压路机振动轮的支承结构及压路机 技术领域
本实用新型涉及工程机械领域, 具体涉及一种压路机振动轮的支承结构及压路机。 背景技术
压路机的振动轮和振动轮支板之间装设有振动轮的支承结构,支承结构通过内部的 轴承起到支承振动轮并允许振动轮发生转动。专利号为 00225480.8的实用新型公开了一 种压路机振动轮的支承结构, 该支承结构的结构如图 1所示, 它主要包括支承体 1和支 承套 3, 支承套 3通过轴承 4套设于支承体 1上, 所述轴承 4的一侧的支承体 1和支承 套 3之间设有浮动密封圈 2、 轴承 4的另一侧设有油封 7。
但是, 该支承结构在应用的过程中, 存在以下两个问题: 一是浮动密封圈 2比较容 易损坏, 主要原因是支承体 1与支承套 3之间容易积存杂质, 杂质进入浮动密封圈后, 容易加剧其磨损、 导致浮动密封圈损坏, 这种情况在压实水泥混凝土大坝等工况下会特 别显著, 水泥砂浆流入浮动密封圈的结合部后很容易加剧其磨损; 二是轴承中的润滑油 脂补充不方便, 随着使用时间的延长, 轴承中的润滑油脂必然会有所损耗, 必须适时进 行补充, 但是该压路机振动轮的支承结构没有设置加油装置, 因此添加润滑油非常不方 便, 补充油脂时必须拆下如图 1中所示的端盖 6、 压盖 5、 油封 7以及安装于本机构上 的马达等其他零部件, 非常不方便。 因此, 现有的设备容易产生磨损, 影响机器的使用 寿命, 且维护成本高, 容易导致设备产生磨损, 影响机器的使用寿命。
实用新型内容
本实用新型针对上述现有技术的缺点,提供一种可延长浮动密封圈以及轴承的使用 寿命、 结构简单、 成本低廉、 维护成本低、 润滑效果好的压路机振动轮的支承结构及压 路机。
为了解决上述技术问题, 本实用新型采用的技术方案为: 一种压路机振动轮的支承 结构, 它包括支承体和支承套, 所述支承套通过轴承套设于支承体上, 所述轴承的一侧 在支承体和支承套之间设有浮动密封圈、轴承的另一侧设有油封, 所述浮动密封圈的外 侧设有防尘机构;
作为该技术方案的进一步改进: 所述防尘机构包括防尘圈和设于支承体上的环形槽,所述支承体上设有套设于所述 支承套外的凸缘, 所述环形槽设于凸缘上, 所述防尘圈套设于所述支承套上并嵌设于所 述环形槽中;
或者, 所述防尘机构包括防尘圈和设于支承体上的环形槽, 所述支承套上设有套设 于所述支承体外的凸缘, 所述防尘圈嵌设于所述环形槽中并内嵌于凸缘内;
或者, 所述防尘机构包括防尘圈和设于支承体上的环形槽, 所述环形槽设于所述支 承体与支承套的结合端面上, 所述防尘圈嵌设于所述环形槽中并与所述支承套接触; 或者, 所述防尘机构包括防尘圈和设于支承套上的环形槽, 所述环形槽设于所述支 承套与支承体的结合端面上, 所述防尘圈嵌设于所述环形槽中并与所述支承体接触; 所述支承套上设有加油口和出油口,所述加油口和出油口通过油道与所述轴承的内 腔连通。
本实用新型还提供一种压路机, 包括机架、 振动轮和支承结构, 所述振动轮通过所 述支承结构支承于所述机架上, 其特征在于: 所述支承结构为上述支承结构; 所述振动 轮与所述支承结构的支承体相连, 所述支承结构的支承套与所述机架相连。
本实用新型具有下述优点: 本实用新型通过在浮动密封圈的外侧设有防尘机构, 可 防止外部的杂质、 灰尘等进入浮动密封圈, 改善了浮动密封圈的工作状况、 提高浮动密 封圈的使用寿命, 降低机器的维护成本; 防尘机构由环形槽和防尘圈组成, 结构简单、 成本低廉; 通过在支承套上设有加油口和出油口, 可以方便地对轴承进行加油润滑, 定 期补充油脂, 有效改善和保证了轴承的润滑状况, 提高轴承的使用寿命。

具体实施方式
如图 2所示, 在本实用新型第一实施例中, 支承结构包括支承体 1和支承套 3, 支 承套 3通过轴承 4套设于支承体 1上,轴承 4的一侧在支承体 1和支承套 3之间设有浮 动密封圈 2, 轴承 4的另一侧设有油封 7, 浮动密封圈 2的外侧设有防尘机构。 在本实 施例中, 防尘机构包括防尘圈 9和设于支承体 1上的环形槽 8, 支承体 1上设有套设于 支承套 3外的凸缘 12, 环形槽 8设于凸缘 12上, 防尘圈 9套设于支承套 3上并嵌设于 环形槽 8中。轴承 4的内圈通过一压盖 5固定于支承体 1上, 轴承 4的外圈则固定于支 承套 3中。 支承套 3上位于油封 7的外侧设有端盖 6, 本实施例中油封 7设于压盖 5和 端盖 6之间, 且压盖 5与支承体 1之间通过密封圈保持接缝密闭, 端盖 6和支承套 3之 间通过密封圈保持接缝密闭,浮动密封圈 2和油封 Ί一起构成将轴承 4包含在内的润滑 油腔,而由防尘圈 9和设于支承体 1上的环形槽 8组成的防尘机构一起防止灰尘和杂物 进入浮动密封圈 2的内侧, 因此可以保持轴承 4润滑, 延长轴承 4的使用寿命。 由于压 路机轴承中的润滑油脂必然会随着运行有所损耗, 因此本实施例中的支承套 3上设有加 油口 31和出油口 32,加油口 31和出油口 32通过油道 33与轴承 4的内腔保持连通,通 过加油口 31和出油口 32及时或定期补充油脂, 可以有效改善和保证轴承的润滑状况, 从而提高轴承的使用寿命。本实施例中加油口 31中设有油嘴、 油嘴座、 油嘴座密封圈, 轴承 4的外圈中部具有油环及孔,可以将从油嘴过来的油引入轴承 4的内腔。出油口 32 中设有堵头, 需要加油时拧开堵头, 即可加注润滑油脂。
如图 3所示, 本实用新型第二实施例与第一实施例基本相同, 不同点在于: 支承套 3上设有套设于支承体 1外的凸缘 12, 防尘圈 9嵌设于环形槽 8中并内嵌于凸缘 12内。
如图 4所示, 本实用新型第三实施例与第一实施例基本相同, 不同点在于: 防尘机 构包括防尘圈 9和设于支承体 1上的环形槽 8, 环形槽 8设于支承体 1与支承套 3的结 合端面上, 防尘圈 9嵌设于环形槽 8中并与支承套 3接触。
如图 5所示, 本实用新型第四实施例与第一实施例基本相同, 不同点在于: 防尘机 构包括防尘圈 9和设于支承套 3上的环形槽 8, 环形槽 8设于支承套 3与支承体 1的结 合端面上, 防尘圈 9嵌设于环形槽 8中并与支承体 1接触。
如图 6所示, 本实施例中的压路机包括机架 10、 振动轮 11和支承结构, 振动轮 11 通过支承结构支承于机架 10上, 其中支承结构可以为上述实施例中任一支承结构, 振 动轮 11与支承结构的支承体 1相连, 支承结构的支承套 3与机架 10相连。
以上所述仅是本实用新型的优选实施方式,本实用新型的保护范围并不仅局限于上 述实施例, 凡属于本实用新型思路下的技术方案均属于本实用新型的保护范围。 应当指 出, 对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说, 在不脱离本实用新型原理前提下的若干改进 和润饰, 例如在第一实施例中或者第二实施例中将环形槽 8设于支承套 3上, 又或者采 用其他的防尘机构等等, 这些改进和润饰也应视为本实用新型的保护范围。

3、 根据权利要求 1所述的压路机振动轮的支承结构, 其特征在于: 所述防尘机构 包括防尘圈 (9) 和设于支承体 (1) 上的环形槽 (8), 所述支承套 (3) 上设有套设于 所述支承体(1)外的凸缘 (12), 所述防尘圈 (9)嵌设于所述环形槽 (8) 中并内嵌于 凸缘 (12) 内。
