Abstract

본 발명은 건물의 슬래브(S)의 단부에 커튼월 유니트의 수직부재를 결합시키는 커튼월 고정용 가변형 화스너에 관한 것으로서, 슬래브(S)의 단부에 고정되는 제 1 브라켓 및 커튼월 유니트의 수직부재에 일측이 결합되고 상기 제 1 브라켓에 타측이 결합되어 커튼월 유니트의 하중을 슬래브(S)로 전달하는 제 2 브라켓을 포함하되, 상기 제 1 브라켓은 슬래브(S)의 단부에 고정되는 평판 형태의 베이스부 및 상기 베이스부의 전방 단부에 상기 베이스부의 상부면보다 높게 형성된 받침부로 구성되고, 상기 제 2 브라켓은 커튼월 유니트의 수직부재에 고정되는 평판형태의 고정부, 상기 제 1 브라켓을 향하는 상기 고정부의 일측 단부에 수직방향으로 결합 고정되는 높이조절 나사봉, 일측은 상기 높이조절 나사봉에 수평방향 회동 및 승하강 슬라이딩이 가능하게 결합되고 타측은 상기 받침부의 상부에 거치되는 걸림부 및 상기 높이조절 나사봉에 체결되어 상기 걸림부의 높이를 조절하는 높이조절 너트로 구성되는 커튼월 고정용 가변형 화스너에 관한 것이다.
