- 물품 본체(110)에 고정 설치되고, 상부에 한 쌍의 힌지구멍(11)이 마련되는 하우징(10)과; 덮개(120)에 고정 설치되고, 후방 하부에 상기 하우징(10)의 내부 상단부에 삽입 결합되는 힌지접속부(21)가 마련되며, 힌지접속부(21)에 힌지구멍(22)이 마련되는 회동레버(20)와; 상기 하우징(10)의 힌지구멍(11)과 회동레버(20)의 힌지구멍(22)에 삽입 결합되어 상기 회동레버(20) 및 덮개(120)의 회전을 지지하는 힌지축(30)과; 상기 하우징(10)의 내부에 설치되는 압축코일스프링(40)과; 상기 하우징(10)의 내부 상부에 설치되어 상기 압축코일스프링(40)에 의해 탄성 지지되고, 상단부가 상기 회동레버(20)의 힌지접속부(21) 하단면에 접촉되는 슬라이더(50);를 구비하는 힌지장치를 구성함에 있어서,상기 회동레버(20)의 하단면에 전방으로 갈수록 힌지중심과의 거리가 점차 멀어지다가 다시 가까워지는 캠면(23)이 마련되고, 슬라이더(50)의 상단면에 전방으로 갈수록 높이가 높아지다가 다시 낮아지는 받침면(51)이 마련되어 회동레버(20)의 캠면(23)의 최대거리부(24)가 받침면(51)의 최대높이부(52)를 통과할 때에 압축코일스프링(40)의 탄성력 작용 방향이 변경되어 덮개(120)의 들뜸이 방지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 힌지장치.
