また、可動膜の下面(副液室側、以下同)に先端が径方向外方へ突出する脚部を設け、この脚部の先端を可動膜の支持部材に設けた周壁内面に押し当てるとともに、周壁の下部を中央側へ張り出すテーパー面として、可動膜の大変形時に脚部を強く圧縮して可動膜のバネを高くすることも知られている(特許文献1参照)。
このような開閉構造は、キャビテーション現象を抑制するためのリリーフ通路に限らず、別の用途を有する作動液通路の開閉に対しても適用できるようにすることが望ましい。
そこで本願は、既存の脚部を設けた可動膜を利用して作動液通路を開閉できるようにすることを主たる目的とする。
そこで本願は、ストッパ脚部の圧縮率をより高めることを他の目的とする。

したがって、入力振動の振幅に応じたストッパ脚部(35,135)の移動により第2の通路(60,160)の開閉が可能になる。
また、リリーフ通路である第2の通路(60,160,260)の一端をダンピングオリフィス通路(14,114,214)の主液室側開口(24,124,224)近傍に設けたので、開口(24,124,224)の近傍にリリーフ通路である第2の通路(60,160,260)の一端を開口させることで、第2の通路(60,160,260)から主液室(12.112,212)へ向かう作動液の流出を抵抗が少なくスムーズにさせることができるとともに、既存のダンピングオリフィス通路(14,114,214)及びその主液室側開口(24,124,224)を利用できるので、第2の通路(60,160,260)の形成が容易になる。しかも、既存のストッパ脚部(35,135,235)を利用して容易に第3液室(61)を形成でき、かつ僅かな変更によって第2の通路(60,160,260)を形成できる。
このため、弾性膜部(131)のバネを増大させ、主液室(112)内の作動液をより大量にダンピングオリフィス通路(114)へ送り込むことができ、共振効率を向上させ高減衰を実現できる。
なお、以下の説明において、液封防振装置及びその各部の上下とは図1の図示状態を基準とし、仕切部材については主液室側を上、副液室側を下とし、また、内側とは装置の中心側をいうものとする(他の実施例においても同様とする)。
これを支持する略カップ状の枠部材40との3部材で構成されている。
カバー部材20は弾性仕切部30上に被せられる蓋として機能し、カバー部材20の中央部には中央開口部21が形成され、その周囲は外周側より一段低くなった段部22になっている。段部22の外周側部分である外周部23にはダンピングオリフィス通路の主液室12側の開口24が設けられている。
弾性膜部31の下面側は上方へ凸に湾曲する凹曲面31aをなし、上面は略平坦面状をなすので、中央が最も薄肉化し、外周側は次第に厚肉化してストッパ脚部35へ接続する。
シールリブ37bは押し当て部37の外周面全周へ突出形成される環状のリブであり、支持壁44へ押しつけられて圧縮されることにより、押し当て部37支持壁44との間をシールする。シールの程度はシールリブ37bの締め代で調節でき、例えば、押し当て部37と支持壁44の各公差を±0.1mmとすれば、シールリブ37bの締め代を0.2~0.3mm程度に調節すればよい。
連通孔38は、周壁34の上端部と外周部32の外周との接続部である肩部の一部を切り欠くことにより形成されている。
内周壁43の内側には間隔をもって環状の支持壁44が形成され、この支持壁44と内周壁43との間に上方に開放された支持溝45が環状に形成されている。支持壁44の上端は内周壁43の上端部内周側に形成された段部43aよりも低くなっている。支持壁44より内側の底部46は外周側より一段低く形成され、支持壁44の内周壁は支持溝45の底部よりも下方へ延びる押し当て面47になっている。底部46の中央部には中央開口部48が設けられている。
他方の端部は環状溝41の底部に形成された副液室側の開口54に連通している。
押し当て面47は、傾斜部57、アール状部58及びストッパ面59からなり、押し当てられたストッパ脚部35を受け止めることにより、押し当て面47からの押し当て反力によるストッパ脚部35が圧縮されるとともにその圧縮量が変化する。その結果、圧縮量が増大すると弾性膜部31のバネを高めて自由な弾性変形を阻止するので、弾性膜部31の変形規制部をなしている。
なお、本願においては、正圧側の振動をプラス(+)振動、並びに負圧側の振動をマイナス(-)振動ともいうことにする。
これら小振幅、大振幅及び過大振幅は相対的なものであり、使用目的により定められるが、例えば、過大振幅として±2.0mmを超える振幅の振動とする場合もある。
さらに、入力振動の状態について、小振幅及び大振幅の振動が入力するとき通常時とし、過大振幅が入力するときを非通常時ということにする。非通常時の振動は段差に乗り上げたときなどに生じやすいものである。
この組立状態は、図3に示すように、弾性仕切部30の周壁34は支持溝45へ嵌合され、かつ上端をカバー部材20の段部22で押さえられることにより固定される。またストッパ脚部35は支持壁45の内周側へ嵌合し、押し当て部37が押し当て面47へ押し当てられる。
さらに、外側連通溝52と内側連通溝53は、弾性仕切部30の周壁34の肩部に設けられている連通孔38を介して連続するリリーフ通路60をなし、リング状溝33によって形成される第3液室61とダンピングオリフィス通路14とを連通する。
この状態において、入力振動の振幅が比較的小さい通常時にあっては、押し当て部37が傾斜部57上をテーパー状凹部55の下端よりも下方位置にて上下に摺動し、主液室12の液圧変動を吸収する。但し、下方へ移動するほど弾性膜部31のバネ定数は線形的に増大し、強く支持できるようにする。
そこで、図7に示す状態から、ストッパ脚部35はストッパ面59の上へ移動し、互いに略水平の平坦面をなすストッパ面59の上面と押し当て部37の下面37cは、下面37cがストッパ面59の上面へ当接することにより、確実にストッパ脚部35の下方移動を停止させ、弾性膜部31の過大な下方への弾性変形を防ぐことができる。
しかし、弾性膜部31は中央部側が最も上方へ突出するように弾性変形して押し当て部37は先端側が下向きに傾くとともに、支持壁44は主液室12側へ向かうほど大径になるため、シールリブ37bが傾斜部57から離れ、支持壁44の傾斜部57とストッパ脚部35との間に全周の間隙が生じ易くなる。
この全周の間隙により第3液室61は副液室13と連通され、副液室13の作動液が第3液室61からリリーフ通路60を通って、ダンピングオリフィス通路14へ入り、さらに主液室12へ流入するので、主液室12へ急速に作動液を補充して負圧の増大を解消させ、キャビテーション現象の発生を抑制できる。
また、テーパー状凹部55の底部をテーパー面とすることにより、テーパー状凹部55を通した作動液の流れをスムーズにできる。
例えば、ストッパ脚部35で開閉する通路は、必ずしもリリーフ通路60である必要はなく、ダンピングオリフィス通路14と異なる共振周波数を有する別のオリフィス通路などに用いられる開閉式の作動液通路(これを第2の通路という)であってもよい。この第2の通路は、主液室12と副液室13を連通して仕切部材11に設けられるものならば、用途・形状を問わない。但し、副液室13側の開口位置は、ストッパ脚部35が弾性膜部31の弾性変形に伴って支持壁44上を移動するとき、第2の通路を副液室13と連通させる開放位置と、副液室13に対して連通遮断する閉鎖位置とに変化するような位置に設けられる。
さらに、支持壁44とストッパ脚部35の間における開閉はストッパ脚部35の全周ではなく周方向における任意の部分にて行うようにして、第3液室61の副液室13に対する開閉構造の自由度を高くすることもできる。
カバー部材120は弾性仕切部130上に被せられる蓋として機能し、カバー部材120の中央部には中央開口部121が形成され、その周囲は外周側より一段低くなった段部122になっている。段部122の外周側部分である外周部123にはダンピングオリフィス通路の主液室112側の開口124が設けられている。
弾性膜部131の下面側は上方へ凸に湾曲する凹曲面131aをなし、上面は略平坦面状をなすので、中央が最も薄肉化し、外周側は次第に厚肉化してストッパ脚部135へ接続する。
剛性リング170は中心軸線を弾性仕切部130の中心線(図9のZ矢示に一致する)へ平行に重ねられ、中心軸線方向の幅が上下方向に配置されている。
シールリブ137bは押し当て部137の外周面全周へ突出形成される環状のリブであり、支持壁144へ押しつけられて圧縮されることにより、押し当て部137と支持壁144の間をシールする。シールの程度はシールリブ137bの締め代を第1実施例同様に調節することにより調節できる。
連通孔138は、周壁134の上端部と外周部132の外周との接続部である肩部の一部を切り欠くことにより形成されている。
内周壁143の内側には間隔をもって環状の周壁である支持壁144が形成され、この支持壁144と内周壁143との間に上方に開放された支持溝145が環状に形成されている。支持壁144の上端は内周壁143の上端部内周側に形成された段部143aよりも低くなっている。支持壁144より内側の底部146は外周側より一段低く形成され、支持壁144の内周壁は支持溝145の底部よりも下方へ延びる押し当て面147になっている。底部146の中央部には中央開口部148が設けられている。
他方の端部は環状溝141の底部に形成された副液室側の開口154に連通している。
すなわち傾斜部157は図9の下方へ向かうにしたがって中央へ収束するように傾斜する。換言すれば、支持壁144は円筒状をなし、その内周面はストッパ脚部135が主たる振動の入力方向Zと平行に摺動可能なある程度の上下幅を有するが、支持壁144が形成する円形空間の内径は、図の下方側ほど縮径した形状をなすことにより傾斜部157を形成している。但し、この角度α、βの各大きさはα<βの関係を維持しつつ目的に応じて任意に設定可能である。
押し当て面147は、傾斜部157、アール状部158及びストッパ面159からなり、押し当てられたストッパ脚部135を受け止めることにより、押し当て面147からの押し当て反力によるストッパ脚部135が圧縮されるとともにその圧縮量が変化する。その結果、圧縮量が増大すると弾性膜部131のバネを高めて自由な弾性変形を阻止するので、弾性膜部131の変形規制部をなしている。
この組立状態は、図11に示すように、弾性仕切部130の周壁134は支持溝145へ嵌合され、かつ上端をカバー部材120の段部122で押さえられることにより固定される。またストッパ脚部135は支持壁144の内周側へ嵌合し、押し当て部135が押し当て面147へ押し当てられる。
さらに、外側連通溝152と内側連通溝153は、弾性仕切部130の周壁134の肩部に設けられている連通孔138を介して連続するリリーフ通路160をなし、リング状溝133によって形成される第3液室161とダンピングオリフィス通路114とを連通する。
このとき弾性膜部131が下方へ変位すると、圧縮部137aは剛性リング170と傾斜部157の間で圧縮され、弾性膜部131のバネを増大させて弾性膜部131の変形規制をおこなう。弾性膜部131のバネにおけるバネ定数は、弾性膜部131が下方へ移動するほど線形的に増大する。このため、主液室112内の作動液を大量にダンピングオリフィス通路114内へ送り込むことができ、共振効率が高くなり、高減衰を実現できる。
したがって、ある程度弾性変形を容易にする必要がある弾性膜部131と一体にストッパ脚部135を形成しても、ストッパ脚部135の一部だけバネを強くでき、弾性膜部131の変位に対して強い変形規制をおこなうことができるので、これまでストッパ脚部付きの弾性膜部でも実現できなかったような高減衰を実現できるようになった。
そこで、図16に示す状態から、ストッパ脚部135はストッパ面159の上へ移動し、互いに略水平の平坦面をなすストッパ面159の上面へ押し当て部137の下面に設けられているストッパ面137cが当接することにより、確実にストッパ脚部135の下方移動を停止させ、弾性膜部131の過大な下方への弾性変形を防ぐことができる。
また、テーパー状凹部155の底部をテーパー面とすることにより、テーパー状凹部155を通した作動液の流れをスムーズにできる。
図18は本実施例におけるストッパ脚部235の構造を示し、Aは図6に対応する部位の断面図、Bは弾性仕切部230を下方から示す斜視図、Cはストッパ脚部235下面におけるシール構造を示す断面図である。
支持壁244の底部246は弾性仕切部230の中心方向へ張り出して形成され、その上面はストッパ面259として主たる振動の入力方向Zと直交する平坦面になっている。このストッパ面259にストッパ脚部235の下面235cに突出形成されたシールリブ280が液密に押し当てられている。
第3液室261と副液室213との間は、ストッパ面259へ密着したシールリブ280により閉じられ、過大振幅のマイナス(-)振動時のみ開くようになっている。
このように、ストッパ脚部235のストッパ面259に対面する面である下面235cにシールリブ280をストッパ面259へ向かって一体に突出形成させると、ストッパ脚部235をストッパ面259へ押しつけたときのシールを確実にできる。
dは通常時においてストッパ面259と密着を維持できる寸法にする。
このように、ストッパ脚部235の下面235cをその下方に位置するストッパ面259と接離するように配置すると、第3液室261と副液室213との間の開閉は、ストッパ脚部235が主たる振動の入力方向Zにおける移動だけで行われるので、リリーフ通路260と副液室213との開における開閉バルブとしての構造が簡単になり作動も確実になる。

- 振動源側へ取付けられる第1の取付部材と、被振動伝達側へ取付けられる第2の取付部材と、これらの間に設けられる略円錐状の弾性本体部を備え、この弾性本体部を壁の一部とする液室を形成し、この液室内を仕切り部材にて主液室と副液室とに区画するとともに、これら主液室と副液室間を低周波振動を吸収するダンピングオリフィス通路で連通し、かつ仕切部材の少なくとも一部に主液室の内圧変化を吸収するべく弾性変形する弾性膜部を設け、その副液室側外周部からストッパ脚部を副液室側へ向かって一体に突出形成してその突出端を仕切部材の周囲を固定するために設けられた枠部材へ押し当てるようにした液封防振装置において、

前記ストッパ脚部(35,135,235)は、前記弾性膜部(31,131,231)の弾性変形に伴って前記枠部材(40,140,240)と接離するように移動し、
前記第2の通路(60,160,260)を前記副液室(13,113,213)と連通させる開放位置と、連通遮断する閉鎖位置とに変化することを特徴とする液封防振装置。 - 前記ストッパ脚部(35,135)は略L字状断面をなし、主たる振動の入力方向と直交する方向へ突出する前記突出端が前記枠部材の周壁である支持壁(44,144)へ押し当てられて主たる振動の入力方向へ摺動するとともに、
前記支持壁(44,144)の前記ストッパ脚部(35,135)が押し当てられる面は押し当て面(47,147)をなし、
この押し当て面(47,147)は、前記主液室(12,112)側へ向かうほど大径になる傾斜部(57,157)を備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載した液封防振装置。 - 前記第2の通路(60,160)の副液室側端部を前記傾斜部(57,157)に臨ませるとともに、この第3液室側端部(53,153)に向かって傾斜するテーパー面(55,155)を前記傾斜部(57,157)に設けたことを特徴とする請求項2に記載した液封防振装置。
- 前記ストッパ脚部(35,135)の前記支持壁(44,144)へ押し当てられる面は押し当て面(37a、137a)をなすとともに、
この押し当て面(37a,137a)は、前記副液室(13,113)側へ向かって次第に小径化するテーパー面をなしていることを特徴とする請求項2又は3のいずれかに記載した液封防振装置。 - 前記支持壁(44,144)の前記押し当て面(47,147)は、前記傾斜部(57,157)に連続するとともに曲面状をなして前記ストッパ脚部(35,135)の変形規制部をなすアール状部(58,158)を備えることを特徴とする請求項2~4のいずれかに記載した液封防振装置。
- 前記第2の通路(60,160,260)が、一端を前記枠部材(40,140,240)の前記ストッパ脚部(35,135,235)に対面する部分に開口し、他端を前記ダンピングオリフィス通路(14,114,214)の前記主液室側開口(24,124,224)近傍に開口させたリリーフ通路であり、
このリリーフ通路の前記ストッパ脚部(35,135,235)側に設けられた開口は、キャビテーション現象を発生させる過大振幅振動の入力時にのみ、前記ストッパ脚部(35,135,235)の移動により前記副液室(13,113,213)と連通されることを特徴とする請求項1~5のいずれかに記載した液封防振装置。 - 弾性仕切部(30,130,230)に、その外周部(32、132,232)と前記枠部材(40,140,240)の支持壁(44,144,244)と前記ストッパ脚部(35,135,235)とにより囲まれる第3液室(61,161,261)を設け、
この第3液室(61,161,261)に前記第2の通路(60,160,260)を連通したことを特徴とする請求項1~6のいずれかに記載した液封防振装置。 - 前記ストッパ脚部(135)を構成する弾性部材よりも高剛性でリング状をなす剛性リング(170)を前記ストッパ脚部(135)中に一体化したことを特徴とする請求項1~7のいずれかに記載した液封防振装置。
- 前記枠部材(240)は、前記ストッパ脚部(235)の外周側に形成される支持壁(144)と、主たる振動の入力方向と直交して中心方向へ突出するストッパ面(259)を備え、
前記ストッパ脚部(235)は前記弾性膜部(231)の弾性変形に伴って主たる振動の入力方向へ移動して、前記ストッパ面(259)へ接離することを特徴とする請求項1・6・7・8のいずれかに記載した液封防振装置。 - 前記ストッパ脚部(235)の前記ストッパ面(259)に対面する面にシールリブ(280)を前記ストッパ面(259)へ向かって一体に突出形成したことを特徴とする請求項9に記載した液封防振装置。
