Description
本实用新型涉及轴承技术领域,具体为一种抗振动调心滚子轴承。
调心滚子轴承具有双列滚子,外圈有一条共用球面滚道,内圈有两条滚道并相对轴承轴线倾斜成一个角度,这种巧妙的构造使它具有自动调心性能,因而不易受轴与轴承箱座角度对误差或轴弯曲的影响,适用于安装误差或轴挠曲而引起角度误差之场合。
现有的调心滚子轴承在经过长时间使用,内部缺少润滑油,导致内部的滚子转动效果下降,出现滚子松动的问题,从而导致内部滚子可能出现脱落现象,引发机械故障事故,为此,我们提出一种抗振动调心滚子轴承。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种抗振动调心滚子轴承,以解决上述背景技术中提出的现有的调心滚子轴承在经过长时间使用,内部缺少润滑油,导致内部的滚子转动效果下降,出现滚子松动的问题,从而导致内部滚子可能出现脱落现象,引发机械故障事故的问题。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型提供如下技术方案:一种抗振动调心滚子轴承,包括轴承外圈,所述轴承外圈的顶部开设有油孔,所述轴承外圈的内腔均匀开设有输油槽,所述油孔的底部固定连接有顺流块,所述轴承外圈的内墙壁均匀开设有输油孔,所述输油孔与所述输油槽的位置相对应,所述轴承外圈的内部活动卡接有安装架,所述安装架外部的中部固定连接有中挡块,所述安装架外壁的两侧均固定连接有外侧挡块,所述安装架的外壁活动卡接有滚子,所述滚子位于所述中挡块和所述外侧挡块的中间,所述外侧挡块的下部均匀开设有出油孔,所述安装架的内部活动卡接有轴承内圈。
优选的,所述油孔的顶部活动卡接有橡胶密封塞,且所述橡胶密封塞的顶部设置有一体式提手。
优选的,所述顺流块的形状为T字形,所述顺流块的左右两侧均固定连接有顺流楞。
优选的,述输油孔的位置位于所述滚子的顶部,且所述输油孔的开设位置位于所述滚子顶部的中部。
优选的,所述中挡块的形状为梯形,且所述中挡块的顶部不与所述轴承外圈的内腔 壁相连接。
优选的,所述轴承外圈的内腔壁为椭球面,且所述轴承外圈的内腔壁的曲率半径与所述滚子的曲率半径相等。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的有益效果是:
1、该一种抗振动调心滚子轴承,通过设置有注油孔,在轴承长时间使用后,定时进行注入润滑油,对轴承内部的滚子进行润滑,延长轴承的使用寿命,同时延长做工机械的使用寿命;
2、该一种抗振动调心滚子轴承,通过在油孔的顶部活动卡接有橡胶密封塞,在橡胶密封塞的顶部设置有一体式提手,便于对油孔进行密封,防止灰尘或者杂物进入轴承的内部,对注入的润滑油造成凝固。

参照图1,所述油孔2的顶部活动卡接有橡胶密封塞,且所述橡胶密封塞的顶部设置有一体式提手。
通过上述技术方案,对油孔2进行密封,防止灰尘或者杂质进入轴承的内部。
参照图1,所述顺流块4的形状为T字形,所述顺流块4的左右两侧均固定连接有顺流楞。
通过上述技术方案,使润滑油方便进入输油槽3的内部。
参照图1,所述输油孔5的位置位于所述滚子9的顶部,且所述输油孔5的开设位置位于所述滚子9顶部的中部。
通过上述技术方案,防止在进行润滑时润滑油流出轴承外部,造成润滑油的浪费。
参照图1,所述中挡块7的形状为梯形,且所述中挡块7的顶部不与所述轴承外圈1的内腔壁相连接。
通过上述技术方案,减少摩擦,防止对轴承外圈1造成损坏。
参照图1,所述轴承外圈1的内腔壁为椭球面,且所述轴承外圈1的内腔壁的曲率半径与所述滚子9的曲率半径相等。
通过上述技术方案,有利于滚子9的转动,增大轴承的效率。
工作原理:本新型方案在使用时,在进行安装时,首先将滚子9活动卡接在中挡块7和外侧挡块8的之间,左右两侧均卡接滚子9,将轴承内圈11活动卡接在安装架6的内部,将安装完成后的安装架6,活动卡接在轴承外圈1的内部,滚子9的顶部与轴承外圈1的内腔壁相接触,本设备即可安装在机械上进行运行工作,本设备长时间使用,通过提拉油孔2顶部活动卡接的橡胶密封塞,将油孔2露出,向油孔2的内部注入润滑油,润滑油进入油孔2的内部,在油孔2的底部固定连接有顺流块4,注入的润滑油通过顺流块4的阻挡流进输油槽3的内部,在输油槽3的底部开设有输油孔5,润滑油通过输油孔5流到滚子9的本体上,进行润滑,本设备通过设置有注油孔,在轴承长时间使用后,定时进行注入润滑油,对轴承内部的滚子9进行润滑,延长轴承的使用寿命,同时延长做工机械的使用寿命。
