背景技术
作为护肤化妆品的目的,可列举出(1)使皮肤清洁、(2)保持皮肤的水分平衡(moisture balance)、(3)促进皮肤的新陈代谢、(4)保护皮肤不受有害的紫外线伤害等。护肤化妆品能够达到所述的目的、使皮肤本来的机能正常运作,结果,具有能够维持并恢复健康美丽的皮肤的机能,例如,洗涤·清拭、抗干燥、抗紫外线、抗氧化、赋活以及美白、防止皱纹·松弛、防止粉刺等各种机能(非专利文献1)。

为了解决所述课题,本发明人等进行了深入研究,结果发现,通过相对于植物甾醇澳洲坚果油脂肪酸酯以特定比例配合特定的油分,从而能够抑制植物甾醇澳洲坚果油脂肪酸酯结晶析出,从而完成了本发明。

(A)植物甾醇澳洲坚果油脂肪酸酯、
(B)甲基聚硅氧烷、及

发明的效果
根据本发明,能够在保持由配合甲基聚硅氧烷所带来的光滑且水润、清爽的使用感的状态下,抑制植物甾醇澳洲坚果油脂肪酸酯的结晶化,同时获得紧致感、柔滑性优异的稳定的乳化组合物。
具体实施方式
本发明的乳化化妆品含有植物甾醇澳洲坚果油脂肪酸酯(成分A)作为必须成分。
植物甾醇澳洲坚果油脂肪酸酯为澳洲坚果油与植物甾醇的酯化物,具有与细胞间脂质类似的结构,是可以单独形成层状液晶的植物来源的原料。
本发明的植物甾醇澳洲坚果油脂肪酸酯没有特别限定,可以使用市售品,例如,可列举出YOFCO-MAS(日本精化株式会社制)等。
本发明的乳化组合物中的植物甾醇澳洲坚果油脂肪酸酯(成分A)的配合量通常为0.001~10质量%、优选为0.01~5质量%、更优选为0.05~3质量%。配合量不足0.001质量%时,难以赋予皮肤充分的紧致感、柔滑性,若配合超过10质量%,则有时稳定性变差。
本发明的乳化组合物中作为必须成分配合的甲基聚硅氧烷(成分B)没有特别限定,优选使用相对低粘度(例如,25℃下的粘度为100cs以下)的物质。
本发明中使用的甲基聚硅氧烷可以为市售品,例如,可列举出silicone KF-96A-100cs、silicone KF-96A-10cs、siliconeKF-96A-20cs、silicone KF-96A-30cs、silicone KF-96A-50cs、silicone KF-96A-5cs、silicone KF-96A-6cs、siliconeKF-96A-1.5cs、silicone KF-96A-2cs(均为信越化学工业株式会社制)等。
本发明的乳化组合物中的甲基聚硅氧烷(成分B)的配合量通常为0.1~30质量%、优选为0.5~15质量%、更优选为1~5质量%。配合量不足0.1质量%时,光滑性、水润性不充分,若配合超过30质量%,则有时稳定性变差。
本发明的乳化组合物中可以配合选自由三(2-乙基己酸)甘油酯、甲基苯基聚硅氧烷、乙基己酸鲸蜡酯、季戊四醇四(乙基己酸)酯、及特戊酸三丙二醇酯所组成组中的一种或两种以上的油分(成分C)作为必须成分。
所述油分优选选自所述列举的油剂,只要具有同等的特性且发挥本发明的效果,则也可以替换为其他油剂。
本发明的乳化组合物中的所述油分(成分C)的配合量调整为:相对于植物甾醇澳洲坚果油脂肪酸酯(成分A)的配合量为(A):(C)=1:3~1:200,优选为1:3~1:150,更优选为1:3~1:100。
成分C的配合量低于植物甾醇澳洲坚果油脂肪酸酯的配合量的3倍时,无法有效抑制植物甾醇澳洲坚果油脂肪酸酯结晶析出。相反,即使配合植物甾醇澳洲坚果油脂肪酸酯的200倍以上,也见不到特性的进一步提高。
本发明的乳化组合物除了上述必须成分A~C以外,优选进一步配合(D)聚乙二醇(PEG)。通过配合PEG,可进一步提高柔滑性。
本发明中使用的PEG没有特别限定,例如,优选使用PEG-75、PEG-150、PEG-6、PEG-20、及PEG-400等。
在本发明的乳化组合物中配合PEG时的配合量通常为0.01~30质量%,优选为0.5~15质量%。
本发明的乳化组合物除了所述必须成分及PEG以外,在不妨碍本发明的效果的范围内,可以适当含有皮肤外用剂及化妆品中通常可配合的其他成分。
作为其他成分,没有特别限定,可列举出醇类、增稠剂、中和剂、液状油分(除了所述成分B和C)、固体油分、半固体油分、表面活性剂、螯合剂、防腐剂、香料、紫外线吸收剂、药剂、保湿剂、粉末等。
需要说明的是,本发明的乳化组合物中,优选使所配合的油分(包括所述成分B和C)的总配合量为1~30质量%、优选为1~15质量%、更优选为1~8质量%。不足1%时,无法得到充分的光滑性、柔滑性,若超过30%,则有时基剂的稳定性变差。
本发明的乳化组合物可以为水包油型或油包水型的任一形态,可根据用途、目的适当选择,可以根据该形态的组合物所使用的通常方法调制。
本发明的乳化组合物可以以化妆水、乳液、乳霜、凝胶、美容液(精华)等形态的乳化化妆品的形式提供。
实施例
以下列举出具体例子进一步详细地说明本发明,但本发明并不受这些实施例的限定。需要说明的是,在以下的实施例等中,只要没有特别注释,配合量意味着质量%。
(实施例和比较例)
调制下述表1和2所示组成的试样,对于使用该试样时的使用性(光滑性和紧致感)以及植物甾醇澳洲坚果油脂肪酸酯的结晶析出进行评价。
关于使用性,由15名专业评委使用各试样,按照以下的标准进行评价。
○:10名以上的评委回答有光滑性和紧致感。
△:5~9名的评委回答有光滑性和紧致感。
×:4名以下的评委回答有光滑性和紧致感。
关于植物甾醇澳洲坚果油脂肪酸酯的结晶析出,将各试样用偏光板夹持进行显微镜观察,确认结晶析出的有无。
○:未观察到结晶析出。
×:观察到结晶析出。

由表1和2所示的结果可知,不含有植物甾醇澳洲坚果油脂肪酸酯(A)的比较例1中得不到紧致感,植物甾醇澳洲坚果油脂肪酸酯(A)和油分(C)的配合比例为规定范围外的比较例2中,无法抑制植物甾醇澳洲坚果油脂肪酸酯结晶析出。另外,未配合甲基聚硅氧烷(B)的比较例3中,没有得到光滑的使用感。与此相对,本发明的乳化组合物(实施例1~5)是可得到光滑的使用感和紧致感、也见不到植物甾醇澳洲坚果油脂肪酸酯结晶的稳定的组合物。
以下列举出含有本发明的乳化组合物的化妆品的配方例。所有化妆品均为具有光滑、水润、清爽的使用感,紧致感及柔滑效果优异且无结晶析出的稳定的化妆品。
实施例6:美容液
制造方法:将油溶性成分溶解在加热至60℃的油分中(油相)。另一方面,将水溶性成分溶解在纯化水中(水相)。向该水相中添加前述的油相并搅拌混合。
实施例7:凝胶乳霜
制造方法:
将油溶性成分溶解在油分中后,加热到60度(油相)。另一方面,将水溶性成分溶解到纯化水中(水相)。向该水相中添加前述的油相并搅拌混合,得到凝胶乳霜。
实施例8:乳液
制造方法:将油溶性成分溶解到加热至60℃的油分中(油相)。另一方面,将水溶性成分溶解到纯化水中(水相)。向该水相中添加前述的油相并搅拌混合。
Claims (5)
1.一种乳化组合物,其特征在于,含有:
(A)植物甾醇澳洲坚果油脂肪酸酯、
(B)甲基聚硅氧烷、以及
(C)选自由三(2-乙基己酸)甘油酯、甲基苯基聚硅氧烷、乙基己酸鲸蜡酯、季戊四醇四(乙基己酸)酯、和特戊酸三丙二醇酯所组成组中的一种或两种以上的油分,
所述(A)与(C)的配合量比例为(A):(C)=1:3~1:200。
2.根据权利要求1所述的乳化组合物,其特征在于,进一步含有(D)聚乙二醇。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的乳化组合物,其特征在于,(A)植物甾醇澳洲坚果油脂肪酸酯的配合量为0.001~10质量%,(B)甲基聚硅氧烷的配合量为0.1~30质量%。
4.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的乳化组合物,其特征在于,液状油分的配合量为1~30质量%。
5.一种乳化化妆品,其含有权利要求1至4中任一项所述的乳化组合物。
