Abstract
メチルポリシロキサンによる滑らかな使用性を保ちつつ、マカデミアナッツ油脂肪酸フィトステリルの結晶析出を防止して安定性を向上させ、ハリ感、エモリエント性を付与する効果に優れた乳化組成物を提供することを目的とする。本発明は、(Ａ)マカデミアナッツ油脂肪酸フィトステリル、(Ｂ)メチルポリシロキサン、及び(Ｃ)トリ２-エチルヘキサン酸グリセリル、メチルフェニルポリシロキサン、エチルヘキサン酸セチル、テトラエチルヘキサン酸ペンタエリスリチル、及びピバリン酸トリプロピレングリコールからなる群から選択される一種または二種以上の油分を含み、前記(Ａ)と(Ｃ)との配合量比率が、(Ａ):(Ｃ)=１:３～１:２００であることを特徴とする乳化組成物に関する。
Description
本発明は乳化組成物に関する。さらに詳しくは、なめらかな使用性を有し、肌にハリ感、エモリエント感を付与できるとともに、製剤の安定性に優れた乳化組成物に関する。
スキンケア化粧料の目的として、（１）皮膚を清潔にする、（２）皮膚のモイスチャーバランスを保つ、（３）皮膚の新陳代謝を活発にする、（４）有害な紫外線から皮膚を守る等が挙げられる。スキンケア化粧料は、前記の目的を果たして皮膚本来の機能を正常に働かせ、結果として健康で美しい肌を維持・回復させる機能、例えば、洗浄・清拭、抗乾燥、抗紫外線、抗酸化、賦活に加えて、美白、しわ・たるみの防止、ニキビ防止などの様々な機能を備えている（非特許文献１）。
特許文献１には、特定のオレフィン重合体と２０℃でペースト状を示す抱水性油剤とを配合した乳化化粧料が記載され、密着性に優れ、保湿効果とその持続性が高く、かつ柔らかな皮膜で適度なハリ感を得られるとされている。
前記乳化化粧料で用いられる抱水性油剤に一部が含まれるフィトステロール誘導体は、皮膚外用剤にビタミンＡ、ビタミンＥあるいはそれらの誘導体等の活性成分とともに配合することにより、それら活性成分を角質層の奥まで届けるとともに、肌を整えて肌荒れを防止する効果があるとされている（特許文献２）。
一方、メチルポリシロキサン等のシリコーン油を配合した基剤は、滑らかな使用感が得られることが知られている。しかしながら、メチルポリシロキサンが配合され、なめらかな使用性を発揮している基剤において、前記フィトステロール誘導体の一種であるマカデミアナッツ油脂肪酸フィトステリルマカダミアナッツ油脂肪酸フィトステリルを配合すると、ハリ感・エモリエント感といった効果の持続感は得られるものの、マカダミアナッツ油脂肪酸フィトステリルの結晶が析出して製剤安定性が悪くなるという問題が生じていた。

本発明は上記の事情に鑑みてなされたもので、メチルポリシロキサンによる滑らかな使用性を保ちつつ、マカデミアナッツ油脂肪酸フィトステリルの結晶析出を防止して安定性を向上させ、ハリ感、エモリエント性を付与する効果に優れた乳化組成物を提供することを目的とする。
かかる課題を解決するため、本発明者等は鋭意検討を行った結果、特定の油分をマカデミアナッツ油脂肪酸フィトステリルに対して所定比率で配合することにより、マカデミアナッツ油脂肪酸フィトステリルの結晶析出を抑制できることを見出し、本発明を完成するに至った。
即ち本発明は、
（Ａ）マカデミアナッツ油脂肪酸フィトステリル、
（Ｂ）メチルポリシロキサン、及び
（Ｃ）トリ２－エチルヘキサン酸グリセリル、メチルフェニルポリシロキサン、エチルヘキサン酸セチル、テトラエチルヘキサン酸ペンタエリスリチル、及びピバリン酸トリプロピレングリコールからなる群から選択される一種または二種以上の油分を含み、
前記（Ａ）と（Ｃ）との配合量比率が、（Ａ）：（Ｃ）＝１：３～１：２００であることを特徴とする乳化組成物を提供する。

本発明によれば、メチルポリシロキサン配合による滑らかでみずみずしく、さっぱりした使用感を保持したまま、マカダミアナッツ油脂肪酸フィトステリルの結晶化を抑制しつつ、ハリ感、エモリエント性に優れた安定な乳化組成物を得ることができる。
本発明の乳化化粧料は、マカデミアナッツ油脂肪酸フィトステリル（成分Ａ）を必須成分として含有している。
マカデミアナッツ油脂肪酸フィトステリルは、マカデミアナッツ油とフィトステロールとのエステル化物であり、細胞間脂質と類似構造を持ち、単独でラメラ液晶を形成することができる植物由来原料である。

本発明におけるマカデミアナッツ油脂肪酸フィトステリルは、特に限定されないが、市販品を使用することができ、例えば、ＹＯＦＣＯ－ＭＡＳ（日本精化株式会社製）などを挙げることができる。
本発明の乳化組成物におけるマカデミアナッツ油脂肪酸フィトステリル（成分Ａ）の配合量は、通常は０．００１～１０質量％、好ましくは０．０１～５質量％、より好ましくは０．０５～３質量％である。配合量が０．００１質量％未満では、肌に十分なハリ感やエモリエント性を付与することが困難になり、１０質量％を越えて配合すると安定性が悪くなる場合がある。
本発明の乳化組成物に必須成分として配合されるメチルポリシロキサン（成分Ｂ）は、特に限定されないが、比較的低粘度（例えば、２５℃における粘度が１００ｃｓ以下）のものが好ましく使用される。
本発明で用いられるメチルポリシロキサンは市販品でもよく、例えば、シリコーンＫＦ－９６Ａ－１００ｃｓ、シリコーンＫＦ－９６Ａ－１０ｃｓ、シリコーンＫＦ－９６Ａ－２０ｃｓ、シリコーンＫＦ－９６Ａ－３０ｃｓ、シリコーンＫＦ－９６Ａ－５０ｃｓ、シリコーンＫＦ－９６Ａ－５ｃｓ、シリコーンＫＦ－９６Ａ－６ｃｓ、シリコーンＫＦ－９６Ａ－１．５ｃｓ、シリコーンＫＦ－９６Ａ－２ｃｓ（いずれも信越化学工業株式会社製）などを挙げることができる。
本発明の乳化組成物におけるメチルポリシロキサン（成分Ｂ）の配合量は、通常は０．１～３０質量％、好ましくは０．５～１５質量％、より好ましくは１～５質量％である。配合量が０．１質量％未満であると滑らかさやみずみずしさが不十分となり、３０質量％を越えて配合すると安定性が悪くなる場合がある。
本発明の乳化組成物には、トリ２－エチルヘキサン酸グリセリル、メチルフェニルポリシロキサン、エチルヘキサン酸セチル、テトラエチルヘキサン酸ペンタエリスリチル、及びピバリン酸トリプロピレングリコールから選択される一種又は二種以上の油分（成分Ｃ）が必須成分として配合されている。
前記油分は、前記列挙した油剤から選択されるのが好ましいが、同等の特性を有し本発明の効果を奏するものであれば他の油剤に置換してもよい。

本発明の乳化組成物における前記油分（成分Ｃ）の配合量は、マカデミアナッツ油脂肪酸フィトステリル（成分Ａ）の配合量に対して、（Ａ）：（Ｃ）＝１：３～１：２００、好ましくは、１：３～１：１５０、より好ましくは、１：３～１：１００となるように調整される。
成分Ｃの配合量がマカデミアナッツ油脂肪酸フィトステリルの配合量の３倍未満であると、マカデミアナッツ油脂肪酸フィトステリルの結晶析出を有効に抑制できない。逆にマカデミアナッツ油脂肪酸フィトステリルの２００倍以上を配合しても特性の更なる向上は見られない。
成分Ｃの配合量がマカデミアナッツ油脂肪酸フィトステリルの配合量の３倍未満であると、マカデミアナッツ油脂肪酸フィトステリルの結晶析出を有効に抑制できない。逆にマカデミアナッツ油脂肪酸フィトステリルの２００倍以上を配合しても特性の更なる向上は見られない。
本発明の乳化組成物は、上記必須成分Ａ～Ｃに加えて、（Ｄ）ポリエチレングリコール（ＰＥＧ）を更に配合するのが好ましい。ＰＥＧを配合することにより、エモリエント性が更に向上する。
本発明で使用されるＰＥＧは、特に限定されないが、例えば、ＰＥＧ－７５、ＰＥＧ－１５０、ＰＥＧ－６、ＰＥＧ－２０、及びＰＥＧ－４００などが好ましく用いられる。
本発明の乳化組成物にＰＥＧを配合する場合の配合量は、通常は０．０１～３０質量％、好ましくは０．５～１５質量％である。

本発明の乳化組成物は、前記必須成分及びＰＥＧ以外に、皮膚外用剤及び化粧料に通常配合され得る他の成分を、本発明の効果を阻害しない範囲で適宜含有していてもよい。
他の成分としては、特に限られないが、アルコール類、増粘剤、中和剤、液状油分（前記成分Ｂ及びＣを除く）、固形油分、半固形油分、界面活性剤、キレート剤、防腐剤、香料、紫外線吸収剤、薬剤、保湿剤、粉末等を挙げることができる。
他の成分としては、特に限られないが、アルコール類、増粘剤、中和剤、液状油分（前記成分Ｂ及びＣを除く）、固形油分、半固形油分、界面活性剤、キレート剤、防腐剤、香料、紫外線吸収剤、薬剤、保湿剤、粉末等を挙げることができる。
なお、本発明の乳化組成物においては、配合する油分（前記成分Ｂ及びＣを含む）の合計配合量を、１～３０質量％、好ましくは１～１５質量％、より好ましくは１～８質量％とするのが好ましい。１％未満の場合、十分ななめらかさやエモリエント性が得られず、３０％を超えると基剤の安定性が悪くなる場合がある。
本発明の乳化組成物は、水中油型あるいは油中水型のいずれの形態であってもよく、用途や目的に応じて適宜選択し、当該形態の組成物に用いられる常法に従って調製することができる。
本発明の乳化組成物は、化粧水、乳液、クリーム、ジェル、美容液（エッセンス）などの形態の乳化化粧料として提供することができる。

以下に具体例を挙げて本発明を更に詳細に説明するが、本発明はこれらの実施例に限定されるものではない。なお、以下の実施例等においては、特に断らない限り配合量は質量％を意味する。
（実施例及び比較例）
下記表１及び２に掲げた組成の試料を調製し、当該試料を使用したときの使用性（なめらかさ及びハリ感）並びにマカデミアナッツ油脂肪酸フィトステリルの結晶析出について評価した。
使用性に関しては、１５名の専門パネラーにより各試料を使用してもらい、次の基準で評価した。
○：１０名以上のパネラーが該当すると回答した。
△：５～９名のパネラーが該当すると回答した。
×：４名以下のパネラーが該当すると回答した。
マカデミアナッツ油脂肪酸フィトステリルの結晶析出に関しては、各試料を偏光板に挟んで顕微鏡観察し、結晶析出の有無を確認した。
○：結晶析出が観察されなかった。
×：結晶析出が観察された。
下記表１及び２に掲げた組成の試料を調製し、当該試料を使用したときの使用性（なめらかさ及びハリ感）並びにマカデミアナッツ油脂肪酸フィトステリルの結晶析出について評価した。
使用性に関しては、１５名の専門パネラーにより各試料を使用してもらい、次の基準で評価した。
○：１０名以上のパネラーが該当すると回答した。
△：５～９名のパネラーが該当すると回答した。
×：４名以下のパネラーが該当すると回答した。
マカデミアナッツ油脂肪酸フィトステリルの結晶析出に関しては、各試料を偏光板に挟んで顕微鏡観察し、結晶析出の有無を確認した。
○：結晶析出が観察されなかった。
×：結晶析出が観察された。
表１及び２に示した結果から明らかなように、マカデミアナッツ油脂肪酸フィトステリル（Ａ）を含有しない比較例１ではハリ感が得られず、マカデミアナッツ油脂肪酸フィトステリル（Ａ）と油分（Ｃ）との配合比率が所定範囲外である比較例２ではマカデミアナッツ油脂肪酸フィトステリルの結晶析出が抑制できなかった。また、メチルポリシロキサン（Ｂ）を配合しない比較例３では滑らかな使用感が得られなかった。それに対して本発明の乳化組成物（実施例１～５）は、滑らかな使用感とハリ感が得られ、マカデミアナッツ油脂肪酸フィトステリルの結晶も見られない安定した組成物であった。
以下に本発明の乳化組成物からなる化粧料の処方例を挙げる。いずれの化粧料も、滑らかでみずみずしく、さっぱりした使用感があり、ハリ感及びエモリエント効果に優れ、なおかつ結晶析出のない安定した化粧料であった。

Claims (5)
- （Ａ）マカデミアナッツ油脂肪酸フィトステリル、
（Ｂ）メチルポリシロキサン、及び
（Ｃ）トリ２－エチルヘキサン酸グリセリル、メチルフェニルポリシロキサン、エチルヘキサン酸セチル、テトラエチルヘキサン酸ペンタエリスリチル、及びピバリン酸トリプロピレングリコールからなる群から選択される一種または二種以上の油分を含み、
前記（Ａ）と（Ｃ）との配合量比率が、（Ａ）：（Ｃ）＝１：３～１：２００であることを特徴とする乳化組成物。 - （Ｄ）ポリエチレングリコールを更に含有することを特徴とする、請求項１に記載の乳化組成物。
- （Ａ）マカデミアナッツ油脂肪酸フィトステリルの配合量が０．００１～１０質量％であり、（Ｂ）メチルポリシロキサンの配合量が０．１～３０質量％であることを特徴とする、請求項１又は２に記載の乳化組成物。
- 液状油分の配合量が１～３０質量％であることを特徴とする、請求項１から３のいずれか一項に記載の乳化組成物。
- 請求項１から４のいずれか一項に記載の乳化組成物からなる乳化化粧料。
