背景技术
辣椒油是一种调料,其制作方法相当讲究,一般将辣椒和各种配料用油炸后制得,深受我国各地区人们喜爱。但是现有市面上销售的辣椒油一般制作工艺较为简单,只具有辣味,风味不够独特,难以满足消费者对辣椒油口味更多的需求。
 
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,提供一种辣椒油,解决现有辣椒油口味比较单一的问题。
本发明提供的辣椒油,其组分按质量份配比为:鲜海椒400—500份,花生米12—15份,熟芝麻8—10份,姜20—25份,葱40—50份,菜籽油1200—1500份。 
本发明提供的辣椒油,其有益效果在于,加工时将鲜海椒炒制棕红色,还加入花生米、熟芝麻、葱姜等调味料,使辣椒油味道更佳丰富,色泽深红,辣味十足。
