Abstract

일체형 하판 유리 및 그를 포함하는 진공 복층 유리의 제조 방법이 개시된다. 본 발명은 하층 유리판의 가장자리에 테두리부가 형성되어 내부에 공간부를 형성하고, 테두리부의 내주면을 따라 형성된 상층 유리판 거치부 중 하나 이상의 내부에 게터 삽입부가 형성되며, 게터 삽입부의 일단에 배기관이 연결되는 일체형 하판 유리를 준비하고, 게터 삽입부에 게터가 채워진 금속 컨테이너를 안치시키고, 상층 유리판 거치부의 상부면에 상층 유리판을 거치하고 상층 유리판을 상층 유리판 거치부의 상부면과 테두리부의 내측면에 접합하며, 배기관의 타단을 진공 펌프에 연결하여 공간부를 진공상태로 만들고, 배기관을 절단함에 따라, 보다 간편한 공정으로 게터를 효과적으로 활성화시킬 수 있으며 생산성을 향상시키고 불량률을 줄일 수 있는 진공 복층 유리를 제조할 수 있다.
