一种砂浆设备用轮距可调的自行走底盘,该自行走底盘包括车架(10)、车架横梁(1)以及轮组。轮组包括一个以上的轮架(9)以及固定于轮架(9)上的车轮(11),轮架(9)固定于纵梁上,纵梁通过铰接架(2)固定于车架横梁(1)上。沿着车架横梁(1)的布置方向,车架横梁(1)上依次开设有两组以上的安装孔(12),铰接架(2)通过穿设于任意一组安装孔(12)中的连接件与车架横梁(1)相连。还公开了一种砂浆车,包括上述自行走底盘以及装设于自行走底盘上的砂浆上装(13)。该自行走底盘结构简单紧凑、成本低廉、安装操作方便、适应范围广。

Description

砂浆设备用轮距可调的自行走底盘及砂浆车 本申请要求于 2010 年 07 月 16 日提交中国专利局、 申请号为 201020261371.2 , 发明名称为"砂浆设备用轮距可调的自行走底盘及砂浆 车"的中国专利申请的优先权, 其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。 技术领域
本发明涉及自行走底盘领域, 特指一种用于砂浆设备的自行走底盘。 背景技术
无砟轨道高速铁路纵贯平原、 山区、 丘陵、 河流、 湖泊, 这样不可避 免的出现了长隧道(单线或双线)、跨河流的高架桥等特殊的施工路段, 现 有的公路型轮胎式砂浆车将很难满足这种特殊施工路段的实际施工需求, 需要有跨轨道行走(即能在隧道、 高架桥等特殊施工路段上行驶) 的砂浆 车。 为了满足这种需要, 一般都是将砂浆设备随意放置于自行走底盘或筒 易底盘上。
在建的高铁无砟轨道板宽度从 2.8 ~ 3.0米不等, 有些双线轨道板内侧 的路基还有 550mm宽的斜坡,沟槽最小宽度只有 240mm左右,为保证砂浆 车轮胎在平整路面行走, 对于现有固定轮距的砂浆车, 在不同类型的高铁 路基处进行砂浆灌板施工时, 就要生产不同轮胎跨距的砂浆车。 从而使设 备利用率很低, 客户施工成本较高, 也为现场施工带来很多不便。
发明内容
本发明提供一种砂浆设备用轮距可调的自行走底盘。 该自行走底盘结 构筒单紧凑、 成本低廉、 安装操作方便、 适应范围广。
本发明同时提供设有上述自行走底盘的砂浆车。
本发明提供的砂浆设备用轮距可调的自行走底盘, 包括车架、 车架横 梁以及轮组, 所述轮组包括一个以上的行走轮架以及固定于行走轮架上的 车轮, 所述行走轮架固定于纵梁上, 所述纵梁通过铰接架固定于车架横梁 上, 沿着车架横梁的布置方向, 所述车架横梁上依次开设有两组以上的安 装孔,所述铰接架通过穿设于任意一组安装孔中的连接件与车架横梁相连。 优选地, 所述纵梁与铰接架底部之间通过销轴铰接。
优选地, 所述相邻两组安装孔之间的距离相等或不相等。
优选地, 所述两组以上的安装孔以车架横梁的中轴线为中心呈对称布 置。
优选地, 所述轮组包括驱动轮组和支承轮组。
本发明提供的砂浆车, 包括砂浆上装, 所述砂浆上装装设于上述任一 项的自行走底盘上。
本发明与现有技术相比, 其优点在于: 结构筒单紧凑、 成本低廉, 仅 将铰接架固定于车架横梁上不同组的安装孔中,即可完成左右轮距的调节, 操作十分筒便, 且可调范围大, 适用范围广。

具体实施方式
为了使本技术领域的人员更好地理解本发明技术方案, 下面结合附图 和具体实施方式对本发明作进一步的详细说明。
如图 1、 图 2、 图 3和图 4所示, 在一种具体实施方式中, 本发明提供 的砂浆设备用轮距可调的自行走底盘,包括车架 10、车架横梁 1以及轮组, 轮组包括一个以上的轮架 9以及固定于轮架 9上的车轮 11 , 用来驱动车轮 11的驱动件(图中未示)。 轮组包括驱动轮组和支承轮组。 轮架 9固定于 纵梁上,纵梁通过铰接架 2固定于车架横梁 1上,车架横梁 1采用鞍形梁。 沿着车架横梁 1的布置方向, 车架横梁 1上依次开设有两组以上的安装孔 12,铰接架 2通过穿设于任意一组安装孔 12中的连接件与车架横梁 1相连, 该连接件包括螺栓 4、螺母 5和垫圈 6。纵梁与铰接架 2底部之间通过销轴 3铰接。 相邻两组安装孔 12之间的距离可以相等、 也可以不相等, 两组以 上的安装孔 12以车架横梁 1的中轴线为中心呈对称布置。
本实施例中, 车架横梁 1的两侧分别设有左纵梁 7和右纵梁 8, 每个 纵梁的底部通过轮架 9固定有两个车轮 11 , 两个车轮 11以销轴 3为中心 对称布置。 每个铰接架 2的顶端通过八个连接件(四个一排, 分两排布置) 与车架横梁 1相连, 车架横梁 1上则沿着车架横梁 1的布置方向依次开设 有三组安装孔 12, 由于每组安装孔 12在使用时会共用其余组安装孔 12的 一部分, 因此只需开设十四个安装孔 12即可, 分两排, 每排七个。 相邻安 装孔 12之间保持一定距离。
参照图 5、 图 6、 图 7和图 8 , 当需要调整左右轮距, 即左纵梁 7和右 纵梁 8之间的距离时, 依次将铰接架 2的上端固定到不同组的安装孔 12 中即可, 这样可以通过排列组合, 实现多种轮距的调整, 完全可以满足现 有各种高铁路况的施工要求。
本发明提供的砂浆车, 包括砂浆上装 13 , 砂浆上装 13装设于上述的 自行走底盘上。

Claims

1、 一种砂浆设备用轮距可调的自行走底盘, 包括车架(10)、 车架横 梁( 1 )以及轮组, 所述轮组包括一个以上的轮架( 9 )以及固定于轮架( 9 ) 上的车轮(11), 所述轮架(9) 固定于纵梁上, 所述纵梁通过铰接架(2) 固定于车架横梁(1)上, 其特征在于, 沿着车架横梁(1) 的布置方向, 所述车架横梁( 1 )上依次开设有两组以上的安装孔( 12 ), 所述铰接架( 2 ) 通过穿设于任意一组安装孔权(12) 中的连接件与车架横梁(1)相连。
2、根据权利要求 1所述的砂浆设备用轮距可调的自行走底盘,其特征 在于, 所述纵梁与铰接架(2)底部之间通过销轴 (3)铰接。
