进一步地,所述横撑组件还包括设于两侧所述推杆之间且可沿左右方向展开与收折的后附撑组件。
优选地,所述前轮组件包括前轮架、设于所述前轮架底部的前轮,两侧的所述前支杆的下部分别枢轴连接在所述前轮架上,或者两侧的所述前支杆的下部绕同一转动中心线旋转地连接在所述前轮架上。
作为另一种优选方式,所述前轮组件包括分设于左右两侧所述前支杆底部的两组,两侧的所述前支杆的下部之间相枢轴连接。
由于上述技术方案的运用,本发明与现有技术相比具有下列优点:本发明的双人儿童推车,其杆件数量少,结构简洁,其在展开状态下刚性好,可设置一前一后两个座位可提供两个儿童以稳定的坐立支撑,儿童在推车车架上具有较大的坐立空间,乘车舒适度高。该双人儿童推车的打开与折叠操作也很方便,折叠后的体积小,为用户的日常收纳与携带带来了便利。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施例来对本发明的技术方案作进一步的阐述。
实施例1
参见图1至图6所示的双人儿童推车,其包括具有展开状态与折叠状态的推车车架、位于该推车车架底前部的前轮组件20、位于该推车车架底后部的后轮组件30,以及用于将该推车车架锁定在展开状态下的锁定机构。推车车架包括分设于左右两侧的两个侧支架100和连接在两侧侧支架100之间的横撑组件。
参见图1至图6所示,每侧的侧支架100均包括前支杆1、后支杆2、推杆3、前座杆4及后座杆5,其中,前支杆1自前向后逐渐上倾延伸,后支杆2沿上下方向倾斜延伸,后支杆2的上部与前支杆1的上部通过转轴15相枢轴连接;推杆3沿上下方向倾斜延伸,其下部枢轴连接有滑动件6,该滑动件6上下滑动地设于后支杆2上,在这里,滑动件6采用的为滑动地套设在后支杆2上的滑套6。
前座杆4与后座杆5分别沿前后方向延伸,前座杆4的前部通过第一轴11枢轴连接在前支杆1上,前座杆4的后部与后座杆5的前部通过第二轴12相枢轴连接;后座杆5的中部通过第三轴13枢轴连接在后支杆2上,后座杆5的后部则通过第四轴14枢轴连接在推杆3上。推车车架展开时,前座杆4与后座杆5沿同一长度方向延伸,且第一轴11、第二轴12、第三轴13及第四轴14沿前后方向依次间隔分布,其中,上述的第一轴11在前支杆1上位于转轴15的下方,滑套6在后支杆2上设于第三轴13的下方,第四轴14在推杆3上则位于滑套6的上方。
参见各附图所示,本实施例中的儿童推车为三轮儿童推车,即前轮组件20设置有一组,后轮组件30具有分设于左右两侧的两组。具体地,每根前支杆1均呈弧形杆,两侧的前支杆1的下部相连接而形成开口朝上的U字型,前轮组件20与两侧的前支杆1的下部相连接,两组后轮组件30则分别设置在两侧后支杆2的下部。
参见各附图所示,推车车架还包括设于两侧前座杆4的后部之间的前靠背组件8、设于两侧后座杆5后部之间的后靠背组件9。前靠背组件8具有分设于左右两侧且均沿上下方向延伸的两根前靠背杆81、连接在两侧前靠背杆81之间的前连杆组,前靠背杆81的下部枢轴连接在与其同侧的前座杆4的后部;后靠背组件9具有分设于左右两侧且均沿上下方向延伸的两根后靠背杆91、连接在两侧后靠背杆91之间的后连杆组,后靠背杆91的下部枢轴连接在与其同侧的后座杆5的后部。推车车架展开时,前靠背组件8与两侧的前座杆4之间形成可提供一个儿童坐立位置的第一座位,后靠背组件9与两侧的后座杆5之间形成可提供另一个儿童坐立位置的第二座位。这样使得该儿童推车在展开时可提供两个儿童一前一后地坐立在推车上推行使用。
参见各附图所示,在本实施例中,两侧的前支杆1的下部可相对转动地连接,横撑组件沿左右方向可收折地设置在两侧的侧支架100之间。具体地:
前轮组件20包括前轮架20a、设于前轮架20a底部的前轮20b,两侧的前支杆1的下部分别枢轴连接在前轮架20a上,或者两侧的前支杆1的下部绕同一转动中心线旋转地连接在前轮架20a上。在这里,两侧前支杆1的下部共同通过销轴20c枢轴连接在前轮架20a上,这样,当横撑组件沿左右方向收拢时,两侧的前支杆1能够绕销轴20c转动而相对靠拢。
横撑组件包括十字撑组件7,该十字撑组件7包括相互交叉且在交叉处相枢轴连接的两根斜撑杆71,每根斜撑杆71均大致沿上下方向倾斜延伸。斜撑杆71的上部转动地连接在一侧的后支杆2上且其下部转动地连接在另一侧的滑套6上。当滑套6沿后支杆2上下滑动时,便会驱使十字撑组件7的两根斜撑杆71相对转动而使得十字撑组件7沿左右方向相对展开或收拢。
横撑组件还包括设于两侧推杆3之间且可沿左右方向展开与收折的后附撑组件10。在这里,该后附撑组件10采用的为本领域常用的具有展开自锁功能的附撑组件,其在展开时可提供两侧推杆3以左右方向上的稳定支撑。当然,该后附撑组件10也可以采用其他可实现左右方向展开与收折的结构。
此外,为配合推车车架沿左右方向的展开与收拢,前靠背组件8的前连杆组与后靠背组件9上的后连杆组也均为可沿左右方向收折的杆组结构。
参见图1、图2所示,该双人儿童推车在展开使用时,推车车架由锁定机构锁定于展开状态下,后附撑组件10与十字撑组件7沿左右方向支撑在两侧的侧支架100之间。每侧的侧支架100上,前座杆4与后座杆5沿同一长度方向延伸,前支杆1、后支杆2及前座杆4、后座杆5之间形成稳定的三角形结构,推杆3、后支杆2及后座杆5之间形成另一稳定的三角形结构,这使得推车车架在该展开状态下具有良好的刚性和稳定性。
该推车车架上,前座杆4与后座杆5沿前后方向上可设置成较大的延伸长度,从而可形成供两个儿童坐立的较大乘坐空间,使得该双人儿童推车在设置前后两个座位供儿童一前一后坐立时每个座位均能够具有较大的空间,从而可提高儿童乘车的舒适度。
当需要将该儿童推车折叠起来时,参见图3、图4所示,在将后附撑组件10及锁定机构解锁后,操作者握持两侧的推杆3并将其向下压,这样,每侧的侧支架100上,推杆3下行而带动滑套6沿后支杆2向下滑动,使得后座杆5绕第四轴14相对推杆3转动并且绕第三轴13相对后支杆2转动,后座杆5的前部上行带动前座杆4的后部上行,使得前座杆4绕第一轴11相对前支杆1转动,前座杆4与后座杆5沿前后方向逐渐翻转收拢,带动前支杆1、后支杆2及推杆3沿前后方向逐渐靠拢。
在上述过程中,十字撑组件7的斜撑杆71的下部随滑套6下行而带动两侧的后支杆2沿左右方向收拢,两侧的推杆3在后附撑组件10的左右收拢过程中逐渐靠拢,两侧的前支杆1绕销轴20c转动而沿左右方向逐渐靠拢,使得两侧的侧支架100沿左右方向逐渐收拢,前靠背组件8与后靠背组件9也在上述折叠过程中逐渐收拢在两侧的侧支架100之间,前轮组件20与后轮组件30沿前后方向逐渐靠拢。最终,折叠后的推车车架如图5、图6所示,推车车架上的各杆件均紧密地收拢在一起,呈现十分紧凑的结构,其占用空间较小,折叠后的车架可依靠前轮组件20与后轮组件30自立于地面,方便日常收纳与携带。
当需要打开该双人儿童推车时,操作者站立于推车的后方,其脚部脚踏后附撑组件10的下部而使得后附撑组件10沿左右方向逐渐展开,同时将推杆3向上提而使得滑套6沿后支杆2向上滑动,便可使得推车车架上的各杆件相对转动而逐渐打开。该双人儿童推车的打开操作也很方便。
实施例2
参见图7至图12所示的双人儿童推车,其与实施例1的主要区别在于两侧前支杆1的连接形式及前轮组件20的设置形式。
参见图7至图12所示,本实施例中,前轮组件20有两组,该两组前轮组件20分别设置在两侧前支杆1的底部。每侧前支杆1的下部均具有沿左右方向向内延伸的连接横杆1a,两侧的连接横杆1a之间通过连接轴16相枢轴连接。
当车架展开时,两侧的侧支架100分别展开,横撑组件的十字撑组件7与后附撑组件10撑开在两侧的侧支架100之间,两侧前支杆1下部的连接横杆1a也沿左右方向展开。
当该车架折叠时,两侧的侧支架100分别折叠,横撑组件的十字撑组件7与后附撑组件10也分别沿左右方向收折而使得两侧的侧支架100沿左右方向逐渐收拢,两侧的前支杆1绕连接轴16转动而沿左右方向逐渐收拢。折叠后的车架如图11、图12所示,折叠后的车架结构紧凑,且可依靠两组前轮组件20与两组后轮组件30自立于地面。
综上,本发明的双人儿童推车,其杆件数量少,结构简洁,其在展开状态下刚性好,可设置一前一后两个座位可提供两个儿童以稳定的坐立支撑,儿童在推车车架上具有较大的坐立空间,乘车舒适度高。该双人儿童推车的打开与折叠操作也很方便,折叠后的体积小,为用户的日常收纳与携带带来了便利。
以上所涉及的上、下、前、后、左、右等方位词是以推车车架处于展开状态下进行定义的,并且前轮组件20所在位置为前,后轮组件30所在位置为后。
上述实施例只为说明本发明的技术构思及特点,其目的在于让熟悉此项技术的人士能够了解本发明的内容并据以实施,并不能以此限制本发明的保护范围。凡根据本发明精神实质所作的等效变化或修饰,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种双人儿童推车,包括具有展开状态与折叠状态的推车车架、设于所述推车车架底前部的前轮组件、设于所述推车车架底后部的后轮组件、用于将所述推车车架锁定在展开状态下的锁定机构,所述推车车架包括分设于左右两侧的两个侧支架、连接在两侧所述侧支架之间的横撑组件,其特征在于,每侧的所述侧支架均包括:自前向后逐渐上倾延伸的前支杆、沿上下方向延伸的后支杆、上下滑动地设于所述后支杆上的滑动件、沿上下方向延伸且下部枢轴连接在所述滑动件上的推杆,每侧的所述侧支架还包括分别沿前后方向延伸的前座杆与后座杆,所述前座杆的前部枢轴连接在所述前支杆上,所述后座杆枢轴连接在所述后支杆上,所述后座杆的前部与所述前座杆的后部相枢轴连接且所述后座杆的后部枢轴连接在所述推杆上,两侧所述前支杆的下部可相对转动地连接,所述横撑组件沿左右方向可收折地设置在两侧的所述侧支架之间,
    所述推车车架折叠时,每侧的所述侧支架上所述前座杆与后座杆沿前后方向翻转收折且所述滑动件沿所述后支杆向下滑动,使得所述前支杆、后支杆、前座杆、后座杆及推杆沿前后方向相互收拢在一起而实现所述侧支架的折叠,所述横撑组件收折而使得两侧的所述侧支架沿左右方向相收拢,所述前轮组件与后轮组件沿前后方向相互靠拢。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的双人儿童推车,其特征在于:当所述推车车架处于展开状态时,所述前座杆、所述后座杆沿同一长度方向延伸。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的双人儿童推车,其特征在于:所述推车车架折叠时,每侧的所述侧支架上,所述前座杆的后端部与所述后座杆的前端部共同上行而使得所述前座杆与后座杆沿前后方向相对翻转而逐渐收拢在一起。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的双人儿童推车,其特征在于:所述前座杆的前部通过第一轴枢轴连接在所述前支杆上,所述前座杆的后部与所述后座杆的前部通过第二轴相枢轴连接,所述后座杆通过第三轴枢轴连接在所述后支杆上,所述后座杆的后部通过第四轴枢轴连接在所述推杆上,所述推车车架展开时,所述第一轴、第二轴、第三轴、第四轴沿前后方向依次间隔分布。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的双人儿童推车,其特征在于:所述滑动件为滑动地套设在所述后支杆上的滑套,所述滑套在所述后支杆上位于所述第三轴的下方,所述第四轴在所述推杆上位于所述滑套的上方。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的双人儿童推车,其特征在于:两侧的所述前支杆的下部相连接而形成开口朝上的U字型,所述前轮组件有一组,且所述的前轮组件与两侧所述前支杆的下部相连接;所述后轮组件具有分设于两侧所述后支杆底部的两组。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的双人儿童推车,其特征在于:所述推车车架还包括设于两侧所述前座杆后部之间的前靠背组件、设于两侧所述后座杆后部之间的后靠背组件,所述前靠背组件与两侧的所述前座杆之间形成第一座位,所述后靠背组件与两侧的所述后座杆之间形成第二座位。
  8. 根据权利要求1至7任一所述的双人儿童推车,其特征在于:所述横撑组件至少包括十字撑组件,所述十字撑组件包括相互交叉且在交叉处相枢轴连接的两根斜撑杆,每根所述斜撑杆均沿上下方向延伸,所述斜撑杆的上部转动地连接在一侧的所述后支杆上且该所述斜撑杆的下部转动地连接在所述滑动件上。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的双人儿童推车,其特征在于:所述横撑组件还包括设于两侧所述推杆之间且可沿左右方向展开与收折的后附撑组件。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的双人儿童推车,其特征在于:所述前轮组件包括前轮架、设于所述前轮架底部的前轮,两侧的所述前支杆的下部分别枢轴连接在所述前轮架上,或者两侧的所述前支杆的下部绕同一转动中心线旋转地连接在所述前轮架上。
  11. 根据权利要求1所述的双人儿童推车,其特征在于:所述前轮组件包括分设于左右两侧所述前支杆底部的两组,两侧的所述前支杆的下部之间相枢轴连接。
