- the present invention relates to a pants-type disposable wearing article such as disposable incontinence pants and disposable sanitary pants.
- a joint portion (minimum width joint portion) having the narrowest seal width is disposed between the upper end portion and the lower end portion of the side seam portion.
- the seal width of the joint is set so as to gradually narrow from the upper end and the lower end toward the minimum width joint.
- An object of the present invention is an improvement of a conventional pant-type wearing article, in which a side seam portion has a predetermined bonding strength, and there is no possibility that the lower end portion is easily released during wearing.
- the present invention is directed to a vertical axis and a horizontal axis perpendicular thereto, a front waist region, a rear waist region, a crotch region located between the front and rear waist regions, and a waist
- a pants-type disposable wearing article including an opening and side seam portions for joining both side edge portions of the front and rear waist regions to each other.
- a feature of the present invention is that the side seam portion is formed of a plurality of joint portions that are intermittently arranged in the direction of the longitudinal axis, and an upper end portion that is positioned near an edge portion of the waist opening; A lower end portion located near the crotch region, the areas of the respective joint portions are substantially the same, and the length dimension in the horizontal axis direction of the lower end portion is the horizontal axis of the upper end portion. It is to be larger than the length dimension in the direction.
- the present invention includes the following preferred embodiments in addition to the features described above.
- (2) The side seam portion has a central portion located between the upper end portion and the lower end portion, and the both side edge portions of the front and rear waist regions are located closer to the edge portion of the waist opening.
- the area ratio of the joint portion of the upper end portion in the non-stretchable region is the area ratio of the joint portion of the central portion in the first stretchable region and the joint portion of the lower end portion in the second stretchable region. Lower than the area ratio.
- the joint has a shape that is inclined with respect to the vertical axis and gradually becomes wider from the top to the bottom.
- the area of each joint part forming the side seam part is substantially the same, and the length dimension in the horizontal axis direction of the lower end part is the length in the horizontal axis direction of the upper end part. Since it is larger than the dimensions, it is easy to wear by forming a waist opening with the required size, and the leg opening edge of the crotch area fits the wearer's skin and is inadvertent while wearing There is no risk that the lower end will be unbonded.

Accordingly, the lower end portion 72 and the central portion 73 have a fixed bonding area, while the bonding area of the upper end portion 71 near the waist opening edge portion 27a is smaller than that of the central portion 73 and the lower end portion 72. When the diaper 10 is removed from the wearer's body, the side edge 19 is easily torn from the upper end 71.

It is preferable that the content is 4.4 to 5.0%, and the lower end portion 72 is about 7.5 to 9.0%.
- each joining part 29 since the area of each joining part 29 is substantially the same, and the lower end part 72 is wider than the upper end part 71, the upper end part 71 and the lower end part 72 are normally from the sheet
- the lower end portion 72 has higher bonding strength than the other portions 71 and 73.
- the lower end portion 73 has a relatively high joint strength because the wrinkles are likely to be shifted by the movement of the wearer's foot and the joints between the sheets are easily released. Inadvertently, the joint is not released.
- the first leg elastic element 50L formed of an elastic material such as urethane is disposed between the first inner sheet 32 and the first outer sheet 30 and joined thereto. Therefore, the sheets are less likely to be pressure-bonded and fused to each other at each joint 29, and the joint strength at the lower end 72 is lower than that at the upper end 71.
- the lower end 72 is wider than the upper end 71 and has a larger bonding area at the lower end 72, the lower end 32 has a required bonding strength, and the bonding of the portion is not solved during wearing. There is no risk of being damaged.
- each joint portion 29 has a substantially triangular shape at the side edge portion 19 of the diaper 10, and is disposed obliquely with respect to the longitudinal axis P of the diaper 10.
- Each joint portion 29 is arranged intermittently with respect to the vertical axis P and the horizontal axis Q and obliquely with respect to the vertical axis P, and gradually becomes gradually downward from the corner portion 29a located above. Since the area is increased, each joint portion 29 generated when the front and rear side edge portions 23 and 25 of the front and rear waist regions 13 and 14 are picked up with fingers and separated from each other by pulling them in the front and rear direction of the diaper 10.
- each joint 29 may have a substantially square shape as shown in FIG. 7A as long as it has the above-described characteristic aspect, or FIG. A substantially circular shape as shown in FIG.
- Each joint 29 is relatively small, and specifically, its area is about 0.25 to 2.0 mm 2 . If the size of each joint portion 29 is small, it can be torn with a relatively small force, so that the size is preferably in the above range.
- the seal width l 5 of each joint 29 at the upper end 71 is about 0.5 to 5.5 mm, and the seal width l 5 of each joint 29 at the center 73 and the lower end 72 is about 3 It is preferably 0.0 to 6.0 mm.
