Abstract
Description
特許文献2では、金種別の収納部から運用収納部に1つの金種の紙幣を一時的に退避させ、その金種に対応する収納部側の受入れ態勢が整った後に、その退避させた金種の紙幣を再び元に戻す紙幣処理装置が開示されている。
そこで、紙幣の流通量を勘案して、流通量の少ない金種同士を1つのスタッカ(紙幣収納部)に収納する方法が考えられる。例えば、万円券、千円券に比べて、二千円券、五千円券の流通量は少ないので、二千円券、五千円券を1つのスタッカに収納することが考えられる。
また、前記紙幣処理装置によれば、前記第1収納部は、前記種類別集積・積替え処理が行われた後に前記第1収納部に収納された紙幣を前記第2識別部へ出力する。
また、前記紙幣処理装置によれば、前記第2識別部は、前記第1識別部により行われる識別の内、金種を特定する1つ以上の識別を行う。
前記紙幣処理装置の動作方法によれば、前記第1収納部は、前記種類別集積・積替え処理が行われた後に前記第1収納部に収納された紙幣を前記第2識別部へ出力する。
第2識別部6は、スタッカC(12)から繰出された紙幣の金種(例えば、紙幣の大きさのみ識別)の判定を行う。具体的には、第2識別部6は、第1識別部6により行われる識別の内、金種を特定する1つ以上の識別を行う。
図5は、(i)入金前のスタッカの状態、(ii)入金収納完了後のスタッカの状態を示す。図5(i)において、スタッカA(10)、B(11)にはそれぞれ、万円券、千円券が収納されている。スタッカC(12)には、5千円券が収納されている。
図6は、本実施形態(実施例1)における紙幣種類別集積・積替え処理を説明するための図である。主制御部21は、図6(iii -1)に示すように、スタッカC(12)に収納されている全ての紙幣を、金種に応じて一時保留部A(7),B(8)に振り分ける処理を行う。具体的には、スタッカC(12)は、主制御部21の制御により、ニ千円と五千円券とが混合している紙幣(上層部分の紙幣)及び下層の五千円券を、その内部から繰り出す。スタッカC(12)より繰り出された紙幣は、搬送路切替/監視部22によって第2識別部6へ搬送される。
一時保留部A(7)に保留させた全ての二千円券をスタッカCに搬送した後、主制御部21は、搬送路切替/監視部22を制御して、一時保留部B(8)に保留させた全ての五千円券をスタッカCに搬送する(S13,S14)。
一時保留部B(8)に保留させた全ての二千円券がスタッカC(12)に搬送されたら、本フローは終了する。
実施例1では、二千円券と五千円券の混合層だけでなく、その下にある五千円券の単一層までスタッカC(12)から繰り出して、二千円券と五千円券に振り分けた。それに対して、実施例2では、二千円券と五千円券の混合層だけをスタッカC(12)から繰り出して、二千円券と五千円券に振り分け、スタッカC(12)内において所定数の五千円券の層が最上層になるようにする。
主制御部21は、図8(iii -2)に示すように、上層にある、ニ千円と五千円券とが混合している層部分だけをスタッカC(12)から繰り出して、一時保留部A(7),B(8)に金種毎に振り分ける。具体的には、主制御部21は、スタッカC(12)を制御して、ニ千円と五千円券とが混合している紙幣を、スタッカC(12)から繰り出し、搬送路切替/監視部22を制御して、第2識別部6へ搬送する。なお、下層の五千円券の層については、スタッカC(12)から繰り出さない。
主制御部21は、スタッカC(12)内において、種類別集積・積替えされていない、異なる金種が混合している層がなくなるまで、または一時保留部A(7),B(8)に紙幣が満タンになるまでS3-S10の処理を繰り返す。主制御部21は、スタッカC(12)内において、種類別集積・積替えされていない、異なる金種が混合している層がなくなったと判定した場合(S20で「Yes」)、または一時保留部A(7),B(8)に紙幣が満タンになったと判定した場合(S4で「Yes」)、S3-S10のループ処理を終了する。
一時保留部B(8)に保留させた全ての五千円券がスタッカC(12)に搬送されたら、本フローは終了する。
入金口には、紙幣が投入される。入金口は、例えば本実施形態で言えば、入金口2に相当する。
第1収納部は、前記第1識別部による識別結果に基づいて、少なくとも2種類の紙幣を収納すると共に、収納した紙幣を出力する。第1収納部は、例えば本実施形態で言えば、スタッカC(12)に相当する。

Claims (10)
- 紙幣が投入される入金口と、
前記投入された紙幣の種類を識別する第1識別部と、
前記第1識別部による識別結果に基づいて、少なくとも2種類の紙幣を収納すると共に、収納した紙幣を出力する第1収納部と、
前記第1識別部による識別結果に基づいて、前記第1収納部に収納した紙幣の種類以外の種類の紙幣を種類に応じて収納すると共に、収納した紙幣を出力する複数の第2収納部と、
前記第1及び第2収納部の前段にあって、前記第1識別部により識別された紙幣を一時的に保留する、該第1及び第2収納部のそれぞれに対応する複数の一時保留部と、
前記第1収納部から出力された紙幣のそれぞれの種類を識別する第2識別部と、
前記第2識別部により識別された紙幣を種類別に、前記第2収納部に対応する各前記一時保留部へ振り分け、該振り分けた紙幣を、種類に応じた順で、種類毎に前記第1収納部へ収納させる制御を行うことにより、種類別集積・積替え処理を行う制御部と、
を備えることを特徴とする紙幣処理装置。 - 前記第1収納部は、該第1収納部に収納された全ての紙幣を前記第2識別部へ出力する
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の紙幣処理装置。 - 前記第1収納部は、前記種類別集積・積替え処理が行われた後に前記第1収納部に収納された紙幣を前記第2識別部へ出力する
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の紙幣処理装置。 - 前記第1収納部は、二千円券と五千円券を収納し、
前記制御部は、前記第2識別部による識別結果、前記紙幣が二千円券と識別された場合、第1の一時保留部へ該紙幣を振り分け、前記紙幣が五千円券と識別された場合、第2の一時保留部へ該紙幣を振り分け、該二千円券として振り分けた紙幣を前記第1の一時保留部から前記第1収納部へ収納した後に、該五千円券として振り分けた紙幣を前記第2の一時保留部から前記第1収納部へ収納する
ことを特徴とする請求項1~3のうちいずれか1項に記載の紙幣処理装置。 - 前記第2識別部は、前記第1識別部により行われる識別の内、金種を特定する1つ以上の識別を行う
ことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の紙幣処理装置。 - 少なくとも2種類の紙幣を収納する第1収納部は、収納した紙幣を出力し、
第2識別部は、前記第1収納部から出力された紙幣のそれぞれの種類を識別し、
制御部は、前記第2識別部により識別された紙幣を種類別に、前記第1収納部に収納した紙幣の種類以外の種類の紙幣を種類に応じて収納する第2収納部に対応すると共に前記第1及び第2収納部の前段にあって前記第1識別部により識別された紙幣を一時的に保留する一時保留部へ振り分け、
前記振り分けた紙幣を、種類に応じた順で、種類毎に前記第1収納部へ収納させる制御を行うことにより、種類別集積・積替え処理を行う
ことを特徴とする紙幣処理装置の動作方法。 - 前記第1収納部は、該第1収納部に収納された全ての紙幣を前記第2識別部へ出力する
ことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の紙幣処理装置の動作方法。 - 前記第1収納部は、前記種類別集積・積替え処理が行われた後に前記第1収納部に収納された紙幣を前記第2識別部へ出力する
ことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の紙幣処理装置の動作方法。 - 前記第1収納部には、二千円券と五千円券が収納され、
前記制御部は、前記第2識別部による識別結果、前記紙幣が二千円券と識別された場合、第1の一時保留部へ該紙幣を振り分け、前記紙幣が五千円券と識別された場合、第2の一時保留部へ該紙幣を振り分け、該二千円券として振り分けた紙幣を前記第1の一時保留部から前記第1収納部へ収納した後に、該五千円券として振り分けた紙幣を前記第2の一時保留部から前記第1収納部へ収納する
ことを特徴とする請求項6~8のうちいずれか1項に記載の紙幣処理装置の動作方法。 - 前記第2識別部は、前記第1識別部により行われる識別の内、金種を特定する1つ以上の識別を行う
