本发明涉及一种烘烤装置,尤其是关于一种能够将面糊烘烤成饼的烘烤装置。
背景技术
华夫饼机是一种将面糊制成饼的机器 , 传统华夫饼机的两个烤盘是水平放置的。做饼之前,预先加热烤盘之后 , 需打开上面的烤盘,将调好的面糊倒在下面的烤盘上,再合上上面的烤盘 , 继续加热,动作较为繁琐,不方便使用。同时,加热制饼时会产生大量的水蒸汽,面糊迅速膨胀,压力明显增大 ,容易 将内部还未固化的面糊从周围空隙挤出 , 不仅会弄脏机器及桌面,而且还浪费材料。
技术问题
本发明所要解决的技术问题是,提供一种 使用方便且能够节约材料的烘烤装置。
技术解决方案
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种烘烤装置 , 包括第一烤盘、第二烤盘及固定机构,第一烤盘支撑在固定机构上,第二烤盘与第一烤盘转动连接并能够绕旋转轴线转动,第一烤盘和第二烤盘之间形成烘烤腔, 第一烤盘与水平面具有夹角,且第一烤盘和第二烤盘中至少之一的上端设有能够引导面糊流入烘烤腔的入料口。
第一烤盘竖直设置。入料口设于第一烤盘和第二烤盘中至少之一的最顶端。入料口上设置有入料筒。入料筒为漏斗状。旋转轴线与水平面具有夹角。
第一烤盘具有面向第二烤盘的第一烘烤腔,第二烤盘具有面向第一烤盘的第二烘烤腔,烘烤腔由第一烘烤腔和第二烘烤腔组成。第一烘烤腔具有多个凸块,第二烘烤腔具有与多个凸块一一对应的多个凹槽。
第一烤盘和第二烤盘中至少之一具有把手。
固定机构包括底座、第一立柱、第二立柱和水平放置的连接轴,第一立柱和第二立柱固定在底座上,连接轴连接第一立柱和第二立柱,第一烤盘固定在连接轴上。连接轴与第一立柱和第二立柱均转动配合。
有益效果
本发明的有益效果是, 两个烤盘与水平面具有夹角而倾斜放置,烤盘的上端设置有入料口,面糊由入料口直接倒入烘烤腔,无需打开烤盘,即可将面糊倒入,使用方便;同时,加热制饼时,产生的水蒸汽可由入料口排出,避免将还未固化的面糊从周围空隙挤出,弄脏机器和桌面,且可节约做饼的材料。

本发明的实施方式
如图1至图3所示,本实施方式烘烤装置包括烘烤机构1和固定机构2,烘烤机构1安装在该固定机构2上。烘烤机构1包括两个烤盘。两个烤盘均设置有用于烘烤面糊的发热元件,该两个烤盘分别定义为第一烤盘11和第二烤盘14,第一烤盘11的侧端和第二烤盘14的侧端转动连接,使第二烤盘14可以相对第一烤盘11绕一旋转轴线在预定的角度范围内转动,该旋转轴线可以与水平面垂直或者具有一个为锐角的夹角。第二烤盘14可以相对第一烤盘11闭合,此时,第一烤盘11和第二烤盘14平行;第二烤盘14也可以相对第一烤盘11打开,此时,第一烤盘11和第二烤盘14具有一个夹角,如夹角为45度、90度等。第一烤盘11安装在固定机构2上,该第一烤盘11与水平面具有夹角,即第一烤盘11与水平面垂直或具有一个为锐角的夹角。第二烤盘14相对第一烤盘11闭合时,第一烤盘11和第二烤盘14之间形成烘烤腔15,第一烤盘11和第二烤盘14中的至少一个的上端设有入料口13,入料口13与该烘烤腔15连通,使面糊能够通过该入料口13流入烘烤腔15。
固定机构2包括底座21、第一立柱22、第二立柱23和连接轴24,连接轴24水平设置,第一立柱22和第二立柱23竖直固定在底座21上,连接轴24的两端分别架在第一立柱22和第二立柱23上,第一烤盘11固定在连接轴24上。连接轴24可以与第一、二立柱固定,也可以与第一、二立柱转动配合而能够转动一定的角度,从而可以调节第一烤盘11与水平面的夹角。底座21上还设置有开关25、温度控制旋钮26和指示灯27。开关25用于控制烘烤装置进行工作,温度控制旋钮26可设置第一烤盘11和第二烤盘14的烘烤温度,指示灯27可用于显示工作状态,如显示正在烘烤或是已经完成烘烤。
入料口13可以位于第一烤盘11和第二烤盘中14的任意一个上,或者第一烤盘11和第二烤盘14均设有入料口13。第一烤盘11和第二烤盘14可以通过铰链17铰接。第二烤盘14的旋转轴线可以与水平面具有夹角,即第一烤盘11的侧端和第二烤盘14的侧端转动连接,使第二烤盘14可以向侧面打开;第二烤盘14的旋转轴线也可以与水平面平行,即第一烤盘11的底端和第二烤盘14的底端转动连接,使第二烤盘14可以向前打开。
第一烤盘11与水平面具有夹角,便于面糊在重力作用下,从入料口13流入烘烤腔15。在一种实施方式中,第一烤盘11与水平面的夹角可以为90°,即第一烤盘11可以竖直设置。
入料口13可以位于第一烤盘11或第二烤盘14的最顶端。在本实施方式中,最顶端是指位于第一烤盘11或第二烤盘14的上端且距离连接轴24最远的位置,该最顶端也即是在竖直方向高度最高的位置。
入料口13上还可以设置有入料筒(未图示)。入料筒可以为多种形状,在一种实施方式中,入料筒可以为漏斗状。
第一烤盘11和第二烤盘14上还可以设置有把手12,以方便打开第二烤盘14。
本实施方式烘烤装置的工作过程如下:打开烘烤装置的开关25,接通电源,将第一烤盘和第二烤盘预热;将备好的面糊从入料口13倒入,面糊在重力作用下进入烘烤腔15;通过温度控制旋钮26设置好烘烤温度,开始烘烤;烘烤时,产生的水蒸汽可通过入料口13排出,当指示灯27显示烘烤完成时,可通过把手12打开第二烤盘14,取出烤好的饼。
对于烘烤装置,当烤盘竖直设置时,面糊倒入烘烤腔烘烤时,面糊与第一烤盘和第二烤盘均良好接触,烤出的饼色泽均匀;当入料口设置在烤盘的最顶端时,可使烘烤腔能够尽可能多的装入面糊;当在入料口设置入料筒时,可以缓存多余面糊,从而可以使面糊少渗出或不渗出,能够尽量避免弄脏烘烤装置和桌面;当入料筒为漏斗状时,方便倒入面糊;当烤盘上设置把手时,方便打开烤盘,取出烤好的饼。
对于烘烤装置,第一烤盘面11向第二烤盘14的一侧可以设有第一烘烤腔,该第一烘烤腔内可以设有用于造型的多个第一凸起,第二烤盘14面向第一烤盘11的一侧可以设有第二烘烤腔,第二烘烤腔内可以设有对应多个凸起的多个第一凹槽16;也可以是第二烘烤腔内设有对应第一烘烤腔内的多个第一凸起的多个第二凸起;也可以是第一、二烘烤腔中有一个烘烤腔设有凸起而另一个为平板状;该等烘烤装置可以用于制作华夫饼(waffle)、雪糕皮、蛋卷或冰激淋蛋筒等。另外,当烘烤装置用于烘烤面包时,第一烘烤腔和第二烘烤腔内也可以均不设置造型用的凸起或凹槽。

  1. 一种烘烤装置,包括第一烤盘、第二烤盘及固定机构,所述第一烤盘支撑在所述固定机构上,所述第二烤盘与所述第一烤盘转动连接并能够绕旋转轴线转动,所述第一烤盘和第二烤盘之间形成烘烤腔,其特征在于:所述第一烤盘与水平面具有夹角,且所述第一烤盘和第二烤盘中至少之一的上端设有能够引导面糊流入烘烤腔的入料口。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的烘烤装置,其特征在于:所述第一烤盘竖直设置。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的烘烤装置,其特征在于,所述入料口设于所述第一烤盘和第二烤盘中至少之一的最顶端。
  4. 如权利要求2所述的烘烤装置,其特征在于,所述入料口上设置有入料筒。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的烘烤装置,其特征在于,所述入料筒为漏斗状。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的烘烤装置,其特征在于:所述旋转轴线与水平面具有夹角。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的烘烤装置,其特征在于:所述第一烤盘具有面向第二烤盘的第一烘烤腔,第二烤盘具有面向第一烤盘的第二烘烤腔,所述烘烤腔由所述第一烘烤腔和第二烘烤腔组成。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的烘烤位置,其特征在于:所述第一烘烤腔具有多个凸块,所述第二烘烤腔具有与多个所述凸块一一对应的多个凹槽。
  9. 如权利要求1所述的烘烤装置,其特征在于:所述第一烤盘和第二烤盘中至少之一具有把手。
  10. 如权利要求1至9中任一项所述的烘烤装置,其特征在于:所述固定机构包括底座、第一立柱、第二立柱和水平放置的连接轴,所述第一立柱和所述第二立柱固定在所述底座上,所述连接轴连接所述第一立柱和所述第二立柱,所述第一烤盘固定在所述连接轴上。
  11. 如权利要求10所述的烘烤装置,其特征在于:所述连接轴与所述第一立柱和第二立柱均转动配合。
