Description
本発明は、建物の換気を行うために換気口の屋外側に取り付けられる外壁端末換気口に関する。
従来の外壁端末換気口は、図36に示すような建物の外壁に取り付けて換気口を形成する外壁端末換気口であって、外壁に穿設された通気孔に挿入される通気孔挿入胴体1101と、この通気孔挿入胴体1101の正面部および天面部と側部を覆うように設けられた外壁から突出するフード1102で構成され、フード1102にガラリ1103が挿入されて配設されたものが知られていた(例えば、特許文献1)。
このような従来の外壁端末換気口においては、この通気孔挿入胴体1101を流れてきた排気がフード1102の正面板に当たった後に下方に流れてガラリ1103に入り込む。そして、排気はガラリ1103のガイド板1103aで規制されて下方斜め前方へ排出されることとなるが、正面板に沿って排出される下向きの排気流風速が他のガイド板からの排気流風速よりも大きくなるため、排気流全体としてはこの気流に誘引されて壁面に沿う気流となり、外壁と接触する部分で外壁汚れが発生し、住宅の外観を損なう。
また、建築基準法改正以降の24時間換気の普及および白系やベージュ系の外壁の増加傾向により外壁端末換気口からの排気流によって、排気流が外壁と接触する部分で外壁汚れが発生し、住宅の外観を損なうという事例が急増している。
そこで本発明は、上記従来の課題を解決するものであり、排気流による外壁の汚れを防止することができる外壁端末換気口を提供する。
本発明は、外壁に取り付けられる略中央に開口部を有した本体と、正面部および天面部と側部を閉口して形成したフードと、フードの下方に複数の風向板を設けたものであって、複数の風向板を、外壁面から最も遠くに位置する風向板をその他の風向板である複数の風向板より下方に長く形成した風向調整板を設けるものである。
さらに本発明は、外壁に取り付けられる略中央に開口部を有した本体と、正面部および天面部と側部を閉口し下方を開口したフード下方開口部を形成したフードと、フードの下方に複数の風向板を設けたものであって、複数の風向板を、フード下方開口部の下端から突出させるものである。
かかる構成によって、排気流による外壁の汚れを防止することができる。
本発明の外壁端末換気口は、外壁に取り付けられる略中央に開口部を有した本体と、正面部および天面部と側部を閉口して形成したフードと、フードの下方に複数の風向板を設けたものであって、複数の風向板を、外壁面から最も遠くに位置する風向板をその他の風向板である複数の風向板より下方に長く形成した風向調整板を設ける。これにより、外壁面から最も遠くに位置する風向板をその他の風向板である複数の風向板より下方に長く形成した風向調整板が、他の風向板よりも多くの空気を受けることにより、各風向板からの排気流のなかで最も大きな風速の壁面から遠ざかる気流を発生する。また、他の風向板からの排気流はこの最も風速の大きな気流に誘引されることから排気流全体を外壁面から遠ざけることとなるので、排気流による外壁の汚れを防止することができる。
さらに本発明の外壁端末換気口は、外壁に取り付けられる略中央に開口部を有した本体と、正面部および天面部と側部を閉口し下方を開口したフード下方開口部を形成したフードと、フードの下方に複数の風向板を設けたものであって、複数の風向板を、フード下方開口部の下端から突出させる。これにより、排気がフード開口部を通過した後に気流の向きを変化させることとなり、フードの形状違いにより排気流の分布が異なる場合であってもその影響を受けずに壁面からから遠ざける排気流を発生することとなるので、排気流による外壁の汚れを防止することができる。
以下、本発明の実施の形態について、図面を参照しながら説明する。
(実施の形態1)
図1および図2に示すように、外壁101に取り付けられる略中央に開口部102を有した本体103と、正面部104および天面部105と側部106を閉口して形成したフード107と、フード107の下方に複数の風向板108を設けたものであって、複数の風向板108に、外壁面109から最も遠くに位置する風向板108をその他の複数の風向板108より下方に長く形成した風向調整板110として設ける。

上記構成により、外壁面109から最も遠くに位置する風向板108をその他の風向板108である複数の風向板108より下方に長く形成した風向調整板110として設けることによって、他の風向板108よりも多くの空気を受ける。それによって、風向板108の排気流のなかで最も大きな風速の外壁面109から遠ざかる気流を発生させ、他の風向板108からの排気流がこの最も風速の大きな気流に誘引されることから、排気流全体を外壁面109から遠ざけることができる。よって、排気流による外壁101の汚れを防止することができる。
また、図3および図4に示すように、風向板108Aを、排気流が外壁101から離れる角度で設ける構成としてもよい。
上記構成により、フード107下方の開口部111からの排気流全体を外壁面109から遠ざけることができる。よって、より外壁101の汚れを防止することができる。
また、図5および図6に示すように、風向板108Bの角度を、外壁101から離れるほど小さくする構成としてもよい。
上記構成により、複数の風向板108Bの角度が外壁面109から最も遠くに位置する風向板よりも大きくなるので、複数の風向板108Bからの排気流が最も風速の大きな外壁面109から遠ざかる気流に向かって発生することにより誘引効果が高められ、排気流全体を外壁面109から遠ざけることができる。よって、より外壁101の汚れを防止することができる。
また、図7および図8に示すように、風向板108C同士の間隔を、外壁101から離れるほど狭くする構成としてもよい。
上記構成により、屋内からの排気は外壁101に取り付けられる略中央に開口部102から正面部104および天面部105と側部106を閉口して形成したフード107の下方に流れるため、正面部104近傍の風向板108Cに風量が集中する。そのため、外壁101から離れた位置にある複数の風向板108C同士の間隔を狭くすることで正面部104近傍の複数の風向板108Cからの風速を高め、外壁101から遠ざかる誘引気流を効果的に発生する。また、風量が少ない開口部分においては複数の風向板108C同士の間隔が広くなっているため、等間隔の複数の風向板108Cに対して通気抵抗が低減される。よって、通気抵抗を低減しつつ、外壁101の汚れを防止することができる。
また、図9に示すように、風向調整板110Aとフード107の正面部104との間隔(l)を、その他の複数の間隔同士の間隔(m)より狭くする構成としてもよい。
上記構成により、屋内からの排気は外壁101に取り付けられる略中央に開口部102から正面部104および天面部105と側部106を閉口して形成したフード107の下方に流れるため、正面部104近傍の複数の風向板108Dに風量が集中する。そして、外壁101から最も離れた位置にある風向調整板110Aとの間隔を狭くすることで正面部104近傍の風向板108Dからの風速を高め、外壁101から遠ざかる誘引気流を効果的に発生することができる。また、最も離れた位置にある風向調整板110Aのフード107の正面部104との間隔だけを狭くすることで通気抵抗の増加を最小限に抑えられる。よって、通気抵抗の増加を最小限に抑えつつ、外壁101の汚れを防止することができる。
また、図10および図11に示すように、複数の風向板108Eの形状を、曲面状の曲面部112を形成する構成としてもよい。
上記構成により、正面部104および天面部105と側部106を閉口して形成したフード107の下方への排気流を緩やかに変化でき、通気抵抗の増加を最小限に抑えられる。よって、通気抵抗の増加を最小限に抑えつつ、外壁101の汚れを防止することができる。
また、複数の風向板108Eの曲面部112を、外壁101側に凹部113を形成する構成としてもよい。
上記構成により、正面部104および天面部105と側部106を閉口して形成したフード107の下方への排気流を凹部113に沿って緩やかに外壁面109から遠ざかる気流に変化でき、通気抵抗の増加を最小限に抑えられる。よって、より通気抵抗の増加を最小限に抑えつつ、外壁101の汚れを防止することができる。
また、図12~図14に示すように、フード107Aの正面部104Aと側部106Aとの間に傾斜面114を設け、傾斜面114に空気の流通する開口部115を設ける構成としてもよい。
上記構成により、室内116からの排気は、本体103に設けた開口部102からフード107A内に送られ、傾斜面114に設けた開口部115から、外壁面109より遠ざかった方向の室外117に排出される。よって、排気流による外壁101の汚れを防止することができる。
また、図15~図17に示すように、外壁101に設けられ、室内116と室外117を連通するダクト118に挿入される筒部119と、外壁101に取り付けられ、略中央に開口部102を有したフランジ部120とからなる本体103と、この本体103に固定され、正面部104Bおよび天面部105Bを閉口し、下部121および側部106Bを開口し、空気の流通路を形成する構成としてもよい。
上記構成により、吹き上げの風によって筒部119にまで侵入した雨滴122は、筒部119の内周面123に沿って下方に滴れ、筒部119の内周面123の下端に溜まる。このとき、筒部119の内部で室外117から室内116の方向へ向かう風が発生したとき、筒部119の内周面123の下端に溜まった雨滴122は室内116の方向へ流される。雨滴122が筒部119の室内側下端に到達したとき、止水板124によって遮られ、さらに室内116方向へ流されるのを防止することができる。よって、風と共に雨水が室内116に侵入することを低減し、住宅材の耐久性が損なわれるのを防止することができる。
また、図18および図19に示すように、フランジ部120Aの開口部102Aを、筒部119の内径寸法(n)より大きい内径寸法(o)の開口とし、この開口の外周にはフード107側に突出する筒壁125を形成するとともに、筒壁125の下部に水抜穴126を設ける構成としてもよい。
上記構成により、下からの吹き上げの風によってフランジ部120Aの開口部102Aの近傍に付着した雨滴122は、筒壁125の内周面127に沿って下側に流れ、筒壁125の下部の水抜穴126より排出される。また、筒壁125の内周面127に滴れた雨滴122は、筒壁125の内径寸法(n)が筒部119の内径寸法(o)より大であるため筒部の内周面127にさかのぼって侵入することはないため、雨水を室内へ侵入するのを防ぐことができる。よって、風と共に雨水が室内116に侵入することを低減し、住宅材の耐久性が損なわれるのを防止することができる。
(実施の形態2)
図20および図21に示すように、外壁201に取り付けられる略中央に開口部202を有した本体203と、正面部204および天面部205と側部206を閉口し、下方を開口したフード下方開口部207を形成したフード208と、フード208の下方に複数の風向板209を設けたものであって、複数の風向板の先端を、開口部207の下端から突出させる。
図20および図21に示すように、外壁201に取り付けられる略中央に開口部202を有した本体203と、正面部204および天面部205と側部206を閉口し、下方を開口したフード下方開口部207を形成したフード208と、フード208の下方に複数の風向板209を設けたものであって、複数の風向板の先端を、開口部207の下端から突出させる。
上記構成により、排気がフード208のフード下方開口部207を通過した後に気流の向きを変化させることとなり、フード208の形状違いにより排気流の分布が異なる場合であってもその影響を受けずに外壁面210から遠ざける排気流を発生する。よって、排気流による外壁の汚れを防止することができる。
また、図22に示すように、複数の風向板209の先端を、フード下方開口部207の下端に合わせる構成としてもよい。
上記構成により、複数の風向板209の部分的な突出部がなくなる。よって、見栄えがすっきりとなり、外観性を向上することができる。
また、図23および図24に示すように、フード下方開口部207の下に外壁面210に沿った外壁風向板211を設け、かかる外壁風向板211の両端に立ち上げ部212を設ける構成としてもよい。
上記構成により、外壁面210に沿って発生する気流に対して、外壁風向板211によって外壁面210から遠ざかる気流を発生させるとともに、外壁風向板211の両端の立ち上げ部212で外壁風向板211を回りこむ気流を抑制することにより、外壁面210に沿って流れる気流を抑制する。よって、より排気流による外壁の汚れを防止することができる。
また、図25および図26に示すように、複数の風向板209Aに、外壁面210から最も遠くに位置する風向調整板213を設け、その他の複数の風向板209Aより下方に長く形成した構成としてもよい。
上記構成により、他の風向板209Aよりも多くの空気を受けることにより、風向板からの排気流のなかで最も大きな風速の外壁面210から遠ざかる気流を発生し、また、他の風向板209Aからの排気流はこの最も風速の大きな気流に誘引されることから排気流全体を外壁面210から遠ざけることができる。よって、排気流による外壁の汚れを防止することができる。
また、図27および図28に示すように、風向板209Bを、外壁201から離れる角度で設ける構成としてもよい。
上記構成により、フード下方のフード下方開口部207からの排気流全体を外壁面210から遠ざけることができる。よって、より外壁の汚れを防止することができる。
また、図29および図30に示すように、角度を、外壁面210から離れるほど小さくする構成としてもよい。
上記構成により、複数の風向板209Cの角度が外壁面210から最も遠くに位置する風向調整板213よりも大きくなるので、複数の風向板209Dからの排気流が最も風速の大きな外壁面210から遠ざかる気流に向かって発生することにより誘引効果が高められ、排気流全体を外壁面210から遠ざけることができる。よって、より外壁の汚れを防止することができる。
また、図31および図32に示すように、風向板209D同士の間隔を、外壁面210から離れるほど狭くする構成としてもよい。
上記構成により、屋内からの排気は外壁201に取り付けられる略中央に開口部202から正面部204および天面部205と側部206を閉口して形成したフード208の下方に流れるため、正面部204近傍の風向板209Dに風量が集中する。そのため、外壁面210から離れた位置にある複数の風向板209D同士の間隔を狭くすることで、正面部204近傍の複数の風向板209Dからの風速を高め、外壁面210から遠ざかる誘引気流を効果的に発生する。また、風量が少ない開口部分においては複数の風向板209D同士の間隔が広くなっているため、等間隔の複数の風向板に対して通気抵抗が低減される。よって、通気抵抗を低減しつつ、外壁の汚れを防止することができる。
また、図33に示すように、風向調整板213Aとフード208の正面部204との間隔(l)を、その他の複数の風向板同士の間隔(m)より狭くする構成としてもよい。
上記構成により、屋内214からの排気は外壁201に取り付けられる略中央に開口部202から正面部204および天面部205と側部206を閉口して形成したフード208の下方に流れるため、正面部204近傍の複数の風向板209Eに風量が集中する。そのため、外壁面210から最も離れた位置にある風向調整板213Aとフード208の正面部204との間隔を狭くすることで正面部204近傍の風向板209Eからの風速を高め、外壁面210から遠ざかる誘引気流を効果的に発生することができる。また、最も離れた位置にある風向調整板213Aとフード208の正面部204との間隔だけを狭くすることで通気抵抗の増加を最小限に抑えられる。よって、通気抵抗の増加を最小限に抑えつつ、外壁の汚れを防止することができる。
また、図34および図35に示すように、複数の風向板209Fの形状を、曲面状の曲面部215を形成する構成としてもよい。
上記構成により、正面部204および天面部205と側部206を閉口して形成したフード208の下方への排気流を緩やかに変化でき、通気抵抗の増加を最小限に抑えられる。よって、通気抵抗の増加を最小限に抑えることができる。
また、曲面部215を、外壁側に凹部216を形成する構成としてもよい。
上記構成により、正面部204および天面部205と側部206を閉口して形成したフード208の下方への排気流を凹部216に沿って緩やかに壁面から遠ざかる気流に変化でき、通気抵抗の増加を最小限に抑えられる。よって、より通気抵抗の増加を最小限に抑えつつ、外壁の汚れを防止することができる。
本発明にかかる外壁端末換気口は、排気流による外壁の汚れを防止することを可能とするものであるので、室内に設置される給気口などとしても有用である。

Claims (13)
- 外壁に取り付けられる略中央に開口部を有した本体と、
正面部と天面部と側部とを閉口し、下方を開口してフード下方開口部を形成したフードと、
前記フードの下方に複数の風向板と
を備え、
複数の前記風向板のうち、外壁面から最も遠くに位置する風向板をその他の風向板より下方に長く形成した風向調整板として設けることを特徴とする外壁端末換気口。 - 複数の前記風向板の先端を、前記フード下方開口部の下端から突出させることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の外壁端末換気口。
- 前記複数の風向板の先端を、前記フード下方開口部の下端に合わせることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の外壁端末換気口。
- 前記フード下方開口部の下に外壁に沿った外壁風向板を設け、
前記外壁風向板の両端に立ち上げ部を設けることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の外壁端末換気口。 - 前記風向板を、前記外壁から排気流が離れる角度で設けることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の外壁端末換気口。
- 前記角度を、前記外壁から離れるほど小さくすることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の外壁端末換気口。
- 複数の前記風向板同士の間隔を、前記外壁から離れるほど狭くすることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の外壁端末換気口。
- 前記風向調整板と前記フードの正面部との間隔を、その他の複数の風向板同士の間隔より狭くすることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の外壁端末換気口。
- 複数の前記風向板の形状が、曲面状の曲面部を有することを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の外壁端末換気口。
- 前記曲面部に、外壁側に凹部を形成することを特徴とする請求項9に記載の外壁端末換気口。
- 前記フードの正面部と両側部との間に傾斜面を設け、前記傾斜面に空気の流通する開口部を設けることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の外壁端末換気口。
- 前記外壁に設けられ、室内と室外を連通するダクトに挿入される筒部と、前記外壁面に取り付けられ、略中央に開口部を有したフランジ部とからなる本体と、この本体に固定された前記フードにより、空気の流通路を形成することを特徴とする請求項11に記載の外壁端末換気口。
- 前記フランジ部の開口部を、前記筒部の内径寸法より大きい内径寸法の開口とし、この開口の外周にはフード側に突出する筒壁を形成するとともに、前記筒壁の下部に水抜穴を設けることを特徴とする請求項12に記載の外壁端末換気口。
