Abstract
본 발명은 김 과자 및 그의 제조 방법에 관한 것으로서, 본 발명에 따르면 김과자는 김 또는 다시마 한장에 계란; 설탕, 솔비톨, 맛소금 및 소금으로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 1 또는 2 이상을 성분; 및 곡물가루, 고춧가루, 칠리파우더, 후춧가루 및 콩가루로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 1 또는 2 이상의 성분;을 포함하는 반죽층이 도포되어 구워진 것을 특징으로 한다.
