Description

砂浆设备用可调轮距的自行走底盘及砂浆车 本申请要求于 2010 年 07 月 16 日提交中国专利局、 申请号为 201020261337.5 , 发明名称为"砂浆设备用可调轮距的自行走底盘及砂浆 车"的中国专利申请的优先权, 其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。 技术领域
本发明涉及自行走底盘领域, 特指一种用于砂浆设备的自行走底盘。 背景技术
无砟轨道高速铁路纵贯平原、 山区、 丘陵、 河流、 湖泊, 这样不可避 免的出现了长隧道(单线或双线)、跨河流的高架桥等特殊的施工路段, 现 有的公路型轮胎式砂浆车将很难满足这种特殊施工路段的实际施工需求, 需要有跨轨道行走(即能在隧道、 高架桥等特殊施工路段上行驶) 的砂浆 车。 为了满足这种需要, 一般都是将砂浆设备随意放置于自行走底盘或筒 易底盘上,
在建的高铁无砟轨道板宽度从 2.8 ~ 3.0米不等, 有些双线轨道板内侧 的路基还有 550mm宽的斜坡, 沟槽最小宽度只有 240mm左右, 为保证砂 浆车轮胎在平整路面行走, 对于现有固定轮距的砂浆车, 在不同类型的高 铁路基处进行砂浆灌板施工时, 就要生产不同轮胎跨距的砂浆车。 从而使 设备利用率很低, 客户施工成本较高, 也为现场施工带来很多不便。
发明内容
本发明提供一种砂浆设备用可调轮距的自行走底盘。 该自行走底盘结 构筒单紧凑、 成本低廉、 安装操作方便、 适应范围广。
本发明同时提供设有上述自行走底盘的砂浆车。
本发明提供的砂浆设备用可调轮距的自行走底盘, 包括车架、 车架横 梁以及轮组, 所述轮组包括一个以上的轮架以及固定于轮架上的车轮, 所 述轮架的上部沿着车架横梁的布置方向开设有螺纹孔, 所述螺纹孔内套设 有丝杆, 所述丝杆的两端套接于铰接架上, 所述铰接架固定于车架横梁的 下方。 优选地, 所述丝杆上装设有锁止组件, 所述锁止组件包括套设于丝杆 上的两个锁止螺母, 所述两个锁止螺母分别位于螺纹孔的两侧。
优选地, 所述轮组包括驱动轮组和支承轮组。
本发明提供的砂浆车, 包括砂浆上装, 所述砂浆上装装设于上述任一 项的自行走底盘上。
本发明与现有技术相比, 其优点在于: 结构筒单紧凑、 成本低廉, 仅 通过转动丝杆就可以带动车轮完成左右方向的移动, 即可完成左右轮距的 调节, 操作十分筒便, 且可调范围大, 适用范围广。

具体实施方式
为了使本技术领域的人员更好地理解本发明技术方案, 下面结合附图 和具体实施方式对本发明作进一步的详细说明。
如图 1和图 2所示, 在一种具体实施方式中, 本发明提供的砂浆设备 用可调轮距的自行走底盘, 包括车架 1、 车架横梁 2 以及轮组, 轮组包括 一个以上的轮架 3以及固定于轮架 3上的车轮 4, 轮架 3的上部沿着车架 横梁 2的布置方向开设有螺纹孔 5 ,螺纹孔 5内套设有丝杆 6,丝杆 6的两 端套接于铰接架 8上, 铰接架 8固定于车架横梁 2的下方。 本实施例中, 丝杆 6上装设有锁止组件, 锁止组件包括套设于丝杆 6上的两个锁止螺母 7, 两个锁止螺母 7分别位于螺纹孔 5的两侧。 其中, 轮组包括驱动轮组和 支承轮组。
本发明同时提供的砂浆车, 包括砂浆上装 9, 砂浆上装 9装设于上述 自行走底盘上。
使用时, 松开锁止螺母 7, 转动丝杆 6, 通过丝杆 6与螺纹孔 5之间的 螺纹配合, 带动轮架 3以及车轮 4移动, 到达合适位置以满足实际轮距的 需要; 然后拧紧锁止螺母 7即可完成锁定, 这样可以通过丝杆 6, 实现多 种轮距的调整, 完全可以满足现有各种高铁路况的施工要求。
