技术领域
本发明涉及一种可折叠的儿童推车。
背景技术
目前市面上的婴儿/儿童推车主要有二种,一种的普通的推车,另一种是轻便型的可折叠推车。与普通推车相比,可折叠推车很方便,折叠后很小,适合外出用,特别是搭乘其他交通工具时,比如公共汽车,非常方便。
现有技术中,可折叠推车的车架通常包括位于两侧的侧支架、设置在两侧侧支架之间的底撑架和后撑架,各侧支架包括前支架、下部与前支架的上端部相转动连接的推杆杆、后支架和连杆,后支架的上端部也与推杆杆相转动连接,连杆设于前支架和后支架之间,其前端部与前支架转动连接,后端部与后支架转动连接,且大致沿水平方向延伸。现有的推车折叠时需要多步操作,不能实现“一拎即折”,收车操作不够方便,同时,现有的推车其前支架和推杆之间往往通过塑胶件连接,加上推车本身的特性,在车架负重后容易出现内收的情况,影响使用安全性和舒适性。此外,现有的推车必须通过连杆设置来加强车架的刚性,杆件较多。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种结构简单、折叠操作方便的可折叠儿童推车。
为解决以上技术问题,本发明采用如下技术方案:一种可折叠儿童伞把车,包括具有展开状态和折叠状态的车架、前轮组件及后轮组件、设置于所述车架上用于将车架锁定的锁定机构,车架包括底部设有所述前轮组件的前支架、底部设有所述后轮组件的后支架以及沿前后方向延伸的座杆,所述前支架、后支架、座杆三个部件两两彼此连接构成三角形的三连杆机构,所述三个部件之间的三个连接关系中有二个为转动连接,另一个为通过滑动件来将两个部件相对滑动地连接,该滑动件沿着相对滑动地连接的二个部件中的一个的长度方向能够滑动地设置,并与所述相对滑动地连接的二个部件中的另一个转动连接。
在一具体实例中,车架包括位于两侧的侧支架,每侧的所述侧支架分别包括所述前轮支架、所述后轮支架及所述座杆,所述推车车架还包括连接在两侧所述侧支架之间且可横向收拢折叠的支撑架。
进一步地,所述锁定机构用于将滑动件和滑动地设有该滑动件的部件相对锁定,两侧的侧支架的滑动件上分别设置有用于使锁定机构解锁的解锁件,一折叠操作件的两端部分别与两侧的解锁件相连,通过操作折叠操作件可以带动解锁件将锁定机构解锁并使滑动件滑动从而使前支架、后支架及座杆折叠靠拢。只需拉动折叠操作件就可以使车架解锁并带动整个车架收折,以实现一拎即折的效果。
根据本发明,对于锁定机构没有特别限制。然锁定机构优选设置在滑动件与滑动地设有该滑动件的部件之间。
进一步地,锁定机构包括滑动地设于滑动件上的锁定件、设置在滑动地设有该滑动件的部件上且与锁定件相配合锁定的配合部,解锁件在折叠操作件的带动下能够使锁定件滑动从而与配合部相配合或脱离配合。
进一步地,所述配合部可以为例如锁孔或锁槽等。
进一步地,所述解锁件可转动地设置在滑动件上,且解锁件还与锁定件转动连接。当解锁件相对滑动件转动时,就会带动锁定件滑动,从而与配合部配合或分离。
根据一个具体方面,所述解锁件通过第一枢轴与滑动件转动连接、通过第二枢轴与锁定件的一端部转动连接,第一枢轴、第二枢轴相平行,锁定件的与所述一端部相对的端部与配合部配合锁定。优选地,第一枢轴比第二枢轴更靠近所述滑动地设有滑动件的杆件。
进一步地,优选在滑动件与解锁件之间设复位扭簧,具体地,复位扭簧的两端部可以分别与滑动件和解锁件连接或套在二者之间的转轴上。设置复位扭簧可以使锁定机构自动从解锁状态转换为锁定状态,方便操作。
优选地,折叠操作件为带状。
优选地,滑动件为滑套。

所述第一支杆、所述第二支杆展开至沿水平方向时形成对所述连接座的阻挡。进一步地,在纵连杆、第三支杆和第四支杆连接处设有脚踏。
优选地,推车车架还包括靠背组件,所述靠背组件包括位于两侧的两根靠背杆、设于两根所述靠背杆之间可横向收折的连杆组,所述靠背杆的下端转动地连接在所述座杆上。
更优选地,连杆组包括相互交叉的两根斜撑杆,所述斜撑杆的下端转动地连接在一侧所述靠背杆的下端,所述斜撑杆的上端转动地连接有平撑杆,所述平撑杆的另一端转动地连接在另一侧所述靠背杆的上端。
在一具体实施方案中,前轮支架的上部固定地设置有推把,所述推把与所述前轮支架成一根杆件。
在另一具体实施方案中。推把与前轮支架可以为两根固定连接的杆件,两根杆件共轴线且直径相同。
进一步地,后支架的上端部与前支架连接,座杆的前后端部分别与前支架和后支架连接,当车架处于展开状态时,前支架、后支架的连接处高于座杆与前支架、座杆与后支架的连接处。
根据一个具体且优选方面,所述后支架、前支架之间通过所述滑动件连接,且滑动件滑动地设置在前支架上,滑动件与后支架通过枢轴相转动连接。更优选地,折叠时,滑动件沿着前支架向上滑动。
根据又一具体方面,所述座杆与后支架或前支架之间通过所述滑动件连接,且滑动件滑动地设置在后支架或前支架上,滑动件与座杆通过枢轴相转动连接。
根据本发明的一个具体方面,儿童推车的座位通过在座杆上设置布套形成。布套具有第一部分和第二部分,第一部分套设在座杆上形成座板,第二部分的上部与两侧的前支架连接形成靠背。
根据本发明的实施方案中,每两个转动连接的部件均优选通过枢轴相转动连接。
由于以上技术方案的实施,本发明与现有技术相比具有如下优点:本发明的儿童推车,其中前支架、后支架、座杆三个杆件之间能够形成稳定的三角形结构而使得推车车架处于稳定的展开状态,相比传统的推车结构,该推车车架具有更好的刚性,车架负重后不会内收,同时,前支架可同时充当前支架与推杆的作用,其杆件数量少,结构更为简单,相比传统车型其生产成本也大幅下降。

具体实施方式
实施例1
参见图1至图7,本例提供一种可折叠儿童推车,其包括具有展开状态和折叠状态的车架、前轮组件20、后轮组件30。车架具体包括位于两侧且对称的侧支架10、设于两侧的侧支架10之间且可横向收折的支撑架。
进一步地,侧支架10包括由一根杆件构成且底部设有前轮组件20的前支架1、底部设有后轮组件30的后支架2、沿前后方向延伸的座杆3以及设于前支架1上端部的推把8。前支架1、后支架2、座杆3构成三角形的三连杆机构。在图示的本实施例中,具体地,前支架1、后支架2之间通过滑动件4连接。后支架2的上端部与滑动件4通过一枢轴可转动地连接。座杆3的前后端部分别通过枢轴与前支架1的下部、后支架2的中下部转动连接,当车架处于展开状态时,前支架1、后支架2的连接处高于座杆3与前支架1、座杆3与后支架2的连接处。
推车还包括设置用于将滑动件4和前支架1相对锁定的锁定机构、设置在滑动件4上使锁定机构解锁的解锁件42、与解锁件42连接的折叠操作件9。具体地,折叠操作件9为带状,其两端部分别与两侧的解锁件42连接。滑动件4具体为滑套,套设在前支架1上。折叠时,向上拉动折叠操作件9,可带动解锁件42使锁定机构解锁并使滑动件4沿前支架1向上滑动,使前支架1、后支架2及座杆3折叠靠拢。
进一步地,支撑架包括设置在前支架1与后支架2之间可横向收折的底撑架5和设置在两侧的后支架2之间且可横向收折的后撑架6。
本例中,底撑架5包括相交叉并在交叉处相转动连接的一对底撑杆51,两个底撑杆51的前端部分别与两侧的前支架1转动连接、后端部分别与两侧的后支架2转动连接。
本例中,后撑架6包括纵连杆65、能够滑动地设置在纵连杆65上的连接座66、上横撑杆、位于上横撑杆下方的下横撑杆、第一斜杆67、第二斜杆68,上横撑杆包括外端部分别与两侧的后支架2转动连接的第一支杆61和第二支杆62,第一支杆61、第二支杆62的内端部与纵连杆65的上端部相转动连接,下横撑杆包括外端部分别与两侧的后支架2转动连接的第三支杆63和第四支杆64,第三支杆63、第四支杆64的内端部与纵连杆65的下端部相转动连接,第一斜杆67和第二斜杆68的上端部分别与连接座66的相对二侧转动连接、下端部分别与第三支杆63和第四支杆64的外端部转动连接。在纵连杆65、第三支杆63和第四支杆64连接处设有脚踏69。
当连接座66滑至纵连杆65的上端时,第一支杆61、第二支杆62相对展开至基本沿水平方向,形成对连接座66的阻挡,第三支杆63、纵连杆65及第一斜杆67之间形成三角形,且第四支杆64、纵连杆65及第二斜杆68之间形成另一三角形,第三支杆63与第四支杆64沿同一直线分布,该后撑架6即被锁定在打开状态,用于保持车架左右两侧的侧支架10之间间距固定;当第三支杆63与第四支杆64相互转动,连接座66沿纵连杆65下滑,第一斜杆67、第二斜杆68相应转动,继而逐渐与第三支杆63、第四支杆64及纵连杆65靠拢时,该后撑架6逐渐收拢折叠,两侧的侧支架10逐渐收拢。用于锁定推车车架的锁定机构也可对该后撑架6锁定。
本例中,儿童推车的座位通过在座杆3上设置布套形成。布套具有第一部分31和第二部分32。第一部分31套设在座杆3上形成座板,第二部分32的上部与两侧的前支架1连接形成靠背。
本发明对于上述的锁定机构没有特别限制,可以采用本领域常用的那些设置方式。具体到本例中,锁定机构优选设在滑动件4与前支架1之间。具体地,参见图6和图7,锁定机构包括滑动地设置在滑动件4上的锁定件41、设置在前支架1上开能够与锁定件41配合锁定的锁孔40a或锁槽或其他能够与锁定件41配合锁定的配合部,当锁定件41插设在锁孔40a内时,锁定机构锁定,滑动件4被锁定,不能滑动,当锁定件41脱离锁孔40a时,锁定机构解锁,滑动件4可以滑动。解锁件42分别通过平行的第一枢轴a、第二枢轴b与滑动件4和锁定件41相转动连接,其中第一枢轴a比第二枢轴b更靠近前支架1。当解锁件42以第一枢轴a为轴线转动时,能够带动锁定件41滑动的与锁孔40a配合或脱离。当向着图6中所示的F向转动时,锁定件41在解锁件42的带动下向着远离锁孔40a的方向滑动从而脱离锁孔40a实现解锁,反之,当解锁件42向着与F方向相反的方向转动时,锁定件41在解锁件42的带动下向着靠近锁孔40a的方向滑动从而锁定件41插入到锁孔40a内实现锁定。此外,在滑动件4与解锁件42之间设有两端部分别与滑动件4和解锁件42连接的复位扭簧。在复位扭簧的作用下,锁定机构可以自动从解锁状态转换到锁定状态。两侧的解锁件42之间通过所述折叠操作件9连接,向上拎折叠操作件9,解锁件42以第一枢轴a为轴线沿F向转动,带动锁定件41滑动而从锁孔40a中滑出,从而使两侧同时解锁,然后带动滑动件4一起滑动。本例的锁定机构和解锁件42不仅结构简单且操作方便。
没有特别说明时,以上所述二个部件之间的转动连接均为通过枢轴相转动连接。
本例儿童推车折叠过程如下:参见图3,先将后撑架6沿向上方向即D方向解锁,然后拎折叠操作件9沿向上方向运动从而使滑动件4解锁,之后,滑动件4沿A方向(沿着前支架1向上的方向)滑动,带动后支架2、座杆3相对前支架1转动而逐渐与前支架1靠拢,后撑架6沿左右方向逐渐收拢,带动底撑架5沿左右方向收拢,如图4所示,最终折叠形成如图5所示状态。
综上,本例推车与已有的推车相比,折叠操作非常方便,一拎即折,同时,结构更加简单,设置更方便,整车的刚性好,车架负重后不会内收。
实施例2
本例提供一种可折叠儿童推车,参见图8-10,其基本同实施例1,不同的是,其中,座杆3的前端部与前支架1的下部通过滑动件4连接,座杆3与后支架2之间、前支架1与后支架2之间分别通过枢轴相转动连接。滑动件4能够沿着前支架1的延伸方向滑动,且与座杆3之间通过枢轴相转动连接。
该例推车折叠时,使后撑架解锁后,拉动折叠操作件使锁定机构解锁,之后,拉动滑动件4沿前支架1向上滑动,带动座杆3相对后支架2转动而逐渐向后支架2靠拢,同时带动后支架2相对前支架1转动而逐渐与前支架1靠拢,后撑架沿左右方向逐渐收拢,带动底撑架沿左右方向收拢,最终折叠形成如图10所示状态。该例推车同样具有“一拎即折”的效果。
实施例3
本例提供一种可折叠儿童推车,参见图11-13,其基本同实施例1,不同的是,其中,座杆3的后端部与后支架2通过滑动件4连接,座杆3与前支架1之间、前支架1与后支架2之间分别通过枢轴相转动连接。滑动件4能够沿着后支架2的延伸方向滑动,且与座杆3之间通过枢轴相转动连接。在滑动件4与后支架2之间设有将二者相对锁定的锁定机构,该锁定机构的结构和原理同实施例1。
该例推车折叠时,使后撑架解锁后,拉动折叠操作件带动解锁件使锁定机构解锁,之后,拉动滑动件4沿后支架2向下滑动,带动后支架2、座杆3相对前支架1转动而逐渐与前支架1靠拢,后撑架沿左右方向逐渐收拢,最终折叠形成如图13所示状态。该例推车同样具有“一拎即折”的效果。
实施例4
根据本实施例的推车如图14-17所示,其结构与实施例1的推车相似,主要区别在于,本实施例的推车取消了折叠操作件,且在车架上增加了靠背组件7。见图15所示,靠背组件7包括位于两侧的两根靠背杆71、设于两根靠背杆71之间可横向收折的连杆组,两根靠背杆71相互平行,靠背杆71的下端转动地连接在座杆3上。连杆组包括相互交叉的两根斜撑杆72,斜撑杆72的下端转动地连接在一侧靠背杆71的下端,斜撑杆72的上端转动地连接有平撑杆73,该平撑杆73的另一端转动地连接在另一侧靠背杆71的上端。当车架沿左右方向收拢时,上述连杆组随之收折而使得靠背杆71沿横向收拢。
本实施例中的推车的车架展开时,如图14所示,底撑架5、后撑架6展开使得两侧的侧支架10之间相互展开,每侧的侧支架10上,前支架1、后支架2、座杆3之间构成一稳定的三角形结构,该侧支架处于稳定的展开状态。当需要将该推车车架折叠起来时,首先解除锁定机构的锁定,即解除后撑架6的锁定状态,并解除滑动件4与前支架1之间的锁定,滑动件4沿前支架1上滑,带动后支架2、座杆3相对前支架1转动而逐渐与前支架1靠拢,后撑架6沿左右方向逐渐收拢,带动底撑架5横向收拢,靠背组件7也在横向逐渐收拢,如图3所示,最终折叠形成如图17所示状态,折叠后的结构紧凑,占用空间较小。需要将该推车车架展开时,则仅需按住推把8,踢动后轮30将后支架2相对前支架2向后转动,带动滑动件4沿前支架1下滑,并带动座杆3相对转动,直至滑动件4锁定在前支架1上,前支架1、后支架2及座杆3之间形成三角形结构位置,侧支架10展开,在侧支架10展开的同时,底撑架5、后撑架6及靠背组件7也逐渐沿左右方向展开,直至后撑架6达到锁定状态,两侧的侧支架10相对固定,车架处于稳定的展开状态。上述推车车架的折叠与展开操作简单方便。

1、一种可折叠的儿童推车,包括具有展开状态和折叠状态的车架、前轮组件及后轮组件、设置于所述车架上用于将车架锁定的锁定机构,各所述车架包括底部设有所述前轮组件的前支架、底部设有所述后轮组件的后支架以及沿前后方向延伸的座杆,其特征在于:所述前支架、后支架、座杆三个部件两两彼此连接构成三角形的三连杆机构,所述三个部件之间的三个连接关系中有二个连接为转动连接,另一个连接为通过滑动件来相对滑动地连接,所述滑动件沿着相对滑动地连接的二个部件中的一个的长度方向能够滑动地设置,并与所述相对滑动地连接的二个部件中的另一个转动连接。
2、根据权利要求1所述的儿童推车,其特征在于:车架包括位于两侧的侧支架,每侧的所述侧支架分别包括所述前轮支架、所述后轮支架及所述座杆,所述推车车架还包括连接在两侧所述侧支架之间且可横向收拢折叠的支撑架。
3、根据权利要求2所述的儿童推车,其特征在于:所述锁定机构用于将所述滑动件和滑动地设有所述滑动件的部件相对锁定,两侧的侧支架的所述滑动件上分别设置有用于使所述锁定机构解锁的解锁件,一折叠操作件的两端部分别与两侧的所述解锁件相连,通过操作所述折叠操作件可以带动解锁件将所述锁定机构解锁并使所述滑动件滑动从而使所述前支架、后支架及座杆折叠靠拢。
4、根据权利要求3所述的儿童推车,其特征在于:所述锁定机构包括滑动地设于所述滑动件上的锁定件、设置在滑动地设置所述滑动件的部件上且与所述锁定件相配合锁定的配合部,所述解锁件在所述折叠操作件的带动下能够使所述锁定件与所述配合部配合或分离。
5、根据权利要求4所述的儿童推车,其特征在于:所述配合部为锁孔或锁槽。
6、根据权利要求4所述的儿童推车,其特征在于:所述解锁件可转动地设置在所述滑动件上,且所述解锁件还与所述锁定件转动连接。
7、根据权利要求6所述的儿童推车,其特征在于:所述解锁件通过第一枢轴与所述滑动件转动连接、通过第二枢轴与所述锁定件的一端部转动连接,所述第一枢轴、第二枢轴相平行,所述锁定件的与所述一端部相对的端部与所述配合部配合锁定。
8、根据权利要求3所述的儿童推车,其特征在于:所述折叠操作件为带状。
9、 根据权利要求1所述的儿童推车,其特征在于:所述滑动件为滑套。
10、根据权利要求2所述的儿童推车,其特征在于:所述支撑架包括底撑架,所述底撑架包括相互交叉且在交叉处转动连接的两根底撑杆,所述底撑杆的一端转动地连接在一侧所述前轮支架上,所述底撑杆的另一端转动地连接在另一侧的所述后轮支架上。
11、根据权利要求2所述的儿童推车,其特征在于:所述支撑架包括能够横向收拢折叠的后撑架,所述后撑架设于两侧的所述后轮支架之间,所述后撑架包括:
纵连杆;
第一支杆,所述第一支杆的一端与所述纵连杆的上端相转动连接,所述第一支杆的另一端转动地连接在一侧的所述后轮支架上;
第二支杆,所述第二支杆的一端与所述纵连杆的上端及所述第一支杆相转动连接,所述第二支杆的另一端转动地连接在另一侧的所述后轮支架上;
第三支杆,所述第三支杆的一端与所述纵连杆的下端及所述第二支杆相转动连接,所述第三支杆的另一端转动地连接在一侧的所述后轮支架上;
第四支杆,所述第四支杆的一端与所述纵连杆的下端相转动连接,所述第四支杆的另一端转动地连接在另一侧的所述后轮支架上;
连接座,所述连接座沿所述纵连杆的长度延伸方向滑动地设于所述纵连杆上;
第一斜杆,所述第一斜杆的一端转动地连接在所述连接座上,所述第一斜杆的另一端转动地连接在所述第三支杆上;
第二斜杆,所述第二斜杆的一端转动地连接在所述连接座上,所述第二斜杆的另一端转动地连接在所述第四支杆上,
所述第一支杆、所述第二支杆展开至沿水平方向时形成对所述连接座的阻挡。
12、根据权利要求1所述的儿童推车,其特征在于:所述推车车架还包括靠背组件,所述靠背组件包括位于两侧的两根靠背杆、设于两根所述靠背杆之间可横向收折的连杆组,所述靠背杆的下端转动地连接在所述座杆上。
13、根据权利要求12所述的儿童推车,其特征在于:所述连杆组包括相互交叉的两根斜撑杆,所述斜撑杆的下端转动地连接在一侧所述靠背杆的下端,所述斜撑杆的上端转动地连接有平撑杆,所述平撑杆的另一端转动地连接在另一侧所述靠背杆的上端。
14、根据权利要求1所述的儿童推车,其特征在于:所述前轮支架的上部固定地设置有推把,所述推把与所述前轮支架成一根杆件。
15、根据权利要求14所述的儿童推车,其特征在于:所述推把与前轮支架为两根固定连接的杆件,两根杆件共轴线且直径相同。
16、根据权利要求1至15中任意一项所述的儿童推车,其特征在于:所述后支架的上端部与所述前支架连接,所述的座杆的前后端部分别与所述前支架和后支架连接,当车架处于展开状态时,所述前支架、后支架的连接处高于所述座杆与前支架、所述座杆与后支架的连接处。
17、根据权利要求1所述的儿童推车,其特征在于:所述后支架、前支架之间通过所述滑动件连接,且滑动件滑动地设置在所述前支架上,滑动件与后支架相转动连接。
18、根据权利要求1所述的儿童推车,其特征在于:所述座杆与所述后支架或前支架之间通过所述滑动件相对滑动地连接,且滑动件能够滑动地设置在所述后支架或前支架上,滑动件与座杆相转动连接。
