Claims (6)
- 生体の一部に巻き付けられる圧迫帯と、
前記圧迫帯の内圧を変化させる圧力調整部と、
前記圧迫帯の内圧が変化している期間における、当該内圧及び前記圧迫帯の容量のそれぞれの変化を示す時系列データ、を取得するデータ取得部と、
前記生体の血管壁にかかる圧力を示す第1指標と、前記血管壁の内側における容量を示す第2指標と、の対応関係を示すトーヌス情報を、前記時系列データに基づいて算出するトーヌス情報算出部と、
を備え、
前記トーヌス情報算出部は、
心臓の拍動に応じて変動する、前記圧迫帯の容量の変動幅を、前記第2指標の変動幅として算出し、当該変動幅を用いて前記トーヌス情報を算出するものであり、
前記トーヌス情報算出部は、
前記内圧と前記容量との関係を表すグラフにおいて、脈動の各ピークとなるタイミングで取得された前記時系列データを通る包絡線の式、である第1式と、
前記内圧と前記容量との関係を表すグラフにおいて、脈動の各ボトムとなるタイミングで取得された前記時系列データを通る包絡線の式、である第2式と、を作成し、
前記第1式で得られる値から前記第2式で得られる値を差し引くことにより、それぞれの前記内圧に対応した前記変動幅を算出することを特徴とする生体情報測定装置。 - 前記トーヌス情報算出部により算出される前記トーヌス情報には、
複数の前記第1指標の値、のそれぞれに対応した前記第2指標の値が含まれることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の生体情報測定装置。 - 前記トーヌス情報算出部は、
前記圧迫帯の内圧の変化に対応する、前記第2指標の変化の傾き、であるコンプライアンス値を、前記圧迫帯の内圧について所定値まで積分することで、当該所定値に対応した前記第2指標の値を算出することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の生体情報測定装置。 - 心臓が拡張し血圧が極小となっている際においても前記血管壁の内側を閉口させないような前記圧迫帯の内圧、の最大値を第1圧力とし、
心臓が収縮し血圧が極大となっている際において前記血管壁の内側を閉口させるような前記圧迫帯の内圧、の最小値を第2圧力としたときに、
前記トーヌス情報算出部は、
前記第1圧力及び前記第2圧力のそれぞれを予め算出した上で、
前記圧迫帯の内圧が、前記第1圧力よりも小さくなるような範囲においては、前記第2指標の変動幅を、前記第2圧力から前記第1圧力を差し引いた値で除することにより、前記コンプライアンス値を算出し、
前記圧迫帯の内圧が、前記第1圧力よりも大きく且つ前記第2圧力よりも小さくなるような範囲においては、前記第2指標の変動幅を、前記第2圧力の値で除することにより、前記コンプライアンス値を算出することを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の生体情報測定装置。 - 前記トーヌス情報算出部は、
前記圧迫帯の内圧と、前記圧迫帯の容量の変動幅と、の対応関係に基づいて、前記第1圧力及び前記第2圧力のそれぞれを算出することを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の生体情報測定装置。 - 前記トーヌス情報を出力する出力部、を更に備えることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項に記載の生体情報測定装置。
