Abstract
본 발명을 적용하면, 대차의 네 모서리에 구비된 수직댐퍼와 연동하여 차량의 지지력을 향상시키기 위해, 대차의 전면에 차체와 대차에 각각 구비된 브라켓에 대해 간단하게 착탈되게 됨으로써 차량의 지지력이 향상되고 고장시 유지보수가 용이하다는 장점이 있다.

도 4는 본 발명의 일실시예에 따른 모노레일 대차에 구비된 요잉 방지수단을 도시한 평면도이다.

Claims (4)
- 모노레일 궤도를 주행하는 철도차량의 차체 하부에 구성되며, 상기 차체와 연결되는 차체 연결부가 중앙 상부에 구성되며 “H”형상으로 이루어지고, 대차의 상부를 구성하는 서스펜션 프레임과; 상기 서스펜션 프레임의 4 모서리에 각각 하부 하우징이 장착되며, 상부 하우징이 각각 연결로드에 의해 연결되고, 내부에 코일 스프링이 내장됨으로써 수직댐퍼와 함께 차체 수평을 유지하고 진동을 감쇠하는 코일스프링 모듈과; 상기 상부 하우징과 하부 하우징에 각각 결합된 브라켓에 그 상단 및 하단이 각각 결합되어 차체 수평을 유지하고 진동을 감쇠하는 수직댐퍼로 이루어진 모노레일 대차에 있어서,
상기 서스펜션 프레임의 전면 소정부에 폭방향으로 장착되어 좌우 진동이나 요잉으로 인한 폭틀림을 보상해줌으로써 차량의 지지력 및 안정성을 향상시킨 요잉방지수단이 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 요잉 방지수단이 구비된 모노레일 대차와 상기 요잉 방지수단은 상기 서스펜션 프레임의 전면 소정부에 부착된 제 1 브라켓과, 상기 서스펜션 프레임의 전면 소정부에 부착되고 차체에 연결되는 제 2 브라켓에 각각 요댐퍼의 우측결합부와 좌측결합부가 각각 체결되어 구성된 것과,,
상기 제 2 브라켓은 그 상단이 서스펜션 프레임으로부터 일정거리 이격되게 상방으로 연장되게 형성되고, 그 상단부에는 다수의 볼트 삽입이 가능하며 객차 하단에 밀착되는 결합판이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 요잉 방지수단이 구비된 모노레일 대차.
