイミングに応じて上記所定割合を変化させてもよい。たとえば、駆動電圧決定部422は、予め空気袋13の内圧および空気袋8による圧迫強度と所定割合との関係を記憶しておき、空気袋13の内圧および空気袋8による圧迫強度と所定割合との組み合わせに応じて特定される割合に、その条件に達したタイミングで変化させてもよい。
 これにより、測定の進行に応じて空気袋13と空気袋8との内圧の関係を適切に維持することが可能になるため、測定精度を向上させることができる。
 [第2の実施の形態]
 第1の実施の形態にかかる血圧計1においては、空気袋13をカーラ10を介して測定部位に圧迫するための部材として空気袋8が採用されている。
 しかしながら、空気袋13を測定部位に圧迫するための構成はカーラ10を介した空気袋に限定されず、その他の圧迫機構あってよい。他の例として、図15に、第2の実施の形態にかかる血圧計1’の概要を示す。
 図15を参照して、第2の実施の形態にかかる血圧計1’では、血圧計1の空気袋8およびカーラ10に替えて空気袋13を測定部位に押付けるためのワイヤ81と、ポンプ31および弁32に替えてワイヤ81を巻取る機構であるワイヤ巻取装置82とを備える。空気袋13の一方の端部がカフに固定され、もう一方の端部が上記ワイヤに接続されている。また、空気袋13の両方の端部を上記ワイヤに接続する構成としてもよい。
 そして、駆動回路36,37に相当する、図示されない駆動回路がCPU40に接続され、CPU40からの制御信号に従ってワイヤ巻取装置82を駆動させる。図16は、ワイヤ巻取装置82を駆動させるためにワイヤ巻取装置82の駆動回路に印加する電圧(駆動電圧E3とする)の変化と、ワイヤ81が測定部位に対して圧迫する空気袋13の内圧の変化との対応を表わした図であって、上方の図が駆動電圧E3の変化、下方の図が空気袋13の内圧の変化を示している。図16に示されるように、ここでは、駆動電圧E3の変化と空気袋13の内圧変化とは概ね対応したものとなっている。このように、駆動電圧E3を制御することでワイヤ81の空気袋13への圧迫強度が制御される。
 その他の血圧計1’の構成は、血圧計1の構成と概ね同様とする。すなわち、CPU40は第1制御部41を含み、第1制御部41によって、減圧時に空気袋13の内圧がフィードバック制御またはフィードフォワード制御される。
 また、CPU40は第2制御部42を含み、第2制御部42によって、減圧時に空気袋8の内圧がフィードバック制御されてもよいし、空気袋13の内圧がフィードフォワード制御される場合にはフィードフォワード制御されてもよい。
 それぞれの制御の具体的な内容は血圧計1と概ね同様である。ただし、血圧計1’では、第2制御部42はポンプ31および弁32の制御に替えてワイヤ巻取装置82を制御する。そのため、第2制御部42の駆動電圧決定部422は駆動電圧E3を上述の駆動電圧E2と同様にして決定して、制御信号を出力する。
 このように、空気袋13を測定部位に圧迫するための部材が空気袋8およびカーラ10を介した構成以外のものであっても、第2制御部42がその圧迫強度を調整する機構に対して第1の実施の形態で説明された方法と同様に制御信号を出力することによって、空気袋13と圧迫部材との間に位置するカーラ10の測定時(減圧時)における変形を防止することができ、測定精度を向上させることができる。
 なお、以上の例では、CPU40が空気袋13の減圧過程における内圧変化に基づいて血圧値を算出するものとしている。しかしながら、他の例として、CPU40が空気袋13の加圧過程における内圧変化に基づいて血圧値を算出するようにしてもよい。この場合、上述の内圧制御の説明における「減圧時」を「加圧時」とすることで、測定時の内圧制御を同様にすることができる。そして、上の説明と同様に、測定時(加圧時)における空気袋13と圧迫部材との間に位置するカーラ10の変形を防止することができ、測定精度を向上させることができる。
 今回開示された実施の形態はすべての点で例示であって制限的なものではないと考えられるべきである。本発明の範囲は上記した説明ではなくて請求の範囲によって示され、請求の範囲と均等の意味および範囲内でのすべての変更が含まれることが意図される。

Claims (12)

  1.  第1の流体袋と、
     前記第1の流体袋に流体を可変な流速で注入/排出するための第1の調整装置と、
     前記第1の流体袋の内圧を検出するためのセンサと、
     前記第1の流体袋を被験者の測定部位に可変な巻き付け強度で巻き付けるための巻き付け装置と、
     前記巻き付け装置の巻き付け強度を調整するための第2の調整装置と、
     制御装置とを備え、
     前記制御装置は、
     前記第1の流体袋の内圧および/または流体量の変化率が所定の変化率となるように前記第1の調整装置に対して第1の制御信号を出力する第1の制御処理と、
     前記巻き付け強度が前記第1の制御処理下における前記第1の流体袋の内圧および/または流体量の変化率と所定比率となるように第2の制御信号を前記第2の調整装置に対して出力する第2の制御処理と、
     前記第1の制御処理下に検出される前記第1の流体袋の内圧変化に基づいて前記被験者の血圧値を算出する算出処理とを実行する、電子血圧計。
  2.  前記第1の制御信号は、前記第1の流体袋の内圧の変化率と前記第1の流体袋内の流体量の変化率とが比例関係になるように予め設定されており、
     前記第2の制御信号は、前記所定比率となるよう前記第1の制御信号に応じて予め設定されており、
     前記制御装置は、前記第1の制御処理および前記第2の制御処理を、フィードフォワード制御する、請求項1に記載の電子血圧計。
  3.  前記巻き付け装置は前記第1の流体袋よりも装着時に測定部位よりも遠い側に位置する第2の流体袋を含み、
     前記第2の調整装置は、前記第2の流体袋に流体を可変な流速で注入するためのポンプおよび/または排出するための弁を含み、
     前記第2の制御処理は、前記ポンプおよび/または前記弁の駆動電圧を決定する処理を含む、請求項1に記載の電子血圧計。
  4.  前記制御装置は、測定部位の周囲長、すでに測定された前記被験者の血圧値、加圧時に推定された前記被験者の血圧値、前記第1の流体袋の大きさ、および前記第1の流体袋内の圧力の最大値のうちの少なくとも1つに応じて前記所定比率を予め設定された比率に決定する、または、予め設定された補正式により変化させる、請求項1に記載の電子血圧計。
  5.  前記制御装置は、前記第1の流体袋の加圧時の内圧の変化率に基づいて前記測定部位の周囲長および/または前記第1の流体袋の大きさを決定する、請求項4に記載の電子血圧計。
  6.  前記制御装置は、以前の測定結果を取得することによって前記被験者の血圧値を決定する、請求項4に記載の電子血圧計。
  7.  前記制御装置は前記算出処理において、前記第1の流体袋の前記第1の制御処理下での減圧時の前記第1の流体袋の内圧変化に基づいて前記血圧値を算出し、
     前記制御装置は、前記第1の流体袋の加圧時の前記第1の流体袋の内圧変化に基づいて算出される血圧値を前記所定比率を決定するために用いる前記被験者の血圧値とする、請求項4に記載の電子血圧計。
  8.  前記測定部位の周囲長、前記すでに測定された前記被験者の血圧値、前記第1の流体袋の大きさ、および前記第1の流体袋内の圧力の最大値のうちの前記少なくとも1つの入力を受け付けるための入力装置をさらに備える、請求項4に記載の電子血圧計。
  9.  前記測定部位の周囲長、前記すでに測定された前記被験者の血圧値、前記第1の流体袋の大きさ、および前記第1の流体袋内の圧力の最大値のうちの前記少なくとも1つを、他の装置から読み出すための読出装置をさらに備える、請求項4に記載の電子血圧計。
  10.  前記制御装置は、前記第1の流体袋の内圧が所定のレベルとなる時点、前記巻き付け強度が所定のレベルとなる時点、および測定処理の所定時点から所定の時間が経過した時点のうちの少なくとも1つにおいて、前記所定比率を予め設定された比率に変化させる、または、予め設定された補正式により変化させる、請求項1に記載の電子血圧計。
  11.  前記制御装置は、前記第1の流体袋の内圧から検出される脈波振幅の大きさに応じて前記所定比率を予め設定された比率に変化させる、または、予め設定された補正式により変化させる、請求項1に記載の電子血圧計。
  12.  電子血圧計の制御方法であって、
     前記電子血圧計は、第1の流体袋と、前記第1の流体袋に流体を可変な流速で注入/排出するための第1の調整装置と、前記第1の流体袋の内圧を検出するためのセンサと、前記第1の流体袋を被験者の測定部位に可変な巻き付け強度で巻き付けるための巻き付け装置とを含み、
     前記第1の流体袋の内圧および/または流体量の変化率が所定の変化率となるように前記第1の調整装置を制御するステップと、
     前記巻き付け強度が前記第1の調整装置を制御するステップの制御下における前記第1の流体袋の内圧および/または流体量の変化率と所定比率となるように前記第2の調整装置を制御するステップと、
     前記第1の調整装置を制御するステップの制御下に検出される前記第1の流体袋の内圧変化に基づいて前記被験者の血圧値を算出するステップとを備える、制御方法。
