发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种可快速且方便地折叠的童车。

如各附图所示,所述的车架还包括下端部与所述的右侧推杆6的上端部相转动地连接的右侧推把杆18、下端部与所述的左侧推杆7的上端部相转动地连接的左侧推把杆19,所述的推杆横撑17的右端部与所述的右侧推把杆18相转动地连接,所述的推杆横撑17的左端部与所述的左侧推把杆19相转动地连接,车架折叠时,右侧推把杆18相对右侧推杆6折叠,左侧推把杆19相对左侧推杆7折叠,折叠后,体积相对较小。也可以是,右侧推把杆18相对右侧推杆6相滑动地设置,左侧推把杆19相对左侧推杆7相滑动地设置,通过滑动收缩以减小折叠后的体积。还可以是,所述的右侧推把杆18与右侧推杆6一体成型,所述的左侧推把杆19与左侧推杆7一体成型,折叠后车架的体积较大。所述的推杆横撑17包括第一横撑杆、第二横撑杆,第一横撑杆的内端部、第二横撑杆的内端部相转动地连接,所述的第一横撑杆的外端部与右侧推把杆18相转动地连接,所述的第二横撑杆的外端部与左侧推把杆19相转动地连接。所述的推杆横撑17也可以是设置于所述的左侧推杆7与右侧推杆6之间。
所述的第三转轴23位于所述的第一转轴21的上方,所述的第四转轴24位于所述的第二转轴22的上方。
所述的前轮杆包括位于所述的前轮支架1的左侧部的左前轮杆20、位于所述的前轮支架1的右侧部的右前轮杆10。所述的左前轮杆20与所述的右前轮杆10相固定地设置构成一个整体。所述的滑动件8的左右两侧部分别开有左穿孔与右穿孔,所述的左前轮杆20插在所述的左穿孔内,所述的右前轮杆10插在所述的右穿孔内。所述的第一驱动杆12与所述的第二驱动杆13位于所述的左前轮杆20与所述的右前轮杆10之间。所述的前轮支架1包括还具有位于其后部的连接座2,所述的连接座2与所述的前轮杆相固定地连接。
所述的第一驱动杆12与所述的滑动件8的右侧部通过所述的第五转轴25相转动地连接,所述的第二驱动杆13与所述的滑动件8的左侧部通过所述的第六转轴26相转动地连接。
折叠时,向下按右侧推杆6以及左侧推杆7,使得右侧后撑杆9以及左侧后撑杆11向前翻转,并且所述的右侧推杆6及所述的左侧推杆7带动第一驱动杆12、第二驱动杆13向下移动,从而带动滑动件8向下滑动,右侧后轮支架3、左侧后轮支架5向前轮支架1向前翻转,并且右侧后轮支架3、左侧后轮支架5相互靠拢,右侧推杆6以及左侧推杆7相互靠拢,右侧后撑杆9以及左侧后撑杆11相互靠拢,实现折叠。折叠后体积较小。

Claims (10)

1、一种童车,包括可折叠的车架、用于将所述的车架锁定的锁定装置、设置于车架底部的轮组件、设置在所述的车架上的座位,其特征在于:所述的车架包括
前轮支架(1),所述的前轮支架(1)具有沿着前后方向延伸的前轮杆;
右侧后轮支架(3),所述的右侧后轮支架(3)的上部与前轮支架(1)后部通过第一转轴(21)相转动地连接;
左侧后轮支架(5),所述的左侧后轮支架(5)的上部与前轮支架(1)后部通过第二转轴(22)相转动地连接;
右侧推杆(6);
左侧推杆(7);
滑动件(8),所述的滑动件(8)沿着前轮杆的前后方向滑动地设置在前轮杆上;
右侧后撑杆(9),所述的右侧后撑杆(9)的上部与右侧推杆(6)通过第七转轴(27)相转动地连接,所述的右侧后撑杆(9)的下部与前轮支架(1)后部通过第三转轴(23)相转动地连接;
左侧后撑杆(11),所述的左侧后撑杆(11)的上部与左侧推杆(7)通过第八转轴(28)相转动地连接,所述的左侧后撑杆(11)的下部与前轮支架(1)后部通过第四转轴(24)相转动地连接;
第一驱动杆(12),所述的第一驱动杆(12)与滑动件(8)通过第五转轴(25)相转动地连接,所述的第一驱动杆(12)的上部与右侧推杆(6)的下部通过第九转轴(29)相转动地连接,所述的第一驱动杆(12)的下部与左侧后轮支架(5)通过第十二转轴(32)相转动地连接;
第二驱动杆(13),所述的第二驱动杆(13)与滑动件(8)通过第六转轴(26)相转动地连接,第二驱动杆(13)的上部与左侧推杆(7)的下部通过第十转轴(30)相转动地连接,所述的第二驱动杆(13)的下部与右侧后轮支架(3)通过第十一转轴(31)相转动地连接。
2、根据权利要求1所述的童车,其中,所述的第二转轴(22)、第三转轴(23)、第五转轴(25)、第七转轴(27)、第九转轴(29)及第十二转轴(32)的轴心线都相平行并且将与这些轴心线相垂直的平面定义为第一平面(a),所述的第一转轴(21)、第四转轴(24)、第六转轴(26)、第八转轴(28)、第十转轴(30)及第十一转轴(31)的轴心线都相平行并且将与这些轴心线相垂直的平面定义为第二平面(b),所述的第一平面(a)与所述的第二平面(b)相交叉。
3、根据权利要求1所述的童车,其中,所述的车架还包括在横向支撑左侧推杆(7)和右侧推杆(6)的可折叠的推杆横撑(17)。
4、根据权利要求3所述的童车,其中,所述的车架还包括下端部与所述的右侧推杆(6)的上端部相转动地连接的右侧推把杆(18)、下端部与所述的左侧推杆(7)的上端部相转动地连接的左侧推把杆(19),所述的推杆横撑(17)的两端部分别与右侧推把杆(18)和左侧推把杆(19)相转动地连接。
5、根据权利要求1所述的童车,其中,第三转轴(23)位于第一转轴(21)的上方,第四转轴(24)位于第二转轴(22)的上方。
6、根据权利要求1所述的童车,其中,所述的前轮杆包括位于前轮支架(1)的左侧部的左前轮杆(20)、位于前轮支架(1)的右侧部的右前轮杆(10),所述的滑动件(8)的左右两侧部分别开有左穿孔与右穿孔,所述的左前轮杆(20)插在左穿孔内,所述的右前轮杆(10)插在右穿孔内。
7、根据权利要求6所述的童车,其中,左前轮杆(20)与右前轮杆(10)相固定地设置构成一个整体。
8、根据权利要求6所述的童车,其中,第一驱动杆(12)与第二驱动杆(13)位于左前轮杆(20)与右前轮杆(10)之间。
9、根据权利要求6所述的童车,其中,所述的前轮支架(1)包括还具有位于其后部的连接座(2),所述的连接座(2)与前轮杆的后部相固定地连接。
10、根据权利要求1-9之一所述的童车,其特征在于:所述的第一驱动杆(12)与滑动件(8)的右侧部通过第五转轴(25)相转动地连接,所述的第二驱动杆(13)与滑动件(8)的左侧部通过第六转轴(26)相转动地连接。
