- 태엽(1)의 탄성복원력이 회전에너지로 변환되고,상기 회전에너지의 회전수가 가속되며, 그와 같이 가속된 회전에너지가 차량용 제너레이터(600)에 인가됨으로써 차량용 제너레이터(600)를 통해 전기가 생산되게 하는 태엽발전장치부(1000);상기 차량용 제너레이터(600)에서 생산되는 전기에너지가 저장되는 축전지(700);상기 축전지(700)의 과충전상태을 감지하는 과충전감지부(2000);상기 태엽(1)의 과풀림 상태를 감지하는 감지센서(800);상기 태엽(1)과 연동되는 주동축(S1)에 동력을 제공하는 태엽권취모터(900);상기 주동축(S1)을 구속하게 되는 제동기(3000);상기 감지센서(800)가 상기 태엽(1)의 과풀림 상태를 감지할 경우는 일정시간 동안 상기 태엽권취모터(900)에 전력을 제공함으로써 상기 태엽(1)의 권취작용이 완료되도록 하고,상기 과충전감지부(2000)가 상기 축전지(700)의 과충전상태를 감지하게 된 경우는 상기한 태엽(1)의 권취작용이 개시 및 완료되도록 한 다음상기 제동기(3000)가 작동되도록 함으로써 상기 태엽발전장치부(1000)의 발전작용이 정지되도록 하며,상기 과충전감지부(2000)를 통해 상기 축전지(700)가 과충전상태로부터 해제된 경우는 상기 제동기(3000)가 작동 해제되도록 컨트롤하게 되는 제어부(4000);가 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기자동차의 발전제어시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 태엽발전장치부(1000)는,상기 주동축(S1)과 상기 차량용 제너레이터(600)의 사이에는, 상기 주동축(S1)으로부터 동력이 입력되고, 그와 같이 입력된 동력을 가속하여 출력하게 되는 제1동력가속부(200)와;상기 제1동력가속부(200)로부터 출력되는 동력이 입력되고, 그와 같이 입력된 동력을 가속하여 출력하게 되는 제2동력가속부(300); 및,상기 제2동력가속부(300)로부터 출력되는 동력이 입력되고 그와 같이 입력된 동력을 가속하여 상기 차량용 제너레이터(600)에 출력함으로써상기 차량용 제너레이터(600)가 작동될 수 있게 하는 제3동력가속부(400);가 더 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기자동차의 발전제어시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 주동축(S1)과 상기 태엽권취모터(900)의 사이에는,상기 태엽권취모터(900)로부터 동력이 입력되고, 그와 같이 입력된 동력을 감속하여 상기 주동축(S1)에 출력함으로써상기 주동축(S1)이 타측방향으로 역회전되게 하는 동력감속부(100)가 더 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기자동차의 발전제어시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 외력이 상기 주동축(S1)에 작용할 수 있도록 상기 주동축(S1)과 연결되고, 상기 외력이 작용하게 될 경우상기 외력으로 인해 상기 주동축(S1)이 타측방향으로 역회전될 수 있도록 기능하게 되는 수동핸들(2)이 더 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기자동차의 발전제어시스템.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 주동축(S1)과 상기 수동핸들(2)의 사이에는 상기 수동핸들(2)로부터 입력되는 외력을 가속하여 상기 주동축(S1)에 출력하게 되는 제4동력가속부(500)가 더 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기자동차의 발전제어시스템.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 동력감속부(100)는,제1 및 제2구동축(11, 21)의 각 말단에 태양기어(12)와 피니언(22)의 중심이 각각 일체로 연결 구성되고,상기 제1 및 제2구동축(11, 21)의 각 말단에서 상기 태양기어(12) 및 피니언(22)의 중심을 일체로 관통하는 중공(50)을 가지는 제1 및 제2구동모듈(10, 20)과;상기 태양기어(12) 및 피니언(22)과 동수이고, 이들(12, 22)과 치차 결합되며 그 중심이 지지축(61)에 축설되는 감차수열(60); 및,상기 제1 및 제2구동축(11, 21)이 회동 가능하게 관통되고, 상기 지지축(61)이 회동 가능하게 지지되는 지지체(70); 가 포함되는 것으로서, 주동축(S1)이 상기 중공(50)을 관통하여 체결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기자동차의 발전제어시스템.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 주동축(S1)에는 그 외경 상에서 그 둘레방향을 따라 비스듬히 내향 절곡되는 슬라이딩절곡부(81)와 상기 슬라이딩절곡부(81)의 말단에서 수직방향으로 외향 절곡됨으로써 형성되는 걸림부(82)를 가지는 래치요홈(83)이 더 구비되고;상기 동력감속부(100)는, 동력감속부(100)측 제2구동축(21)의 외경 상에 축설됨으로써 상기 동력감속부(100)측 제2구동축(21)과 동일 회동되는 지지프레임(91)이 구비되고,상기 지지프레임(91)의 상부에는 그 내부에 래치부(92) 및 상기 래치부(92)가 하방을 향해 탄발되도록 하는 스프링(93)을 함유하는 래치케이스(94)가 구비되며, 상기 래치부(92)는 그 하단부가 철(凸)부로서 상기 래치요홈(83)과 동일 또는 유사한 형상을 가지는 래치모듈(90)이 더 구비되며;상기 동력감속부(100)측 제2구동축(21)에는 상기 래치부(92) 및 래치요홈(83)과 상응하는 부분이 관통되는 래치유동공(7); 이 더 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기자동차의 발전제어시스템.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 동력감속부(100)측 제1구동축(11)의 외경 상에는 상기 주동축(S1)의 일측방향으로만 회전하게 되고 그 역회전방향으로는 회동되지 아니하는 일방향베어링(3b)이 삽입되고, 상기 일방향베어링(3b)의 외경 상에는 상기 일방향베어링(3b)과 동일 회동 되는 풀리(P14)가 장착되며,상기 풀리(P14)는 동력전달벨트(V12)를 통해 상기 태엽권취모터(900)의 구동축 상에 장착된 풀리(P13)와 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기자동차의 발전제어시스템.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 제1동력가속부(200), 제2동력가속부(300), 제3동력가속부(400) 각각은, 제1 및 제2구동축(11, 21)의 각 말단에 태양기어(12)와 피니언(22)의 중심이 각각 일체로 연결 구성되고, 상기 제1 및 제2구동축(11, 21)의 각 말단에서 상기 태양기어(12) 및 피니언(22)의 중심을 일체로 관통하는 중공(50)을 가지는 제1 및 제2구동모듈(10, 20)과;상기 태양기어(12) 및 피니언(22)과 동수이고, 이들(12, 22)과 치차 결합되며 그 중심이 지지축(61)에 축설되는 감차수열(60); 및, 상기 제1 및 제2구동축(11, 21)이 회동 가능하게 관통되고, 상기 지지축(61)이 회동 가능하게 지지되는 지지체(70); 가 포함되는 것으로서, 샤프트(S2, S3, S4)가 상기 중공(50)을 각각 관통하여 체결되는 것을 특징으로 하며,상기 제1동력가속부(200)측 제2구동축(21)은 그 외경 상에 장착된 풀리(P2)가 동력전달벨트(V1)를 통해 상기 주동축(S1) 상에 장착된 풀리(P1)와 연결되고,상기 제1동력가속부(200)측 제1구동축(11)은 그 외경 상에 장착된 풀리(P3)가 동력전달벨트(V2)를 통해 제2동력가속부(300)의 제2구동축(21) 상에 장착된 풀리(P4)와 연결되며,제3동력가속부(400)측 제2구동축(21)은 그 외경 상에 장착된 풀리(P6)가 동력전달벨트(V3)를 통해 상기 제2동력가속부(300)측 제1구동축(11)의 외경 상에 장착된 풀리(P5)와 연결되고,상기 제3동력가속부(400)의 제1구동축(11)은 그 외경 상에 장착된 풀리(P7)가 동력전달벨트(V4)를 통해 상기 차량용 제너레이터(600)의 구동축 상에 장착된 풀리(P8)와 연결됨으로써 상호 연동 되는 구조로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기자동차의 발전제어시스템.
- 제9항에 있어서,상기 주동축(S1)과 상기 풀리(P1)의 사이에는, 상기 주동축(S1)의 일측방향으로만 회전하게 되고 그 역회전방향으로는 회동되지 아니하는 일방향베어링(3c)이 상기 주동축(S1)의 외경 상에 삽입되고,상기 풀리(P1)는 상기 일방향베어링(3c)의 외경 상에 장착됨으로써 상기 일방향베어링(3c)과 동일 회동 되는 구조로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기자동차의 발전제어시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 감지센서(800)는 그 접점부(810)가 상기 태엽(1)을 이루는 판스프링의 최외곽측면(1a)과 일정거리 이격된 상태로서 상호 대향 되게 위치되고,상기 접점부(810)는 상기 태엽(1)이 과풀림 상태가 될 경우 상기 판스프링에 의해 가압됨으로써 접점 및 작동하게 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기자동차의 발전제어시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 주동축(S1)에는 제동디스크(3100)가 구비되고,상기 제동기(3000)는 상기 제동디스크(3100)를 가압하게 되는 디스크제동기인 것을 특징으로 하는 전기자동차의 발전제어시스템.
