将操纵杆 1的操纵端从其下面的解除制动的位置往上拉, 在第二锁定 机构棘爪 1. 2与第二锁定机构齿轮 3. 1的作用下, 驱动滑轮 3将制动操纵拉 索连接口 3. 2, 驱动制动操纵拉索 6的拉索接头, 远离制动操纵拉索 6的外套 固定点, 给车辆的制动机构实施制动作用, 当操纵杆向上还没拉到位就拉 不动了这时车辆就己制动好了,在第一锁定机构棘爪 1. 1与第一锁定机构齿 扇 2. 1的作用下, 并已实施了驻车制动了, 手就可松开了。 如在车辆的制动 机构间隙比较大的情况下, 将操纵杆 1的操纵端向上拉到了位以后感觉还没 有把车辆制动好的情况下, 将操纵杆 1顶端的按钮压下, 这时第一锁定机构 已被打开, 可以又将操纵杆 1的操纵端向下推, 这时如没有多少制动作用力 的情况下, 软锁定机构棘爪 2. 2就不会让滑轮 3, 与操纵杆 1一起向解除制动 的方向回位,如这时本装置给车辆制动机构有一定的制动作用力的情况下, 软锁定机构棘爪 2. 2在根据软锁定机构棘爪限力退缩弹簧 2. 3有多大的弹 力, 及本装置给车辆制动机构的制动作用力的大小, 再确定是否让滑轮 3 回位, 当滑轮 3回位有一定距离后, 致使本装置给车辆制动机构的制动作用 力小到一定的限度之下时,软锁定机构棘爪限力退缩弹簧 2. 3通过软锁定机 构棘爪 2. 2就不再让, 滑轮 3及第二锁定机构齿轮 3. 1回位了, 这时操纵杆 1 还在带动第二锁定机构棘爪 1. 2继续回位, 这时第二锁定机构棘爪 1. 2与第 二锁定机构齿轮 3. 1, 只能再向增加本装置下次给车辆制动机构实施制动 的作用行程的方向跳过己个齿再互相配合, 当将操纵杆 1回位到致使第二锁 定机构控制杠杆 1. 3与解除制动第一挡板 2. 4, 软锁定机构控制杆 5与解除 制动第二挡板 4快要相接触时(这时是回位的距离最大值, 也是此次回位增 加作用行程的最大值), 又将操纵杆 1的操纵端向上拉, 致使本装置又给车 辆制动机构实施制动, 这时在第二锁定机构棘爪 1. 2与第二锁定机构齿轮 3. 1的作用下, 致使滑轮 3之上的制动操纵拉索连接口 3. 2, 驱动制动操纵 拉索 6的拉索接头远离制动操纵拉索 6的外套固定点, 给车辆制动机构实施 制动, 当操纵杆 1的操纵端向上拉不动之后, 在第一锁定机构棘爪 1. 1与第 一锁定机构齿扇 2. 1的作用下, 已实施了驻车制动了, 手就可松开了。 如第 二次拉到位后, 还感觉没有把车辆制动好, 还可重复操作第三次第四次可 直至把车辆制动好为止(在没有完全解除制动的状态之下将操纵杆 1的操纵 端又向上每拉一次, 滑轮 3又要多旋转一定的角度, 以增大实施制动的作 用行程) 。
( 2 ) 、 解除制动: 先将操纵杆的操纵端向上拉起少许, 再压下操纵 杆顶端的铵钮, 然后将操纵杆的操纵端往下推, 将操纵杆的操纵端开始向 下推一段距离, 这时软锁定机构棘爪 2. 2无法阻碍第二锁定机构齿轮 3. 1及 滑轮 3, 向解除制动的方向移动, 当本装置给车辆制动机构的制动作用施加 到第二锁定机构齿轮 3. 1之上的力的大小与软锁定机构棘爪限力退缩弹簧 2. 3的大小相等时,滑轮 3就不再继续随操纵杆向解除制动的方向移动了,这 个状态本装置给车辆制动机构的制动作用力的大小, 由调节软锁定机构棘 爪限力退缩弹簧 2. 3的弹力的大小来确定, 软锁定机构棘爪限力退缩弹簧 2. 3的弹力增大, 这个状态本装置给车辆制动机构的制动作用力也大(在将 操纵杆 1的操纵端向下推的过程中这个状态的制动作用力越大该装置增加 下次给车辆制动机构的制动作用行程也增加的越大), 反之就小, 要将制动 完全解除时就要将操纵杆的操纵端向下推至,解除制动第一挡板 2. 4迫使第 二锁定机构控制杠杆 1. 3, 解除制动第二挡板 4迫使软锁定机构控制杠杆 5, 致使第二锁定机构及软锁定机构都打开, 让滑轮 3, 在车辆制动机构的回 位作用力通过制动操纵拉索连接口 3. 2的作用, 回到完全解除制动的位置。
2、 本发明第二种实施方式的工作过程是这样的:
( 1 ) 、 实施制动:
将操纵杆 1的操纵端从其下面解除制动的位置往上拉, 这时在第二锁 定机构棘爪 1. 2与第二锁定机构齿轮 3. 1的作用下, 驱动滑轮 3及制动操纵 拉索连接口 3. 2, 带动操纵拉索 6的拉索接头, 远离制动操纵拉索 6的外套固 定点, 给车辆的制动机构实施制动作用, 当操纵杆向上还没拉到位就拉不 动了这时车辆就制动好了, 在第一锁定机构棘爪 1. 1与第一锁定机构齿扇 2. 1的作用下并已实施了驻车制动了, 手就可松开了。 如车辆的制动机构间 隙比较大的情况下, 将操纵杆 1的操纵端向上拉到了位以后感觉还没有把车 辆制动好的情况下, 将操纵杆 1顶端的按钮压下, 这时第一锁定机构已被打 开, 可以又将操纵杆 1的操纵端向下推, 这时第二锁定机构是保持锁定状 态, 软制动装置又是保持制动状态, 当将操纵杆 1的操纵端向下推至致使本 装置给车辆的制动机构还有比较小的制动作用力时 (这个比较小的制动作 用力是由软制动力调整弹簧 2. 6的弹力增大而增大, 减小而减而小), 软制 动杠杆 2. 5就不会再让滑轮 3及第二锁定机构齿轮 3. 1, 再随操纵杆 1向解除 制动的方向回位了, 这时第二锁定机构棘爪 1. 2与第二锁定机构齿轮 3. 1, 只能向增加本装置下次给车辆实施制动的作用行程的方向跳过己个齿再互 相配合, 当将操纵杆 1回位到致使第二锁定机构控制杠杆 1. 3与软制动杠杆 2. 5快要相接触时 (这时是回位的距离最大值, 也是此次回位所增加作用行 程的最大值), 又将操纵杆 1的操纵端向上拉, 致使本装置又给车辆制动机 构实施制动,这时第二锁定机构棘爪 1. 2在回位弹簧的驱动下与第二锁定机 构齿轮 3. 1的作用, 致使滑轮 3之上的制动操纵拉索连接口 3. 2, 远离制动 操纵拉索 6的外套固定点, 给车辆制动机构实施制动, 当操纵杆 1的操纵端 向上拉不动之后, 在第一锁定机构棘爪 1. 1与第一锁定机构齿扇 2. 1的作用 下, 并已实施了驻车制动了, 手就可松开了。 如第二次拉到位后, 还感觉 没有把车辆制动好, 还可重复操作第三次或第四次可直至把车辆制动好为 止。
( 2 ) 、 解除制动:
将操纵杆的操纵端向上拉起少许, 再压下操纵杆顶端的铵钮, 然后将 操纵杆的操纵端往下推,直至推到第二锁定机构控制杠杆 1. 3与软制动杠杆 2. 5差不多要接触时, 这样制动己基本被解除了, 但为了增加车辆的制动机 构各连接处的间隙让车辆行驶自如, 然后将操纵杆再往下推一点, 致使第 二锁定机构控制杠杆 1. 3与软制动杠杆 2. 5的相互作用力与反作用力, 并在 软制动杠杆限位机构 2. 7 ; 和棘爪限位机构 2. 8的限制下, 致使第二锁定机 构保持在打开状态的边缘, 软制动装置保持在非制动状态的边缘, 让滑轮 3 以及制动操纵拉索连接口 3. 2, 回到完全解除制动状态的位置, 让车辆行驶 自如。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1. 车辆的一种驻车制动装置, 它包括操纵杆 (1), 固定支架 (2); 由设置在操纵杆 (1) 之上的第一锁定机构棘爪 (1.1), 与设置在固定支架
(2) 之上的第一锁定机构齿扇 (2.1) 而构成的第一锁定机构; 其特征在 于: 它还包括设置在操纵杆 (1) 之上的滑轮 (3); 操纵杆 (1) 与制动操 纵拉索(6)相连接的制动操纵拉索连接口 (3.2) ; 由设置在固定支架(2) 之上的软制动杠杆(2.5)和软制动力调整弹簧(2.6), 与设置在操纵杆(1) 之上的滑轮 (3) 而构成的软制动机构; 由设置在操纵杆 (1) 之上的第二 锁定机构棘爪 (1.2), 与设置在操纵杆 (1) 之上的滑轮 (3) 之上的第二 锁定机构齿轮 (3.1) 而构成的第二锁定机构。
2. 根据权利要求 1所述的车辆的一种驻车制动装置, 其特征在于: 该 装置设置有两个或者两个以上的锁定机构。
3. 根据权利要求 1所述的车辆的一种驻车制动装置, 其特征在于: 制 动操纵拉索与操纵杆相连接处的制动操纵拉索连接口 (3.2) 与操纵杆 (1) 之间的相对位置可以发生变化。
4. 根据权利要求 1所述的车辆的一种驻车制动装置, 其特征在于: 所述设置在操纵杆 (1) 之上的滑轮 (3) 为杠杆结构。
5. 根据权利要求 1所述的车辆的一种驻车制动装置, 其特征在于: 所述软制动机构为延时机构。
6.根据权利要求 1或 5所述的车辆的一种驻车制动装置,其特征在于: 所述软制动机构为软锁定机构。
